The food was relatively good, however, the girls seem to have hearing problems, as my mother's order was neither written down nor subsequently delivered.

I had the 4 Cheese with jalapenos. It was very hot and, as always, delivered a little earlier than expected. For me, a real 4 Cheese is a lot of cheese and really nice and fatty 😅 and very tasty. The cheese blend was well-balanced. The dough was great 👍🏻 The Ben & Jerry's was perfectly creamy at the time of delivery. The Coke was also nicely chilled.

All I can say is: Feurio 🤣 This is the first time we've ever found a pepperoni pizza truly SPICY!! I'm thrilled. The food arrived on time, the driver was very friendly, and the food was definitely hot! And above all, spicy 😁😁😁 Just as you'd imagine :) We'd be happy to come back 😎

Friendly staff and delicious food

We ordered a pizza to Veitshöchheim at 6:15 p.m. After about an hour, we called the pizzeria and asked what was happening with the order. I was told the driver would "arrive shortly." Since the restaurant was apparently very busy, which we weren't informed about, we called again at 8:15 p.m. The pizza arrived at 8:15 p.m. The driver refused to give me a time or sign the receipt. Since we were very hungry and didn't want to wait another hour, I accepted it. I immediately called the restaurant again to complain about the unfriendly driver. No price reduction, no discount, no concessions other than "we're sorry." We have a 7-year-old son, and the wait was unreasonable.

We ordered food. The delivery was on time but the food was cold and the sauce was wrong. We've eaten better before. I don't know why, but they have really gone downhill, which is a shame.

Great food. Every pizza and salad is great. It's a tiny place. You can sit inside or outside, unfortunately there is no air conditioning inside. They are great for delivery.

It's a shame there was a foreign hair in the pizza. And there was less seafood in it, so there was more pasta.

We really enjoyed ordering from you. But two pizzas in a row were cold. The dough was so thin for a party pizza that you could read the newspaper through it, and you could barely find the toppings. It's a shame, you used to be one of the best. This was our last order from you.

Pre-orders are super reliable! I even reordered two pizzas, and everything arrived perfectly and on time. The pizza delivery guy, Pietro, was especially friendly and even helped carry the pizzas into the house.

It doesn't matter what's on the box, if you don't like it it's ok but then it's impossible to write a review like that here. I think we have far worse problems in the world than a pizza box with Flecktarn/Bundeswehr. I just feel sorry for them and hope they are ashamed.

I've had a standard order for about a year and it's always been perfect, but about three months ago the pizza started to look more and more bland and sloppy. Three orders ago they started cutting my pizza (32cm and round) like a party or family pizza. Now we have arrived at yesterday. Buddy and I order, I write to both of us that the pizza should be cut into 8 pieces as usual. Result: I just sliced ​​my friend's pizza properly. Called and complained. Statement I quote, "We're sorry. The boss probably didn't read that." The basic problem for me is which magic stones you have to hit your head between to cut a normal pizza into square pieces. And then the highlight. Parts of my covering weren't even fully through. Thank you for giving me a night on the toilet with it. The one star is for the good memories I still have of you.

We ordered 3 pizzas via Lieferando. Waiting time 1 hour 25 minutes! All 3 pizzas weren't even lukewarm, just cold! 1. Pizza, close your eyes, okay. 2. Ordered for the first time while on holiday back home in 6 years due to moving. Everything tastes like it did 6 years ago. The house dressing is super cool. The pizza was very good and the tortellini was very tasty. But the best thing is the pizza rolls, beautifully dressed in the extra house dressing, simply brilliant. The driver was very, very friendly and, above all, the food arrived very quickly. Everything nice and hot and not cold. I can't understand the reviews, even after such a long break from ordering, it's still very, very good quality and taste!!!

