The pizza wasn't nice even for fast food, not terrible but far from good. The staff is not nice, even borderline rude sometimes (Italians are almost always like this). Prices are pretty high for such a place and quality.

Good pizza for Germany. Menu with 2 daisies and a drink for less than 15 euros. Rude like most of the Germans I have met so far. With a menu for two people they only gave us one glass, the reason being "because it costs".

Worst pizza ever. Every frozen pizza is better!!

Nudeln mit Scampi. Selbstgemachtes Brot wurde dazugereicht. Pizza-Salami. Beides wirklich super lecker mit Liebe gemacht. Dem Koch hat es sichtbar Spaß gemacht. Hinterher noch einen Cappu. Für mich seit langem ein richtig guter Italiener mit Spaß an der Arbeit beim Durchlaufen durch die Mall gefunden. Das Ambiente ist leider nicht gemütlich.

Pizza is crazy Absolutely not recommended!

If I read bad comments before ordering that would be a huge mistake! I’ve ordered lasagna and it was best I’ve ever had. Full of cheese, well cooked and big.

1. Pizzas are only warmed up. Not fresh! 2. Pasta mushy and poor consistency 3. Staff unfriendly!!! We were given incorrect orders. After we addressed it in a friendly manner, they tried to put a made-up excuse in our mouths. They also had fun and had fun. When I said no and exposed them for their lie, they watched uninterested and remained silent. No apologies, no new food. Nothing! According to some other reviews, it seems we're not the only ones who were/are dissatisfied with the staff and the food.

The food was at the counter all day, when we ordered the food was only warmed up, unappetizing!!! , The penne pasta was very dry and hard. Staff very unfriendly, not recommended, I wish I could give zero stars.

The worst pasta I have ever tasted. Didn't taste like anything. Spices? None. Couldn't finish it. And paid 10 EUR for it. Of course you can't expect too much from a snack bar in a mall, but this?!!!

Pizza mit rohem kalten Belag. Der Boden ist bereits vorgebacken. Belag wird nach der Bestellung hinzugefügt und noch mal kurz im Ofen gebacken. Dies hatte zur Auswirkungen, dass der Boden sehr trocken und Champignons, Oliven sowie Schinken hingegen komplett roh und kalt waren.

Starker laden. Haben 2 Salamipizzen bestellt waren innerhalb von 2-3 minuten vertig und frisch, crosser teig, gute Soße, sehr leckerer käse und perfekt getroffene salami. Alles in allem finde ich das der preis gerechtfertigt ist und es sich echt lohnt diesen laden auszuprobieren.

Eu e minha mulher não achamos a massa saborosa. Não retornaremos.

Dobre jedzenie, krotki czas oczekiwania. Duży wybór w menu - zarówno pizze jak i makarony. Są również zestawy z napojami. Można płacić kartą. Lasagne lekko niedoprawiona. Pizza bardzo dobra. Na blacie przygotowane pizze do odpieku, my trafiliśmy na świeżą.

Sehr freundliches Personal. Mein Essen „Farfalle Salmone“ schmeckte gut. Lachs ist recht wenig, aber okay. Generell aber große Portion Nudeln mit genügend Spinat.

Trockene Pizza, kaum Tomatensoße drauf, lieblos belegt. Schade um die Lebensmittel. Möglich, dass die Pizza schon eine Weile lag. Nicht zu empfehlen, auch wegen des lauten und unpersönlichen Ambientes im Foodcourt der Mall of Berlin.

Der Espresso ist eine Reise wert!

Le serveur me demande de présenter une deuxième fois ma carte car celle-ci ne serait pas passée la première fois. Résultat: facturée 2 fois et aucun moyen de me faire rembourser ! FUYEZ !

Visited Aida in a very crowded Tuesday, it was lunch time. There were plenty of employees working and it looked like it was the owner (or the manager, maybe?) who took my order. My first impression was really bad because the guy, being a manager of a restaurant placed in the biggest mall of Berlin (in a very tourist-friendly zone) barely could speak English. He could understand me but he answered me back in German! It would me comic, if it wasn't tragic. I ordered a Gorgonzola pizza and a red ale, which they didn't have. Then ordered another kind of beer (also in the menu) and they didn't have it either so I went for the regular draft beer. The pizza took about 15 minutes to get ready and not before I asked about it (again, the guy talked to me in German all the time, even though I said many times I didn't speak his language). They served the pizza on a very thin cardboard plate, not even on a tray. The dish was flaming hot on my hands and the only available table my wife found was in the other side of the food court. When in Berlin again, I'll pass this one.

It's a mall Pizza, and not a very good one. Cheap on the amount of cheese.

2euro for parmesan on the pasta

Nudelgerichte gehen garnicht! Meine Spaghetti Carbonara haben nach nichts geschmeckt und die Nudeln meiner Freundin waren voll mit ekligen Käsestückchen und es hat nach Stinkefuß gerochen. Als wir uns beschwerten kam keine Einsicht des Personals und sie waren sehr unfreundlich. Wir haben als Entschädigung 2 gratis Pizzen bekommen die jedoch auch nicht ganz überzeugend waren. Fazit: Nicht empfehlenswert!

Un sitio al que no volver. La comida está ok, pero la persona que nos atendió parecía que nos estaba haciendo un favor por servirnos comida, muy antipático.

