Mcello in Bad Krozingen

In meiner Döner Bestellung hatte ich Endstücke vom Salat Kopf und ich muss sagen es war sehr bitter, ich denke das sollte man rauslassen und ich denke die Kritik kann man annehmen und verbessern

Yufka kalt, Dönerfleisch kalt, mussten 25 Minuten warten - und dann bekommt man "kaltes Essen". Der Yufka war sehr groß und eigentlich ganz okay wenn er etwas warm wäre - aber Fleisch + Yufka vollkommen kalt. Das geht leider gar nicht. Ohne Gurke bestellt - mit bekommen. Nie wieder Döner dort...

Das Essen schmeckt einfach super. Man gibt sich große Mühe beim Anrichten der Speisen. Man ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.

Sehr guter Döner, dazu passendes Ambiente. Klare Empfehlung.

Sehr gute Pizza im Restaurant gegessen. Der Service war gut und das Ambiente für einen Lieferservice oder toGo am Bahnhof einwandfrei. Hier werden wir wiederkommen.

Direkt am Bahnhof in Bad Krozingen ist für mich eine klare Empfehlung, wenn man unkompliziert, lecker und zu fairen Preisen essen möchte. Die Lage gegenüber dem Bahnhof ist super praktisch, gerade wenn man auf den Zug wartet oder schnell etwas essen möchte. Als ich dort war, war es komplett leer – ich war der einzige Gast 😄 ca. 15.30 Uhr an einem stürmischen Montag. Dadurch hatte ich aber umso mehr Kontakt mit der Bedienung und dem Chef, und beide waren wirklich extrem freundlich, aufmerksam und angenehm. Das Essen wurde frisch zubereitet, kam schnell und hat wirklich sehr gut geschmeckt. Der Gastraum ist absolut okay – nicht luxuriös oder besonders stylisch, aber sauber und gemütlich genug, um entspannt etwas zu essen. Insgesamt wirkt der Laden unkompliziert, bodenständig und sympathisch. Online wird auch immer wieder die Freundlichkeit des Personals sowie das gute Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis hervorgehoben, was ich absolut bestätigen kann. Mein Fazit: Kein Fine Dining, aber ein ehrlicher, solider Laden mit leckerem Essen, fairen Preisen und sehr netten Menschen. Gerade für die Lage am Bahnhof wirklich top.

Einer der schlechtesten Döner die ich jemals gegessen habe. Das Fleisch war einfach kalt und der Döner ist komplett zerfallen da fast nur Kohl darauf war. Kann ich niemanden empfehlen 👎🏻

Gegenüber dem Bahnhof Bad Krozingen am großen Vorplatz liegt das Lokal für Kebab, Pizzen und andere Speisen, aber auch Café mit großer beschatteter gemütlicher Terrasse und Innenraum. Hier kann man auch die leckeren Käsekuchen von Stefan in mehreren Variationen genießen- und bei unserem heutigen herrlichen Wetter auch Eiscafe und Eiscreme mit Sahne.

Der Geschäftsführer möchte seine Gästen Qualität anbieten auch wenn der Laden auf den ersten Eindruck etwas standardmäßig erscheint. Döner war echt sehr gut. Die Auswahl an Getränken umfangreich. Außerdem hätte er ein paar Dinge auf der Speisekarte womit er heraus sticht

Die Pinsa war einfach köstlich. Das Eis war lecker 🤤

Ein wirklich köstlicher Döner und preiswertes Pils. Eine tolle Pause vor dem Spa-Besuch. Der Besitzer war sehr freundlich und gesprächig.

Hands down einer der besten Döner Kebab, den ich jemals hatte. Knuspriges Brot, cremige Sauce, leckeres Fleisch und knackiges Gemüse

Pizzateig, Hartweizen: Alles hausgemacht. Es hat uns sehr gut geschmeckt, großzügige Portionen, knackiges Gemüse und eine wirklich leckere Pizza. Ein tolles Kebab-Restaurant!

