Pizza Haeusle in Würzburg

We have been ordering the Sunny pizza off and on for years. Yesterday we ordered a party pizza, the Sunny. We noticed that the coating was less and the edge was too big and it wasn't as sharp as usual. It can happen, but it can't be done for just under €30. !!!!!!!!But the worst is coming!!!!!!!!!! A few hours passed and all of us who ate this pizza had stomach pains combined with diarrhea. Unfortunately, we will no longer order in the future and are terminating our friendship with the delicious sunny pizza. It's a shame, stay away if you don't want to have diarrhea.

Nice staff, food was ready very quickly and tasted great. Delivery service used. The food was really great but instead of 60 minutes it ended up being 95 minutes. That can certainly be done better.

I really enjoyed ordering, but it's questionable whether I'll order food again. I had a hair in my food today. Nicely hidden under the cheese on the pizza. Thank God I saw the hair. Disgusting!

The pizzas weren't exceptional, but still ok. The pasta dishes were also generous and tasty. But it's not possible to deliver pizza in a flecktarn Bundeswehr box. Unfortunately, I and our guests lost their appetite a little. Too bad.

The wrong pizza is delivered and then of course you can't reach anyone on the phone, even if you try for over 20 minutes... it can happen that you make mistakes when you're stressed, but the fact that you then have virtually no possibility of compensation is absolutely cheeky. I have ordered the pizza I wanted several times and it was always topped exactly as described on the website - until today. After I finally had someone on the phone after three quarters of an hour, they explained to me in a condescending tone that the pizza would always be made the way it was delivered today. My comments that I had ordered the pizza several times and it was never the same as today and that I read the employee the information from his own website, which clearly contradicted his statements, were met with comments that I shouldn't be cheeky, I should I couldn't have looked at their website and it was my fault. I will be happy to comply with his request to stop ordering from Pizza Häusle in the future.

Ordered pizza at 7 p.m. and it didn't arrive until 9:20 p.m. When it arrived the pizza was cold and not sliced. I pay €16 for that? ridiculous

Live in close proximity to the store. Our drivers are well over 60 and shoot in a 30 zone day and night, constantly honking and parking as they please. I would never order here!!!!

Well, I honestly ask myself how a pizzeria can exist for years despite selling such inferior products. You take a pizza set from Aldi and top it with cat food from Netto and you end up with a better product!

On Sunday evening I ordered two pizzas to pick up. The order was ready after just 15 minutes and the lady on site was quite friendly, so much for the better. Unfortunately, the pizzas were literally swimming in fat, which is why we had to dab them with lots of kitchen paper. At least this time they were the right size (they were previously significantly smaller than stated, see various other reviews). Unfortunately, on Monday my wife and I had terrible stomach pains and the usual digestive problems throughout the day. We can only speculate as to what exactly caused the problem, but we can rule out any other cause than this order. I have a very robust stomach and something like this never really happens to me. After we had been repeatedly dissatisfied with the food in the past, this was our last order from Pizza Häusle

Just get a spoiled pizza delivered in an anti-social way. If I have a quiet moment, I'll definitely call the health department

Delicious food. Pizza and even a schnitzel are really tasty.

At first I smiled a bit when they said we'd meet at Pizza Häusle Würzburg. The first impression was not the typical Italian flair that you would like or expect, HOWEVER... 1) the food, pasta, salads and pizza were really delicious, 2) the service was TOP and could not be improved, 3) the prices are absolutely reasonable and the location is quiet and the outdoor area is really comfortable. Unfortunately you can't pay with VISA or MC here, but no problem with EC. We will def. come back! All thumbs up and thank you for the pleasant evening!

Pizza MAFIA house! If you order a pizza with a diameter of 28 cm, you don't want to pay for a pizza that is only 25 cm! Plus BAKED Rigatoni! on the website for legal 20.70 should cost 24 after 1.5 hours (30 minutes late) because of "overbaking"?! Edge and bottom permanently black! Will definitely recommend you... NOT!!!

Ordered via Lieferando. A pizza was delivered in small instead of the large one paid for. Called to clarify the problem. The extremely unfriendly employee tells you that a refund of the difference is impossible and that the only thing possible is a discount on the next order. But we don't get any proof of this, they document it for themselves. The pizza itself is very greasy and rather mediocre. There was no customer service or at least an apology.

Food arrived after 2 hours. Boxes were soggy. Service wasn't very friendly

Sorry, but 2.5 hours delivery time is just too long, that's not possible! Since the pizzas didn't taste good, unfortunately no better rating was possible. We will definitely not be placing an order at Pizza Häusle again!

