I recently ordered two pizzas and was prepared for delivery times to be longer at weekends because they're very busy. I was told it would take 30 to 40 minutes. I had ordered early in the evening and it just didn't come. In the end we waited 80 minutes for our order. On top of that, everything on one of the pizzas was smeared together. The spiciness was way too much, which was outrageous. I hope this doesn't happen again, otherwise the rest was delicious.

Friendly staff. Food is prepared quickly and tastes great. Wide selection of dishes and side dishes. All dishes are available for takeout or delivery.

I completely understand the many 1-star reviews. I ordered a pizza with pizza rolls. The food didn't arrive for 75 minutes and was completely cold and soggy, and tasted accordingly. That's never happened to me anywhere else. I certainly won't order from here again.

I ordered three pizzas from Pizza Cab Hilden – an absolute disaster from start to finish! Even on the phone, the arrogance was unbearable. The person who answered (whether it was the boss or an employee, I don't know) was so disrespectful and annoyed, as if he'd been forced to work. I ordered three pizzas, but only a few were delivered – and instead of admitting or solving the problem, they simply ignored it. A complete disgrace! Even worse: The driver simply helped himself to the tip. That's theft! Only I decide how much I tip – not the driver. This is outrageous and unacceptable. This "service" is a disgrace. One star is actually too much, but unfortunately, you can't give less, and where's the chicken?!

Unfortunately, I haven't had a chance to order from here yet, simply because the drivers behave on the roads as if they were alone. I've had a lot of trouble with them in traffic. They drive way too fast in a 30 km/h zone, so you almost get run over. I don't know if the drivers won their license somewhere, but it's just not acceptable!

Very poor service. The driver can't even find an address. And the guy on the phone doesn't seem to care that they're losing regular customers. Really sad.

The pizzas are delicious, the selection is huge, and there's something for everyone—veggie options are also plentiful. The extended opening hours until 11 p.m. make it perfect for a late-night snack. The only thing that's a bit unsightly at the entrance are the trash cans, which could be improved.

After an hour my order has not arrived and I called them and they did not process my order because they do not have my telephone number and that is not true. The drivers drive like they're on a bumper car and then complain when you honk. The pizza is also just average.

As others have reported, I also suffered from food poisoning. I ordered a bowl on Wednesday, woke up in the middle of the night with a fever of almost 104°F and was constantly vomiting. Then in the morning, watery diarrhea came along. It's still going on to this day!

For the first time in my life I had completely cold food delivered to me. Deliveryman arrived after midnight on Sunday. If you no longer want to accept orders, simply cancel them. The pizza was cut by some dog. I've never had a finger-sized slice of pizza.

Absolutely the worst thing I have ever eaten!!! Food poisoning Included for free... Such a bad "pizza" if you can call it that, should be considered a criminal offense... Whoever did this should definitely change their job, the shop should be closed immediately! And old wilted lettuce was added to the pizza... The fact that I didn't find any insects is everything... Just don't order it if your health is important to you.

Flyers are thrown in regularly, even if there is a special sticker with “please no advertising”. I find it sad that issues such as climate protection and unnecessary waste production are not taken into account.

We ordered the daily special for €24.60. The salad and pizza rolls were okay, but the pizza just wasn't pizza. Totally tasteless. With few ingredients and no flavor.

COOK IS SUPER REST OF SCRAP. Delivered 1 sdt later than stated. Food completely cold. Call is ignored. The food still didn't taste bad, but for an order of 60 euros It's disgraceful, such poor customer service. Ordered last time!!!!

I'm totally disappointed with Pizza Cup. The pizza was dry and looked like it was already 5 hours old and had been warmed up again. There were three half cherry tomatoes in the salad. The rest of the salad consisted of iceberg lettuce and a little corn. For the content and quality that Pizza Cup delivers, it is way too overpriced never again. Will now order somewhere else.

Food (pizza) is mediocre at best. Not a big hit in terms of taste. It's more reminiscent of a better Tk pizza. The cheese seems more firm than smooth. The pizza was also more lukewarm than hot and the baguette was very hot. The pizza must have been waiting for a good moment. Baguettes are a copy of Telepizza Aioli for €1.60 is a disgrace. The amount is not even close to enough for a portion of pizza rolls.

