The food tasted of nothing; the person in charge must have been completely clueless when it comes to cooking. It's hard to imagine a tomato sauce that tastes of absolutely nothing. The mozzarella di buffalo wasn't "buffalo," but plain old mozzarella. It was only added after baking and was cold. Even worse, and the reason for this review: I got a severe stomach ache after eating it; there was something too old in it... Conclusion: avoid at all costs!

We ordered there via Uber Eats. The delivery time was missed, and we had to wait an hour for our food. We ordered a vegan broccoli pizza. The pizza had real cheese on it. I called, and after 10 minutes of searching the system, he finally found the order. It's a disorganized place. Then he told me we hadn't ordered a vegan pizza. We were lied to, like many other customers. Uber Eats says it's vegan. Eating it could have ended badly due to a food intolerance. We'll never order from there again. Unfriendly, and no one there knows what they're doing.

Pizza Pasta used to be a really great place for a quick pizza. Crispy, generously topped, and friendly staff. Apparently, there was a change of ownership a few months ago, and I'm very disappointed. The staff are unfriendly, and the pizza is of terrible quality. It's a shame. The new owners aren't bringing anything to the table that the old staff could. Unfortunately.

Solid pizza at fair prices. When the weather's nice, you can sit outside the restaurant, or even better, on Rüdesheimer Platz, and enjoy the pizza. The atmosphere and setting are great. The service was good, and our pizza arrived quickly. If you're in the area, you can definitely stop by here.

I ordered a pizza for delivery and paid directly via PayPal. But after an hour, there was still no sign of the pizza. After a call in which they suggested the pizza could come tomorrow because they were off work, and I declined, it arrived after over two hours and was barely edible. The broccoli was bad, the dough wasn't cooked through, and everything was carelessly slapped on. One of the two had to be thrown away because I didn't want to upset our stomachs. Unfortunately, I wouldn't recommend it!

Found a piece of plastic (6 cm or so long) in the crust of my pizza. They were also handling both money and pizzas with out gloves on which I find unsanitary. I live in the neighborhood but unfortunately will never return.

This place deserves O stars but unfortunately this is not possible. The pizza was thick and half raw, so we gave it back. We waited an age for a new pizza that never came. Nor did an apology. Service was extremely rude. Avoid.

I picked up a takeaway pizza from Pizza e Pasta to enjoy in the nearby park. The pizza was delicious and the price was absolutely fair. While it didn't have a real wow factor for me, it was overall solid quality. This is definitely a good place for a quick snack. Highly recommended if you're nearby and craving pizza!

The Calabrese was complete garbage: chunky chunks of vine tomatoes instead of cocktail tomatoes, the arugula was unwashed and sandy, and they forgot to put the Parmesan on it. And they waited forever for it. Terrible.

Soggy salad drowning in Balsamico Creme, did not taste good at all. Pizza Buffalo was not with Buffalo Mozzarella and the slices were added after the pizza was already out of the oven. When I explained that we really didn’t like our food they were just unfriendly. Won’t go back

The staff is a disaster, rude/people don't go there to eat, the staff don't speak proper German either, totally exhausting. Never again, disgusting. The restrooms are really dirty, the health department should come and check.

Very unpleasant experience, will not go back and do not recommend. Waited 30+ minutes for takeaway food when others that came later were served earlier. A handicapped elderly lady in a wheelchair was thrown out together with her caretaker because they ordered takeaway food but they also waited so long that they decided to eat at the table. They couldn't eat at the table because of a "Kontrolle" - wtf, who does something like that, so disrespectful omg. Food very mediocre, the pizzas were awfully greasy :(

There used to be a really nice neighborhood Italian restaurant, a real Italian restaurant. That must have been years ago now. I grabbed something today, but the two men didn't really feel like working. The salami was carelessly slapped onto the pizza, and the carbonara was nothing like it was about seven years ago. What a shame. A real shame.

Super dry vegan pizza, no olive oil and no love. The arugula has already been missing twice. Even classic pizzas are nothing special, toppings are sparse. This is a fast food joint. But you can do it.

The first thought when eating the pizza we took with us was that it tasted different than usual. Over the years, this pizzeria in the neighborhood has been a frequent stop for pizza and everything has tasted delicious so far. This time the dough was too thick, firm and rubbery, was heavy on the stomach and caused an upset stomach. There is room for improvement in the art of pizza making. No offense!

Questionable handling of reviews: I noticed that numerous critical reviews have disappeared - not only here, but also on Lieferando. I wonder whether reviews were actively deleted here in order to artificially enhance the image. I'll keep an eye on whether this review sticks. If not, I will take legal action on the issue. Transparency and honest customer feedback are essential - and those who cannot accept criticism should think about their business practices.

The pizza was bad, the ingredients were poured onto the dough in large quantities. The pizza salami is covered with tons of poor quality plockwurst and at the end coarse pieces of unripe tomatoes are added. Add enough cheese until the pizza is served half raw. The staff smoked in front of the guests.

It's a shame, the pizza was really good. Not anymore. The dough is tasteless and limp. In fact, when they made a pizza with Parma ham, they put the ham in the oven, which doesn't work at all. Dough wasn't baked properly either. I won't go there anymore.

Simply the best pizza and pasta shop in town! The food is super tasty, freshly prepared and authentically Italian. Absolutely recommended and always worth a visit!

