Qualität hat sehr nachgelassen schade war einer meiner Lieblings burgerladen

Wir wurden sehr herzlich empfangen, und die Hamburger waren wirklich köstlich. Die Dame an der Theke war ebenfalls sehr freundlich, und die kostenlose Aufmerksamkeit hat uns sehr gefreut. Ich kann das Restaurant uneingeschränkt empfehlen. Ich komme auf jeden Fall wieder.

Leider habe ich heute eine sehr unangenehme Situation erlebt. Der Chef hat einen Mitarbeiter vor den anwesenden Kunden lautstark angeschrien und dabei aus meiner Sicht respektlos behandelt. So ein Umgang mit Mitarbeitern ist für mich nicht akzeptabel und hat einen sehr schlechten Eindruck hinterlassen. Unabhängig von der Qualität der angebotenen Leistungen finde ich, dass ein respektvoller Umgang miteinander selbstverständlich sein sollte. Deshalb würde ich eine Schulung empfehlen wie mann sich gegenüber mitarbeiter verhalten sollte.

Ich bin auf Empfehlung hingegangen und es hat mir sehr gut gefallen. Ich konnte nicht widerstehen und bin ein paar Tage später noch einmal hingegangen.Wenn man telefonisch bestellen möchte, braucht man starke Nerven, denn leider hört einem dort niemand richtig zu. Das kann wirklich frustrierend sein.Deswegen nur 3 Sterne.

Enttäuschende Burger-Erfahrung – Fleischqualität leider nicht überzeugend Wir waren heute bei Haki’s essen und hatten uns aufgrund des Namens auf einen ordentlichen Burger gefreut. Leider wurden wir sehr enttäuscht. Das Hauptproblem waren die Burger-Pattys. Das Fleisch war extrem fest und hatte eine Konsistenz, die stark an industriell gepresste Tiefkühlware (TK) erinnert. Von einem saftigen, frisch gewolften Beef-Patty war hier leider nichts zu schmecken. Für einen Laden, der sich explizit auf Burger spezialisiert hat, ist diese Fleischqualität (oder die Art der Verarbeitung) leider unzureichend. Da wir keine Pide hatten, können wir nur die Burger bewerten – und die waren für unseren Geschmack leider ein Reinfall. In dieser Preisklasse und bei der Konkurrenz in der Umgebung hatten wir deutlich mehr erwartet. Fazit: Schade, aber für Burger-Fans leider nicht zu empfehlen.

Leider eine sehr enttäuschende Erfahrung. Ich habe vor Ort bestellt und musste zunächst etwa 20 Minuten warten, nur um dann festzustellen, dass meine Bestellung offenbar vergessen wurde. Danach wurde alles sehr hektisch auf die Schnelle zubereitet. Das Ergebnis war entsprechend. Der Kinderburger war ungenießbar, das Brötchen steinhart. So etwas sollte gerade bei einfachem Essen wirklich nicht passieren. Ich habe anschließend angerufen, aber außer dem Gespräch ist nichts weiter passiert. Insgesamt leider weder guter Service noch zufriedenstellende Qualität. Dass ein Kind auf sein Essen wartet und nun enttäuscht ist, scheint kein Teil des Kundenservice zu sein. Nie wieder!

Qualität hat hier stark nachgelassen. WC sind alle defekt. Essen war mager. Früher waren die Burger definitiv besser und größer ! Jetzt sind die so klein. Service war freundlich und Essen war schnell da. Dennoch ein sauberer Laden. Preis/Leistung ist mangelhaft.

Super Essen, Super Service. Echt guter Laden, weiter so.....

Ich habe dieses Restaurant mehrmals besucht. Hier ist meine ehrliche Einschätzung: ​Essen: Die Burger waren leider etwas trocken und der Geschmack nur mittelmäßig. Besonders das verwendete Brötchen hat mir überhaupt nicht zugesagt. Auf der anderen Seite sind die Pide/Teigwaren sehr lecker, besonders wenn sie frisch serviert werden – definitiv eine Empfehlung! ​Service & Getränke: Der Service ist hervorragend. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Auch der Kaffee und der Tee sind von ausgezeichneter Qualität. ​Ambiente: Die Atmosphäre ist angenehm ruhig, ideal für ein entspanntes Essen. ​Fazit: Top Service und gute Teigwaren, aber beim Burger gibt es noch viel Luft nach oben (besonders beim Fleisch und dem Brot).

