I was there yesterday and I have to say that this is the first time I've experienced something like this... there's a waiter or manager there, I don't know who he is and who gave him the go-ahead to treat customers so badly. There were several people sitting at the tables waiting to order take-away (we did too). He chased everyone away and shouted at me... asked an old gentleman to get up immediately... shortly afterwards he put my money on the counter and said he didn't need my €13 and I should go and eat a salad instead. I called the police to file a complaint about insults. He was walking around laughing at us. Really, this is the first time I've experienced something like this. And as I read in the comments today, we are not the first to experience something like this there.

The restaurant objects to justified negative reviews. Taking action against this objection costs a lot of time and nerves.

Unfortunately completely poorly organized with unrehearsed employees. The mood of the staff then also suffers. You could make so much out of it, but it seems to be enough for the owner. Too bad!

Simply the best pizza and pasta shop in town! The food is super tasty, freshly prepared and authentically Italian. Absolutely recommended and always worth a visit!

Never again lol from the beginning you were treated impossibly and aggressively even though you spent your money there. We waited over 1.5 hours for our order and at some point we realized that we were the last ones and our order had apparently been forgotten. There was no apology at the end. Pizza was okay but not for the film.

Pizza is really terrible. Super salty and the cheapest ingredients. We only went there because we thought it would be faster than the 4.7 star place across the street. At the other place they quoted us half an hour, so we went to this place and waited 35 minutes. We tried to order a wine while we waited, it came 32 minutes after we ordered it and was warm. Service was ok. Grumpy but not rude at all.

Suburban pasta with gorgonzola & spinach in the tagliatelle version (shown: with gnocchi, penne or tortellini for 10.50) ordered to take away. Order reception not particularly friendly. Food ready: 12 euros: why is that? Argument: because tagliatelle with salmon also costs 12.00... Resistance expressed: because everything that is different costs 1.50 more. I had no idea that tagliatelle was higher quality than tortellini or gnocci. I also had no idea that it was customary to charge extra for changes - mind you, changes - not an add-on like fish or pieces of meat - and to not give any indication of this when ordering or to have a clear indication of this in the menu. Hostile to customers, unfriendly prices and such impudence: That's not possible: no more with me with you!

Pizzas weren't cooked through, we ordered vegan pizzas but there was still non-vegan cheese on them. Topping was also forgotten. very long waiting time.. never again!

What is positive is that there are vegan pizzas. These also taste okay, even if the pizza was only minimally topped with vegan cheese. Very unfriendly staff, especially the waiter in flip flops. The pizzas took forever and weren't ready at the same time. One cold, the other lukewarm. The additional toppings were forgotten and there was no compensation, let alone at least a “sorry”. Not again!!! Really underground...

After the order had obviously been lost and new orders had already been handed out, when asked politely after 40 minutes, any delay and responsibility was rudely denied. Ordered online for pickup at the wine festival. We arrived after 20 minutes to find out how long it would take (online it said 20, then 60 minutes). The employees said 40 minutes and they would call. After more than 70 minutes the time had come, but a pizza was missing! 3 pizzas were ready 15 minutes before the other and when the 4th was ready, it was unfortunately only lukewarm. It was busy, but the employees had time for cigarette breaks even though everyone was waiting. (Everyone has the right to take a break, but don't take your cigarette break right in front of the entrance in the customer queue). Everyone was served before us, but there was still a 30 minute wait in line. The pizzas were then cold and no discount was offered or perhaps a drink on the house, just a "sorry". Wouldn't come back as they weren't exactly friendly either. The pizzas were ok in terms of price, but the taste was more like a 6 out of 10.

You order and the employees first go out for a smoke. You had to wait 15 minutes before pizza even started being made. And we were the only ones who ordered. The customer treatment is catastrophic.

Bad, unfriendly service and when I pointed out that the children's pizza was burnt, the pizza baker said he wouldn't give me anything burnt. All the pizzas were black on the bottom but the children's pizza was really burnt, even on the top!

