Das war meine letzte Bestellung, nach über einer Stunde Wartezeit wurde das Essen bzw. die Beilagen kalt geliefert,war ne echte Enttäuschung

Habe 4mal Sushi bestellt und kriege eine auch noch kleine Soja Soße wie kann man für 50€ Einkauf und 4 bestellten Sachen nur eine kleine Soja Soße geben

Update 14.05.26: zweimal innerhalb der letzten vier Wochen wurde eine Art Sushi geliefert, wo der Reis trocken oder nicht ausreichend gewässert wurde. Die Qualität des Sushis war ungenügend. Deshalb kann ich nur noch einen Stern für das Sushi beim NAM vergeben ☹️ —————- Das Sushi war verdammt gut. Die Bedienung sehr freundlich und schnell. Leider war das Wasabi wirklich miserabel (geschmacklos und keine Schärfe) Deshalb leider nur 4 🌟

Ein wirklich schönes Restaurant! Wir würden sagen, es gehört zu den besten Sushi-Restaurants der Stadt. Die Speisekarte ist sehr vielfältig, die Portionen sind großzügig und die Auswahl köstlich. Da das Restaurant nicht sehr groß ist, muss man eventuell etwas warten, aber das ist kein großes Problem. Absolut empfehlenswert!

Das Sushi ist das Beste im Umkreis.

Durch einen Insidertipp haben wir dieses Lokal gefunden - ist ja doch etwas weg aus dem Sichtbereich. Sofort wird man mit angenehmen Farben, Düften und freundlichen Menschen konfrontiert. Tolle Speisen- und Getränkeauswahl. Für mich gab es die knackigen Sommerrollen mit einem leckeren Tip und anschließend ein gelbes Curry mit Mango und Garnelen, feinem Gemüse und perfektem Reis (leider tut das heiße Curry dem Gargrad der Garnelen nicht gut - sind dadurch zu durch). Mein Gastgeber hat ebenfalls das Curry jedoch mit Huhn - ebenfalls mit sehr positivem Feedback. Preis / Leistung absolut perfekt - dadurch G.Org Empfehlung!

Immer wieder lecker, angenehm und schön. wir sind regelmäßig dort. Mittags häufiger, aber auch Abends.

Das Essen ist insgesamt gut und qualitativ überzeugend. Geschmacklich gibt es wenig auszusetzen. Die Atmosphäre hingegen ist eher durchschnittlich und hinterlässt keinen bleibenden Eindruck. Es fehlt etwas an Charakter und stimmiger Gestaltung. Das Personal ist weder unfreundlich noch besonders zugewandt. Vor allem bei der Begrüßung und Platzzuweisung wirkt der Ablauf unstrukturiert und wenig professionell – eine klare, organisierte Führung der Gäste ist nicht erkennbar. Ein deutlicher Kritikpunkt ist der Sitzkomfort: Die Sitzbank ist unangenehm niedrig, wodurch die Teller nahezu auf Bauchnabelhöhe stehen. Das wirkt unergonomisch und stört das gesamte Esserlebnis erheblich. Fazit: Gutes Essen, aber organisatorische und ergonomische Schwächen trüben den Gesamteindruck.

Wir waren die Woche Mittags im Namen essen. Die Renovierung ist sehr schön geworden. Im Lokal hätte es wärmer sein können, es hat an den Füßen gezogen. Der Service war/ist ausbaufähig. Die Vorspeise kam schnell und war sehr lecker. Das Hauptgericht wurde uns zu zweit einzeln und seitversetzt serviert. Im Lokal war es nicht wirklich voll, da erwarte ich schon, dass das Essen gleichzeitig serviert wird. Die Nachfrage ob wir noch etwas trinken möchten blieb aus, somit haben wir mit einem Getränk vorlieb genommen. Die Hauptspeise war lecker.