Wir waren gestern bei hakis. Ich muss sagen die Qualität hat sehr stark abgenommen. Die Verkäufer an der Theke war sehr unfreundlich. Immer wieder hat sie uns entweder ignoriert oder unfreundlich behandelt. Die damen Toilette waren beide verstopft. Als ich versucht habe es der Dame an der Theke leise zu sagen damit es andere Kunden nicht mitbekommen , wollte sie nicvt näher kommen oder überhaupt zuhören. Nachdem ich es ihr gesagt habe das beide WC s verstopft sind und auch die Lichter defekt sind, guckte sie einfach in eine andere Richtung und ignorierte mich. Ich bekam keine Antwort. Ich ging wieder an mein Platz. Die süsskartoffeln waren leicht verbrannt und der hakis chicken Burger nicht ganz durch. Somit hatten wir auch sehr schnell darmprobleme die seit 2 tagen anhalten. Dafür 40 euro ausgegeben. Für 2 Burger kaputte Toiletten und sehr miserabler Service. Nachher hab ich die Dame gefragt ob das Toiletten problem gelöst wäre. Sie und ihr Kollege sagten , beide chefs wären nicht im Haus. Sie könnten nichts machen. Ich musste wirklich in dem Moment über diese Aussage ausrede lachen

Richtig starkes Essen! Wir hatten Pide, einen saftigen Burger mit Süßkartoffel-Pommes und als Dessert das süße Fladenbrot mit Nutella & Puderzucker – alles war super frisch und mega lecker. Besonders die Süßkartoffel-Pommes waren perfekt knusprig und der Burger auf den Punkt. Das Dessert war dann noch das i-Tüpfelchen. Gemütliche Atmosphäre, Essen kam zügig und die Qualität passt absolut. Sehr nette Bedienung! Kommen definitiv wieder 👍🍔🔥

Sollten den Lieferservice einstellen, bei Wartezeiten von über 1Std. 25min macht es keinen Sinn. Wir wohnen nur 1,3 km vom Burgerladen weg…. da ist die Wartezeit leider nicht zu akzeptieren. Dazu kam dann noch das die Pommes lauwarm waren, allerdings war der Burger wiederum lecker. Dann besser vor Ort essen, wenn alles warm serviert wird und man nicht die lange Lieferzeit akzeptieren will.

Besser noch, es ist der beste Burger der WELT! Selbst Gordon Ramsay könnte so etwas Wunderbares nicht zubereiten.

Ich war heute das erste mal in dem Laden , weil meine Kinder unbedingt Burger essen wollten, da hab ich den Mann an der Kasse fragt ob er uns was empfehlen kann, und hab gefragt wie groß die Pide sind die sie machen , hab leider keine Antwort bekommen er hat nur auf die Menü Karte gezeigt und mehr nicht, und er konnte deutsch und türkisch 🙄. Also ich finde es zu teuer dort was die da anbieten , und für den Service.

I had the mixed pide. It was the worst pide I've ever had. Instead of ground meat, they use something that looks like ground meat, but doesn't actually contain any ground meat (if it does, I couldn't taste it at all), but consists of slightly sour, fine bulgur, and pepper paste. My two friends also had the minced meat pide. If their minced meat pide hadn't been the same as mine, I might have mistakenly thought I'd ordered something like "vegan mixed pide." All in all, this place definitely doesn't deserve a 4.7 rating. The only positive thing is that the cheese-spinach pide in the mixed pide was delicious.

High-quality ingredients, delicious food prepared with love, hospitable and very clean, and a well-appointed location. The restrooms are spotlessly clean. Everything is superb. Thank you for the delicious baklava and tea.

Unfortunately, prices only go one way: up. It started out good, but now, unfortunately, they're just average.

Please wear gloves when selling your products. Also, you charged for the baklava by the piece, even though I wanted to buy it by the kilo.

Well, I have to be honest, the burgers are amazing, super tasty, filling but not heavy. I immediately ordered another bowl of the Haki sauce bomb, which is incredibly delicious, and what I really love is the plastic straws. The staff are super friendly, you feel really, really comfortable.

The shop is really good and the staff is friendly. The food is delicious, although a bit pricey, but you can tell they use high-quality ingredients.

We visited Haki's Burger Pide with the whole family and were absolutely thrilled! The service was very friendly and attentive – you immediately feel welcome. The burgers were excellent: juicy, fresh, and prepared with love. We also really enjoyed the pide – a great combination of Turkish and modern cuisine. The portions are generous and the value for money is absolutely right. The atmosphere in the restaurant is familiar and cozy, perfect for a relaxing evening with the family. We will definitely be back and highly recommend Haki's Burger Pide!

The burgers were very good and fresh. I don't think I've ever eaten such good Turkish pizza. The prices are definitely fair for what you get. We'll be back.

Always a friendly welcome and a nice lady at the order counter. Great pide, great burgers... You get full and can't complain. Everything is clean and appetizing, and sometimes there's even a surprise on the house (tea and something sweet).

Overcharged and not received. Price performance questionable. Burgers don't taste good, patties are cold. Store clean, staff friendly. E.g. Adana Burger is simply a cold patty for 12 euros with salad and canned ajvar sauce....

I eat at Hakis regularly and am usually satisfied. The Turkish pizza always tastes fresh and delicious. Unfortunately, I had a very bad experience this week. I ordered a snack from the display. Baked dough with minced meat. After I ate half of it and it tasted strange, my husband pointed out to me that it was completely moldy. The inside of the dough was already green and black with mold and the meat was rotten. Unfortunately, this was already several days old and I am shocked that meat was left unrefrigerated on display. I complained and was offered a new piece. By now I was sick to my stomach and asked for my money back. Unfortunately, there was nothing more than a quietly murmured apology and a “it can happen.” We will not be eating there again and are very disappointed that this happened and how it was handled. If I continue to see unrefrigerated meat dishes in the counter, I will inform the health department. I hope Haki's team learned something from this experience.