Very good pizzeria but unfortunately for a few years now it has been very tight when it comes to ordering capacity. Otherwise always very high quality of pizza baking.

After about 15 years of being a customer and several orders from the Pizzahäusle, you can have the courage to write a review. 1. Quality of the food: Great. Flawless. Always good. Always consistent in taste. You don't have to expect that something will suddenly taste different than the previous order. Salads great. Pizza great. Portions great. 2. Priced really well. There are competitors who don't have as good food and charge a lot more. 3. You can pick up the goods or have them delivered. 4. And now the big BUT (the reason for deducting 2 stars): There have always been operations (or even an incident) of a service-related nature that, due to their frequency and intensity, no longer fall under the heading: "Where planing takes place, chips fall ". And this has been spread over the last few years. So it's not just a temporary story. The food was regularly delivered so late that it would have been quicker if you had done it yourself. We're talking about 2 hours here - with very little distance - and without being prepared for this waiting time in advance. I mean...when you're hungry, you're hungry. Both when picking up and when delivering, the wrong thing was often served. Cheers to the employees in the store...they then make sure that a replacement comes as quickly as possible (But as quickly as possible can sometimes take 3/4 of an hour. (People...always right away Check the front door...otherwise the whole thing will take a long time). Over the years, there have been more orders where things took a disproportionately long time or the wrong thing arrived than orders where everything went right. The above mentioned Incident: One evening (a few years ago) we ordered a pizza. When we ordered, we were told that the evening would be hectic and that we would have to wait at least 2 hours. Was ok for us. After 2 hours the pizza arrived. The young delivery man looked really exhausted. You could tell: “This is a hard evening at work!”. My friend was standing in the doorway to take care of the business. In her sweet way, she wanted to express her empathy to him and asked reassuringly: "There's a lot going on today, isn't there?" The young man obviously got this the wrong way (which is understandable on a day when he certainly had to listen to a lot from the customers). But what he did in the process was beyond that. He went nose to nose with his customer (he was a good 1 1/2 heads taller), pushed her back into the apartment by taking a few steps forward and shouted like a madman throughout the entire apartment building. Said: "That he could do it!" and “What she imagines she is!” and furthermore!! Apparently he thought she was home alone. I was standing in the next room with the door open. I stepped into the hallway - he saw me - realized there was someone bigger there - and then really thought another deal would be done. I let him take his pizza and immediately called the store to explain why the employee was bringing his goods back without paying for it. The call was met with understanding and they apologized profusely. Conclusion: Very good food at a fair price. But if you want to be sure that you get the right food regularly at a reasonable time, you're wrong here.

Hair in the party - pizza was baked. Unfortunately it was only noticed with the 5th piece, so the unfriendly man on the phone said he couldn't exchange the pizza, but if there wasn't a piece missing it would have been possible (huh?). Wanted to give us a €5 voucher instead (pizza cost over €30). Will not order there again :)

We ordered a party pizza. With the 6th piece we noticed that a long black hair was baked into the cheese. When I called to clarify the matter, the answer was an unfriendly man. We won't be ordering there again in the future.

I ordered a pizza, a Fanta and an ice cream, even though the delivery time said 55 minutes, it came after 1 hour and everything except the ice cream. The driver said another colleague would bring the ice cream in 10 minutes. I've been waiting for over 2 hours and no one has come.

Unfortunately I can't say anything good about the service. Deliveries are often incorrect, which is very annoying when the waiting time is usually one to two hours. You then have the choice of having a new pizza delivered (but you're hungry...) or not. The service on the phone is often unfriendly and not particularly customer-oriented! You have the feeling of being a nuisance and are quickly attacked... that should work better! Conclusion after today's order: Never again. We ordered and redeemed our discount (2 euros) because the last time a small pizza was delivered instead of a large one. And again, toppings that we had clearly paid for were missing from two of our pizzas. I'm giving up now, they used to be good! Never again!

I ordered for the first time today 👍 Chicken with mushrooms and herb butter was super delicious 👍 the salad was fresh and crunchy. The delivery man was also very friendly, all in all great 👍

The food is okay, but the staff is sometimes so rude and short. It seems that this Würzburg friendliness is something I can safely do without.

We ordered pizza for the second time today. Unfortunately, this time one of three pizzas was delivered incorrectly and I had to call. I came across all the reviews and can't understand all the 1 star reviews. The pizzas today are very tasty, just like last time. When I ordered the second time, I called and a lady answered the phone straight away and took my complaint and told me that they would make a new one and deliver it immediately. Unfortunately I can't say anything about the atmosphere.

