Einfach super leckeres Essen mit ganz tollen Service.

Wir waren heute dort und es hat uns sehr gut gefallen! Die Fleischgerichte und auch die Beilagen waren super lecker und alles war frisch und sehr gut zubereitet. Der Service war freundlich und die Atmosphäre angenehm. Ich kann das Restaurant auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen!

Kann ich nur jeden empfehlen ein, das das Essen ist nur gut. Die Bedienung sehr nett da ich Geburtstag hatte bekam ich sogar noch ein Eis

Das Essen war wirklich hervorragend, wir hatten eine Grillplatte für 2 Personen. Jede Sorte Fleisch war perfekt zubereitet. Einziger kleiner Kritikpunkt ist die Organisation der Sitzplätze (die Reservierung ist glaube ich nur pro forma). Allerdings war es auch ein Samstag, die Angestellten hatten wirklich sehr viel zu tun und taten ihr bestes.

Wir haben einmal die Grillplatte und die Pfannne gegessen. Sehr lecker und reichlich. Sehr freundliche und aufmerksame Bedienung. Insgesamt ein sehr empfehlenswertes Restaurant. Es hätte lediglich etwas wärmer sein können. Aber da sind wir empfindlich.

Alles war super, bis auf den Parkplatz.

Hat leider stark nachgelassen ... Sauberkeit: Auf Boden, Tisch und Platzdeckchen findet man teilweise Essensreste. Toilette schnuckelig. Frauen werden teilweise von Bedienung ignoriert, wenn ein Mann dabei sitzt. Tischdeko (Blumen) verwelkt. Preis / Leistung: gerade noch ok ... Eher teuer. Nachbartische stehen oft zu nah. Qualität beim Essen hat auch nachgelassen - Schade.

Vor Jahren desöfteren frequentiert, aufgrund Änderung eigener Wohnlage ( Entfernung ) rückblickend eher seltener. Ich möchte dem ´ Felicitas ´ wirklich nichts schlechtes, da wir uns früher immer sehr, sehr gut empfangen, sehr angenehm aufgehoben und wohl fühlten, wenn man sich jedoch eigens auf die Fahne schreibt zu einer der gefragtesten Steakhouse-Adressen im Rhein-Kreis Neuss gezählt zu werden, muß man mittlerweile deutlicher abliefern, zumal, wenn man sich ( mit Recht ) in einem eher gehobenerem Preissegment ansiedelt. Leider scheins lange vorbei, daß man durch eine nette Dame in Empfang genommen und zum Tisch geleitet wurde. 1. Der Service erachtete es wohl primärer anderweitig abzukassieren, statt bereits seitens der Küche an der Ausgabe bereitgestellte Speisen an den Tisch zu verbringen; ich mag und schätze lauwarme Speisen wirklich in keinster Weise - das hat dann mE nichts mehr mit Genuß zu tuen, wenngleich die Hauptspeisen qualitativ allseits weiterhin guten Anklang fanden; obschon das Salatbuffet nicht mehr wirklich frisch aussah und die grob platzierten Stücke Salatgurke und Zwiebeln leider allseits erkennbar angetrocknet waren - leider wirklich nicht nachvollziehbar derlei zu servieren. Leider gab es meinerseits eine Verwechslung mit dem Dressing, ich sagte der netten jungen Dame zwar, man möge mir doch bitte das bevorzugte Dressing einfach drüber geben, insgeheim rechnete und erwartete ich jedoch, daß man das Schälchen eben neu anrichtet und das georderte Dressing hinzugeben würde - eine Sache von Sekunden und der fiskalische Verlust erschiene daher durchaus vertretbar. 2. Ich bezeichnete mich keineswegs als ´ Erbenszähler oder Korrinthenka...er ´ und kann gerne mal ´ 5´e gerade sein lassen ´, was mich allerdings erheblich störte war die mE deutlich erkennbar fehlende Liebe zum Detail hinter den Kulissen. Angefangen des allgemeinen Eindrucks zur Sauberkeit auf den zweiten Blick ( Boden, Scheiben, Ecken, Kanten etc. ) ohne hier allzu sehr ins Detail abdriften zu wollen, bis zur für mich für dieses Etablissement bisher nicht gekannten desolaten Situation in den sanitären Herren-Räumlichkeiten, mitunter eines Wand-E-Heizkörper auf dem Boden schräg zum Tisch platziert liegend, welcher irgendwie verkabelt wurde, bis hin zur ´ Ikea´-Gardrobe mit davor befindlichem Heizpilz ( von vielen anderen im ´ Außenzelt ´ ) , daß man ernstliche Bedenken hatte, daß die Gardrobe ´ ankokelt ´, über das Wirre Stromkabelkonstrukt an der Decke, nicht zu vergessen des leider stets noch recht improvisierten und lieblosen Übergangs vom Innen- zum ´ Außenbereich´. Vermutlich werden wir dem ´ Felicitas ´ nochmal eine Chance & die Gelegenheit einräumen, aber bis dahin - MUSS BITTE ERNSTLICH & DRINGLICHST - etwas an den Details getan werden ! Mir tat es in der Seele weh festzustellen, wie sehr sich zur Vergangenheit besagte Details über die Jahre wohl leider recht negativ verändert haben, mithin selbige unter Berücksichtigung des insgesamten Wohlfühl-Faktor unerläßlich scheinen, da kann dann die wohl noch immer sehr gute Qualität der geschmackvollen Hauptspeisen dann auch nicht mehr darüber hinwegtäuschen. Liebes ´ Felicitas ´- Team, ihr habt einen so schönen Laden, BITTE befreit Euch von der Betriebsblindheit und laßt doch BITTE die Liebe zum Detail wieder erwachen - BITTE !