So thanks for the meal but when I've been waiting almost two hours for my meal I expect it to be complete and not missing dessert Have a nice evening

Top service, delicious food and pide on the house

There were four of us there. Two had hamburgers and were satisfied. One had cheese pita, which was good. I had ground beef pita, which unfortunately wasn't so good. Sorry, Haki didn't like it.

If you want to eat burgers in Hilden you should go to Haki’s. The burgers are all delicious, pide too of course and the baklava is to die for. The service is great. Delivery was quick and the food was hot when it arrived. Always happy again.

I ordered my food for 5:30 p.m., got there on time and still got my food at 5:50 p.m. Whenever I complained, all I heard was “what should I do, my cash register is broken”. I waited 20 minutes even though I had already paid online with Applepay. My food was already cold and when I called later the staff said “Then you should have picked it up earlier”. A shop that doesn't see its mistakes is not a good shop. Plus, the portions are 0 filling.

I left my children here to break their fast yesterday. I ordered four breaking fasts in advance, as never before, and paid the money in advance. Unfortunately the children only received citizens and fries without drinks and anything else. I just informed the management and the owner about it and they apparently weren't interested. I think a Turk or a Muslim who is already being screwed over during Ramadan shouldn't go there a second time. I didn't want to write a reception about you. I'm only writing this reception because when I asked the management about it, he wasn't interested.

The chili cheeseburger with sweet potato fries was a real taste experience. I was particularly impressed by the bread - I would even give it more than five stars. The sweet potato fries were perfectly cooked: neither too soft nor over-fried, as is often the case. Overall, an all-round delicious burger with great taste.

It was the worst lahmacun I have ever eaten in my life. Learn a little about making lahmacun and then add it to your menu.

It was my first time eating at Haki’s Burger and I absolutely loved it! As soon as I entered the store, I was warmly greeted by the employees, which immediately created a pleasant atmosphere. The service was friendly and solution-oriented. The burgers were really juicy, the salad was fresh and the fries were not only crispy but also a generous portion. Despite the store being busy, my order was ready in just 10 minutes – great organization! Overall, a great experience and I can say with certainty: Haki’s Burger is now my new favorite place! Absolutely recommended!

About 50 minutes ago I ordered for 4 people. After me, other people came who also ordered and have already received their order. Of course you are prepared to wait at a restaurant, but with all due respect, a 50 minute wait is disrespectful!

Hakis really offers a really good atmosphere, but that's the least of it at Hakis! Great service and the extent of our own mistakes is great, many restaurateurs can take a lesson from them. Now to the most important thing, we had bourgeois, pide, baklava and tea, everything tasted world class. Price performance in 2025 still top, a professional, clean and simply a damn good team works. Please just keep going!✌🏽

Ordered 2 burgers. One was missing the second meat patty. What I found outrageous was that the meat patty was so thin that you couldn't taste the meat on the burger. Way too thin. Unfortunately, savings are being made incorrectly here. Once and never again.

Ordered today via Lieferando. The food came quickly. Fries crispy and delicious. BBQ burger is bomb. Nuggets are really good too. I would also like to once again mention the great service from Hakis. Ordered from Uber about 2 weeks ago. Uber driver forgot fries. A quick call to Hakis, a delivery would be made immediately at my own expense and a dessert would even be given for the inconvenience. Although that was Uber's fault. Great store in every respect!

I order from Haki's about twice a month. The burgers taste very good and the quality of the meat seems good too. Maybe the best burger in Hilden. I found the pide good but nothing special. Four stars because of the minimum order value of €20 (2 km distance) plus delivery costs.

Ordered here for the first time today and are thrilled. Not only were the burgers super tasty and fresh, but the fries were also crispy despite being delivered. Despite an ordering error on my part, a new burger was delivered to me as a gesture of goodwill. You rarely have that anymore! The packaging is beautifully designed and the telephone service is very polite. Thank you for today's tasty treat! 😊

We ordered food to pick up. When we got home we discovered that the burger was the wrong one. Instead of Chicken Classic, a Chicken Chili Cheese. Since the person does not eat spicy food, the burger could not be eaten. The restaurant could not be reached by telephone. I wrote 2 emails asking for compensation or reimbursement. Unfortunately no response to date. We enjoyed eating there, but will avoid the store in the future. If customer satisfaction doesn't matter, then I'll spend my money elsewhere.

The electric beeper means you can sit down quietly and be notified as soon as the food is ready. My absolute favorite place to eat. The burgers are incredibly good and the fries are the best I've ever eaten. Super crispy and really good sauce (Samurai). So far I have only eaten the chicken burger and vegetable burger. The vegetable burger in particular is great. Whenever I come to Hilden I have to eat here.

Overall average, not bad, but not good either. We had pide. I would have liked more vegetables and less cheese, so everything just tasted like soft cheese.

We were there as a family and everyone was happy. Very motivated and loving staff, delicious food and a clean atmosphere. Price-performance is also right. We left very satisfied and are looking forward to the next visit. Deserves 5 stars.
