I was there to eat today and what we had ordered from the grill didn't even taste good and the one thing I saw there were cockroaches😳🫣🪳🪳🪳🪳🪳 running over the turn I was shocked of my life by what I saw there . This time I was there and never went out to eat with my family again. I would have recommended that you never recommend this restaurant for food again because there are cockroaches 🪳🪳🪳🙈

It's perfect for a meal in between...

I am not satisfied with your package service at all, I have three problems, constant excuses and you will lose your customers this way, thank you.

Serving poultry in a kebab that was still completely raw on one side is disgusting and dangerous. Never again!

Went there for the first time today. I had to wait 35 minutes for my kebab bag! In the end the meat arrived very dry and extremely seasoned. Arrived home with a bad stomach ache! I've never experienced having to wait over half an hour for a kebab bag. Plus, the store wasn't overcrowded or anything.

Great Turkish restaurant in the heart of Uetersen. They eat portions that are good and plentiful at a good price/performance ratio. The service was very accommodating and very friendly. Always happy again

It doesn't work at all! Recently we waited almost 2 hours to only get half of it, which unfortunately was already cold. Ordered again today, this time by phone. After 1.5 hours I called to ask questions because we were promised a maximum delivery time of 30 minutes. None! Apparently the car was broken, then the other colleague on the phone said they had accidentally sent out the wrong delivery. For us it's clear... never again

We know comparable Turkish restaurants in Hamburg, but also in the Pinneberg district...the service was okay, our kebab plate was there quickly, but almost without sauce and with manageable portions of salad and fries. The taste was at least okay, if a bit bland. But what definitely stops us from any further visits is the lopsided price/performance ratio: 40 euros for two people for two kebab plates and two small soft drinks. This is much better in HH and the surrounding area in terms of price and taste.

8 euros for a Dürüm that had more Dürüm bread than meat and side dishes combined is really cheeky. Also extremely unfriendly staff.

We always ordered there and it was always very tasty, fresh and, above all, right. The last few times it was always cold, soggy, the sauce was diluted with water and the order was always wrong. I have no idea what's currently going wrong, but I wasn't ready to deliver my correct order again either.

Very tasty food, today I ordered 1 kebab and a Dürum kebab, very tasty sauces... The only problem was that I had an approx. 3 cm long bone in the Dürum which was very pointed 🥲 but still 4/5 because it was very... It was delicious and very good service!

Worst restaurant ever! We ordered 3 dishes and the delivery came after 120! Minutes! Most of the meat was still raw. Doesn't even deserve this 1-star rating! Inedible!

We have already eaten there twice with several people after a wedding ceremony. The service is a flat 0. The food always came an hour after the agreed time and the taste wasn't worth the wait. A cellar was responsible for over 60 guests, so the tables were left untidy for several hours. The young Keller was visibly overwhelmed by the work. Besides, we forgot our cake board there and I called them and had it put aside. When I picked it up, I discovered that the board had clearly been used for cutting by the restaurant. Now useless for me. Not recommended for eating with several people!

We had dinner in the restaurant with several people. It was empty. Two waiters came to us, one of them kept asking us what we wanted from behind in a very unfriendly manner... Kebap and Adana skewers are absolutely top and are in no way inferior to the usual quality of Köz Urfa from Altona. We recommend. A little tip: add a little more salt to the bread dough and generally more tzatziki, please. good job, guys!

We just wanted to have a quick meal and found this great restaurant. Right at the entrance we were greeted like regular guests. We also noticed the large grill on which all the delicious dishes were prepared. The entire interior also fit into the overall picture, great ambience. On top of all that, the food was really delicious and the service was first class. If we are in the area again, we would be happy to come back.

Ordered 2 simple kebabs with drinks to be delivered... after waiting for an hour we called and said "he's on his way" after another hour we called again this time they said "he'll be there soon and as compensation they'll give you one free fries"... . We ordered there on Sunday, January 28th, 2024 and the meat from the rotisserie was inedible. The consistency was dry and tasted like very old meat. A new kebab plate with chicken was delivered and it was really inedible and dry. We were always very happy there, but from now on we'll never go there again!!!

