Pizza del Porto in Nürnberg

We've picked up pizza twice now and it was really tasty and hot. The quality is really unbeatable for the price A huge recommendation from us

Everything is dirty, late and tastes bad too

Following a recommendation, I ordered pizza for the whole family yesterday and every single one of us enjoyed the pizzas very, very well and everything was fresh. I can only recommend it.

Similar to Nadine Grammig. Ordered. Paid. After that, no more emails. No one reached by phone. Email addresses are not available. Repayment via Paypal was initiated without any information. Hungry on a Saturday evening. Thanks for nothing!

Terrible. No customer service at all, over 1:20 hours late, not even an apology. The order was received 1.5 hours in advance and still such a delay. A meal was not available and so something else was simply delivered. No voucher, no compensation. Ordered via Lieferando.

Ordered food at 7:30 p.m. NEVER arrived!!!! But it was already paid for. Nobody answered the phone all evening. The next day when we called we just said the boss would call us back, which never happened. When we called again, they suddenly knew where the error was and they called us and canceled the whole thing. Nobody ever called us and we never received an email. When we said this, we were accused of lying. When we threatened to go to the police, the oh-so-nice gentleman on the phone became very, very angry and said we had no decency and that they didn't depend on our money

The worst restaurant in the world. I don't recommend it to anyone. After 2 hours of waiting, my order was canceled. The workers are rude and uncultured. You always have the option to change your job if you don't like your current job and don't want to work. 2 hours for a carbonara is pointless!!!!!!

We ordered for 5:30 p.m. Shortly before time we got the call that a large order had just arrived, which is why our food wouldn't be delivered until 6:10 p.m. At 6:40 p.m. there was still no food, so I called the restaurant again. The “boss” confirmed to me that the driver was on the way. Our food arrived at 7:10 p.m. Pizza was delicious. But that was the only positive thing. I ordered a salad. After I ate it twice, a rather small SPIDER crawled over my salad. Never again🤬

Pizza was quick and it was even very hot and I have often ordered pizza from other pizza shops but none have shocked me as much as I did This one will be my favorite pizzeria 1000/10 from today on!!!

I'm amazed. Great job. Great and best. We were hungry from the trip so we went for pizza. In my opinion, the dough with Kaputo flour is an Italian product, quality 100000% The owner was also present. That's 2 hours! 2:00 p.m. Leave a bad review on Lieferando 3:00 p.m. E-mali: Order canceled -> Rating on L. disappeared Summary: Extremely long delivery time, lied to on the phone, "bought" the deletion of a bad review for €26.10. In terms of taste, the whole thing was okay, only the pizza was a little unevenly topped and the bottle of cola was warm. However, after this treatment I had lost some of my appetite. I'm curious to see whether this review will disappear again...

Good pizza but my order was delivered and it took about 1 1/2 hours. It said the supplier was right there

I don't normally write reviews and I never did. But please think carefully about whether you want to order there. The delivery times are totally underground, I wanted to order lunch and I did that at 2:30 p.m. It's now 5 p.m. and this restaurant still hasn't managed to deliver a single portion of pasta with garlic bread. (Of course no one answered my three calls.) Absolute impudence. Never again and I'll tell all my acquaintances and friends that. NEVER AGAIN

As usual, I would have tried Google before ordering. The pizzeria is rated 4.6/5 on Lieferando...waited 110 minutes. Pizza itself was good and still warm, chili oil is a joke. Supposedly 50ml for 2€, a thimble full came. Bruschetta was flatbread drenched in oil with a chopped tomato thrown on top. I then had stomach cramps and diarrhea in the evening. Once and never again. Owner reports reviews he doesn't like.

The dough was completely raw and basil was also forgotten. Instead of 30-45 minutes we waited 1 1/2 hours for the food. I ordered the bruschetta for €6 and in the end I could only scrape down the tomatoes. 6€ for a bit of tomatoes…cheeky. Had a nice lunch break 🤝🏼

I ordered a pizza from Pizza delporto from Liferando, 2 hours in advance and paid with ApplePay. Unfortunately the delivery didn't arrive and when I called the restaurant they told me there was nothing they could do. I couldn't get a refund. Finally the staff is really unfriendly. Please note ⚠️

2 families ordered pizzas with an offer from Uber, they arrived cold without an offer and instead of 2 family pizzas we got a small one. We were offered the same price and then dirty lies on the phone that we ordered 1 family pizza and 1 small one. The worst pizza and the worst service in all of Nuremberg.

I ordered 2 family pizzas and only one family pizza and one normal pizza arrived. While the driver was waiting, I called the pizzeria and they tried to make me look like a liar. I think it's a disgrace. Above all, the pizza that arrived turned out cold. I can't recommend this pizzeria

The food actually tastes very good. I've ordered here for the second or third time, but this time there was a piece of plastic in my friend's pizza, which is absolutely not clear.