Ordered pizza, pasta and a mixed salad. The pasta was warm to cold. The pizza wasn't cooked through at all and was thrown into the box without any enthusiasm. Salad was old brown leaves with sweet sauce, peppers and way too many olives. I ask you guys….what is that???? Again ? Absolutely no way. Put proper chefs in there and not just people in sweatpants. Mega dissatisfied!!!!!!

Pizza is delicious, service is bad. If it's too full, there are always mistakes with the pizzas (vegan cheese instead of normal or vice versa or things are forgotten) instead of getting a new pizza, you get your money back because the 'order' has to be followed. Well…. Service sucks, People are rude. Tells it is authentic italian from the outside but in real these people are from Turkey or middle east. Pizza is decent, but only decent not more than that. All in all mediocre.

Delivery service: We ordered one penne and two large Margherita pizzas. We got the wrong penne and only a small Margherita pizza. The pizza was quite good, but the penne unfortunately wasn't seasoned. A pity. I probably won't order here again.

We were there on April 28th. We were there in the afternoon and wanted to share a large Quattro Stagione pizza and enjoy a glass of white wine with it. After 35 minutes (our waiting neighbors only had their pizza after 45 minutes) a small pizza in a box was given to us from the hatch without comment, even though we had ordered and paid for a large one to eat on site. When we asked, the reason given was that we had run out of dough for the large pizza. We didn't accept the pizza and left. I have been a regular customer at Pane e Vino for many years, but I have never experienced such poor service.

The menu indicates it's Sicilian, but it's actually Turkish and the pizza is absolutely not authentic. All of our pizzas looked the same, covered in a mountain of red onion. The spicy sausage seemed low quality and quite chewy, and the overall taste was quite mediocre.

I have to agree with the other reviews, the pizzeria used to be much better. My second to last pizza was barely done and my last pizza was a spinach pizza without spinach. Price for a "large" pizza is more expensive than in many restaurants. Very unfortunate.

This is the second time here and the pizza and salads are great. The pizzas have generous toppings and if you take the pizza with you to the park, the ambience is also right. The food didn't arrive at all! We ordered two pizzas and the delivery time was stated to be around 40 minutes. Half an hour after prog. I called about delivery time and was assured that the order had gone out and would be there soon. An hour later I called again and got the same information. Three hours after ordering, the place closed and we didn't have any pizza. However, the order was marked as delivered in the app. The matter was extremely annoying, the store was closed for us. I'm sorry. No more 5 stars. The charm of the past has apparently disappeared with a change of ownership. The map is still the same. The quality of the pizza varies greatly. The pizza is often dry and sometimes even burnt. The service is sometimes really unfriendly (I wasn't supposed to wait in the entrance area, but on the footpath, I was told rudely). Pre-orders are ready 15 minutes after the agreed time. I find the definition of “5 minutes” funny, which is more like 10-15 minutes. If you don't have to wait forever anyway because Lieferando orders unfortunately come first. My heart is bleeding a little, but we will probably have to change our regular supplier.

It's a shame that used to be the best pizzeria on Rüdesheimerplatz. Unfortunately, things have slowed down a lot with the new boss. The pizzas are smaller, very dry, hardly any tomato sauce or cheese on them and the base is often burnt. Once ordered from Lieferando and the order was completely forgotten and not delivered, they finished work and delivered the next day. Unfortunately we won't be eating there again anytime soon.

My experience with this pizzeria was very disappointing. It seems that the quality has dropped drastically recently, probably under new management. It used to be a nice little Italian takeaway, but now the quality is far from the previous standard. As already mentioned in other reviews, the service also leaves a lot to be desired. Unfortunately the service was negligent, even though we were the only guests. The pizza, which seemed okay at first glance, turned out to be extremely greasy and heavy with a burnt bottom. Wir haben schlechte Erfahrung gemacht. Soviel Fett habe nie in eine Pizza gesehen. Außerdem wir haben eine große Pizza geholt und sie war in vier Stücken geschnitten!?!