Pizza is really terrible. Super salty and the cheapest ingredients. We only went there because we thought it would be faster than the 4.7 star place across the street. At the other place they quoted us half an hour, so we went to this place and waited 35 minutes. We tried to order a wine while we waited, it came 32 minutes after we ordered it and was warm. Service was ok. Grumpy but not rude at all.

Suburban pasta with gorgonzola & spinach in the tagliatelle version (shown: with gnocchi, penne or tortellini for 10.50) ordered to take away. Order reception not particularly friendly. Food ready: 12 euros: why is that? Argument: because tagliatelle with salmon also costs 12.00... Resistance expressed: because everything that is different costs 1.50 more. I had no idea that tagliatelle was higher quality than tortellini or gnocci. I also had no idea that it was customary to charge extra for changes - mind you, changes - not an add-on like fish or pieces of meat - and to not give any indication of this when ordering or to have a clear indication of this in the menu. Hostile to customers, unfriendly prices and such impudence: That's not possible: no more with me with you!

Ordered online for pickup at the wine festival. We arrived after 20 minutes to find out how long it would take (online it said 20, then 60 minutes). The employees said 40 minutes and they would call. It was busy, but the employees had time for cigarette breaks even though everyone was waiting. (Everyone has the right to take a break, but don't take your cigarette break right in front of the entrance in the customer queue). Everyone was served before us, but there was still a 30 minute wait in line. The pizzas were then cold and no discount was offered or perhaps a drink on the house, just a "sorry". Wouldn't come back as they weren't exactly friendly either. The pizzas were ok in terms of price, but the taste was more like a 6 out of 10.

Bad, unfriendly service and when I pointed out that the children's pizza was burnt, the pizza baker said he wouldn't give me anything burnt. All the pizzas were black on the bottom but the children's pizza was really burnt, even on the top!

Ordered pizza, pasta and a mixed salad. The pasta was warm to cold. The pizza wasn't cooked through at all and was thrown into the box without any enthusiasm. Salad was old brown leaves with sweet sauce, peppers and way too many olives. I ask you guys….what is that???? Again ? Absolutely no way. Put proper chefs in there and not just people in sweatpants. Pizza is delicious, service is bad. If it's too full, there are always mistakes with the pizzas (vegan cheese instead of normal or vice versa or things are forgotten) instead of getting a new pizza, you get your money back because the 'order' has to be followed. Well…. Service sucks, People are rude. Tells it is authentic italian from the outside but in real these people are from Turkey or middle east. Pizza is decent, but only decent not more than that. All in all mediocre.

Delivery service: We ordered one penne and two large Margherita pizzas. We got the wrong penne and only a small Margherita pizza. The pizza was quite good, but the penne unfortunately wasn't seasoned. A pity. I probably won't order here again.

We were there on April 28th. We were there in the afternoon and wanted to share a large Quattro Stagione pizza and enjoy a glass of white wine with it. The following drinks were possible: warm white wine or red wine in a beer glass (it was also quite warm). After 35 minutes (our waiting neighbors only had their pizza after 45 minutes) a small pizza in a box was given to us from the hatch without comment, even though we had ordered and paid for a large one to eat on site. When we asked, the reason given was that we had run out of dough for the large pizza. We didn't accept the pizza and left. I have been a regular customer at Pane e Vino for many years, but I have never experienced such poor service.

The menu indicates it's Sicilian, but it's actually Turkish and the pizza is absolutely not authentic. All of our pizzas looked the same, covered in a mountain of red onion. The spicy sausage seemed low quality and quite chewy, and the overall taste was quite mediocre.

I have to agree with the other reviews, the pizzeria used to be much better. My second to last pizza was barely done and my last pizza was a spinach pizza without spinach. Price for a "large" pizza is more expensive than in many restaurants. Very unfortunate.

This is the second time here and the pizza and salads are great. The pizzas have generous toppings and if you take the pizza with you to the park, the ambience is also right. I called about delivery time and was assured that the order had gone out and would be there soon. An hour later I called again and got the same information. Three hours after ordering, the place closed and we didn't have any pizza. However, the order was marked as delivered in the app. The matter was extremely annoying, the store was closed for us. It's a real shame, we've had better experiences there before.

I'm sorry. No more 5 stars. The charm of the past has apparently disappeared with a change of ownership. The map is still the same. The quality of the pizza varies greatly. The pizza is often dry and sometimes even burnt. The service is sometimes really unfriendly (I wasn't supposed to wait in the entrance area, but on the footpath, I was told rudely). Pre-orders are ready 15 minutes after the agreed time. I find the definition of “5 minutes” funny, which is more like 10-15 minutes. If you don't have to wait forever anyway because Lieferando orders unfortunately come first. My heart is bleeding a little, but we will probably have to change our regular supplier.

It's a shame that used to be the best pizzeria on Rüdesheimerplatz. Unfortunately, things have slowed down a lot with the new boss. The pizzas are smaller, very dry, hardly any tomato sauce or cheese on them and the base is often burnt. Once ordered from Lieferando and the order was completely forgotten and not delivered, they finished work and delivered the next day. Unfortunately we won't be eating there again anytime soon.

It used to be a nice little Italian takeaway, but now the quality is far from the previous standard. As already mentioned in other reviews, the service also leaves a lot to be desired. Unfortunately the service was negligent, even though we were the only guests. The pizza, which seemed okay at first glance, turned out to be extremely greasy and heavy with a burnt bottom. It's still heavy in our stomachs. Due to this disappointing experience, I can unfortunately only give one star.