Pizza Ruccola und Funghi war ok. Fuer 5€ pro stück brauch man ehrlich gesagt auch nicht mehr erwarten. Das Nudelgericht wa allerdings das allerletzte. Wir hatten was einfaches mit Nudeln und Tomatensosse fuer die Kinder bestellt. Leider hat die Tomatensosse zu den Nudel so geschmeckt als wenn Sie aus der Konservendose direkt in die Nudelngeschmissen worden sind und das fuer 8€ ist schon happig. Es war leider eine totale Fehlentscheidung da das Essen in der Mall bestellt zu haben. Naechstes mal dann doch lieber zum Thailänder oder Falafelbude nebenan.

Had 3 meals on 3 consecutive days recently. The Bolognese was excellent and at a good price. Would definitely go there again.

Hard microwaved pizza, tasteless pizza, couldn’t eat it and got money back. Looks fresh but nothing it fresh.

Mit einer kleinen vorausgewählten Speisekarte und sehr zuvorkommenden Bedienung hatten wir ein wunderschönes Dinner. Tolle Drinks, köstliche Vorspeisen und trotz großer Runde knusprig leckere Pizzen. Das Restaurant ist edel eingerichtet, gut besucht und dennoch gemütlich.

We ate dinner at Aida with a family of five. We had a slightly loud child with us, but we were aware of this and positioned us outside, far from other guests. After we had been eating for 15 minutes or so the waiter started coming to our table constantly, asking if we were done (the restaurant was NOT full). On top of this, the food was not great either: the pizzas were soggy in the middle, and while the spaghetti itself was good, the sauce was below average.

What we liked most about the place were the comfort and cleanliness. Just Italian. The food is undoubtedly delicious and the staff is happy to serve their customers. We had a great time after a hard day.

Nice restaurant with very kind owner and waitress. As I don’t speak German, they were nice to speak in Italian. It was as if I was back to Italy!!! Delicious food. La pasta era buonissima!!! Grazie

Ruhig gelegen, in der Nähe des Savignyplatzes. Die Bedienung war nett. Die Speisenkarte ist interessant. Das Essen war gut, der Wein in Ordnung. Die Preis-Leistung ist allerdings unterer Durchschnitt. Allgemein empfehlenswert.

My Gorgonzola was ok, not good but ok and my girlfriend had to bring her pesto pasta back because the tomatos tastes fishy

Wer von einem Stammkunden der hier seit mittlerweile 2 jahren essen geht(mind. 3 mal die Woche) und immer das selbe Essen bestellt dann auf einmal für Bandnudeln anstatt Spagehtti 1euro verlangt und für Brokkoli anstatt Zuchini auch noch einen Euro verlangt der muss einen Pfeil im Kopf haben, eine *frechheit* die ihres gleichen sucht. Das Essen schmeckt an sich sehr gut aber wer diese Firmenpolitik gestaltet hat sollte mal lieber noch einen Kurs belegen ach und die Mitarbeiter dollte man schon schulen im Umgang mit Kunden.FY

Worst pasta I've ever had. Both of our dishes tasted the same and it tasted like nothing.

Horrible. When I went to order, the only waiter was on his phone (which is fine, he wasn't busy fair enough in isolation) and when I went to order he didn't even look up when I tried talking to him. He noticed after a minute or two, didn't apologise and was very blunt. You can't pay by card. Then the pizza was possibly the worst I've ever had. It was really oily, only tasted on stale oil, precooked and didn't taste fresh. There was also a flake of raw tuna on my margherita pizza and I'm vegetarian. Go to Giovanni Rana instead, so much nicer.

Bedienung war äußerst unfreundlich und arrogant, habe Pizza bestellt und anschließend beanstandet, da sie unten fast schwarz war, wollte eigentlich eine neue haben, habe dann das Geld zurück bekommen, wollte dann neu bestellen und wurde dann einfach nicht mehr bedient und stehen gelassen, so geht man nicht mit Kunden um . Dies ist unprofessionell! Nicht empfehlenswert! Für mich ist ein Stern noch zuviel!!

Habe Nudeln mit Schinken-Käse-Soße genommen. War eine sehr große Portion und hat sehr gut geschmeckt. Natürlich nicht super billig für ca 8€, doch trz eines der besseren Essen, die ich in Berlin gegessen habe. Sitzmöglichkeiten sind sehr beschränkt. Im Sommer zudem sehr heiß. Doch das Essen war, wie bereits gesagt, top.

No está mal, pero es comida precocinada y calentada cuando la pides. Las pizzas las tienen ahí encima no se sabe cuánto tiempo y cuando la pides la calientan.

Essen kam leider erst als ich wieder ins Büro musste. Kann über die Sitzmöglichkeiten deswegen keine Auskunft geben. Das Essen ist in Ordnung, der Service lässt jedoch zu wünschen offen.

Lecker, Preiswert und schnell. Tagesgericht ist einen Test wert. Pastagerichte werden frisch zubereitet und wer möchte bekommt Parmesan als Zugabe. Besser als viele teurere Italiener in Berlin

This was a quick, affordable, decent meal. The pasta is slightly over cooked, a bit salty side but a great portion size, and decent sauce! All for 5.50. No frills. Decent mall pasta.

Persoon is super onvriendelijk en arrogant. Hielp je laat en reageerde verre van vriendelijk. De pizza was voor die prijs wel goed.
