Während unseres Aufenthalts im Hotel La Casa besuchten wir das Restaurant Refugio und konnten bei gutem Wetter auf der kleinen mediterran geprägtenTerrasse sitzen. Das Personal ist bestens geschult und umsorgend. Alles war sehr frisch und appetitlich zubereitet. Allein dieses Restaurant wäre einen Besuch in Tübingen wert.

My favorite food in all of Tübingen!! The spaetzle are homemade, and both the cheese spaetzle and the lentils (organic lentils from the Alb region!) are amazing. The prices are really low for the extremely good quality, and the owner is also a super cool guy! 😎 Highly recommended!!!

Georgstraße 1A small corner wine bar run by local folk, open on a Thursday and Friday night. The place doesn't serve food apart from nibbles (and the ubiquitous Maultaschen in a broth), but guests are welcome to consume their own goodies on the premises.
