Pizza & Döner Palast in Uetersen

For us, this “snack bar” is the absolute best in this area. Always hot, always fresh and no matter what we have ordered so far, always delicious. “Little things” alone like the rice, the tomato sauce and Ezme are worth ordering and we are not alone with our opinion ☝️☺️

Ordered 2 kebab plates and 1 falafel plate. The child is vegetarian and had the falafel plate with small pieces of meat in the salad! The sauces were missing. My friend's sauces and rice were missing. However, the sauces that we ordered separately were included. There were also tomatoes in the salads, although twice they were ordered without them.

Very good kebab with homemade bread. The owner takes some getting used to, definitely not the nicest.

I just ate a kebab plate (rotisserie plate). The portion was absolutely sufficient even for a glutton like me. A decent portion of meat and chips, really fresh and very tasty salad. There was even a flatbread on the side. The staff nice and attentive. And the price is absolutely okay too.

Food was good but forgot the sauces

We have ordered there 3 times now, the food is usually lukewarm, there is far too little croque on it (the sucuk croque had a maximum of 6 thin slices on it and the salad was brown in places) and the kebab is very greasy and was the last time I ordered it Unfortunately the meat is not fresh. Fries arrived soggy, hardly any seasoning. Unfortunately not again.

Super tasty and plentiful 👍 4 kofta with grilled tomatoes and peppers with salad, rice and bread. Fast delivery! It's definitely different. I ordered on a Sunday evening around 8 p.m. Always happy! Keep it up🫶

Ordered today for the first and last time. Döner plate with fries and lahmacun with salad. Doner plate delivered with fake salad, no sauces (2) and limp fries. Lahmacun tasteless. After a complaint, a salad plate and a sauce were delivered. Doner meat and fries could be eaten cold. Positive: incredibly fast (15min) The competition in the area can do this much better!

That was a failure. We ordered three baked kebabs and the cheese was immediately forgotten. The sauce is just liquid, the fries wobble, and then it all costs so much. Just sad 😭 Today on November 1st we tried it again and what can I say put 6. Ordered three dishes and two arrived wrong. The cook should discover the spices - the food just tastes bland.

We are very satisfied, ordering always works well over the phone. Delivery also works well. The food tastes good, our pizzas weren't greasy and they always tasted great. We've also had kebab, which was always good and tasted delicious. The delivery people are always friendly. The food always arrived hot.

Unfortunately, the fries were so limp that we had to throw them back into the deep fryer. Croque was ok, a little more topping would be great. Doner kebab a bit small and more (largely cut) salad than meat. It's a shame, we expected more with a delivery time of just over 1 hour.

08/09/24 NEW OWNER VERY NICE STORE. Was here for the second time today and very good with the NEW OWNERS. Yesterday I ate a Dürum so big that I couldn't finish it, today Dünar plate had way too much and it was great, PLEASE KEEP IT UP. The staff is very nice too a few old faces. I'm back ******************************** 09/12/19 I don't go there anymore, the food used to be better and also clean. I was there yesterday and I can't go to the store and on the phone with a cigarette Look on the left where you can take a look. I don't anymore. A new one has opened in Tornesch.

Even one star would be too much ordering placed over the internet, order confirmation received and no food received.

Totally cheap STORE Ordered 4 burgers with fries which were unfortunately terrible again. The fries are totally mushy, as if they were fried in water, and very little. You want to have nice fries that are crispy and nicely seasoned. The burger is totally loveless, standard buns and frozen paddy scxhemckt like oven burgers from Lidl are simply bad. was our last time

Croque delivered burnt. Wishes were not taken into account))! Flopp

We ordered pizza and croque on Saturday evening, the pizza 🍕 was very good and the croque was awesome! I haven't eaten something so delicious in a long time. The baguette wasn't as wobbly as it sometimes is and it wasn't burnt either - it was just perfect! I would like it like that with every order 🙏 the waiting time of about half an hour was completely ok too!

I ordered something there ages ago and am now very disappointed... nothing was recommended. Gyros that are too fatty look more like pork neck fried in a pan. The pizza tastes very salty...

Ordered two pizzas on Sunday. Waited an hour, can live with it. Pizza sizes were swapped, which wasn't a problem in itself. Called problem described: I'll write down who they are, they'll do fine. OK, can I get this in writing? Yes, when I make new ones it takes so long. Um, okay, but I can't help it that the first two took so long, should I wait that long again? So I've never really seen anything so bad The food was also cold.

