Ordered 4 pizzas and 1 pinsa with an average delivery time of 30 minutes. After 1 hour and 40 minutes, 5 pins arrived. Wrong order with over an hour delay. Unfortunately, this is not an isolated case either.

Pizza arrived totally cold. Given the prices this is not acceptable.

Ordered from their website for the first time and it was a total failure. Time specified when delivery should be made. Even after 1 hour later nothing came. When I called to find out what was going on, they said there was nothing there even though I received online payment confirmation as well as order confirmation. Unfortunately I had to leave my guests and went there to sort it out. When I arrived I was told there were problems with the device that prints out the orders, that it wasn't working at the moment and that's why they didn't know about my order. I canceled something on site because it was too late for me to eat and I didn't feel like eating anymore because of the theater. This meant that money would be transferred back. If there was nothing there, a driver would bring it. To be on the safe side, get it in writing. They then made the rest of the order. While waiting, however, you have to watch as the device diligently prints out orders. Thanks for lying. As a rough compensation we got apple spritzer. The food was well received by my colleagues and tasted good. After a few days when there was no refund by bank transfer, a driver came with the money. At least you could rely on it. Unfortunately we no longer order there. The store itself is also shabby and uninviting. Normally 0 stars but 1 star for the food, which was well received and 1 star for the fact that despite the theater the money was kindly refunded as discussed.

The food was very tasty, this is the second time we have ordered. Unfortunately, the pinsa bread was forgotten to deliver with our two salads. When I asked about it over the phone, I received a listless answer: "Yes, sorry. Pinsa is sold out today. Otherwise, that's it." This disappoints me because I think that you can't simply leave out food that was paid for and then react like this. But there's nothing wrong with the food itself!

The salads are really delicious. It's just a shame that half the Pinsa is not delivered as described in the menu. If you ask by phone you will only be told that it is unfortunately out today. The next time you order you'll get a whole one. Now it was the third order and unfortunately the bread side was generally missing. A pizzeria that runs out of dough is difficult to understand. A rogue who suspects a scam.

Noodles completely disgusting. Tastes like any Maggi ready mix. Absolutely not recommended. 12€??? An absolute disgrace. The “French fries” are limp, reusable potato sticks. Actually no star, but the burger was pretty good. Still 30€ for the fact that in the end I could only eat the burger. I strongly advise everyone not to order “fries” or pasta. I will still eat there again. I hope the pinsa or pizza are better.

Ordered at 6:10 p.m., received at 7:40 p.m. Even though the person on the phone promised a delivery time of 40-45 minutes when ordering, it took an hour and 30 minutes. Order delivered, hamburgers were cold, fries were cold, frutti di mare were cold. I heated it in the microwave.

the place looks very dirty everywhere it would be appropriate for the health police to go and pay it a few visits then the bathroom is really disgusting they found a hairbrush on top of the tissue holder which was full of hair plus the bathroom really needs to be done close the premises and I can't imagine how the kitchen will be in disrepair. The kitchen staff was also affected that day and in addition to sneezing and coughing, they prepared the food for me which, out of politeness, I took and threw in the dustbin, given the whole context, I'm sorry for them but I have to realize that a place where you eat cannot be full of cobwebs in every corner, dust and dirt everywhere. Unfortunately not recommended. Pizzas very soggy. Drivers do not speak German. No invoice included. There were pieces of dried cheese in the tiramisu. No go, never again.

We ordered via Lieferando. Unfortunately we didn't read the bad reviews. The pizza was soggy and cold. My friend had a burger and sweet potato fries that were undercooked. We didn't eat everything, my boyfriend vomited during the night and had extreme diarrhea. Hands off!!

We arrived late and they were about to leave, but they were so nice and accepted our order. We ordered pizza and it was really good with high quality.

The drivers barely spoke German. We had to get the food down the street because they couldn't find our address. The pizza has unattractive toppings and the taste is a grade 4. Is this how you want to make money? So it's not worth the money. We'll order somewhere else next time.

I have to say, I can't remember eating something this bad in a long time. Firstly the service was pretty bad, they treated you like they were doing you a favor, rude, secondly the pinsa tasted like nothing, cheap ingredients and no taste at all. This is the second and last time we have ordered here.