Delivery time was very long and when you asked, you were spoken to in a very unfriendly manner. To eat: See disgusting edge and in the middle of my ham pizza there was a huge blob of buffalo mozzarella (because I didn't want it at all) Supplier: Very nice charisma and smile. Never again!

Yesterday I ordered 2 pizzas with my girlfriend and both were excellent, tasty and generously topped. The delivery person was very friendly and punctual. My favorite is the Pizza Speciale, highly recommended 👍🏽.

Today we ordered the Insalata di Caprino con Noci e Fichi salad and I have to say, it is definitely the best salad I have eaten in years! The pizza and pasta were also perfectly balanced. The delivery time is a bit long, but the food confirmed and even exceeded the waiting time. Accept the unaccepted 👍👍👍

You can't beat it for audacity!!! First a moldy dessert is delivered to me, whereupon I leave a corresponding review on Lieferando. My order is then canceled and my review disappears. Of course you can also improve your rating!!! NEVER AGAIN!!!

Caution! It borders on fraud and fake. What I experienced is a scandal. First of all: It's very strange that the reviews on lieferando and the reviews on Google differ so much. A rogue who thinks evil. Yesterday we ordered a salad and rigatoni al forno from Lieferando. Delivery time was stated as 1 hour. After exactly 1 hour we receive a call. Instead of receiving our food, we were told that the minced meat sauce was out and therefore could not be offered al forno. We were hungry and stunned. Why are they telling us this 1 hour later?! There was no compensation or discount or something free to soothe your spirits. The cook on the phone said that wasn't possible because the boss wanted it that way and the delivery was still within the limit. All clear.. We then said we wanted carbonara instead of al forno. If you were paying attention, we first ordered rigatoni. We therefore naturally assumed that the carbonara would also be made with rigatoni. The dish from the song arrived with spaghetti noodles. The chef called us afterwards and wanted to know if everything was OK. We told him that we were shocked again and received spaghetti noodles instead of rigatoni. He starts to argue and wanted to blame us because, in his opinion, carbonara is only ever made with spaghetti noodles. Sorry, but why are you asking if it was right if you can't handle the truth. For us it was a given that we would get rigatoni because we originally ordered it. Next time, clarify the hatchet beforehand if you're already making so many mistakes. But now it's criminal. We then received an email and SMS from lieferando that the order had been canceled!! This means we couldn't leave a bad review on the app, nor does the store have to pay the fees for Lieferando because we supposedly never got the food. Of course, this only works if you pay in cash and this was certainly not an isolated case. I'll turn on Lieferando. That's not how it works my friends. Sorry but you're kidding someone else. If you are overwhelmed with the orders, then stop accepting them!!! And pause this app. You got our money last time. Simply bold!

Something so unfriendly hasn't happened to me in a long time. I had ordered through Lieferando and shortly before the pizza was supposed to be delivered, I suddenly got the call that the pizza couldn't be delivered until 45 minutes later. Unfortunately we had to cancel the pizza again and then the fun began. Because if you google how to cancel an order from Lieferando, it explicitly says that this can only be done through the restaurant. I tried to tell the lady from the pizzeria this, but she knew everything better and treated me so rudely that I unfortunately just hung up... I can't say anything about the quality of the pizza, but after this "customer service" I will I definitely won't order there again...

Falsche Essen geliefert, dann nicht mal ans Telefon gehen Geschmacklich eine reine Katastrophe Tomaten Soße ist nur Dose auf und warm gemacht und dafür haben wir 9 Euro bezahlt, hatten das aber nicht mal bestellt der Rest vom Essen auch nicht besser gewesen

Ich liebe die Pizza hier. Immer wieder gerne. Die Bestellung kam pünktlich und die Pizza war noch heiß.

Nach 2h warten, haben wir eine eklige Magaritha mit einem fetten Klumpen geschmolzenen und wieder fest gewordenen Mozarella bekommen. Die Nudeln mit Meeresfrüchten waren an sich in Ordnung aber auch hier merkt man, dass an der Qualität der Meerestiere viele Abstriche gemacht wurden

Alles in allem Sehr Gut!!! Die Bolognese war sehr lecker, auch die Pizza Speziale. Auch mit dem Service bin ich mehr als zufrieden Danke!

Also trotz aller negativen Bewertungen bestellen wir dort immer mal wieder. Wir mögen die Pizza sehr, liebes Personal. Kann tatsächlich keins der negativitäten bestätigen

Wir haben das Essen liefern lassen. Die Speisen haben gut geschmeckt und waren noch sehr heiß. Allerdings sind 110min für die Lieferung viel zu lange. Leider nicht zu empfehlen.

Essen sehr lecker, Service Katastrophe… Lieferung erfolgte mehr als 1h zu spät. Bestelltes Besteck war zu wenig…

Die Pizzen und Salate sind einfach top! Haben hier schon sehr oft bestellt und wurden nie enttäuscht! Die Lieferung ist immer sehr schnell und wir werden auch immer angerufen und darüber informiert dass der Fahrer losfährt. Alles Top!