Ich war vorhin spontan mit Partnerin dort. Das Essen kam super schnell, obwohl der Laden voll war und einige ihr Essen zum Mitnehmen abholten. Die Gerichte waren heiß und schmeckten sehr Gut, Lokal ist etwas eng und daher die Tische entsprechend klein, man fühlte sich aber trotzdem wohl. Bedienung sehr aufmerksam und freundlich. Auch ein nochmaliger spontaner Besuch, nach den Umbau war das Essen super und die Bedienung vorne an der Kasse die alles im Griff hat , sehr professionell

Wir haben Sushi for two und Thunfish Sashimi mit Lieferservice für eine bestimmte Uhrzeit vor bestellt, das hat fast pünktlich geklappt, die Sushi‘s und Sashimi haben sehr gut geschmeckt. Bei unserer Bestellung hat die Soja-Soße gefehlt, aber glücklicherweise hatten wir zuhause noch welche da. Alles in einem hat das Restaurant eine 5*-Bewertung verdient.

Zum liefern lassen bestellt, kam ein sehr freundlicher Service, sehr zügig an. Auch das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis stimmt mit anderen Sushi-Restaurants überein. ABER: - für Menschen die sensibel auf Glutamat reagieren, ist hier ggf. die Menge anzufragen. Ich reagiere leider sehr empfindlich darauf und meine starken Kopfschmerzen waren ein Indikator für hohen Glutamat-Einsatz. - das was ebenfalls anzumerken ist, ist die vergleichbare geringschätzende Darbietung der Sushi-Gerichte. Trotz dessen das es geliefert wurde, legen andere Restaurant dennoch deutlich mehr Wert auf die Darbietung und Anrichtung beim ToGo (Sushis ähneln trotz Verpackung in Sortierung mehr den Bildern und sind nicht so „lieblos“ wie Dominosteine aneinandergereiht). Dennoch schmeckt das Essen und von daher vergebe ich mit den eingangs erwähnten Aspekten 3 Sterne.

Wir haben das NAM erst vor kurzem für uns entdeckt. Leckers Essen, für jeden etwas. Der Primitive schmeckt auch. Rechtzeitig hingehen oder reservieren. Es ist immer voll. Service, höflich und es wird auch zügig bedient und auch nachgefragt👍 Preis -Leistung top. Gerne wieder

Absolut empfehlenswert. Ausgezeichnetes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Trotz des Andrangs ist der Service schnell und freundlich. Parkplätze befinden sich bequem in der Tiefgarage um die Ecke. Der hausgemachte Eistee ist ein Muss, wenn man nicht so sehr auf Nachfüllungen angewiesen ist 😉

Nettes Lokal. Freitag Abend gut besucht, wir hatten Glück und haben noch einen Platz für 2 bekommen, ich würde aber empfehlen, zu reservieren. Essen gut mit gutem Preis/Leistungsverhältnis.

Delicious food. Everything was always delicious and fresh. Occasionally, there were longer waits. Update: after years of ordering, the food was truly outrageously expensive, but not in any way larger, rather smaller.

The sushi, soups, and all the dishes are delicious. Ordering through their website is also convenient. However, the service on site is not good. The young waiters try very hard, but the organization is terrible. The lady serving is unprofessional. There's also a major insect problem, and they're doing absolutely nothing about it. I've ordered numerous times, but the last time I ordered, their food gave me severe diarrhea.

I was actually a regular customer, both in-store and when ordering. I last ordered shortly before 6 p.m. It arrived at 8:18 p.m. The driver was super friendly. However, the food was a disgrace. Things that were supposed to be cold were warm, and the warm stuff was cold and sticky. Now my partner and I have been having stomach problems for six days that won't go away. But for €60/€70, we didn't want to throw the food away. I have no idea what it is, but unfortunately I won't be coming back. Or ordering again. There are cozier restaurants, but also many more understated ones than this one. As for the quality of the food and service, it's great for the price!