Delivery okay, pizza okay, Pinsa not recommended, dessert (Tiramisu Nutella) no-go! Reminds me of putty with two sticks of ladyfingers and a very thin strip of Nutella on top.

So I ordered a pizza and a pinsa. The pizza was acceptable, but I'm disappointed with the Pinsa, which was small, soggy and had moderate toppings. For 12.90 € an absolute cheek!!! That used to be better. Next time I would just order pizza.

The delivery today was great and so was the taste of the food. Unfortunately, there was a relatively large metal wire in my side salad. Luckily I noticed it before I had it in my mouth. We ordered food and the delivery took a long time, then the wrong food was delivered and then it took almost an hour again for the wrong food to be delivered. Not once was there an apology for it, and unfortunately it wasn't a highlight in terms of taste either.

Delivery cold. Simply throw bruschetta in the packaging like mud and add salt. Fries not cooked through and also cold.

I've ordered from here several times, so I can say with certainty what's going on here. Every damn time (via Lieferando) things are forgotten, but the full amount is demanded! Please sit down someone who speaks German! Forgetting the chilies and salad dressing again... doing a job that doesn't require any training and then failing like that. That's not how you make any sales.

The food came very on time and it tasted just perfect, the portions were also ok, but there was hair in the food and for me there were pieces of aluminum that spoiled my food, just wow, I won't order there again, it was always a real shame in the positive faith

Unfortunately the pinsa I had was lukewarm. Difficult for me to judge the quality. It was definitely in the oven a little too long. Unfortunately you tasted it. Since there are good pizzerias in Rastatt, this was my first and last visit.

We ordered 6 different pins. After about 30 minutes the nice delivery driver came with our order. The dough was delicious and the ingredients were fresh. Would definitely order there again.

Habe die Heimservice-Werbung studiert. Leider wird durch die Titel der Pinsa, Salate etc. suggeriert, dass es sich um einen echt italienischen Heimservice handelt. Das ist aber nicht der Fall, da es definitiv keine Produkte mit Schweinefleisch gibt wie ital. Prosciutto oder Salume etc. Grundsätzlich natürlich OK, sollte aber auch in der Werbung erwähnt werden, z.B. nach " türkischer Art" oder so ähnlich. Dann wüsste man gleich, wo man dran ist. Ich hätte mich als Italien-Fan fast täuschen lassen!

Wahnsinnig leckere Pinsa! Bisher hab ich Salmone und Roma gehabt und es nicht bereut! Superfrische Zutaten und freundlicher Service. Bestellen hier gerne.

Unfortunately, I don’t know what happened. I ordered from this place before and it seems every time it gets worse. Today was a very disappointing story. My order came one hour late, wich makes the delivery time to 3 hours, for a pinsa. On top of that, it was burnt but cold when it got here wich is interesting but not surprising. To add more to this, the uncooked ham sprinkled on top had a weird taste and wasn’t even cooked. I’m very disappointed. I gave it two stars just because in the past the food was fine but I don’t think I’ll order from them again, wich is a shame.

Zu kleine Portionen für den Preis Der Teig hat uns persönlich auch nicht geschmeckt. Aber das ist Geschmackssache Muss jeder für sich selbst probieren.

Die Burger sind klasse die Pasta auch, jedoch ist auf der Pizza Beispiel: Sucuk gefühlt 4 Stücke drauf und die extra Beilagen wurden schon öfters nicht drauf gemacht. Wenn sich das bessert gibts 5 Sterne.

Sehr lecker, Preis etwas zu hoch (insgesamt 14 Euro). Freundliches Personal.

Habe auf Lieferando bestellt, hätte aufgrund eines Notfalls stornieren müssen. Geht in der App nicht, telefonisch ist auch niemand erreichbar. Sollte man dringend ändern. Dann habe ich Tiramisu bestellt (siehe Foto). Ich finde es ja schon interessant eine Speise so raus zu schicken, aber dafür noch 5,90€ zu verlangen ist eine bodenlose Frechheit. Zwei Sterne, weil der Lieferant super nett war! Lasse mein Geld zukünftig lieber wo anders.