Trotz vorherigen Schiffbruch heute mal wieder bestellt, nicht griechisch, das würde ich auch nicht mehr machen, sondern klassisch "Imbiss", Schnitzel, Currywurst Burger....und.....SUPER....megalecker, alles heiß, super Fritten....und !!!! 10 Minuten früher geliefert als Prognose...Preis Leistung Klasse!!!! Weiter so!!!! 23.11. Lieferzeitprognose 60 min. für Freitagabend normal, aber nach 30 Min. war das Essen da! Alles sehr lecker und heiß. Mega Pizza, Pasta, Bürger Pommes.....alles suuuuuuuper!!!! Kl. Manko, der Parmesan bei der Pasta fehlte...aber sonst alles perfekt!

Ich würde da nicht mehr essen das sind Mäuse so ab artich 🤢🤮

Schlechtester Croque aller Zeiten! Unfassbar! Fast nichts drauf, altes Brot und auch noch die Sauce vergessen. Katastrophe! Nie wieder!!

perfekte Pizza Heute, immer wieder gerne

Essen kam innerhalb 1 Std.auf einem Sonntag abend. Alle Speisen waren noch richtig heiß. Es hat alles sehr gut geschmeckt. Pizza gut belegt. Boden locker fluffig. Wir werden wieder bestellen!!!

Haben meine Lieblingspizza "Oriental". Resümee nach etlichen Jahren: ein mal kalt geliefert, ein mal vertauschte Pizza geliefert. Würde kurzfristig aber getauscht. Stets freundliche Bestellannahme und Auslieferung. Auch hier gerne wieder.

Das essen ist super lecker es dauert nicht lange bis die das essen liefern der Service ist auch ganz gut "Empfehlenswert "

Toller Laden mit sehr nettem Personal, bestelle dort seit über 10 Jahren, alles Top immer lecker und sehr zufrieden. Niedriger Mindestbestellwert ab € 8.- online oder telefonisch ohne Lieferkosten. Meine klare Empfehlung in Sachen Pizza und türkischer Spezialitäten !!

Nicht mehr wie früher. Döner sind qualitativ sehr schlecht geworden.

Lieferservice am 17.01.2023: das Essen würde besser schmecken, wenn es beim Kunden mit einer entsprechenden Temperatur eintreffen würde, also bitte bessere Thermoboxen anschaffen

Essen war nur lauwarm, statt Reis wurden Nudeln geliefert, statt Gyros „Geschnetzeltes“, der Salat war wohl schon etwas älter. Ingesamt sehr enttäuschend. Werden hier nicht wieder bestellen. 2 Sterne lediglich für die Freundlichkeit.

Sehr lecker. Die Servicekraft(Inhaber) könnte auch mal ein etwas freundlicheres Gesicht machen.

Croque war kalt. Korfuplatte auch kalt und Fleisch zäh. Das Essen war mal besser. War das letzte mal das wir dort bestellt haben.

War unser Stammlieferant, wenn's um Döner anbelangt. Zweimal hintereinander enttäuscht, jetzt bestellen wir dort nicht mehr. Jeder erhöht derzeit die Preise, aber dann sollte die Qualität bleiben. Schade! Zwei Sterne für die pünktliche Lieferung und Freundlichkeit.

Also.... ich hatte im Vorbeifahren Hunger und bekam einen erstklassigen Döner, festes Brot, lecker Fleisch und gute Soßenauswahl... was will man mehr von einem Imbiss?

Bestellung kam rechtzeitig und warm, alles okay. Geschmacklich auch okay aber kein Highlight. Pizza sehr fettig

Wir bestellen regelmäßig als Firma und erreichen oftmals um halb 11 niemanden! Vielleicht sollte man darüber nachdenken, einen vermerk auf sie Karte zu machen, dass man erst um kurz vor 11 telefonisch jemanden erreicht... Wäre Grundvoraussetzung, damit es um 12.00 geliefert werden kann! Essen ist allerdings immer in Ordnung!

Nicht der beste Dürüm ,aber für das Geld eine riesen Portion. Die Pommes leider nicht ganz durch. Alle freundlich und alles frisch. Kann man machen 👍

Bis jetzt der Beste von drei Dönern, seit ich nach Tornesch gezogen bin. An "meinen" Dönermann in Pinneberg kam aber keiner ran😉
