Tastes delicious. Just like in a restaurant, but the prices are significantly lower. Top quality, top service. I highly recommend it.

Despite the phone promise of "within 40 minutes," the delivery time has already taken two hours. Over half an hour ago, the phone said the driver would be there within a few minutes. My phone number has since been blocked. Thanks for nothing, customer service will process the refund.

This is the third time I've ordered from here, and the food always arrives within the stated time. I also love the pasta Bolognese! I definitely recommend it!

We ordered food through Lieferando—pasta carbonara and tiramisu. The delivery took a very long time, and the pasta was extremely greasy, with chopped meat and a lot of oil. The tiramisu wasn't cooked through and tasted awful.

Never again. The employee insulted me, discriminated against me on racist grounds, and threatened me.

We waited 3 hours for 6 pizzas. 3 of them had the wrong toppings. The vegetarian pizza had salami on it.

We ordered through Lieferando, and after over 100 minutes, our order didn't arrive. We called the restaurant to complain and requested a voucher for a future order as compensation. They reacted with racist behavior and verbal abuse! It was awful!

Delivery time was 3 hours. We weren't informed until we called ourselves. No compensation whatsoever. It was the last time. It's a shame, because the food was always good.

We called the boss and complained because many colleagues went to their meetings hungry and couldn't eat. I can't recommend it. I ordered through Lieferando in May. Shortly afterward, I was informed that the order couldn't be delivered and that I would receive a refund. Unfortunately, that hasn't happened yet. I've called customer service several times but haven't received a satisfactory response. Very disappointing!

I went there spontaneously and was pleasantly surprised. The pizza is truly excellent and highly recommended.

Very disappointed with our last order and never again - we've been customers since it opened! The first deliveries were fine. From the beginning, we understood that this pizzeria always has long delivery times, which is understandable, but staff is always short and expensive. At the beginning, however, there was always an apology with an extra dish. That's long gone now; all subsequent deliveries usually take 2+ hours to deliver, and there's no apology. Now, our last order. I called and first mentioned my concern, i.e., the delay, without providing any personal information. Before I could even get to the point, the employee, I think someone important in this case, informed me that the store doesn't have an automatic voice recognition system that filters out personal information from the phone call so they can process my request further. All good, patience, patience. The delivery was still significantly later than expected. Our two family pizzas and one small pizza were delivered; a family pizza wasn't the one we ordered. We called politely and inquired, but were told they would call us back immediately and would have to quickly clarify the matter. No one called us back, and after another call, the phone was passed on until the unfriendly employee answered. He then explained to us that unfortunately they were out of ingredients for the pizza we ordered, so they simply made a different pizza and delivered it to us without consulting us. They could have brought up the issue when we first called to ask about the delivery. Well, we thought, patience. The employee assured us that he would resolve the issue the next day, and that we should just call and talk. Of course, he didn't tell us that the next day was a holiday and the store would be closed. Sure, maybe he was just so busy and simply forgot. What was interesting was that they're very quick to contact others when something isn't right, but they don't handle things properly themselves, for example, if ingredients are missing. We wouldn't order the pizza; we would have chosen something completely different. Ultimately, we're no longer customers because our long-standing experience has shown that things are getting worse, not better. Unfortunately, recent reviews confirm our experience, and we wish the store all the best, hoping that in the future, processes will be changed and employees will be trained in customer service and how to resolve issues in a friendly and effective manner. My friends and I ordered from Lieferando for the first time based on the good reviews, and several problems arose at once. First, we waited two hours for the order, and when we called after 90 minutes, they said it was normal to wait that long because the route from Eibach to Schwabach was so long. Then the order finally arrived, and two of the four pizzas were missing, and one of them had a cockroach in it. We then called the manager to ask if he could accommodate us in any way, and all they said was, yes, they were actually going to cancel the order anyway because of the distance, and they couldn't accommodate us with the price because they also have to pay a certain amount to Lieferando, and they didn't know what else they could offer us besides redelivering the two pizzas, which should be a given! The manager was absolutely unfriendly and showed absolutely no understanding. I would gladly give zero stars for such impudence! The only good thing about the whole thing was that the driver was very nice and at least he apologized for everything, because the manager didn't say anything at all!

This is a great place to eat pizza if you're hungry after shopping or a bathroom showroom, for example. We received very friendly service, and everything was delicious.

We have ordered here very often, the waiting time is sometimes a little longer as the shop is very popular, especially around lunchtime (if you give a telephone number you will be informed if it takes longer). I come from Italy and I know real Italian cuisine very well. This place is not an Italian restaurant, but a Middle Eastern one. Unfortunately, I had a very bad experience: the manager was extremely rude to me when delivering the pizza. I don't recommend it to anyone looking for an authentic Italian experience or friendly service.

We ordered there for the first time via Lieferando because they were rated very well there and the description of the products, as is more usual in a restaurant, suggests that the food was very good. After ordering, we were kindly informed by phone that we would have to wait around 2 hours. The food came after 90 minutes and was still hot. For the hefty price it was only a few noodles. Lots of tomatoes that weren't specified, but little ham and few shrimp. Taste, well... The pizza disappointing. Pickled, sour peppers instead of fresh. Base/dough partly burnt. Salami tasted "weird". Thrown away 2/3 of the pizza. The tiramisu was good. Expensive, but the best part of the whole meal.