Pinsas sind super lecker, die Tortellini á la Pana ein echtes Highlight für mich. Lieferung war bisher fast immer zügig und überpünktlich.

Haben heute das erste mal bestellt. Wir hatten Pasta Bufala Nr 508 und Insalate Burata Nr. 212,Tiramisu Original Nr. 702. Wir sind sehr begeistert von der Qualität und dem Geschmack. 👍😀. Genuss pur. Das war schon gehobene Küche. 5 Sterne verdient🥰👏

Gar nicht besonders wie Mensch denkt, zu teuer für bekommene Qualität. Pommes war nass, ohne Geschmack.

Preise sind okay, Qualität auch aber dieser Mindestbestellwert von 25€ ist wirklich nicht schön. Was soll ich für 25€ alleine essen? Single-Haushalte werden leider von Anfang an ausgeschlossen.

Der Teig ging, der Belag war doch sehr langweilig. Wir werden dort vermutlich nicht mehr bestellen.

Wir haben nach 0 Uhr 2 Pizzen bestellt (tonno). Sie waren in 30 min da und regelrecht heiß. Teig knusprig, Belag frisch. Sind zufrieden aber natürlich nicht die beste Pizza die wir je hatten doch Samstag Nacht mit Heißhunger geht schon klar . Empfehlenswert.

Oft werden die Beilagen oder Soßen vertauscht. Pinsa ist oft verbrannt. Bei der letzten Bestellung waren sogar extra Proteine in Form einer Kakerlake dabei. 👌

Absolut schlechte Qualität. Also wirklich! Nix frisch, alles fertig! Ich glaube sogar die Pizza an sich. Denn ich habe selten so einTomatensauce/Käse Verhältniss gehabt wie dort. Lässt mich vermuten das Boden bzw pizzagrundlage fertig sind. Kein selbstgemachter Teig, keine selbstgemachte Tomatensauce. Schafskäse leider nur billiger Hirtenkäse, also kein Schafskäse, bitte unbedingt in der Karte ändern denn Schafskäse ist Schafskäse und kein Hartkäse oder Hirtenkäse. Sahnesauce nicht gewürzt. Preise absolut überzogen. Fahrer war freundlich und flot, nur leider kam er ohne Wechselgeld.

Haben schon öfter bestellt waren immer zufrieden aber heute war Das Essen kalt als es bei uns angekommen ist und ein Haar war im Essen ... und der Burger war schwarz verbrannt am Fleisch und an den Seiten ..

Bestes Essen was ich in rastatt gegessen habe Pommes vergleichbar gut wie bei Frittis diese Fritten Bude im Zkm Burger Haben Baba fluffiges Brot das Fleisch ist saftig das Gemüse ist frisch die soßen Wahl perfekt die Bolognese ist auch krass basilikum war frisch die Soße perfekt gekocht und alles perfekt gewürzt ihr habt nen neuen Stammkunden 🤙🏼

Das Essen war super lecker und hat allen geschmeckt. Wir hatten über Lieferando bestellt und das Essen war sogar früher da, als angegeben. Wir werden gerne wieder bei dem Restaurant bestellen.

Ich habe jetzt mehrere Male bestellt und muss sagen das es nicht immer rund lief aber ich dennoch zufrieden bin. Der Geschäftsinhaber ist sehr daran interessiert sich zu verbessern - in einem kurzen Gespräch habe ich mich mitteilen können was nicht in Ordnung war der Geschäftsführer war sehr daran interessiert dass das nicht mehr vorkommt. Es ist dann in den nächsten Bestellungen auch nicht mehr vorgekommen. Man sollte aber auf jeden Fall anrufen weil Lieferando völlig falsche Lieferzeiten angibt. Essen schmeckt, die Fahrer sind toll und der Geschäftsführer ist bereit zum reden. 5*

Also ich kann mich nicht negativ über das Restaurant äußern. Hat bisher immer alles Hammer geschmeckt, wenn ich abgeholt habe oder auch Mal bei Lieferando bestelle. Die Lieferzeit wurde bei mir bisher auch immer pünktlich eingehalten.