This meal took everything over the top today. Since we know the previous owner, we have been ordering from Häusle again and again for years. Either pizza or, like today, gnocchi salmone with shrimp. I understand that different chefs don't always have the same taste, but we've ordered about 4-5 times in the last few months, and the pizza was burnt once, but tasted good. The gnocchi are always a bit of a hit and miss. Today it was absolutely underground, so we stopped eating after 2 forkfuls. The portion for 15 euros was quite small, and as soon as we opened it we encountered a strange smell. The sauce was far too dark and somehow strangely shiny, otherwise it is pink and rather dull. There were 3 chunks of salmon on top, carelessly slapped on top and maybe a tablespoon of shrimp in the sauce. For 15 euros it was cheeky, but then came the smell and taste. For one thing, there were somehow wrong spices in it and it had a very strange smell and taste. So when a smell of cat food came up and there was just an indefinable strange taste, we stopped eating because we didn't want to get food poisoning before Christmas. Apart from the 1 hour wait and 30 euros less, it's a really great deal, especially on Sunday. The careless preparation was hard to miss and the shrimp or salmon were probably bad. By the way, the salmon was exactly 3 shredded chunks just thrown on top and somehow glassy. We didn't even dare to approach it. This smell clearly says DON'T EAT THIS!! After burnt and salty pizzas, where every second time you get the wrong one, today was just crazy and therefore last time. So we forego a call and a new meal 🤮 Pretty sad after all these years of ordering here. Hygiene and food storage don't seem to be given much importance here 🤢 The only thing that is positive here is the driver who comes to us often. He is always friendly and nice But I'd rather not eat here anymore

We have been ordering the Sunny pizza off and on for years. Yesterday we ordered a party pizza, the Sunny. We noticed that the coating was less and the edge was too big and it wasn't as sharp as usual. It can happen, but it can't be done for just under €30. !!!!!!!!But the worst is coming!!!!!!!!!! A few hours passed and all of us who ate this pizza had stomach pains combined with diarrhea. Unfortunately, we will no longer order in the future and are terminating our friendship with the delicious sunny pizza. It's a shame, stay away if you don't want to have diarrhea.

On Sunday evening I ordered two pizzas to pick up. The order was ready after just 15 minutes and the lady on site was quite friendly, so much for the better. Unfortunately, the pizzas were literally swimming in fat, which is why we had to dab them with lots of kitchen paper. At least this time they were the right size (they were previously significantly smaller than stated, see various other reviews). Unfortunately, on Monday my wife and I had terrible stomach pains and the usual digestive problems throughout the day. We can only speculate as to what exactly caused the problem, but we can rule out any other cause than this order. I have a very robust stomach and something like this never really happens to me. After we had been repeatedly dissatisfied with the food in the past, this was our last order from Pizza Häusle

At first I smiled a bit when they said we'd meet at Pizza Häusle Würzburg. The first impression was not the typical Italian flair that you would like or expect, HOWEVER... 1) the food, pasta, salads and pizza were really delicious, 2) the service was TOP and could not be improved, 3) the prices are absolutely reasonable and the location is quiet and the outdoor area is really comfortable. Unfortunately you can't pay with VISA or MC here, but no problem with EC. We will def. come back! All thumbs up and thank you for the pleasant evening!

Ordered via Lieferando. A pizza was delivered in small instead of the large one paid for. Called to clarify the problem. The extremely unfriendly employee tells you that a refund of the difference is impossible and that the only thing possible is a discount on the next order. But we don't get any proof of this, they document it for themselves. The pizza itself is very greasy and rather mediocre. There was no customer service or at least an apology.