Erste Mal dort gewesen, zu einem Lehrgang in Kaarst. Essen sehr lecker, die Bedienung zuvorkommend...

Absolute Empfehlung! Wir waren jetzt 5-6x da. Es war IMMER wirklich lecker und ich behaupte dass für heutige Verhältnisse die Preise absolut in Ordnung sind! Das Personal ist super nett, total bemüht und freundlich.

Felicitas Steake & More in Neuss/Kaarst ist ein absolutes Highlight für jeden Steakliebhaber. Wir waren mit einer Gruppe von 20 Personen da, und es war beeindruckend, wie reibungslos alles ablief. Das Essen kam gleichzeitig und heiß an den Tisch – ein echter Service, den man nicht oft erlebt. Die Steaks waren perfekt medium gegart, zart und saftig, genau richtig abgeschmeckt. Auch der Salat war frisch, knackig und geschmacklich hervorragend. Besonders hervorzuheben ist unser Kellner Mo, der sein Handwerk mehr als meisterhaft beherrschte. Selbst ohne Zettel hatte er alles im Kopf und organisierte den Service souverän und professionell. Das gesamte Ambiente war angenehm und einladend, sodass man sich sofort wohlfühlt. Alle Mitarbeiter haben ihren Job mit großer Aufmerksamkeit und Freundlichkeit ausgeführt, was den Abend noch schöner gemacht hat. Abgerundet wurde das Ganze durch einen exzellenten Wein. Alles in allem war es ein rundum gelungenes Erlebnis – exzellentes Essen, herausragender Service und ein tolles Ambiente. Wir kommen definitiv wieder!

Einfach das beste Steak was man in nrw kriegen kann!!!!

Auch wenn ich der Meinung bin, dass gutes Rindfleisch nicht um die halbe Welt gekarrt werden muss, damit es gut ist, kann ich nichts Negatives an diesem Restaurant finden. Die gemischte Vorspeisenplatte reicht gut für 4 Personen und ist der perfekte Start in den Abend. Gefolgt von gutem Fleisch zum Hauptgang. Der Service ist schnell, freundlich und hat alles im Blick. Und man sieht mittlerweile selten, dass sich 4 unterschiedliche Gerichte mit 4 Sonderwünschen gemerkt werden und am Ende alles auch genau wie bestellt ankommt.

Am meisten beeindruckten mich die großzügigen Portionen – ein wahrer Genuss! Toller Service, angenehme Atmosphäre und köstliches Essen!

Wir waren anlässlich meines Geburtstages das erste Mal in diesem Restaurant und sind restlos begeistert. Das Steak war auf den Punkt gegart und der Geschmack war super. Wir haben draußen gesessen und die Lösung mit dem Zelt ist super auch wenn die Tage jetzt kälter werden. Wir werden wieder kommen, das Essen war jeden Euro wert.

Leute, das Steak war zäh und wir mussten ewig warten. Das Bier war aber trotzdem gut.

Etwas in die Jahre gekommenes Gebäude, überdachte und offene Terrasse. Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Die Portionen sind etwas zu groß. Das Essen ist hervorragend gewürzt. Sehr empfehlenswert.

