Pizza Al Forno in Ulm

Yesterday we ordered a pizza there via Lieferando and were unfortunately shocked and disgusted to discover that there was a cut fingernail on it... we contacted the restaurant and couldn't communicate and they hung up on us. When we called again we weren't even greeted and... we were hung up on. Unfortunately Lieferando could not be reached by phone. We have to call the police and file a report. What a disgusting experience and the word disgusting doesn't even come close!

Miserable kebab, never eaten such bad kebab meat and cold despite it being warmed up in the microwave, which is bad enough! Absolutely unfriendly, you have the feeling of being a nuisance! Order taken incorrectly or not even asked what was supposed to be on it - total catastrophe never again!

Pizza was deep fried and the tomato sauce was sweet like ketchup.

We ordered and got fries 4 times even though we had something else with them, the chicken wings were wet and tasted like rubber, as did the burger. In addition, the citizen didn't even get through. Never again

Unfortunately, liferando advertises a delivery time of 30-40 minutes, but unfortunately you don't get it and you wait 1.5 hours for the food. Unfortunately, this happened several times and the food then arrived cold We have given the store another chance several times but have unfortunately been disappointed several times in a row I hope that we can get this under control again at some point

Was there for the first time and I had the chicken wrap. Noticeably fresh ingredients and a slightly spicy cocktail sauce. It was really tasty and there was a good amount for €7.50. But you can only pay in cash there!!

Simply an imposition, I asked briefly how much the pizza cost there and was then stared at in a completely unfriendly manner. Metal was thrown in my presence and people spoke incomprehensibly (probably because of the headphones). So I left. I wanted to order pizza for 2 classes that day. After the experience, we had delivery delivered from another pizzaria. Unprofessionalism and unfriendliness are very important here when it comes to personal visits. So you shouldn't be surprised that the entire Wiblingen school refrains from ordering food there.

My cheeseburger was raw and as a pregnant woman I couldn't eat it!

This is by far the last one. Unfriendly and rude that I have experienced. As an Italian, look at me and apologize for the current one.

Were told on the phone that they were apparently closing even though according to the internet they weren't open for two hours. Very rude on the phone

Unfortunately not recommended, I ordered spagetti carbonara to pick up, the pasta was completely overcooked so you didn't have to chew at all, the food wasn't warm and there were 3 pieces of ham in it!!! A pity

Pure nonsense, you order via Lieferando and pay via Lieferando but the food doesn't arrive because you can't find the address and you're also rude on the phone!!

Essen war okay, Mitarbeiter am Telefon sehr unfreundlich und man hat kaum ein Wort verstanden. 2 Stunden vorher extra vorbestellt und kam dennoch 30 min später als angegeben. Werden nicht mehr dort bestellen, konkurrenz ist ja groß

Salat nicht frisch Tomaten waren gerachrummpelt Salat Blätter nicht knackig

Komme aus München, kenne mich also nicht so gut aus hier. Ich wollte die Hausnummer ändern, kommt er mir unfreundlich: „Die Bestellung ist nicht gekommen und legt auf“ Tut mir leid, aber hier werde ich nicht mehr bestellen!

Rutsch rüber Sellerie, Zwiebel und Paprika; es gibt eine neue Heilige Dreifaltigkeit von Käse, Soße und Teig, die meinen Mund hallelujah singen lässt.

Haben nun schon mehrfach dort bestellt und das Essen war immer frisch und sehr gut. Sowohl Pizza als auch Pasta sind wirklich zu empfehlen.

Das essen ist normaler Durchschnitt, fuer einen lieferdienst angemessen, der lieferbote war freundlich Nur das statt der rahmsosse zum schnitzel huehnerbruehe mit einem Teelöffel Sahne angereichert geliefert wurde ist der oberhammer, da ist ein Kochkurs von nöten 🤣

Essen war in knapp einer halben Stunde da und sehr lecker 👌👌

Beste Pizza ever,knusprig dünner Boden,genau so wie man sich eine Pizza wünscht. Dies ist absolut meine Lieblingspizza.Ausserdem trifft man auf Al Forno auf sehr nette u.freundliche Mitarbeiter.Ich gebe 5 Sterne und kann Al Forno absolut weiterempfehlen.Gerne wieder.

Danke. Sehr sehr gute Pizza, genau auf den Punkt gebacken so dass der Käse schön karamelisiert und einen hervorragenden Geschmack gibt. Perfekt gewürzt, einfach nur lecker. Auch der Salat war sehr frisch und auch für den Preis wirklich groß - somit ein top Preis-Leistungs-Verhältniss. Der Herr und die Dame dort sind sehr freundlich, auch am Telefon war der Herr sehr freundlich. Ich komme wieder.

Wahnsinn was ihr in eurem kleinen Häuschen alles hinbekommt! Die Pizza ist geschmacklich immer Tip top und die Nudelgerichte auch einwandfrei. Hatte hier noch nie eine schlechte Erfahrung was das essen anbelangt. Einzig allein schade ist dass die Lieferzeiten sehr lange sind. Weswegen wir es auch immer abholen aber das könntet ihr noch verbessern.

Beste Pizza und Pasta in der Umgebung "Klein aber fein" Zum Bestellen und abholen oder liefern lassen absolut perfekt. Vor Ort kann mann nicht essen. Sehr freundliches Personal Kann mann nur empfehlen, top.

Schon öfters haben wir hier unsere Pizza oder Pasta bestellt, wir waren immer zufrieden. Zudem sind die Inhaber sehr nett und kommen jedem Wunsch entgegen! Kann ich nur weiter empfehlen!

Haben eben 2 Stunden auf die Pizza gewartet. Pizza ist trotzdem sehr lecker....nur der Service:-(
