Piri's in Berlin

I had a chicken burger here today, and everything was absolutely perfect. The burger was juicy, well-seasoned, and full of flavor. The bun was soft, the ingredients were fresh, and the portion size was just right. The service was friendly and fast, and the overall experience was even better than I expected. Definitely one of the best chicken burgers I’ve had in a long time — highly recommended!

The burgers are tasty. Of the different fries, the standard ones are definitely the best. Unfortunately, the sauces make the fries soggy too much. The service is okay. It's self-service and only English-speaking. Unfortunately, the restaurant smells strongly of burnt grease, which made the visit somewhat unpleasant.

- Plain fried mushrooms were far too dry and rock hard. - Fried mushrooms with spicy seasoning —> extremely spicy (so hot you couldn't taste anything but the heat). - The service was very unfriendly - they didn't really answer our questions about the menu and laughed at us for asking them. - Overpriced for what you get. - Very poor ventilation system (or no ventilation at all). We preferred to sit outside in the 10°C (50°F) and wet weather. - The only positive point: the chef's dog was cute. - We will definitely not be coming back and would advise against visiting.

I used to be a regular at Piri Burger when they were still on Wienerstrasse. For me, it was and still is the best burger joint in all of Berlin. The Piri Burger is simply heavenly – it has its own distinctive flavor that makes it one of a kind. The fries are crispy on the outside, soft on the inside, and quite thickly cut. Perhaps a bit too salty, but very tasty and perfectly fried. Compared to before, the breaded chicken fillets have become a bit thinner. This means there's a little less meat in the burger, but it's much more enjoyable to eat. The only small downside, which I can understand, is the price: To be honest, I find €9.50 for the Piri Burger without fries a bit expensive. In the end, it's the taste that counts – and at Piri Burger, that's simply unbeatable. 5 stars!

One of the best burger places in Berlin! Piti chicken is just awesome cuz of their sauce and international flair! Run by a cool guy who knows what we want - burgers friends and beverages! Also this place shows rugby cricket and other sports! Come on Monday when their burgers are 6 euros :-)

Always bloody tasty burgers, welcoming service and awesome place for a beer and catch up, session or mid session to refuel! I come here come weeks for my weekly Piris burger and Guinness(s). Always a great time.

Burger was drowned in sauce and fries were completely over salted. Really bad quality unfortunately. Delivery was great!

Piri's slaps. The burgers slap, the Piri fries and the sorta-poutine slaps, the frozen margs slap, the wings slap, their birria tacos slap. It would slap anywhere, but I feel like for Berlin, it goes so much harder. Every time I go I think "this is the tastiest meal out I've had in a whiiiile". They do really great specials and the crew working there are so sound. Also, there are usually dogs there, which is always a plus.

Definitely one of the best places to eat burgers in Berlin. The meat options are all chicken, but the best thing about the place are the vegetarian options. The KRS Bun is easily in the Top 3 of the best vegetarian burgers in Berlin. It has a thousand flavors and that grilled and rotten taste that a burger should have. The mushroom nuggets are also amazing. There are vegan options.

This is one of my favorite burger spots—the food is delicious, and the service is excellent, especially during lunch. However, there are a couple of downsides to consider. First, there’s no proper ventilation inside, which can leave you smelling like fried food after your visit. Second, they recently changed their payment policy, so if you want to pay by card, you might have to pay an additional commission on top of your bill. Update 31 Jen 2025: this restaurant has a serious problem regarding ventilation!! Yesterday I went for a burger and a beer. Food amazing as always but all my clothes smells like fried chicken! This is disrespectful and unhealthy for all the customers and for the employees as well.

Love the place BUT your tofu burger needs some love. That was really the saddest one I ever had. Please marinade it in one of your delicious sauces and coat it before frying it so it becomes crispy otherwise the bland tofu taste is overpowering. I know this is a chicken place (and those are banging- both the wings and the burgers) but if you put it on the menu please spice it up a bit.

This is one of those places you get a hankering for. Every couple of weeks I have to get my fix. The food hits all the sweet spots for a serious munch, and there are practically always specials to try (keep on top of these on insta or telegram, the marketing is excellent). Awesome spice! Can’t believe I hadn’t been here before - it was great! Cozy, with a decent amount of seating and places to hang up jackets. Got a chicken burger, fries and a frozen margarita. All were fantastic. Service was friendly and quick. Burger wasn’t greasy or fatty at all, was nice to have some ‘fast food’ and not feel bloated and disgusting afterwards. Frozen marg was great and a generous portion. Really impressed.

Buzzing atmosphere, solid burger, great fries

Why didn't I discover this place sooner?! Everything we ordered looks so appetizing. The chicken wings are incredibly addictive, featuring light, crunchy shells packed with juicy meat that isn’t greasy at all. The fries are perfectly cut into bite-sized pieces. When I first took a bite, I thought I was eating potato chips, but then the fluffy and moist center made it feel more like a sponge cake. No sauce was needed due to the amazing seasoning they dusted on top. Last but not least, the TRAUMA SAUCE speaks to me! It has a perfect balance of acidity, fruitiness, and spiciness. Just a heads up: it can sting a little on the roof of your mouth, but it’s not an unpleasant feeling. (Maybe my friends and I are masochists—who knows? :) My partner ordered the Piri Burger and was so engrossed in it that they refused to talk to me while devouring it!

Don't expect a super crazy fancy meal, but as a bar to hang out and have a bite it definitely serves its purpose! The chorizo smash burger was pretty decent and the fries are definitely top notch, great with piri sauce. The food was solid, the staff was great though, really good vibes in the bar.

