Preis Leistung wirklich sehr gut 😊 War der erste Besuch aber definitiv nicht mein letzter.

Waren das erste mal hier. Echt leckeres gemischt-asiatisches Essen (Fusion-Kitchen). Tolles Essen, große Portionen, gute Bedienung und schönes Ambiente. Eine der vielen Bedienungen war etwas verpeilt und hat unsere Wasserflasche vergessen, daher im Service „nur“ 4 Sterne. Ansonsten wäre es alles eine glatte 5-Sterne Bewertung. 37 Grad draußen (wie heute)? Kein Problem - Die räumlichkeiten sind klimatisiert. Wir haben für ein Drei-Gänge-Menü, jeder ein alkoholisches Getränk und eine normales Getränk, sowie eine geteilte große Wasserflasche, pro Person knapp 50€ bezahlt - absolut gerechtfertigt und preiswert. Reservierung empfohlen. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Es war sehr lecker und die Mitarbeiter sehr freundlich. Man kann hier auch mit mehreren Personen/als Gruppe wirklich gut sitzen. Wir waren 14 Personen. Innen- und Außenbereich vorhanden.

Ein durchaus gutes Restaurant. Preislich etwas höher angesiedelt manchmal etwas laut, aber insgesamt auf jeden Fall ansprechend. Wer Sushi mag bekommt ein cooles Bot 😁 Für Ramen leider etwas weniger geeignet.

Sehr tolles und leckeres Restaurant. Einer der Kellner entwirft gerade seine eigenen Cocktails und die sind wirklich ein Gaumenschmaus. Die müsst ihr unbedingt mal probieren. Super korrektes Personal

Sehr leckeres Sushi, frische Zutaten und schöne Auswahl. Das Personal war freundlich und aufmerksam. Die Atmosphäre im Restaurant war sehr angenehm und gemütlich. Auch die Cocktails haben uns sehr gut geschmeckt und haben den Abend perfekt abgerundet. Wir kommen gerne wieder😊

Sehr gutes Sushi, als auch andere Gerichte! Getränke sind mega!! Alkoholische als auch Nicht- Alkoholische sind sehr zu empfehlen. Wir hatten eine Art Pornstar Martini und Espresso/ Baileys Cocktail - mega!

Die Cocktails sind mega, sehr zu empfehlen für jeden Geschmack etwas dabei. Unsere Geburtstagsparty wird dank des Barmannes ein unvergesslicher Abend bleiben.

Wir sind hier Stammgäste und durften heute 2 neue sehr leckere Cocktails testen und mit Litschi Kokos und Litschilikör und der andere mit Maracuja und Vodka "mega lecker" siehe das erste Foto👍sehr zu empfehlen und wir sagen Danke! Restaurant Blue Monkey‘s by nam in Hilden Die Vorspeisenauswahl ist sehr reichhaltig und groß und für jeden Geschmack ist etwas dabei. Ebenso ist es mit den Hauptgerichten. Die selbst gemachten Limonaden die angeboten werden, kann ich auch sehr empfehlen. Das Essen ist stets frisch und das Gemüse knackig. Dieses Restaurant ist eines unserer Lieblingsrestaurants, wir gehen immer sehr gerne hin.

Leckeres Essen, vernünftige Preise, wir kommdn wieder.

Es gibt kein leckereres Sushi als hier. Mein absoluter Favorit und 1. Wahl, wenn ich Sushi essen möchte. Für mich sogar 6 Sterne, weil es in der Nähe ist😅aber würde auch extra hierfür länger fahren. Es lohnt sich.

Wir sind schon oft bei Blue Monkey´s in Hilden zum Essen gewesen. Hat uns immer sehr gut geschmeckt. Waren dort nicht zum letzten Mal.

Nettes Restaurant. Kein traditionelles Sushi. Teilweise mit Eisbergsalat angerichtet. Unausgewogenes Verhältnis zum Fisch und Reis in der Sushirolle. Viel Reis zum stopfen, wenig Fisch.

Wir haben es heute zum ersten Mal ausprobiert; wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder und ich werde dann eine ausführlichere Bewertung schreiben. Ich kann aber schon sagen, dass das Essen wirklich lecker ist und die Bedienung sehr aufmerksam.

Sehr guter Service und sehr leckere Gerichte. Es war auch nicht nur lecker, auch die Portionen war groß. Sushi scheint im vollbesetzten Lokal der Renner zu sein. Davon wurde reichlich bestellt. 👍

Das Essen ist gut, aber der Service leider sehr sehr langsam.