I ordered pizza with sucuk, corn and pepperoni and that Pizza had 3 slices of sucuk with a bit of corn and NO PEPPERONI BUT MUSHAMPIGNON and the pizza was half burnt and the delivery person was rude and didn't speak German and I didn't get any change, I just put it in my pocket and I'll never order there again

I can only agree with the negative comments. Waited almost 2.5 hours for the pizza and the taste was a disappointment. Ordered via Lieferando. Apparently the pizza was there after 90 minutes, so it was a fake confirmation in order to comply with Lieferando guidelines. Since it was my first time ordering here, I thought I'd ask where the delivery was. The boy on the phone was arrogant and disrespectful. I almost had to apologize for ordering there. Never again....

Ordered through Lieferando for the first time because the reviews were very good. When I received the pizza I had to look for a hidden camera because it was a joke! Apart from the fact that the pizza didn't look visually appealing, the entire topping fell off the pizza when I took out a slice. The dough was rubbery and slimy. INEDIBLE! After I called and explained the problem, I received little understanding from the operator and was blocked by phone. I can only advise against this store, despite the reviews that I absolutely don't understand.

We ordered via Lieferando - after 2 hours of waiting, we called to ask where our order was. The gentleman on the phone said he had to check our order form first and would call us back. We called again after another six minutes and were told our order was already “ready”, but two pizzas out of a total of three were still in the oven. We complained about the extreme waiting time; according to the employee, there would be an increased number of orders today, hence the delay. In my opinion, our order was only prepared after our first call. A decent restaurant has to cope with multiple incoming orders or then admit to being overwhelmed and cancel orders. That was the last time we ordered there. I can't say anything about the food because (who would have thought) we're still waiting. After such a drama we were no longer hungry.

I ordered pizzas from you and the delivery time indicated on the platform was 45 to 60 minutes. However, after over an hour had passed and I hadn't heard from you, I called to ask where our order was. He also told me that the delivery time would supposedly be 90 minutes, although it was stated otherwise on Lieferando. Even after another call and after almost two hours of waiting, the pizza neither arrived nor was I contacted. This type of service is completely unacceptable. I expect from you an explanation and appropriate compensation for the inconvenience caused to me by this incident.

Terrible. No customer service at all, over 1:20 hours late, not even an apology. The order was received 1.5 hours in advance and still such a delay. A meal was not available and so something else was simply delivered. No voucher, no compensation. Ordered via Lieferando.

Ordered food at 7:30 p.m. NEVER arrived!!!! But it was already paid for. Nobody answered the phone all evening. The next day when we called we just said the boss would call us back, which never happened. When we called again, they suddenly knew where the error was and they called us and canceled the whole thing. Nobody ever called us and we never received an email. When we said this, we were accused of lying. The delivery times are totally underground, I wanted to order lunch and I did that at 2:30 p.m. It's now 5 p.m. and this restaurant still hasn't managed to deliver a single portion of pasta with garlic bread. (Of course no one answered my three calls.) Absolute impudence. Never again and I'll tell all my acquaintances and friends that. NEVER AGAIN

As usual, I would have tried Google before ordering. The pizzeria is rated 4.6/5 on Lieferando...waited 110 minutes. Pizza itself was good and still warm, chili oil is a joke. Supposedly 50ml for 2€, a thimble full came. Bruschetta was flatbread drenched in oil with a chopped tomato thrown on top. I then had stomach cramps and diarrhea in the evening. Once and never again. Owner reports reviews he doesn't like.

Today we ordered the Insalata di Caprino con Noci e Fichi salad and I have to say, it is definitely the best salad I have eaten in years! The pizza and pasta were also perfectly balanced. A rogue who thinks evil. Yesterday we ordered a salad and rigatoni al forno from Lieferando. Delivery time was stated as 1 hour. After exactly 1 hour we receive a call. Instead of receiving our food, we were told that the minced meat sauce was out and therefore could not be offered al forno. We were hungry and stunned. Why are they telling us this 1 hour later?! There was no compensation or discount or something free to soothe your spirits. The cook on the phone said that wasn't possible because the boss wanted it that way and the delivery was still within the limit. All clear.. We then said we wanted carbonara instead of al forno. If you were paying attention, we first ordered rigatoni. We therefore naturally assumed that the carbonara would also be made with rigatoni. The dish from the song arrived with spaghetti noodles. The chef called us afterwards and wanted to know if everything was OK. We told him that we were shocked again and received spaghetti noodles instead of rigatoni. He starts to argue and wanted to blame us because, in his opinion, carbonara is only ever made with spaghetti noodles. Sorry, but why are you asking if it was right if you can't handle the truth. For us it was a given that we would get rigatoni because we originally ordered it. Next time, clarify the hatchet beforehand if you're already making so many mistakes. But now it's criminal. We then received an email and SMS from lieferando that the order had been canceled!! This means we couldn't leave a bad review on the app, nor does the store have to pay the fees for Lieferando because we supposedly never got the food. I had ordered through Lieferando and shortly before the pizza was supposed to be delivered, I suddenly got the call that the pizza couldn't be delivered until 45 minutes later. Unfortunately we had to cancel the pizza again and then the fun began. Because if you google how to cancel an order from Lieferando, it explicitly says that this can only be done through the restaurant. I tried to tell the lady from the pizzeria this, but she knew everything better and treated me so rudely that I unfortunately just hung up... I can't say anything about the quality of the pizza, but after this "customer service" I will I definitely won't order there again...