Tldr: you can achieve the same experience at home by drinking a cup of warm cooking oil whilst sitting next to a smoke machine. After walking past many times and thinking the place looked great iv never been so disappointed. Firstly the place has a weird smokey haze in the air, I'm assuming of burnt oil? The music is good and staff were nice enough. We ordered a piri burger, piri wings, fries and frozen margs. The wings were barely cooked enough and were swimming in a pool of grease. The piri sauce had no spice and bad flavour. The chicken burger had to much of the same greasy piri sauce and loads of this other grainy white sauce? No idea what that was but it was awful. The Margs also tasted like sea water, someone must have added salt to the mix and not just around the glass. Fries were good, but if your messing up fries then something has gone seriously wrong. We didn't even manage to eat half of the meal before leaving feeling sick, and two hour later we still feel awful. Can't wait for this "food" to leave my body. Should have asked for a refund.

Best chicken burgs in town and absolute best fries in town! The only place here that has the equivalent of chicken salt. Banging! Also just tried their smash burgs and god dayum they are amazing! Hefty, saucy and just straight incredible! Get in there and give it a shot.

Really great, I've been eating here for years. Berlin ambience, humane prices with really good food and friendly staff (uncomplicated). There is a lunch special on weekdays, so it's worth going during your work break. And the margaritas are also great, to finish it off.

Best burgers in town, great atmosphere. The only downside is that the owner is an unrepentant Australian cricket nerd.

I have to say: the fries are the highlight here! Unfortunately, we were accidentally served the cheaper fries (we didn't feel like complaining about it), but the basic fries were still unbeatable. Of course we would have liked to try the toppings we ordered, but that will be made up for! The chicken was delicious and delicately seasoned.

I had high hopes for this place, but unfortunately, it didn't live up to my expectations. The burgers were overly greasy and lacked flavor, with too much sauce making them difficult to enjoy as they fell apart. The fries were also quite soggy. As someone in the industry, I’d encourage the team to reconsider some of these aspects for a better dining experience. I won’t be returning, but I hope improvements can be made.

I love this place so much. The people are so friendly and amazing and forward coming! The food was amazing, it was just pure bliss in my mouth. And their piri sauce is sooo tasty even though I think it’s a bit too spicy for me I loved it anyways. So perfect will 100% go there again when I’m around.

Long wait for food (45 minutes), unprofessional workers (some not all) who were rude and loudly talking badly of customers. Burger was dry and piri piri sauce lacked flavour.

This location feels like something inbetween a missed chance and hidden gem. Located quite near to Rathaus Neukölln, but in a quite side street, it seems to be a good spot to get away from the busy main road and enjoy a quick meal. For my personal taste, the music is a little too loud and the whole ambiente leans a little too much into the rugged/worn down atmosphere that seems to be so common these days. I personally would not have wanted to sit inside for a meal, gladly I didnt need to because one of the very limited places outside was available. The Service was 5/5, nothing to complain about / criticize here. The lady was super nice, the order arrived quick, everything was more than fine. The food was good, I got the Chorismash burger and the Piri Fries, but for me personally the fries were the hidden champion here. The fries itself were pretty good, better than what you are used to here in Berlin, but the toppings make the whole thing special and unique. The burger was a little bit of a missed chance tho, the idea of making a chorizo based patty is something I didnt came across so far (at least not in Berlin) and it simply works with the other ingredients. Sadly, the patty is way too small/thin, so the other ingredients kind of dominate the super tasty patty a little. Just judging the taste tho, the fries were 5/5 and the burger 4/5 (with a little bigger patty it would be 5/5). The whole thing does come with a little turn off tho, called prizing. 9 € for the fries is already anything but cheap, but considering how much that thing fills you up, one could be fine with it. But 12 € for the burger this size is unacceptable, for this prize the whole thing needs to be like 30% bigger. That being said, it was an enjoyable experience and worth a visit due to the food actually being kinda unique, but as long as the pricing is the way it is, I will likely prefer to visit one of the plenty alternatives of burger places the city has to offer.

Amazing place. Great chicken sandwiches and maybe even better Pommes, though I only went for lunch everything was perfect. The service nice, you feel very welcome. Everything is freshly prepared for your order. It feels like the perfect mix of dive bar and neighborhood Burger joint. I don't know what they put on their fries but it's highly addicting. The burgers are great but could need a little more salt or punch, but that's maybe my weird taste and if you have the chance eat the Chorismash if you can!!!

Unfortunately, the Piri Chicken Burger was nothing special. The chicken had a taste of its own that I don't like, it was probably thawed chicken. I was expecting a crispy chicken patty, but unfortunately the breading was way too thin and soggy. The cheese was Emmental cheese. I think the taste didn't go well with the other ingredients on the burger. However, I liked the Piri sauce. I ordered the chipotle chili mayonnaise with the fries. I didn't like this recipe here at the snack bar, and I usually love the special chipotle chili flavor. Personally, the margarita tasted too sour for me. I would come back just for the piris sauce! I would also like to order the very spicy sauce here.

So so chicken. Tasted Maggi and MSG mile away. Not healthy

Piri’s is usually poppin, but with a nice crowd. 5€ frozen margs and 5€ wings/burgers are on certain days of the week are the way to my heart. The many times I’ve been to Piri’s or ordered online, have never disappointed me. Their house made buffalo (Bison) is top 👨🏽‍🍳👌🏾

Loved the food. Burger was cooked just perfect. Spiciness was just right and perfect( no lip service of any form to anyone afterwards🤭🫣😉😝). Now stuffed and will be going back again soon. Frozen margarita was just the nice kick needed to wash the burger down

Piris is possibly the best burger in Berlin. If you like saucy and spicy burgers, this is the place to be in. Their burgers can actually be spicy(Not German spicy) and the sauces are great. Their chicken burgers are the most famous ones, though their beef burgers are equally amazing. If you're in Berlin just for a few days, and you really wanna get a Burger, this is the place!