Ein kulinarisches Erlebnis wie aus einer schlechten Comedy-Sketch. Wir kamen anderthalb Stunden vor Ladenschluss an und störten damit offensichtlich das große Ritual der Müllentsorgung. Das Ergebnis: ein winziges Stück Fleisch, so ausgetrocknet und recycelt, dass man sich fragte, wie viele Kunden es wohl schon gesehen hatte. Tatsächlich kamen uns beim Probieren Zweifel: War es ein Döner oder leicht erwärmter Industrieplastik? Die Konsistenz war so seltsam, dass eine Laboranalyse beruhigend gewesen wäre. Und was den Nachtisch angeht: Fragen Sie gar nicht erst danach – es gab absolut nichts, ein komplettes Dessert … im wahrsten Sinne des Wortes. Es war, als wäre alles schon lange vor unserer Ankunft verschwunden. Der Service vermittelte uns eindeutig das Gefühl, zu stören, als wäre unser Besuch vor Ladenschluss ein schweres Vergehen. Unverschämtes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis, keinerlei Respekt vor dem Kunden und der sofortige Drang, sich die Zähne zu putzen … und die Erinnerung zu verdrängen. Kurz gesagt: Wenn Sie gerne viel Geld für spätabendliche Essensreste ausgeben, nur zu. Ansonsten: Finger weg!

Friendly staff and delicious food with good value for money. There's also a nice vegetarian/vegan selection. The vegan pide is highly recommended :)

Really good and super friendly service. Superb quality and a friendly atmosphere. It's a shame we only discovered it on our last day of vacation.

Very well located, not far from the train station. The yufka was large and we enjoyed it very much. The vegetables were fresh and the meat was tasty. The sauce could be a bit better, but no big deal. The interior was clean, and the service was very friendly. Overall, very good.

Very disappointing experience. I had to stand and wait for about 10 minutes before anyone acknowledged me, even though there were only four tables with customers at the time. When I finally tried to ask the waitress a few questions, she didn’t bother to respond or offer any assistance. The place didn’t seem busy enough to justify such poor service. Overall, it felt unprofessional and unwelcoming, and I wouldn’t recommend it.

We had a yufka, a side salad, and a bulgur salad. The yufka and side salad were very tasty. The bulgur salad tasted a bit "boring"—it simply didn't have enough sauce. The staff was very friendly. Highly recommended.

The kebab at Mcello is really delicious! The meat is perfectly seasoned and juicy, the bread is nice and crispy and the sauces harmonize perfectly with the fresh vegetables.

We were 6 people and wanted to celebrate at Mcello in May. After waiting for 3 hours, we were unfortunately turned away from the restaurant because we didn't want to order anything else. I think the trade association got to the landlord's head. His behavior was the worst

It's 10 percent more expensive again...

Were there on April 6th, 30th, had to order food twice after waiting for 3.5 hours, still no food! When asked, the boss came to the table and said that the company sometimes loses orders We refused to order again. We were then asked to pay and leave! Very unfriendly and rude. Something like this has never happened to us before!! Never again !!

I'm surprised that anyone even goes there. The boss is unfriendly, the staff looks like they come from the construction site, and the food was even better

Well, I recently had a drink in Bad Krozingen. There was an onion in the glass. I politely complained and was told not to make such a fuss, that it was normal in a business that sells food, and that I should check my own kitchen to see if things were always clean! There was no apology, and only after I insisted was the drink freshly made!!!!! Then I got a veggie yufka from the new stand in Münstertal... at first they didn't want to put feta in it, and when I ate it, I saw that the lettuce was wilted and the bread was cold, not warm! Now I know for sure not to go there again and will spend my money on other snack bars.

I was here two days in a row last week because I was nearby. The service and food quality were top-notch. I highly recommend it.

On the kebab plate, the salad comes separated from the fries and meat. The salad was fresh and tasty, the fries were also good and the meat was very juicy, tasty and well browned. Unfortunately I forgot that I ordered spicy, but it was still delicious with the normal sauce.