Same thing with them every time. They just can't work. You order pizza + hollandais sauce in a separate bowl. And they're totally stupid and put hollandais sauce on it instead of tomato sauce. How can you be so stupid? And the pizza driver was totally annoyed and confused at the same time. This is the third time they've done something wrong or forgotten something. I'm in the hospital and I just want to eat something good. Well, that's it for the good food. I'll never order there again.

The pizzeria restaurant not only offers great food, but also an excellent delivery service! Orders arrive quickly, warm and fresh – perfect for cozy evenings at home. A service that really impresses!

I am very disappointed! The pizza was cold upon delivery and completely overpriced. The price on the card was €8.40, but suddenly I had to pay €10.40. Absolutely outrageous! For the price I expect at least a warm pizza and correct pricing. Never again!

Ordered from them regularly, checked Paypal for around €60 a month This Friday we ordered a pizza and when it arrived we immediately noticed that it was cold. When asked the driver directly about it, he said his bag was warm and so was the pizza. I called the branch to clarify where I got the answer. He couldn't decide. When I asked to get the number of the person in charge, he refused to tell me about peak times when this could happen. App has been deleted, will leave my money somewhere else in the future.

My boyfriend (now married) once ordered a pizza here and he thought it was great!!! Plus he has 3! Get pizza rolls *FREE*. I can only recommend this service.

Ordered through Lieferando and it was by far the most disgusting food we have eaten in a long time. Inedible, had to get rid of the nasty taste with a good sip of cola. And sorry but nachos chilli con carne without the nachos is also a bit poor. 22€ for the ass! I can't recommend it to anyone anymore.

The food is okay, nothing special but not bad either. The pizza saver menu is pretty cheap, however there were several problems with communication between Uber-eats and the restaurant.

Big praise! I ordered 6 pizzas for the lunch break for a business meeting in Hilden. The delivery was quicker than I am used to from other pizza taxis. The pizzas were crispy and delicious.

Good evening, We tried the pizzeria because of a flyer in the mailbox. It is a mystery to me how this positive review could have come about in advance. We ordered a selection and none of the pizzas could be rated as tasty or well prepared. Of course the delivery was rather cold, estimated at 38 degrees Celsius, and the boxes smelled unpleasantly of grease. All in all, it was a taste disaster that you wouldn't want to experience a second time.

Yesterday I ordered my food from you by phone and picked it up myself. Unfortunately, I made a discovery by a member of staff while I was waiting there. One of them picked his nose but not only scratched it, but also had half his finger in it and then continued kneading his dough. I'm sorry, but that was the last time I ordered food from you. You can't control your employees 24/7 but that's a reason for me to throw him out. I'm very shocked. Disgustingly sorry.

I ordered a pizza today. Barely 1km to my location and the driver was unable to find the address. It took him 40 minutes by car. If it had run, the pizza would have arrived warmer!!! When I complained, the response I received was that another driver would come by to "clarify" it. Service is different. You also have to be threatened if you are dissatisfied with the product. We just ordered from Pizza Cab for the first time. Since we ordered online and were delivered, I give the service and ambience a neutral 3 stars. Unfortunately, the Samba pizza was a disappointment, the spinach was completely dry, but the cheese on the edge was barely melted, overall a good two stars. The Calzone Patras, on the other hand, was a surprise; a very good, balanced mix of ingredients, good spiciness, delicious dough, totally top for me!

As always, faster than announced. The burgers are better than any burger joint, especially the crispy chicken. Super friendly staff including driver.

Pizza was so incredibly greasy that the box it was delivered in was dripping from the bottom. Face still smelled like pizza after washing 3 times... Dough thinner than paper.

Unfortunately, we didn't have such good experiences. Maybe a bad day or something, but normally something like that shouldn't happen. Food was lukewarm and we had to heat it up again.

I paid €12 for penne gyros that were not delivered. Nobody answers the phone after delivery. You are simply deducted, €12 thrown down the drain. The cleaning lady acts as if the delivery person no longer comes to the pizzeria.

