Pink Molle in Tübingen

My favorite food in all of Tübingen!! The spaetzle are homemade, and both the cheese spaetzle and the lentils (organic lentils from the Alb region!) are amazing. The prices are really low for the extremely good quality, and the owner is also a super cool guy! 😎 Highly recommended!!!

Great cheese spaetzle for a great price. I haven't had better cheese spaetzle at many more expensive restaurants. A nice change from all the kebabs on Mühlstraße.

Really great Käsespätzle, also available to take away. The price is very reasonable (the portion is larger than it looks, so you'll definitely leave full). Very friendly service too.

Super delicious Kässpätzle in a new stylish shop on Mühlstrasse! You can choose between two filling portions: the small portion, around 350 grams (€5) and the large portion, around 500g (€7.50). The money is definitely worth it, not only is the taste great, the owner is also very nice and the modern furnishings really put you in the typical, stylish street snack bar of a big city. Once you're there, you can't imagine Tübingen without Kässpatzn. For me personally, they could be a bit 'schlitzier', but they still give me five stars because I love Kässpätzle! There is no seating in the small restaurant, but if it rains you can eat standing at the counter.

Here you can find delicious, freshly homemade spaetzle and fried onions with high-quality cheese, which overall result in cheese spaetzle of such good quality that I can recommend everyone with a clear conscience to spend the 5 euros and treat yourself to a portion. The owner is super friendly and passionate about it. Great shop!
