Ordered there once. And it was the last time. We ordered a vegetarian casserole. When we opened the packaging we immediately saw the ham... We then called and were told they didn't have any vegetarian casserole. It's just strange that it's on your menu and can also be ordered. And that also at Lieferando etc... Insight equals 0 We had a Kids Box for the kids, but the drink was missing there. Little insight there either.

One of the most inedible orders ever. I ordered a Dürüm kebab for lunch. When ordering, I asked to leave out the coleslaw as an extra option. There was a huge amount of this on the dürüm, unfortunately there wasn't much of other vegetables to be found apart from one or two pieces of tomato and a strip of onion. The fact that the order came 30 minutes late didn't really matter anymore.

Today we picked up 2 kebabs and 1 portion of fries to take away and we were very happy with the quality. Unfortunately, prices for kebabs have risen sharply in recent years. I was particularly excited about the classic flatbread because I can no longer see these factory breads.

We picked up a Jumbo Dürum and a veggie bag here today. Bread was a bit hard and so was the Dürum dough. But the rest was very tasty. Price was good 👍

We ordered from you for the first time shortly after we opened. Honestly? We couldn't understand the negative comments. The food tastes great; the delivery time is perfectly fine and the contact is ALWAYS friendly. We have already ordered several times and clearly give positive feedback!

The kebabs only had coleslaw and sauce in the bun but a lot of meat. But no taste!! The pizzas, 1x fungi and 1x ham (I actually wanted a hollandaise pizza) were both smeared with black dirt from the bottom of the pizza pan. The ham also tasted extremely iron-like, disgusting... Ordered food via Lieferando Never again ! In my lahmacun only gristly meat super disgusting! 🤮 I almost threw up and didn't even eat half of it. So quality for the meat can be something disgusting in garbage, I don't even want to know how it is stored! And everything soggy didn't taste good! We received the flyer in the mail and thought we would order something. Unfortunately, after the order was placed over the phone, we were called 5 more times and repeatedly asked what we had ordered and where we lived. If you ask once, okay… but 5 times? When delivered to the door? Friendliness was okay, but unfortunately we didn't know that there was a free drink for orders over €35 where we were. The food ? With such a huge offer, there must be deductions somewhere. In this case, unfortunately, the quality. Unfortunately the pizza was very greasy otherwise it wouldn't have been bad. You can't go wrong with the citizen. But it wasn't anything special. Unfortunately the fries were not salted. Suggestion for improvement: Be better organized and reduce the range so that you can simply pay attention to more freshness and quality.

Worst store. A very simple order was placed. Doner kebab, just meat in bread, no other things. No salad, no sauce, nothing. The kebab arrived after almost an hour, despite a five-minute walk. Cola was warm. Doner kebab was almost cold and covered with lettuce, onions and tomato. No new delivery was possible when I called.

I love the pasta dishes, very tasty and the employees are super friendly. I once got a pasta that was spicy and called. The super nice employee (Jassin) answered the phone and took my feedback very well. All in all, I'm very satisfied

An order was placed for us today and it was a disgrace. The food arrived lukewarm/cold, people complained and after 40 minutes the reorder came, which was then taken away again. An impudence. The taste was okay, but it deteriorated a lot. So clearly not again.

Absolutely the most disgusting kebab I've ever eaten, whiskers in the food, instead of veal I got chicken which almost jumped off my plate because it was so raw and the sauce consisted of cheap tomato ketchup When they called afterwards, they allegedly had the wrong number. Essen war kalt! Cocktailsoße war aus Hela Ketchup &' Majo !! Das Hähnchenfleisch war noch roh!! Der Dürum war so klein, zuviel Salat , kaum Fleisch, kalt &' das Brot war nicht knusprig sondern labrig Bei meinem Döner Teller wollte ich extra käse haben, hab dann für 1.30€ 3 dünne Scheiben Feta erhalten , was ne Sauerei ist für den Preis!! Nach telefonischer Beschwerde wurde ich gefragt ob man das Fleisch doch länger braten müsste.. und als Entschädigung gab es nur ein extra essen was ich natürlich nicht wollte !!

Wir hatten bei dem Öz Saray 3 mal Jumbo-Döner mit Extra viel Fleisch und mit allen Soßen bestellt. Die Lieferung sollte laut dem Mitarbeiter ca 20 Minuten dauern, woraus dann mal eben eher so 45 Minuten wurden. Auf dem Döner war nur eine Soße, statt allen, bisschen Kraut und Fleisch. Von allen Punkten: -Pünktlichkeit -Freundlichkeit -Richtige Zutaten Haben die gar keinen richtig gemacht Das nächste mal nehme ich lieber 2-3€ mehr in die Hand

Absolut mein Lieblings Dönerladen schmeckt perfekt!Bei Bestellungen kann immer was schief laufen aber es schmeckt immer wieder gut.Das Fleisch ist perfekt und es gibts viel Auswahl!

Bis heute ist dieses Restaurant das beste für mich. Ich kaufe hier seit fast zwei Jahren ein. Sie kümmern sich um Kunden und tun ihr Bestes, um das perfekte Essen zu bieten und ihre Käufer zufrieden zu stellen

Wir haben heute das erste Mal hier bestellt und waren mega überrascht. Tolle grosse Portion und super lecker. Das Personal ist ebenfalls sehr nett und freundlich. Leider hat Lieferando unsere Bestellung nicht richtig übermittelt und man hat sich sofort bei uns gemeldet, wo es aufgefallen ist und kurze Zeit später war das Essen plus Überraschung bei uns. Super Service gerne wieder 👍👍👍

Ein absolutes Muss wenn man in Uetersen zu Besuch ist. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und aufmerksam! Das Essen schmeckt super 🤤 und egal wie voll es ist, sind die Wartezeiten nicht lange👌. Das Preis-Leistung-Verhältnis ist super. Was will man mehr!

Unkomplizierter Bestellvorgang, schnelle Lieferung. Das Essen war heiß und es war alles dabei. Lahmacun, Döner, Adana Kebap richtig lecker, Salat frisch und knackig, sauber verlesen. Die scharfe Soße wirklich zu empfehlen. Für eine "Döner-Bude" sehr gut! Danke für das leckere Abendessen.

Bin heute bei meinem Bruder in Uetersen zu besuch und habe bei euch bestellt, ich muss sagen Sehr lecker der Döner also mit dem DönerService in Pinneberg nicht zu vergleichen PreisLeistung TOP👍👍👍.... würdet Ihr nach Pinneberg liefern hättet Ihr aufjedenfall einen Stammkunden 😁

Leider nur 3 Sterne... Hatten den Grillteller, Fleisch war trocken, Saucen gab's anscheinend auch nicht mehr obwohl wir noch extra Sauce dazu bestellt haben. Pide dazu war gut aber das ist keine Kunst. Allgemein war das Essen nur ok hat satt gemacht aber für 14€ würde ich es nicht nochmal bestellen.