Baklava tastes delicious but that’s about it🥺 you’re better off ordering it somewhere else.

Ordered for the first time today, food was tasty but only lukewarm. Had 2 donner plates and for €15.50 per portion I just think it's too expensive. There were very few fries under the kebab meat, where there wasn't that much. Normally I get full from such a portion, which unfortunately wasn't the case today. Unfortunately we won't be back. Lg.

Das beste Restaurant um richtige Türkische Spezialitäten zu essen. Der Service war ein Traum und auch die Ambiente war einfach herrlich. Ich kann es wirklich jedem weiterempfehlen und werde dort auch in Zukunft öfters kommen

Wir sind extra aus Elmshorn zum Essen gekommen.. Hunger haben wir ordentlich mitgebracht. Wir wurden sehr respektvoll empfangen. Die Tische wurden zügig zusammen gestellt. Da wir 9 Personen waren. Uns wurde ezme ,Brot, tzatziki 3 x mal nach gefüllt . Unser Essen war sehr lecker und schnell zubereitet. Die Bedienung hat uns immer wieder gefragt ob alles in Ordnung war. Wir bekamen Nachtisch und Cay aufs Haus.. Daumen hoch! Wir kommen jederzeit wieder ! Vielen Dank für das tolle Abendessen.

Der Service und das Essen sind absolut top. Man bekommt zu jeder Speise Brot und Soßen und abschließend noch einen Tee angeboten, ohne Aufpreis. Man wird immer freundlich empfangen und nett behandelt. Ich esse hier sehe gerne.

Ich komme regelmäßig mein Köftespieß hier essen, es ist jedesmal in der gleichen super Qualität. Das Personal ist freundlich und nett. Einfach Top!!

Wir sind gestern beim Spaziergang an diesem Restaurant vorbeigekommen. Leider kurz vor Feierabend, da wollten wir nicht mehr bestellen. Heute dann den Besuch nachgeholt und zum Mitnehmen bestellt. Der Service vor Ort war top. Nach der Bestellung haben wir einen Tee zum überbrücken der Wartezeit bekommen. Zu Hause angekommen machte sich schon beim öffnen der Verpackungen große Zufriedenheit breit. Das Essen war unfassbar lecker und wir sind mehr als satt geworden. Der einzige Negativpunkt ist die fehlende Akzeptanz von Debit Visa und MasterCard. In Zeiten in denen es Sumup Geräte bei OBI gibt für mich unverständlich. Punktabzug gebe ich hierfür aber nicht. Wir werden bei unserem nächsten Besuch vorher online gucken was wir wollen und dann entsprechend Bargeld mitnehmen. Kartenakzeptanz wäre trotzdem wünschenswert, auch vor dem Hintergrund, dass viele Banken gar keine "normalen" Girokarten mehr ausgeben

Wir sind mit 6 Personen zum Abendessen mit Reservierung her gekommen. Da das Restaurant recht gut besucht ist, würde ich am Abend auf jeden Fall eine Reservierung empfehlen. Alle Gerichte sind von der Menge her super ausreichend gewesen. Auch die Qualität war einwandfrei. Ich habe ein scharfes Gericht bestellt, da wir gerne mal scharf essen. Wirklich scharf fand ich es nicht (empfindet natürlich jeder anders), auf den Tischen stehen jedoch Gewürze auch zum nachträglich schärfer Würzen. Einzig merkwürdig fand ich, dass bereits Gläser auf den Tischen standen und die meisten Getränke dann in Dosen gebracht wurden. Der Service war jedoch super. Sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Preis- Leistungsverhältnis ist sehr gut. Hier werden wir auf jeden Fall wieder essen gehen.

Wirklich ein schönes Restaurant. Das erste mal war ich wirklich überrascht, da ich sowas nicht gewöhnt bin. Aber sehr sehr liebes Personal, sehr gutes Essen und ein tolles Ambiente. Ein Stern nur Abzug, nichts ist perfekt.

Sehr leckere Kebab Variationen . Kein billiger Dönerspieß, gute Fleischqualität. Ich hatte den Iskender Teller Die Portion ist irgendwo zwischen groß und riesig. Alles sehr lecker und frisch Dafür ist der Preis völlig in Ordnung
