Waited two hours and then received a cold pizza. The Gorgonzola cheese, which we ordered as an extra topping, was also missing. The schnitzel was good, and the pizza was okay except for being cold. The pizza rolls were good. The delivery driver was nice, but he can't be held responsible for the extreme delay. One star for him. We'll see if we order from there again—probably not for now, as it's not very predictable.

Every time I wait two hours for my food and then it's not even hot, so honestly, shame on you for owning such a delivery service.

Absolutely awful. Anyone who voluntarily orders from Cab must be afraid of God. No wonder they offer everything like pizza, pasta, gyros, Chinese food, etc. The owner's responses alone demonstrate how unprofessional they are.

Ordered pizza at 8:39 PM. Called after 1.5 hours and the driver was on his way (I live 5 minutes away by car). Called again after 2 hours, sounding nervous on the phone, and said my order never came through. The shop was closing in 15 minutes, and he asked if I should still deliver it, if I should wait 3 hours for a Margherita and eat at 11:30 PM. Disaster and terrible service.

AWFUL! I have NEVER had to wait 1.5 hours for a pizza. I had to call three times and was constantly put off. If you can't deliver, you shouldn't be accepting orders. NEVER AGAIN!!!!

Today we had salmon fillet with fried potatoes. The salmon fillet was OK. But the fried potatoes weren't fried. The asparagus was three pencil-thick spears. The food had nothing to do with the photo on the project.

The worst delivery person I've ever seen. It was my first time ordering from there, and the delivery person was so antisocial. He dropped half my food in his bag and blamed me for it—no cutlery, no napkin. I'm going to report him.

The food is okay. However, I now have to speak for several different people in the area. Unfortunately, some friends of mine have stopped ordering from you, and it's not the food's fault. It's a real shame. I'll also have to go without the delicious food because one of your drivers almost ran me over right in front of your store yesterday. I had to slam on the brakes. You should change something, or you'll lose more customers in the future.

It's a shame that the owner clearly has no control over his drivers, nor can he handle criticism, although it would be easy to sensitize his drivers a bit more to their truly abysmal driving style. But if they soon prefer filing complaints instead of dealing reasonably with well-intentioned criticism, fine. I was a loyal customer for a long time, but that's over now. The sad social level at which customers are treated here will probably become apparent again in the reaction to this, although it's at least almost entertaining. Thanks for pointing out what's really behind this place; there are plenty of alternatives.

The menu has always been breathtaking and varied. When you have a big celebration with family and friends, PizzaCab is the first restaurant you consider, as there really is something for everyone and everyone can be happily fed. My only shortcoming, which I would very much like to see back, is the reintroduction of Indian and Chinese cuisine, or rather the food that was previously offered, to the franchise's menu, as it simply increases the variety and the food tasted great despite such a large menu. However, many restaurants that offer a large menu with many different cultural cuisines are usually known for not producing good results, but not at PizzaCab! So, as a long-standing and very satisfied customer of PizzaCab, I ask that you consider bringing back Chinese and Indian cuisine. Thank you very much for your work!

I only order from Pizza Cap now – simply the best! The food is always delicious, fresh, and hot. Delivery is reliable and fast, and the service is friendly. Whether it's pizza, pasta, or salad – you can taste the quality. Absolutely my absolute favorite pizzeria!

I'm actually always pretty satisfied with Pizza Cab Kaarst. Unfortunately, what you get is often a surprise package; the things you want on it don't always end up on it, and sometimes other things are added. Today my vegetarian pizza had tuna on it. All in all, that doesn't bother me, as I like to eat everything, but it's still important to know. Today, after an hour of waiting, the pizza had tuna instead of onions, which would be a no-go for a vegetarian. Please watch out for things like that! It was still delicious.

The people who work there stink even worse than the filthy food in their dumplings. Going there once means you're either dealing with salmonella or diarrhea. Constructive criticism is met with insults. Hygiene standards are nonexistent. Gloves are provided, but people still pick their noses before cooking and don't wash their hands after smoking.