Dear Nam team, this can be done better. We ordered via Lieferando for 7 p.m. The food didn't arrive until 8:30 p.m. We've been trying to call since 7:45 p.m. and didn't get through to someone until 8:15 p.m. Then we were told they can't see the time for scheduled orders. Oh yeah, it's strange that other restaurants can see it. Then it's a system error. Then it's our fault because we ordered on a Sunday, the last day of vacation. Cool. Ordered at 6 p.m. according to the app, max 50 minutes would have been 7 p.m. too. So much for scheduled orders. So if you're so busy and nothing is happening, then deactivate your online presence for the time and or make a recorded message. Simply leaving the bell ring and not answering is really uncool. We loved eating at your place and ordered for my wife's birthday because going to a restaurant with a baby is stupid. Thanks for messing it up. We don't know if we'll give you another chance in person. We'll never order from you again.

A true sushi highlight – "Nam" impresses all around! My first visit to Nam was absolutely amazing. The sushi was incredibly fresh, both visually and tastefully. The service was very friendly and attentive, without being intrusive. The ambiance is modern and stylish – you immediately feel at home. The prices are absolutely fair for the quality. I will definitely be back and can recommend Nam to any sushi lover!

Unfortunately, our food looked nothing like sushi. Our All Crunchys plate (202) was simply covered in grease, as you can see in the picture. Some of the food tasted okay, but we won't be ordering from there again. Almost everything tasted of grease. The pictures on the website have nothing to do with the food we picked up.

What can I say...? As a sushi lover, I'm always completely happy here. They even have gluten-free soy sauce ^^ and the homemade lemonades are super delicious!

Well, for me, this is one of the best restaurants in Hilden and the surrounding area. I first went there about four years ago. My best friend took me along (well, he knows a good restaurant in all of Germany, I think). And did he promise too much? NO! Here you get what you expect. Delicious Asian food, just as you would expect, and I'm not talking about the Asian takeaway around the corner. Freshly prepared and presented to perfection. My conclusion: Anyone who just wants to enjoy good Asian food once in a while shouldn't be shy and should visit. P.S. The price/performance ratio is absolutely reasonable, and for good food that you certainly don't treat yourself to every day, you shouldn't pay attention to the price. A solid 10/10.

The restaurant has been newly renovated and is truly stunning! Not only can you enjoy great Asian food here, but you can also sit back and relax. The selection, from freshly made sushi to Thai curry, is first-class and tastes a dream. They also offer first-class lunch menus. The service is very friendly and personal. As far as I know, they also do takeaway.

Today we had sushi, all crunchies, duck number 50 and a special dish (rice with breaded chicken without anything). The food is good. The service was very friendly and responded to our special requests. There was a brief misunderstanding between my son and the waitress. They apologized several times and my son received a magical mochi ice cream as compensation. Thank you for this attention.

Disappointing and overpriced - never again! We ordered from NAM again yesterday and it was a complete disappointment. The quality of the food has deteriorated massively, the sushi in particular was a disaster. Hardly any fish. Savings were made in all the wrong places. Instead of fresh, high-quality sushi, we got carelessly cobbled together rice with the cheapest ingredients - the taste was simply disappointing. For 60 euros we would have expected at least reasonable quality, but what was delivered was only worth a few euros at most. The pasta with duck was “okay” but nothing special. If you're hoping for good sushi, you should give this restaurant a wide berth. This is our opinion after several attempts. Conclusion: Completely overpriced, poor quality and we don't recommend it! We definitely won't order here again.

Tasty, quick, good value for money

Very tasty there, the fact that it is a small restaurant makes it even more cozy.

The food is always delicious. Service suits us too. But the Nam is slowly experiencing a backlog of investment. The toilets are rocked. The tables lose their edges. Something has to happen here soon. But of course we all go there because of the food and it is without question one of the best in the region when it comes to Asian food.

If you like sushi and Asian food you MUST stop here!

Man, man, man, what a sushi! I'm blown away! In addition to the classic sushi rolls with salmon or avocado, there are also real sushi special hits, such as: Unagi Dragon with shrimp, eel and cucumber :D I can only recommend it and will definitely come back!

The dishes tasted very good, except for the ramen with the coconut milk sauce. It's really a matter of taste, we didn't like this combination with the ramen. Everything else we ordered was delicious. The service is friendly and competent. I don't think the atmosphere is that nice. Lots of tables in a small space, darkly furnished. The restaurant is located at the entrance of a passage and therefore very dark atmosphere in the interior.
