The kebab at Mcello is really delicious! The meat is perfectly seasoned and juicy, the bread is nice and crispy and the sauces harmonize perfectly with the fresh vegetables.

Wonderful experience eating at Storchen. Quality of the food is at par with international top restaurants. Lovely service, where you can feel that it’s a family owned business.

Hello, there were three of us there for lunch. As a starter we had the "7 delicacies - tabbouleh, hummus, baba ganoush, labneh, baked potatoes, fattush, tempura cauliflower". The starter came to our table beautifully presented on a long tray. We were introduced to the individual starters and given a basket with different types of bread, including oriental variations. Every single starter was completely convincing with its taste. For the main courses we ordered "schnitzel - oriental style", it was spicy and cooked to perfection. The sauce and salad rounded off the dish in a balanced way. The second main course “lamb marinated with rosemary” was served hot from the oven in the tagine. The lamb was prepared until tender, with a sauce made from chickpeas, broad beans, broccoli and dried plums. The sauce was rounded off with herbs and spices. The best lamb dish I've ever had the pleasure of enjoying. The third main course "Falafel" was served with salad and tarator sauce (sesame paste and yogurt). The falafel was spicy and fluffy on the inside and tender and crispy on the outside. We also ordered homemade lemonade (pomegranate, elderberry and date). The lemonade was pleasantly fruity and not overly sweet. For dessert, we were served sorbet variations (lemon, mango, cassis) with fresh yoghurt with small pieces of fruit and a fine crumble as a topping. The sorbet was very creamy and silky smooth. On the other hand we had "Baklawa - with mocha cardamom ice cream". The baklawa had a delicate bite and was pleasantly sweet on point. The mocha cardamom ice cream rounded off the dessert perfectly. The desserts were highlighted by black tea with fresh mint, although neither black tea nor mint was in the foreground. The location is very clean, bright and very attractively decorated. The ambience invites you to feel good and linger, to which the calm and relaxing background music contributes. The service was unobtrusive, friendly and always there when you needed it. It felt like you were on a short vacation, the Palmyra is a real insider tip for us and certainly a highlight in the gastronomy in Bad Krozingen. Definitely worth a visit again and again!

We had an absolutely great evening at Gasthaus Hirschen! After two wine tastings we were already in a good mood – in a good mood, a bit funny, but still decent 😉. And what can I say? The service was simply top: friendly, attentive and wonderfully relaxed – despite our lively group. From a culinary point of view, it was a direct hit: the Gordon Bleus were a poem - crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside and really nicely filled. There were also golden fries, wonderfully fluffy croquettes, spaetzle and wonderfully fresh asparagus. Everything is prepared to perfection, lovingly presented and in portions that are absolutely filling.
