We felt very comfortable from the start. The food was excellent and freshly prepared, and the service was incredibly friendly and attentive. The atmosphere at the LÖWEN is truly special – cozy, welcoming, and simply delightful. The value for money is perfect. A place you'll want to return to. Highly recommended!

A culinary experience worthy of a bad comedy sketch. Arriving an hour and a half before closing time, we clearly interrupted the grand ritual of "emptying the bin." The result: a microscopic portion of meat, dried out and recycled to the point where you wonder how many customers it had already seen. In fact, we had a major moment of doubt when we tasted it: was it a kebab or slightly warmed industrial plastic? The texture was so strange that a lab test would have been reassuring. As for desserts, don't even bother asking: there was absolutely nothing, a complete desert... in every sense of the word. It was as if everything had disappeared long before we arrived. The service clearly gave the impression that we were intruding, as if coming before closing time was a serious offense. Outrageous value for money, nonexistent respect for the customer, and an immediate urge to brush your teeth... and your memories. In short, if you enjoy paying a lot for late-night leftovers, go for it. Otherwise, run away.

Rustic ostriches with their own wine. As is typical for ostriches, the selection is manageable but very good quality and delicious.

We celebrated our wedding anniversary on December 6th, 2025. The menu was lovely, as were the wines and the service. Some background music would enhance the ambiance. We would gladly return.