Eigentlich bin ich eine Person, die den Geschmack von Schweinefleisch nicht wirklich mag. Aber hier, in der Filet-Pfanne war das Schweinefleisch (wie auch das Rindfleisch) perfekt gewürzt und mit der Sauce dabei wirklich überragend lecker! :)

Very friendly service, but my meal (cheeseburger) wasn't particularly good. The meat seemed like it had been overcooked, the burger wasn't really hot, and the bun seemed old. The portion, however, was very large.

We were very surprised by how good the food was. It looks quite unassuming from the outside. The waitress is friendly and always has a funny saying ready. There's a very large outdoor area, which we'll definitely take advantage of next time. The steaks were cooked to perfection, and the side dishes were delicious and plentiful. The prices are reasonable. We'll definitely be back.

I don't even know where to start. This restaurant is by far the best we have ever visited! Dog friendly, hospitable and the servers are extremely attentive. In summer you can sit outside nicely, and in winter it is very comfortably furnished. The prices are simply unbeatable: an Argentinian fillet for €32 – including salad, bread with dip and fried potatoes! And then the food: How can you get the taste so perfect? At the end you are asked if you would like a coffee on the house - where can you find that these days? We have been here for the third time now and can really recommend it to everyone. Please stay exactly as you are!

We've been there 3 times already. Nice staff! Meat, as befits a steakhouse, is quite good! Salads and side dishes with room for improvement! Salad dressing wasn't special either! One burger was rather poor due to too much sauce mix! 5 out of 6 Food ok! So 4 out of 5 stars

Probably the best unassuming steak restaurant in the world We landed in Kaarst by chance and were completely surprised. From the outside the restaurant looks more like a kebab shop, inside it is very well maintained, but slightly provincial - well, we are in Kaarst. The menu offers little that is surprising. It's an ordinary steakhouse. But then the extremely friendly service served a meal that we have rarely had before of this quality. The rump steak tasted like a fillet. Juicy, perfectly fried and simple just delicious. The baked potato and side salads were also very tasty. Fortunately, the price of the Felicitas is at a lower level. In short: the restaurant can easily keep up with the in-spots in German cities in terms of taste and quality. So if you want a relaxed dinner and can do without expensive frills, you have to go to Felicitas.

The good reviews attracted us to Felicitas today. Unfortunately, we can't really share them. The waiting times were very long, the service was completely overwhelmed and hectic (but nice when it was there), the food was ok. We were actually disappointed as we had expected better.

A visit to felicitas is always a highlight! The food is super tasty and the prices are absolutely fair - especially for the portion sizes and the taste! A big compliment also to the waitress Hannah, who served us extremely friendly and attentively. We felt completely comfortable and will definitely come back. Clear recommendation!

I had dinner there with my boyfriend two weeks ago for their 2nd anniversary. I asked on the phone whether a little something could be prepared, and I was greeted very kindly. When we got there the table was beautifully set with rose petals. The food was really delicious and the service was also great. Gladly again at any time 👍🏼

The first impression was quite positive - unfortunately we were bitterly disappointed. I ordered a wheat non-alcoholic and was told “no more today” (when I paid almost 2 hours later there were tons of Erdinger non-alcoholic bottles on the counter). Alternatively, I ordered a non-alcoholic pilsner and got a glass of 0.2. I'm not aware of such a measure for non-alcoholic beers and I'm convinced it was an alcoholic pilsner. When we still had no food after an hour, we asked. We then waited another 10 minutes for the answer. The food should be ready in 5 - 10 minutes. No apology, nothing. When the 5-10 minutes turned into 20 minutes again, we decided to leave. Again, no apology or anything like that, just the food would be ready in 1 minute. However, after waiting almost 2 hours, we didn't want to go anymore. On the bill for the drinks (here I would have expected these to be on the house as compensation) there was also 0.4 Pils - twice the amount as delivered. And again no apology and not even a correspondingly changed invoice. You definitely won't see US there again, so you can scare away new customers. But maybe you don't need new customers there, who knows.

Wir waren wieder mal zum Essen im Felicitas. Der Service war dieses Mal allerdings grenzwertig. Wir bekamen ein Essen falsch serviert, der Ober behauptete das er das richtig gebracht hatte, wir waren uns beide sicher was anderes bestellt zu haben, an Austausch war nicht zu denken. Das Fleisch sollte dann teilweise ausgetauscht werden, was nach 15 Minuten noch nicht passiert war. Als wir das nochmals ansprachen machte er das, war aber anscheinend beleidigt. Dann wurden wir praktisch nicht mehr bedient. Wir wollten dann zahlen und warteten wieder 20 Minuten, sprachen dann den 2. Ober noch zwei mal an und nach insgesamt 30 Minuten durften wir dann bezahlen. So etwas sind wir nicht gewohnt und ein beleidigter Ober geht gar nicht. Das Felicitas können wir leider nicht mehr empfehlen.