It was quite tasty, but a total rip-off. The pizza ring, which in the picture was a circle with tzatziki in the middle, turned out to be a pitifully small semicircle. No dip was included, although it was stated in the description. And for that, it cost over €10...

It is completely unacceptable how the car belonging to this restaurant regularly races through Bruchweg in Kaarst. In my opinion, it is only a matter of time before a serious accident occurs here.

Extremely disappointed, we placed a large order yesterday, the food was supposed to be delivered without pepperoni and, as is often the case, the kitchen couldn't manage that and delivered with chopped pepperoni, the dishes were returned and I don't believe that they were made from scratch! Only the hot peppers were taken out but there were still a lot of seeds in there and a few pieces, which was a real shame, the end of the song was that it was seen too late and we threw away half of the food and the 4 people had stomach pains because of the unwanted spiciness. That really doesn't work!!!!

A wonderful place for pizza that I like to visit on every trip to Germany and where I always enjoy eating pizza.

Unfortunately a disappointing experience. I went there in person to order something to eat, but then decided against it. Unfortunately, when I observed what was going on in the kitchen, I noticed a few negative things: sweatpants were used as towels, people were digging through food with their hands and - as far as could be seen - little attention was paid to hand hygiene. I don't want my food prepared like that. It's a shame because I was hoping for more.

In my opinion this is not so good. Unfortunately, you are insulted in an absolutely inhumane way. Owner seems to be a choleric and should be taking care of business rather than insulting people on the internet.

Food was pre-ordered with plenty of advance notice. Unfortunately the order was not delivered at the time. In addition, the entire delivery was not even lukewarm. It was simply not to be enjoyed and after a telephone consultation and a long wait on the line, they reluctantly agreed to help Rabat with the next order. But only when ordering by telephone. I guess I still have to do that to redeem my credit. It will be the last time at Pizza Cab.

We have been ordering from Pizza vab for years, salads and filled rolls are always top! However, it often happens that food is missing from the delivery or herb butter or aioli is missing from the rolls. If you order this separately, it's not a large amount that you pay, but it's still very annoying! There will be no subsequent delivery and nothing will be refunded upon request! If you keep forgetting these little things, it becomes locative for Pizza Cab. Unfortunately, from now on you will never order again. What a shame!

Herb butter or aioli are always forgotten. Today I ordered a schnitzel with "sauce hollandaise", as if the cook had dropped the salt shaker into the sauce and it was as runny as water. Therefore inedible. The coleslaw that we also ordered was not delivered. Was the last time!

We waited 2 hours for a cold and disgusting pizza. If you want to eat there, I can recommend a frozen pizza. At least there were 3 free penny baked rolls included.

What's the point if the food is delicious but the service is subpar. Either the salad fell down in the car and could no longer be eaten, was delivered later, and waited again for over an hour. And today the same thing again: the salad was completely forgotten, but I was supposed to pay for everything. Salad should be delivered in 20 minutes. No, I pay when I have all of my goods and it's been an hour and I still don't have a salad... I called again and said if the salad isn't there now I'll only pay for what I already had I just said yes...yes... and hung up, that's what I call miserable service...

Placed an order at 17:45 it says will get delivered at 18:46 called was told that we got an email that it would be late but it's on the way now that was at 19:15 at 20:00 it finally arrived. Not ok. To answer them in German, they didn't send us an email like they said on the phone. Next, they gave the delivery time of 6:46 p.m. and didn't stick to it. I'm happy to post an email about it. And being rude and cheeky doesn't do anything for them, plus I'm German and I just felt like speaking English.

Employees take too long to take an order on site, as if they don't want you to order. And loud, disruptive Arabic conversations between each other while you wait for your food.