Wir bestellen seit längerem immer da, wenn wir Pizza und Pasta essen möchten. Es schmeckt immer lecker! Habe schon viele verschiedene Nudelsorten durchprobiert und sie schmecken alle sehr lecker. Wir können die teilweise schlechten Kritiken nicht nachvollziehen. Es dauerte nie länger als die vorher angegebenen 60 min., bei Ausnahmen wurden wir angerufen. Heute kam die Lieferung schon nach 30 min. Was will man mehr. Wir werden auch weiterhin Pizza del Porto treu sein. Vielen Dank!

Super Service, schönes Ambiente. Meistens bestelle ich aber. Über die App "Pizza Del Porto" gibt es meistens 10%, ansonsten rufe ich gerne einfach an, weil per Lieferando ist es wie immer teurer... also, immer wieder gerne Pizza del Porto! (Ich kann 1-Sterne-Bewertungen nicht nachvollziehen)

Best pizza in Nürnberg I don’t understand you people really

Wir bestellen hier schon seit langer Zeit und sind jedesmal zu 100% überzeugt. Die Pizza ist einfach immer super lecker und die Fahrer total freundlich. Die Ein-Stern-Bewertungen sind für mich nicht nachvollziehbar. Hier bestellt man auf jeden Fall sehr gern wieder. DANKE!

Richtig guter Lieferdienst. Bestelle dort regelmäßig. Service und Geschmack sind auch super.

Pizza war sehr gut und genau mein Geschmack. Pasta auch. Ich hatte Arrabiata. Allerdings waren sie nicht scharf. Jetzt könnte man 1 Stern abziehen. Möchte ich aber nicht. Lieferzeit war im Rahmen.

Super Pizza, lecker und frisch!

Pizza Sucuk geschmacklich gut aber leider nur 2 scheiben Sucuk pro Stück. Dann hätte ich auch eine Margherita bestellen können die preislich günstiger ist!

Hervorragende Küche! Hat super geschmeckt, die Fahrerin sehr nett. Top Service gerne wieder.

Bisher habe ich gerne bestellt, aber jetzt lässt es sehr nach. Heute wieder über 80 Minuten gewartet und dann kamen die Pizza ohne die Zusatz Beläge. Eine Reklamation über Mail ist nicht möglich, da die angegebene Mail Adresse falsch ist. Ans Telefon ist leider auch keiner mehr gegangen. Schade, denn die Pizza dort ist echt lecker.

Hallo zussamen!!!Die Pizzeria ist mit Abstand das beste was in Nürnberg gibts die Pizza wurde mir geliefert pünktlich nach Zeit.Mein 🇮🇹 Herz war wieder sowas von am pochen die Pizza hat mir meine Heimat wieder ein Stück zurück gegeben!!!

Bestelle hier seit Jahren und die Pizza schmeckt immer sehr lecker und sehr schnelle Lieferung. Die Lieferanten sind auch immer sehr nett. Immer sehr zufrieden! Weiter so

War sehr lecker schnelle Lieferung ich bestelle immer wieder gerne bei Del porto wenn wir Mädelsabend haben war wie immer eine leckere erfahrung 👍🤗

Hervorzuheben waren der gute Teiggeschmack, Randkonsistenz und Käsemenge. Der Geschmack des Käses war auch überdurchschnittlich. Leider mussten wir über 2 Stunden auf unsere Pizza warten, sie wäre aber vermutlich nicht angekommen, wenn wir nach ca einer Stunde nicht per Telefon nachgefragt hätten, ob die Pizza noch kommt. Angeblich wurde eine Telefonnummer aufgeschrieben, die nicht zurückgerufen werden konnte. Die Nummer war jedoch korrekt. Wie man in den anderen Rezessionen liest, kommt eine Verspätung wohl häufiger vor. Die Pizza war leider kalt. Als Trostpflaster war sie jedoch teurer, als im Internet angegeben ;). Bisher die frechste Erfahrung, die wir in Nürnberg machen durften. Kleines Trostpflaster: Obwohl auf einer der Pizzen kein Büffelmozarella war, wurde ein Stückchen draufgelegt.

Kann leider nur bestätigen, ab 2 Stunden ist es auch egal wie sie schmeckt. Vermutlich kalt. Zur Info - habe Sonntag 16:46 Bestellt. angekommen 18:46 Update: die pizza hat tatsächlich ganz gut geschmeckt und sah auch ganz schick aus. Der Hähnchen Salat für ca 9€ ist schon eine leichte Zumutung, aber naja. Deswegen die Aufwertung von 1 auf 3 Sterne weil 2 Stunden für ein Lieferservice echt heftig ist, auch wenn die Pizza ganz okay ist. Ich vermute das ist ein Dine-In Restaurant, und der Lieferservice läuft so nebenbei.

Hab grad meine Bestellung erhalten, die Pizza hat richtig gut geschmeckt, und das Tiramisu war ne glatte 10/10 vlt das beste was ich jemals hatte :)