Very good offer and very tasty. The fillets and steaks were perfect, the side dishes were very tasty. Everything was super tasty and great staff. Always my pleasure. We spent a wonderful birthday evening with friends.

Whenever I eat a steak somewhere else I think of Felicitas and that it's just not as good as here. Simply always perfectly on point and absolutely delicious and always friendly service. You simply can't go wrong here unless you don't come.

Food was very tasty and reasonably priced. Service friendly and on point. We enjoyed the whole thing on a terrace, but the parasols became a tripping hazard, especially for older people.

We had the grill plate for two people. All three types of meat were prepared to perfection and tasted great, as did the grilled vegetables. Attentive service and nice outdoor ambience.

Food very tasty, service could be a bit more responsive and quick. Not very inviting from the outside, looks more like a kebab shop - we certainly wouldn't have tried the shop without a recommendation.

I was there again after a long time, it was sold out, good thing I reserved the table. Everything else takes a back seat when you want to eat first-class steak! Grilled to perfection, hot, juicy, spicy. Mega awesome! One or two steakhouses from Düsseldorf are far worse... What we had: 400g ribeye steak with grilled vegetables, crisp salad, breaded fresh mushrooms in garlic sauce. The drinks were also cold. Come back more often now!

The food is outstanding! Unfortunately, the service at our appointment (8 people) Saturday from 5 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. was overwhelmed and not really attentive.

Steaks are very tasty and grilled to perfection. The selection of side dishes is extensive. The only drawback is that the bread could be a little fresher.

The restaurant was packed. Despite this, the three of us + the dog still got a nice table in the heated tent. The heaters made it very pleasant despite the sub-zero temperatures. There were blankets for the legs. The food was very good. There was nothing to complain about. It might be cool if you could choose the size of the steak (number of grams). The service was warm and very nice. There were no parking spaces. Card payment was a bit problematic because NFC didn't work.

There's no better way to prepare steaks!

Unfortunately, we had to sit in a tent pavilion when the outside temperature was 1 degree and we were cold all evening despite blankets and heaters. This condition should at least be mentioned when making the reservation by the restaurant. A table for 8 people was confirmed when I made the reservation, so of course we assumed there would be a normal place inside. The service on Saturday was a disaster, completely overwhelmed and not exactly accommodating and not always friendly. That's not possible given the prices! It's a shame, because the food is really great, especially the meat. Only the salad could have been better.

Very good food. Ambience is good. Unfortunately there is a smell of cooking throughout the restaurant as the kitchen is open.

Felicitas has a wide range of dishes: Steaks, schnitzels, grill plates, etc! It's very nice to sit inside, but also very comfortable outside under a tent roof! Be careful, google it beforehand because of the opening times!!

It is the best steak house in the Rhein-Kreis Neuss and an absolute tip for me. But not only the very good steak, but also the medallion pan with spinach are a delicacy 👍

The appearance from the outside reflects the inside, it is very cozy, the service and the staff are top and the food is excellent so we will definitely come back.

Zur Weihnachtszeit haben ein Freund und ich auf Empfehlung das Restaurant besucht und wurden sehr positiv überrascht. das Essen war Top, die Steaks auf dem Punkt, geschmacklich hervorragend abgestimmt. Die Servicemitarbeiter waren mega, freundlich, aufmerksam und haben eine tolle Beratung zu Speisen und Getränken geben können. Am Ende kann ich nur 5 Sterne vergeben weil sich der Besuch absolut gelohnt hat.

Schlicht gehalten, aber sehr leckere Steaks. Schade das man bei telefonischer Reservierung nicht professionell nachfragt und somit falsch verstandene und notierte Namen erstmal für Verwirrung sorgen.

Das mit Abstand beste Steak in Kaarst und Umgebung! Auch die anderen Gerichte wie zB der gemischte Vorspeisenteller sind sehr gut! Der Service ist freundlich und aufmerksam.

Das leckerste Steak was ich seit langer Zeit gegessen habe, etwas merkwürdig fand ich die heißen Kirschen im Glas "unter" dem Vanilleeis
