Pizza Buona in Schriesheim

Very poor service. We've tried several times, but something goes wrong every time. Either the food is cold upon delivery (we only live two minutes away), or when picking up, they don't start preparing the food until you're in the store. So we waited 40 minutes at home, then drove to pick it up and waited another 20 minutes (for a pasta dish and a salad). And it's not particularly tasty either.

This restaurant surprised us! We actually just wanted to quickly pick up a pizza somewhere. More on a drive-through than a specific spot, we went in and sat down. The ambiance has a certain old-school charm, yet is still modern. Our pizza idea turned into two burgers and fries. The service was very friendly and quick. Even though there was a mix-up with the appetizer, the food was truly top-notch. Everything was fresh and delicious. We'll definitely eat here again soon, and I'll just order the appetizer later 😉

After having to wait over 2 hours repeatedly, yesterday even 2.5 hours, for the food which was stated to take 15-40 minutes, without notification or apology (in fact the opposite), we will certainly not order anything there again.

I would give zero out of five stars if possible. We ordered a mango lassi, which was delivered in a 1 liter Fanta bottle... After that, we were no longer hungry for the rest of the food. It's absurd to deliver a drink in a used deposit bottle... Really shocked.

The food tastes good, but the service is a disaster! Some people don't understand German and say on the phone, "Call the boss again in 10 minutes, he'll be there." The delivery time stated has never been correct for us! The driver doesn't say anything, not even hello, he just hands you a note saying how much it will cost because he doesn't speak German. And then the wrong food is delivered. Sorry, but having to be reminded of what I ordered is just too much rudeness. I know what I want to eat and what I ordered. We were customers from the beginning, but now it's over; you don't need to deliver anything to us anymore. There are plenty of places nearby that appreciate customers and their money.

I can't comment on the ambience since I ordered there. Food came a little later than announced, but was still absolutely within limits. The taste was okay, but it could have been a little hotter. Special requests were taken into account. Can be kept open as an option for occasional ordering.

Delivery time is not nearly met. You cannot rely on the order status. If you call, the delivery time will continue to be extended.

Pizza should be delivered in 60 minutes. After 1.5 hours I asked, “Delivery is coming soon”. After more than 2.5 hours still no delivery. This is a disgrace!!!

The order was problem-free. Delivery within the stated time. The food was good to very good. For the price, large portions. We ordered for the third time and were very satisfied every time!

Alles war leckere Pizza und indisches Essen. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder. Das Personal ist auch sehr freundlich.

Bisher Pizza geholt, anderes kann ich "noch" nicht bewerten, das folgt demnächst. Pizza ist sehr gut und Preis/Leistung stimmt absolut. Mittlerweile mehrfach Pizza bestellt und abgeholt. Gleichbleibend sehr gute Qualität, empfehlenswert. Weiteres folgt.........

Una de las mejoras pizzas que he probado, ajo y gambas, masa perfecta de cocción. Sitio recomendable 100x100 en un entorno precioso.

Indisches Curry, Papadams und ein Parmesan Schnitzel bestellt. Alles sehr lecker, große Portionen sehr zu empfehlen.

Wir waren auf der Durchreise und Aufgrund der positiven Bewertungen haben wir hier gehalten. Wir hatten 2x die Rigatoni al Forno und die waren wirklich lecker! Die Bedienung war sehr freundlich und auch der Sonderwunsch Pizzabrot war gar kein Problem. Sollten wir nochmal hier sein kommen wir sicher wieder vorbei :)

Das Essen ist wirklich sehr lecker und wir waren bisher immer zufrieden, weiter so! . Das einzige was mich heute sehr geärgert hat, war die lange Lieferung von 1h 45 min obwohl ich direkt zur Öffnung um 16 Uhr bestellt hatte, daher völlig unverständlich wieso es so lange gedauert hat . Leider hatten wir schon oft sehr lange Lieferzeiten, was einfach nervig ist. Wenn das noch besser klappt, gibt es 5 Sterne :-)

Wir hatten quer durch die Karte Burger, Pizza und Indisch. Alle waren zufrieden. Essen wurde recht frisch geliefert. Die Lieferung selbst kam weitgehend pünktlich (+15 min). Wir freuen uns auf die nächste Bestellung!

Wir haben gestern ein BBQ Burger bestellt , zwei Schnitzel mit Hähnchenfleisch mein Freund war sehr zu Frieden ihr hat es geschmeckt . Ich habe ein Kokosnuss Curry gegessen , war sehr lecker , hätte es nur bissle schärfer gegessen ! Bruschetta gab es als Vorspeise - leider mit Oliven was ich so nicht kenne & dafür ohne Zwiebel , schade hat mir persönlich nicht so geschmeckt . Vllt beim nächsten mal ! Was ich auch Komisch finde , bei Lieferando gibt es auf der Speisekarte keine Indischen Gerichte - oder ich war zu blöd es zu finden 🤪… haben dann über WhatsApp bestellt - hat auch super geklappt . Fazit : wir bestellen nochmal - es war sehr lecker

Bis nach Heiligkreuzsteinsch geliefert, sehr lecker, Hühnchen saftig. Der Reis war extrem gut. Wir sind sehr überrascht, dass sich nach langer Zeit ein guter Koch mal wieder nach Altenbach verirrt.

Wir haben Pizza, Burger und indisches Essen probiert. Alles war sehr lecker. Die Mitarbeiter sind auch sehr freundlich.