After about 15 years of being a customer and several orders from the Pizzahäusle, you can have the courage to write a review. 1. Quality of the food: Great. Flawless. Always good. Always consistent in taste. You don't have to expect that something will suddenly taste different than the previous order. Salads great. Pizza great. Portions great. 2. Priced really well. There are competitors who don't have as good food and charge a lot more. 3. You can pick up the goods or have them delivered. 4. And now the big BUT (the reason for deducting 2 stars): There have always been operations (or even an incident) of a service-related nature that, due to their frequency and intensity, no longer fall under the heading: "Where planing takes place, chips fall ". And this has been spread over the last few years. So it's not just a temporary story. The food was regularly delivered so late that it would have been quicker if you had done it yourself. We're talking about 2 hours here - with very little distance - and without being prepared for this waiting time in advance. I mean...when you're hungry, you're hungry. Both when picking up and when delivering, the wrong thing was often served. Cheers to the employees in the store...they then make sure that a replacement comes as quickly as possible (But as quickly as possible can sometimes take 3/4 of an hour. (People...always right away Check the front door...otherwise the whole thing will take a long time). Over the years, there have been more orders where things took a disproportionately long time or the wrong thing arrived than orders where everything went right. The above mentioned Incident: One evening (a few years ago) we ordered a pizza. When we ordered, we were told that the evening would be hectic and that we would have to wait at least 2 hours. Was ok for us. After 2 hours the pizza arrived. The young delivery man looked really exhausted. You could tell: “This is a hard evening at work!”. My friend was standing in the doorway to take care of the business. In her sweet way, she wanted to express her empathy to him and asked reassuringly: "There's a lot going on today, isn't there?" The young man obviously got this the wrong way (which is understandable on a day when he certainly had to listen to a lot from the customers). But what he did in the process was beyond that. He went nose to nose with his customer (he was a good 1 1/2 heads taller), pushed her back into the apartment by taking a few steps forward and shouted like a madman throughout the entire apartment building. Said: "That he could do it!" and “What she imagines she is!” and furthermore!! Apparently he thought she was home alone. I was standing in the next room with the door open. I stepped into the hallway - he saw me - realized there was someone bigger there - and then really thought another deal would be done. I let him take his pizza and immediately called the store to explain why the employee was bringing his goods back without paying for it. The call was met with understanding and they apologized profusely. Conclusion: Very good food at a fair price. But if you want to be sure that you get the right food regularly at a reasonable time, you're wrong here.

I ordered a pizza, a Fanta and an ice cream, even though the delivery time said 55 minutes, it came after 1 hour and everything except the ice cream. The driver said another colleague would bring the ice cream in 10 minutes. I've been waiting for over 2 hours and no one has come.

We ordered pizza for the second time today. Unfortunately, this time one of three pizzas was delivered incorrectly and I had to call. I came across all the reviews and can't understand all the 1 star reviews. The pizzas today are very tasty, just like last time. When I ordered the second time, I called and a lady answered the phone straight away and took my complaint and told me that they would make a new one and deliver it immediately. Unfortunately I can't say anything about the atmosphere.

So we just ordered and the delivery was okay but the food was a disgrace! It was just disgusting. The lasagne had exactly one layer of pasta and was so watery that you could just throw it in the trash.. just like the tortellini carbonara where the ham was gristly that even my boyfriend couldn't eat it and he eats everything.. everything was super watery without it Hard work and I don't even want to start talking about the pizza so I would never order there again in my life!! Simply disgusting and everything ended up in the trash.. just like the money unfortunately.. stay away!! I'm really really angry and still hungry unfortunately because I really couldn't eat anything..

Pizza viel zu salzig und verbrannt.

Habe 3 Party Pizzen am VORTAG! bestellt. Pizza kam zu spät und war leider schon kalt, da der Lieferant erst an eine falsche Adresse am anderen Ende der Stadt gefahren ist, warum auch immer, da die Adresse am Telefon von der Pizzaria richtig aufgenommen wurde. Ich habe extra ein Tag vorher bestellt, damit alles klappt. Pizza an sich war lecker, nur leider etwas kalt.

Nettes Personal und gutes Essen nur die Lieferzeiten sind schon fast unverschämt, um11:45 bestellt um 13:20 der Anruf dass es noch dauert und um 13:50-14 Uhr das Essen bekommen (2Pizzen nichts aufwendiges oder große Mengen) daher eher mehr. Gut möchte ich nicht bewerten. Trotzdem immer vorrort gut zu genießen.

Ich bestelle gerne beim Pizza Häusle. Hab schon Pizza und Fleischgerichte bestellt und es ist immer sehr gut.

Familien Pizza wurde falsch geliefert. Dort angerufen, direkt jemanden erreicht und die richtige Pizza wurde geliefert. Die falsche Pizza durften wir dann auch noch behalten. Super Service und geschmacklich super!