Wir waren vor Kurzem hier Essen und waren absolut begeistert! Das Essen war sehr lecker, alles frisch zubereitet und geschmacklich hervorragend. Besonders beeindruckt hat uns die wunderschöne und kreative Präsentation der Gerichte – man merkt, dass hier viel Liebe zum Detail steckt. Das Personal war sehr freundlichen und aufmerksam. Man fühlt sich sofort willkommen und gut aufgehoben. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall gerne wieder!

Das Essen war hervorragend und köstlich. Ich habe die gebackene Sushi-Rolle probiert – einfach himmlisch! Die Gerichte sind zwar etwas teuer, aber jeden Cent wert. Auch der Limoncello Spritz war fantastisch. Außerdem war das Personal sehr freundlich. ❤️

Essen war ganz ok, aber der Service lässt zu wünschen übrig. Am besten bringt man sich die Getränke selbst mit, sonst verdurstet man. Schade eigentlich.

Essen war super. 1h50 nach dem bestellt wurde das Essen gebracht... Die Getränke sollten frei sein, da wir solange warten mussten. Nettes Restaurant mit gutem Essen. Der Service wirkte leider etwas "lustlos". Obwohl das Restaurant so gut wie leer war, wurden neue Gäste direkt neben uns gesetzt. Es wäre schöner gewesen, ein paar Tische dazwischen zu lassen, um die Privatsphäre jedes einzelnen Gastes etwas mehr zu würdigen. Wenn das Restaurant voll ist, ist dies sicherlich weniger ein Problem, da dann auch ein allgemeiner Geräuschpegel vorhanden sein dürfte.

Hauptspeise war sehr lecker, Vorspeise und Nachtisch sind noch ausbaufähig (Eissorten nicht vorhanden etc.). Stilvoll aufbereitet, gut erreichbar mit Auto. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

I went there for the first time today to see why others have been there so often... hmm. The food was good, but the service was really bad. Despite empty glasses on the table, they only asked if we wanted anything else right before we left. Definitely needs improvement. The atmosphere is dreary, no music... something's missing. I doubt I'll go there again.

We've driven past it countless times. We finally ate there. Absolutely delicious, everything freshly prepared, and the service was fantastic and friendly. The best part: there's an Aldi parking lot next door that you can use (even after the store closes).

The food tasted very good, but waiting an hour for it wasn't exactly pleasant. Okay, the restaurant was full and they were doing a lot of takeout, but the owner should have expected that on a Sunday.

We dined at the restaurant for the third time today. The food continues to impress with its delicious flavors and high quality. Unfortunately, the service has declined significantly compared to our previous visits. Despite having a reservation, we had to wait approximately 1.5 hours for our appetizers – without any apology or explanation for the long wait. Our drink orders were taken promptly at first, but then no one followed up. Dishes and glasses were brought, but rarely cleared. Considering the prices, the current level of service unfortunately does not meet our expectations. Furthermore, the duck was significantly overcooked this time. Since we value our time too much, we will refrain from returning in the future. We wish the team continued success and hope that the staffing situation improves soon. The potential is certainly there.

We were a party of four and went there for dinner. Since we'd always enjoyed the food in the past, we were really looking forward to the evening. What followed was far from pleasant. The wait for the appetizer alone was 45 minutes. We received our drinks at the beginning, but then the service completely disappeared. We sat with empty glasses for over an hour. We waited an hour and a half for the main course. Overall, the food was good, but my duck was extremely dry. It seems the kitchen staff didn't realize it was already dead and did their best to remove every last trace of juiciness. It was completely crispy. Because of the long waits, we didn't dare order dessert. All in all, this evening wasn't worth a tip.

Actually, it was good. But we weren't happy with the bill. Because of that, we don't want to come back.

Yesterday we were at Blue Monkeys again. It's actually one of my favorites, but this time I was really disappointed: The appetizer plate seemed carelessly presented and lacked flavor. I'd been looking forward to the sushi all day – we ordered a variety of dishes from the sushi menu (various rolls and nigiri) – but it was dry overall and seemed as if it had been prepared the day before. The dessert (chocolate cake) was also dry and even burnt around the edges. It's a shame, because I'm usually very satisfied there. I hope this was a one-time slip-up – I'll be happy to come back when the quality is back to normal.