Vorerst nicht wieder. Pizzen waren viel zu klein( 22 und 21 cm statt 26) lange Wartezeit, seit einem vermutlichen Wechsel nur noch auf das schnelle Geld aus. Nicht zu empfehlen. Sieht auch alles sehr schmuddelig aus. Pizzabäcker wirkt sehr unmotiviert.

Über die Website bestellt und sehr entäuscht. Die Pizzen waren deutlich kleiner als bestellt und die extra Zutaten bei den Nudeln wurden vergessen. Bestellt wurde über die eigne Website des Lokals mit einer bestätigten Abholzeit. Statt uns nett zu entschuldigen, dass die Zeit nicht eingehalten werden kann, wurden wir des Ladens verwiesen. Wir waren seit Jahren treue Kunden und waren von dem Service vor ort sehr negativ überrascht Die Pizza ist nicht schlecht aber der Service ist nicht zu empfehlen und die Kommunikation aggressiv den Kunden gegenüber. .

Ich bestelle dort regelmäßig. Die Pizzen sind sehr lecker! Es gibt auch eine große vegane Auswahl. Service ist Top! Bei Problemen kommen sie sofort einem entgegen. Sehr freundlich! Meine Familie und ich essen dort Immer wieder gerne.

Nach ca. 2 Stunden und mehrmaligen Nachfragen haben wir endlich unsere Pizzen erhalten - die Kinder bis dahin entweder eingeschlafen oder schreiend vor Hunger. Die Pizza ungenießbar, weil kaum gebacken. Die langen Schlagen vor der Pizzeria sind für mich kaum erklärbar.

Hier ist richtig was los. Meine Tochter steht schon seit anderthalb Stunden und wartet auf 2 Pizzen. Inzwischen beschweren sich schon andere Gäste und wollen das Geld zurück und drohen mit der Polizei. Hier gibt es leider Vorkasse.

Wartezeit trotz Bestellung per telefon und pünktlicher Ankunft zur vereinbarten Zeit.

Wir haben Pizza bestellt und wollten vor Ort mit Karte zahlen, das ist anscheinend nicht möglich! Der Kunde vor uns wurde vom Besitzer grundlos angeschrien und wir 10 min lang ignoriert! Die Pizza hat’s dann auch echt nicht mehr rausgeholt, die hat nämlich nicht wirklich nach irgendwas geschmeckt.🫣

Der Kunde vor uns wurde respektlos und unfreundlich abgewiesen, weil er seine bestellte Pizza mit Karte zahlen wollte, was laut Website auch möglich ist. Er wurde so dermaßen angemault und ihm wurde gesagt er solle nie wieder dort bestellen und die Mitarbeiter sollen zukünftige Bestellungen mit seinem Namen sofort stornieren. Wenn man Büffelmozarella bestellt, bekommt man einfach den normalen. Und die Pizza hat nach Pappe geschmeckt.

Wenn Weinfest ist, dann muss man mit Wartezeiten zwischen 45 - 60 min. rechnen. Service war Durchschnitt und die Qualität der Pizzen hat etwas nachgelassen. Schade. Vielleicht sollte zu den Stoßzeiten der Lieferdienst gestoppt werden, dann würde noch mehr Lauflundschaft vom Weinfest kommen.

Qualität hat stark nachgelassen, Essen schmeckt normal bis fade. Wartezeiten sind enorm lang, ca. 55 Min für 2 Pizzen, bei Bestellung Sonntag um 18:40 Uhr. Der Pfeffer in der Pfeffermühle ist verschimmelt, die Toiletten sind verdreckt, es gibt kein Toilettenpapier.

Pizza und Pasta - beides ist wirklich gut und preisgünstig. Der Lieferdienst funktioniert prima, und im Freien vor der Pizzastube sitzt man sehr nett.

Die Pizza ist lecker, leider ist der Service echt unterirdisch. Die Wartezeit war ca. 40 Miniten, eine echte Reihenfolge der Pizzaherstellung war nicht zu erkennen. Zusätzlich ist das Personal unfreundlich. So richtig willkommen fühlt man sich nicht. Warum benachrichtigt ihr nicht eure Kunden per SMS, wenn die Pizzen abholbereit sind.