The experience at Pizza, Cap was disappointing across the board. The dough was tough and tasteless, the tomato sauce seemed canned, and the cheese was barely there. The toppings were spread carelessly and tasted anything but fresh. It's really frustrating that honest and justified criticism doesn't seem to be welcome here, as my reviews keep disappearing. In addition, the service is a disaster - the staff was unfriendly and unhelpful. This is not how you should treat your customers. There is definitely a lot of room for improvement.

Ordered yesterday and paid via Paypal, called after an hour and asked how long it would take.... they hadn't received the order, had problems with the internet, wanted to have my order again, and would be there in 45-60 minutes .... I preferred to cook myself!

Baked pasta was burnt and pizza was way too spicy (I asked for a BIT spicy). The delivery person was very unfriendly.

Order doesn't arrive after 2 hours and is marked as delivered. They follow up, there is a "checkout problem", I have to order again if I want an order. No sooner said than done, it can happen. You order again and then the delivery is canceled without comment after another hour of waiting. Something doesn't add up there, I'm wondering what it really was. When I last ordered (a few weeks ago), I even received a call asking me to leave a review. I'll make up for it here.

It used to be a great store! Has worn off a lot! Order in advance to pick up and still wait more than 30 minutes for your food! Then you get home and realize that the food isn't right! Lousy performance at a steep price! A pity! Never again for me!

As a former regular customer, I unfortunately have to say that in my opinion the pizza here is a bit too expensive and doesn't taste like anything for my taste. I also had the feeling that the friendliness of the owner, especially in the reviews, sometimes left something to be desired. I think it would be helpful if the owner could take constructive criticism better. Due to a complaint from the owner of the company I had to add an order confirmation. The owner also rates his other branches with 5 stars, which according to Google is also not okay.

Sehr leckeres Essen. Das Angebot ist sehr breit und die Qualität stimmt ebenfalls. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Bestellt habe ich ebenfalls gehabt und das essen war innerhalb von 30 min bei mir zu Hause. Ich bestelle nirgendwo anders mehr. Abwechslung ist ebenfalls vorhanden. Langweilig wird es nie!!!

Bestelle seit vielen Jahren mittlerweile nur noch bei PizzaCab in Kaarst! Kann manche Bewertungen echt nicht nachvollziehen! Egal ob Sonderwünsche oder eine Lieferung mit 5 Partyblechen, immer sehr zufrieden! Auf unserer letzten Geburtstagsfeier, haben alle nach der Pizzeria gefragt! Mein Freund bestellt sogar mittlerweile auch aus Düsseldorf Heerdt, weil alles Top ist!

Ich finde Pizza Cab Kaarst immer wieder sehr gut. Heute Bami Goreng bestellt, immer wieder so etwas von lecker, toll gewürzt und alles drin was rein soll, nur die Sojasprossen fehlten diesmal komplett, sehr schade. Leider war auch die beigefügte Pizza nur noch lauwarm.Lieferzeit war mit 45 Minuten angegeben und in 45 Minuten war es auch da. Heute wieder das Gleiche..........keine einzige Sojasprosse und Gemüse wird auch immer weniger, schade.

Ich kenne den Laden schon sehr lange, und bis jetzt hatte ich nie etwas zu beanstanden.

Als langjähriger Stammkunde möchte ich meine Erfahrung gerne teilen. Hier gibt es zwei Dinge, die ich immer schätze: Erstens, die Qualität. Jedes Gericht, das ich hier bestellt habe, war von ausgezeichneter Qualität. Die Zutaten sind frisch und sorgfältig ausgewählt, und das schmeckt man in jedem Bissen. Zweitens, die Frische. Egal, ob es sich um die Pizza oder andere Gerichte handelt, die Frische der Zutaten ist unverkennbar. Es ist offensichtlich, dass hier viel Wert auf Qualität und Geschmack gelegt wird. Was die gelegentlichen negativen Kommentare betrifft, kann ich sie absolut nicht nachvollziehen. Wenn Sie nach einer Empfehlung suchen, probieren Sie unbedingt die Pizza Amsterdam. Sie ist mein persönlicher Favorit und hat mich nie enttäuscht. Guten Appetit!