I waited over an hour for my food, which didn't exceed the quality of a snack bar. It was poorly presented and had probably been waiting for a while. Service was nice but completely unprofessional; I wasn't even asked if I wanted anything else to drink or if my food was okay. Guests who arrived after me were served before me. Absolutely incomprehensible value for money. There's probably no competition, as I wonder how a place like this survives. Too bad

I was never a sushi fan. But I came here anyway and was more than pleasantly surprised! The sushi was truly delicious! What was especially important to me: all additives, from MSG to dairy products to allergens, etc., are completely transparently displayed on the menu. The vegetables were really fresh, the flavor was very good, and it's possible to eat a lot here without consuming tons of fat (which I hate in restaurants), so you leave feeling full but comfortable. We ordered sushi and were delighted; everything was delicious. Service very friendly and attentive. You should reserve a table in advance. The ambiance isn't typically Asian, which didn't bother us. However, it would be nice if the guests were better spaced out. Around 6 p.m., the left-hand area of ​​the restaurant was almost completely full and correspondingly loud, while the right-hand area was almost completely empty. It's hard for guests to understand why they weren't seated at a quieter table. There are parking spaces next door in the Aldi parking lot (at least on Sundays; I can't comment on weekdays).

Our go-to Asian restaurant when we are passing through

The restaurant is located in an old pub (a bit confusing at first), but the selection and the food are delicious. There are plenty of vegan options. And I think the price-performance ratio is reasonable, too. I paid €20.30 for a vegan party with homemade silken tofu and a large Coke Zero. The service was good, too. I'd be happy to come back.

Blue Monkeys new on Walderstraße in Hilden. We were greeted by a still empty restaurant (it was shortly after opening) with a great ambience. We were welcomed very friendly. As a starter we had mango soup, which was really delicious. I had crispy chicken sushi. 8 small bites. The mustard was very spicy and not to my taste. You won't get full either, but it's still OK for €11. Then there would have to be a dessert. Warm Bwronie with a scoop of vanilla ice cream for 7.90. You can argue about the price. But overall everything was very tasty. We will definitely come back again.

After several visits my opinion has not changed: I prefer to go to the old Nam in Hilden, as the service here is more attentive and not so forgetful. And since the food there isn't presented as elaborately, the taste is at least as good, but the price is much lower. In addition, I don't like the atmosphere in the Blue Monkey that much.

Spent a pleasant evening there with very good food. Staff friendly and accommodating.

The food was excellent - beautifully presented and super tasty! To my surprise, there was also light beer on tap which wasn't on the menu! The service always had a smile on its face, was friendly and was always at the table quickly when needed. Toilets clean and well maintained! Happy to come back!

The ambience is very nice and the background noise is also okay. The food was excellent! Therefore 3 stars for the chef! Only the service ruins everything! First we waited 30 minutes until we were asked for drinks. Then another 25 minutes until we could place our order. It took 60 minutes until it finally came. We wanted to order drinks again, but were ignored for a full hour. Despite repeated requests! Until my husband walked up to the counter. When we wanted to go home, they finally came with the bill. The main thing was that we should leave quickly so that the waiters could have peace and quiet. A little tip to the boss: Hire more staff and train friendliness!

We enjoy coming and appreciate the fresh preparation and the relaxed atmosphere. ....I wrote that 3 years ago.... Today was very disappointing. In total our visit lasted 2.5 hours. There is a waiting time of 1 hour and 20 minutes between the starter and the main course. Just too long. We each got paid for a drink, but the mood was in the basement. Many orders were sold and picked up outside the home and that gives the impression that the kitchen is not keeping up, to the dismay of the local customers. A reason for us not to come back. In addition, the atmosphere suffered greatly due to the move. No longer Asian design, but rather an outdated brewery flair with blue walls. Very, very sad!!!

Spatially a spacious location but not like the usual Asian dining temples. Service was also very attentive. The food tasted impeccably and there was something for everyone. The two of us were there yesterday. We are regular sushi eaters, so we can judge the quality and appearance. Price performance is not right at all. The furnishings don't fit and are old (probably taken over from the previous steakhouse). The original shop in Hilden is worlds better and so is the food. The sushi was carelessly placed on the plate, no decoration, nothing... Quality was delivery service level. Two people, no dessert, three drinks, €77... An hour and a half and then we had to leave (because it was just uncomfortable).

There is really delicious Thai cuisine here. The portions are definitely large, you won't leave here hungry! The service was okay so far. However, I would highly recommend always calling and making a reservation as Blue Monkey's is very busy even during the week!

We went there for the first time today and thought it was great. We cannot confirm the long waiting times that are often criticized. We all enjoyed the drinks (some of them homemade), starters, main courses and desserts. In my opinion, only the baked vanilla ice cream was already prepared and would have tasted much better freshly baked. It was frozen very hard on the inside, I've had better food elsewhere. But that's complaining at a high level, because otherwise everything tasted really, really good. All service staff were attentive, friendly and very personable. We'll definitely be back!

Great restaurant if you want to eat Asian food. For Hilden, even the best for me. A woman who worked as a waitress was super funny and friendly, it just made for a lovely evening. Definitely again ❤️