Leider ist diese Pizzeria nicht das was sie mal war. Früher war die Pizza sehr gut und in allen aspekten ein gutes erlebnis. Mitlerweile ist der Geschmack sehr unterdurchschnittlich: der Teig nicht durch, die Soße nicht lecker und der Belag nicht unbedingt immer frisch. Ebenfalls hatte ich einmal sehr dicke salamischeiben was nicht gerade angenehm war. Der Service ist eher schwierig zu bewerten. Zwar nicht unbedingt freundlich aber auch nicht stark abweisen/asozial, zumindest aus unserer erfahrung. Abschließend, ist es keine Empfehlung.

Sehr lange Wartezeit auf zwei Pizzen (ca. 45min), unfreundliche und genervte Bestellaufnahme, unterdurchschnittliche Pizza - zudem wurde die falsche Pizza unter dem richtigen Namen übergeben. Für all das ist auch der Preis deutlich zu hoch, im italienischen Restaurant zahle ich für eine leckere Pizza und ein schönes Ambiente mit guten Service nicht oder nur minimal mehr. Meine Freundin meinte zudem, früher sei das Lokal besser gewesen und wahrscheinlich habe der Betreiber gewechselt. Ich habe gestern gegen 19:00 Uhr direkt im Laden 2 Pizza Mista bestellt und musste ca. 1 Stunde warten. Das Personal war total überfordert und teilte mir und anderen Wartenden mit, das Lieferando Vorrang hat. So sollte man nicht mit seiner Kundschaft umgehen.

Wollt ihr uns eigentlich auf den Arm nehmen?! Wir warten 1,5 h auf unsere Pizza, fragen immer wieder nach, Leute, die nach uns kommen, bekommen ihre Pizza vor uns… auf Nachfrage reagiert ihr fast schon angepisst? Arroganter geht’s fast nicht! Egal wie lecker die Pizza ist, das geht gar nicht! Was hinzu kommt: mit Kippe hinterm Ohr in der Küche stehe und nach dem Rauchen direkt zurück in die Küche… das geht gar nicht!

Wir mussten leider über 70min auf unsere 2 Pizzen warten und hätten wahrscheinlich noch länger gewartet, wenn wir nicht schon 3 Mal gefragt hätten. Als Reaktion bekamen wir eine pampige Antwort, dass die Reihenfolge eingehalten werde (scheinbar nicht, wenn Kunden, die nach uns bestellen, vor uns ihre Pizzen bekommen) und sie angeblich nichts durcheinander bringen (ebenfalls nicht richtig, denn wie ich beim Warten drinnen mit ansehen durfte, blieben regelmäßig Pizzen übrig, wo dann versucht wurde diese loszuwerden, indem irgendein Zettel aus der Reihenfolge gezogen wurde und schnell der Rest dieser Bestellung ergänzt wurde). Ja, es ist gerade Weinfest und damit mehr los, aber es wäre nett, wenn dies dann einfach kommuniziert werden würde. Dann könnte man auch woanders warten und steht sich nicht über 70min die Beine in den Bauch. Und man darf auch Fehler zugeben und braucht nicht den Kunden anmotzen. Leider war das Ergebnis dann auch enttäuschend. Wäre es meine 1. Pizza dort gewesen, würde ich allein des Geschmacks wegen nicht mehr hingehen, der früher aber großartig war. Nun gehe ich aufgrund des Services und des dort arbeitenden Klientels nicht mehr hin. Dann können sie weiterhin ihre eigenen Familienmitglieder vorziehen (die hatten ganz schnell Essen...). Zu guter Letzt: gerade, wenn Kunden Einblick in die Küche haben, würde ich noch mehr Wert auf Hygiene legen... Auch diese ließ stark zu wünschen übrig. Und mit der Zigarette hinterm Ohr zu bedienen und Essen zu machen gehört sich in meinen Augen auch definitiv nicht... Zusammenfassung: nicht mehr zu empfehlen!