The location is in a good location near the center and train station, with plenty of outdoor seating. Staff is courteous and fulfills requests at no extra charge. The price/performance ratio for the food is reasonable and of course also a question of taste. We enjoyed it. Food was freshly prepared and the sauces for the pizza were homemade. The chef's hot sauce was unfortunately a bit too mild and mayonnaise-heavy, but still not bad. We'd love to come back👍🏻

The food is actually delicious, but even a written WhatsApp order is delivered incorrectly, every second order is wrong, the last time I ordered there today. Today, September 19th, 2024, we wanted to order again because the food is good, as I wrote, and we wanted to give it another chance. The answer was that we are not being delivered because of the 3 star rating, so only 1 star, unfortunately 0 is not possible. So you can't deal with constructive criticism there, and a defiant reaction follows.

The rating of this store seems to me to be very exaggerated. The food is good, but not exceptional either. As far as the service is concerned, it depends on the person you are serving. The staff was totally hostile to children. In our case, friendliness is not the right term to describe the way we were served. Others next to us were greeted with smiles, but we are still normal people.

MCello is very hospitable, all food is highly recommended! The crystal wheat with lemon is always cold and the Baileys on ice is simply a dream 🤪 We always love coming here. And Uwe is there too 🤣

The MCello salad is super delicious and for €9 you'll be full and have eaten really well! Service very nice and attentive. Next time I'd like to try other things from the menu :-)

Went there for dinner this evening, there was a vegan pide and a gratinated avocado with delicious wine and a few scoops of ice cream for dessert. The service was friendly and nice, but busy due to the many guests. Will eat there again and again.

The Mcello at Bahnhofstraße 7, 79189 Bad Krozingen, offers probably the worst service and cappuccino I have ever experienced. The two of us sat outside and had to wait 20 minutes for someone to serve us - and that was only after my buddy went in and asked about service. The boss and three employees were inside, but they preferred to text on the phone instead of taking care of the few guests. When we were finally served, the staff's mood was already in the basement. My cappuccino was a disappointment: almost only water, the milk foam was nothing special and then chocolate was poured over it in a lackluster manner. You could just tell that there was no passion for coffee here. I've heard from several people now that the service here is often poor or non-existent. The place would be better off closing and making room for someone who actually enjoys making coffee and serving customers. Absolutely not recommended!

Today I would like to share an unfortunate incident that recently occurred at this restaurant. It's about the owner of this restaurant, who unfortunately lost his composure and insulted and threatened customers. He and one of his employees ran after the customer and insulted him. Such behavior is absolutely unacceptable and we should all learn from it how important respect and kindness are in our interactions with one another. Going to a restaurant should be a pleasant experience where you feel good and enjoy delicious food. Unfortunately, that didn't happen in this case. It is important that we as customers speak out and not tolerate such incidents. Everyone has the right to respectful and pleasant service. If such situations happen to us, we should not be afraid to inform the relevant authorities. As consumers, we have the power to spend our money where we feel valued and treated well. That's why I would like to encourage you to consciously choose restaurants that value quality, professionalism and, above all, respect for their customers. The order simply wasn't taken properly and I felt like the operator had difficulty understanding my requests. Language problems. Once and never again.

We were there for ice cream. When I was looking, I noticed that the ice cream had thawed. When asked, all I got was a flippant “take the one in front”. In fact, cooling seemed better in the front rows. Food hygiene, as well as general hygiene in this store does not seem to be a priority.

Have eaten here several times. A small but well thought out menu. Various juices are available pressed directly on site. The service is 1a, considering that it is more of a kebab shop than a restaurant. Gladly again.

Thanks Mcello. That was the last order. Reply to feedback from Mcello: I placed my order by phone at 7:54 p.m. with an appointment for 8:50 p.m. It's nice to stick to the truth, friends. And if the guest asks for 4 pieces, there is a reason. And you could have saved yourself the embarrassment of taking the train. Unlike the DB, I run my trains on time.