So we just ordered and the delivery was okay but the food was a disgrace! It was just disgusting. The lasagne had exactly one layer of pasta and was so watery that you could just throw it in the trash.. just like the tortellini carbonara where the ham was gristly that even my boyfriend couldn't eat it and he eats everything.. everything was super watery without it Hard work and I don't even want to start talking about the pizza so I would never order there again in my life!! Simply disgusting and everything ended up in the trash.. just like the money unfortunately.. stay away!! I'm really really angry and still hungry unfortunately because I really couldn't eat anything..

Unfortunately I cannot recommend the Pizza Häusle. I've never eaten such bad pizza. The ingredients are the cheapest available and the pizza base was completely soggy. Unfortunately I cannot recommend the Pizza Häusle! Vg

Pizza viel zu salzig und verbrannt.

Habe 3 Party Pizzen am VORTAG! bestellt. Pizza kam zu spät und war leider schon kalt, da der Lieferant erst an eine falsche Adresse am anderen Ende der Stadt gefahren ist, warum auch immer, da die Adresse am Telefon von der Pizzaria richtig aufgenommen wurde. Ich habe extra ein Tag vorher bestellt, damit alles klappt. Pizza an sich war lecker, nur leider etwas kalt.

Ich bestelle gerne beim Pizza Häusle. Hab schon Pizza und Fleischgerichte bestellt und es ist immer sehr gut.

Nettes Personal und gutes Essen nur die Lieferzeiten sind schon fast unverschämt, um11:45 bestellt um 13:20 der Anruf dass es noch dauert und um 13:50-14 Uhr das Essen bekommen (2Pizzen nichts aufwendiges oder große Mengen) daher eher mehr. Gut möchte ich nicht bewerten. Trotzdem immer vorrort gut zu genießen.

Leckere Pizza, das Ambiente ist eine Mischung aus einer einfachen Pizzeria und einer Spelunke ...fürs kurze Mittagessen reicht es vollkommen!

Pizza kam eine halbe Stunde später und war teilweise verbrannt. Hatten schon über eine Stunde vorher bestellt.

Familien Pizza wurde falsch geliefert. Dort angerufen, direkt jemanden erreicht und die richtige Pizza wurde geliefert. Die falsche Pizza durften wir dann auch noch behalten. Super Service und geschmacklich super!

Das Essen war Mal besser hat nach gelassen z.b. Pizza war mal dünn und schön saftig sie ist es nicht mehr. Die Dame Hintern Tresen war war sehr langsam und man hatte den Eindruck dass sie überfordert war. Eine Auffrischung vom lokal würde auch Mal gut sein

Ich bin immer zu Fried den Pizza die gelieferte werden . Aber heute bekam eine falsche Pizza . Denn ich bestelle immer Meeresfrüchte Pizza . Und keine Carson. Und die Carson war Teig noch Teil roh Teig . Es waren keine richtige Meeresfrüchte wie es gewohnt bin von ihnen. Es war auch kaum Artischocken drauf wie sonst und zu viele schwarze Oliven und es hat sauer er und nach Mehl Geschmack. Ich bekam Bauch Schmerzen und und würde später schlecht. Aber die meines Mann war wie immer gut. Ich war echt enttäuscht von meine Bestellung.

Hier hole ich meine Pizza am liebsten. Anrufen und abholen - es klappt jedes Mal super ohne zusätzliche Wartezeit. Es gibt eine Riesenauswahl. Auch die Nudelgerichte sind super lecker.

Nie erreichbar durch meine Nummer, aber dir durch meines Freundes schon. Manchmal mega lecker und an anderen Tagen voll enttäuschend.. trotzdem bestelle ich dort jedesmal meine lieblings Pasta Gorgonzola:)

Die Pizzen waren geschmacklich sehr gut. Die Bedienung war sehr freundlich. Man kann auch dort direkt essen, aber hat eher ein wenig Kneipenflair. Wenn man keine großen Ansprüche an das Ambiente hat kann ich es empfehlen.

Klein aber fein! Hier habe ich die beste Pizza der Stadt bestellt an Weihnachten 2022! Ein Traum! Mega lecker. Sie kam heiß und frisch und hat fantastisch geschmeckt!

Mein Lieblingspizzalieferant. Ich esse zwar eig immer nur alle paar Monaten eine Peperoniwurst Pizza, aber das ist für mich immer ein Genuss und eine Freude..die Pizza schmeckt super!! Daher 5 Sterne.