Der Fahrer mit dem Kennzeichen ME-PC 4006 ist lebensmüde. Wie der mehrere Autos auf der Autobahn kommend aus haan den Weg abgeschnitten hat ist ne Frechheit

Wir haben schon häufig hier bestellt. Anfangs gut, der doch leider lässt die Qualität nach. Pizzen, die als nicht scharf deklariert sind, sind so scharf, dass sie einfach nicht lecker sind und alles im Mund brennt. Extrawünsche wie Knoblauch auf der Pizza können online nicht angegeben werden. Auf telefonische Nachfrage, 45 Minuten nach der Bestellung-es waren 20 Minuten zugesagt- wurde mitgeteilt, dass die Lieferung gleich kommt, ohne Name und Adresse zu prüfen. Wir haben 90 Minuten gewartet. Wir werden nicht mehr hier bestellen. Es gibt genug kleine lokale Restaurants, die nicht zu einer Kette gehören,authentisches Essen zubereiteten und mit mehr Überzeugung arbeiten.

Eigentlich super gutes Essen aber der Lieferant war absolut unfreundlich ich würde den echt mal zeigen wo der Pfeffer wächst als Chef da ich schon von vielen gehört habe wie frech und gemein er war. Habe es heute selbst kennengelernt. Mit freundlichen Grüßen Ihr verloren gegangener Kunde

Bestes Preis Leistungsverhältnis, leckere Pizza und Pasta, Super freundliche Fahrer ( Wir wohnen 6 Etage und der Aufzug ist kaputt, der Bruder hat das Essen ohne mit der Wimper zu zucken die Treppen hoch geschleppt ). Sehr zu empfehlen!

Wir bestellen bei Veranstaltungen mit 15-20 Personen nur bei Pizza Cab. Erst heute wieder. Die Bleche Pizza sind immer lecker und bei der Lieferung noch richtig heiss. Das ist woanders nicht zwingend der Fall. Bis zum nächsten mal :-)

Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist wirklich gut. Aber das man von dem Fahrer beschimpft wird und er dann im Treppenhaus auf dem Boden rotzt, weil man ihm entgegenkommt, um die Pizzen abzunehmen geht halt gar nicht. Man will nur nett sein und ihm hat es in dem Augenblick nicht gepasst. Ihr müsst da echt am Benehmen der Leute arbeiten.

Pommes haben sehr alt und ranzig geschmeckt, der buger war auch nicht so lecker, sollte mit Bacon sein, aber was da drauf war als Scheiben konnte ich nicht identifizieren, würde das nicht nochmal bestellen

Die Lieferung ist immer schnell, schneller als so manch ein Laden aus meiner Umgebung. Obwohl dieser Laden gute 10 km entfernt ist, ist die Lieferung Schnell und Warm geliefert. Grüße an den Fahrer Nummer 8.

Sehr guter Lieferservice für den Hildener Raum! Die Lieferungen kommen immer zuverlässig an. Die Zeit, welche bei Bestellung am Telefon angegeben wird stimmt sehr gut. Hier gibt es leckere Gerichte verschiedener Art. Sowohl die Pizzen, als auch die Asia- und indischen Gerichte sind lecker. Die Portionen der Gerichte sind groß und machen satt. Das Preis- Leistungsverhältnis geht auf jeden Fall voll in Ordnung. Das einzige was mich stört ist der Geruch des Fettes, das in der Pizza und den Pizzabrötchen verarbeitet wird. Möglicherweise ist es der Pizzakäse, der diesen Geruch verursacht. Die Pizza schmeckt zwar lecker, aber der Geruch bleibt an Händen und im Gesicht Stunden lang hängen. Dafür gibt es einen Stern Abzug. Ansonsten sehr zu empehlen!

Brokkoli Auflauf ist echt ein Witz - den hätte ich mir selbst schnell kochen können. Total ungewürzt, Soße schmeckt überhaupt nicht, Nudeln zu weich gekocht. Einmal und nie wieder…

SCHNELL, gute Preis-Leistung Lieferdienst: An einem SONNTAG (17.10.2022) 20min früher als die voraussichtliche Lieferzeit. Für den Preis eine wirklich belegte Pizza. Dazu noch ein echt netter Fahrer. Die pizza hätte etwas knuspriger sein können, aber das ist geschmackssache.
