Delicious food, super fast service. Definitely coming back

We wanted to eat something after bowling last night. 3 adults and 2 children (9 years) We were told that it would take about 35 minutes for the food to arrive, so we looked at each other to make arrangements and were literally dismissed from the restaurant with the words “Then I'm sorry, have fun at McDonalds”. You may want to reconsider your choice of service staff because the colleague's manner was already noticed negatively at a colleague's farewell party a few months ago.

Seduce you to 5 stars with a Ramazotti? This is advertised directly on site, The food wasn't good, the service was confusing, no one knew what everyone else was doing. And the worst thing for me is to say that my colleague did something wrong. I think it's a shame, unfortunately there's no team I hope we had a bad day

Great American-themed restaurant, the staff were super nice and polite, the food was delicious (veggie-burger and double bacon burger recommended, fries are crispy and incredible), the beer was perfectly poured, just good stuff! Highly recommended!!! We’ll come back!

It's a Sunday evening and my wife and I still enjoying the atmosphere of this place. Really cosy booths to sit in, a lot of American culture on the walls and overall a very good experience. Double bacon burger was really good, would just ask for medium made patties next time though. The veggie burger my wife can highly recommend and the fries are nice and crisp. The Radeberger Beer was perfectly poured from the tap. Waiters are super nice, polite and offer a great service. Kitchen did a great job as well. Thanks and keep it up this way! We'll come back for sure.

Here we ordered, excellent spare ribs (500 gr.) with perfect fries of course, ne' Bowl 'Hasselback' (lush salad/vegetarian), also very tasty, with an excellent dressing. Plus two Radler beers, which were served by “our” good-humored and funny, charming young man. The bowling alley, right next door, can be a little annoying due to the background noise. Then just look for a place at the front. We look forward to next time :-)

Unfortunately I can't rate the food. Were not served for 20 minutes. Juice shop. Now we're going to McDonald's.

The American atmosphere is very appealing. The service was very friendly and open-minded, which made you feel like you were in good hands. The choice of food is balanced. The veggie burger was super tasty. The price-performance ratio is reasonable. We will come by more often in the future.

The Pineapple is a great tip for American cuisine. There are enough parking spaces in the Elbepark. The food is super tasty and the quantity is plentiful. I went there with my wife on her birthday and we loved it. The restaurant will become one of our regular restaurants. You can also visit the cinema or bowling alley after or before the restaurant. The restaurant is really worth a visit. :)

Absolutely recommended! We got a table without any problem on a Saturday evening at rush hour and the food arrived super quickly. The dishes are typically American and the portions are quite large, so you'll definitely be full. Everything tasted great! The service is also excellent, the staff is very friendly and accommodating. A great alternative to the restaurants in the city center. We'll definitely be back! (I would have liked to upload a photo but I ate my burger straight away :D)

Very nice American diner! I sit very inside and marvel at all the props and pictures from the USA. The service is super nice and attentive. The food is also great. At the moment my favorite thing to eat is the Play Sandwich. The mango-pineapple chutney is also highly recommended (spicy-fruity-fresh)! The burgers are great too. I would also like to see a small steak menu. 😊 Update: Steak menu is back and thank you for the always great service!

The proportions of the food are not for everyone. I'm still looking for the best menu combination. Garlic bread and starter maybe too much. Just not enough garlic bread. But otherwise everything is fine

Were there two days in a row now, once for a children's birthday dinner and the next day for a date night. The food is very tasty, the service is polite and friendly and the price/performance ratio is appropriate. Will be coming more often from now on.

The restaurant was an absolute hit. The staff welcomed us incredibly warmly and always gave us friendly advice and responded quickly to requests throughout our stay. The food was a delight in American style. Top top top! We would always recommend it. Was good.

Food came quickly and was also delicious Unfortunately, you can't manage to fry the meat to the right size so that the burger can be eaten well without everything falling apart. For me it's just part of it. In addition, the seats on the benches are loose and when asked by staff - nothing should be changed about that. It's a shame.

We were at Pinapple Dresden yesterday as a work team and we were absolutely satisfied. The food is more than sufficient and also tastes very good. Value for money is absolutely there. The employee was friendly and always on site quickly. We'd love to come back.

Good service! I had a flower pot with me, which was taken care of straight away -> it was watered. 😀 Otherwise very friendly staff! He cared very much about the well-being of the customers! Food was also very good and served very quickly! You could fold the burger yourself at the table :) At dessert everyone was amazed. After bowling we had dinner in the restaurant, and the waiter deserves special praise. Friendly, courteous, always with something to say and particularly attentive. There is no better way to describe the waiter. But the food was also excellent! The chocolate brownie in particular was super tasty and quite powerful for one person. However, it is better to use a smaller portion. Otherwise it was always absolutely sufficient. Price - performance is therefore top!

We had reserved a table and when we arrived at the restaurant there was a sign: Please wait, we will bring you to your seat. The restaurant wasn't full yet, it was only 6:30 p.m. We waited and were ignored. There were several people passing by but no one took any notice. Only when we made ourselves known were we brought to the table. When the waitress came and asked for drinks, my husband wanted to order Desperados (it was on the menu), but there wasn't one, the menu hadn't been changed yet. Just for your information, we were in an American restaurant, unfortunately there was nothing similar. We ordered the men's burger and the women's pulled pork bowl. The food looked good, my bowl was also very tasty, but unfortunately my friend's bowl wasn't totally greasy. Then we remembered that the menu said garlic bread or a toastie. We asked and the waitress didn't come back. We asked again, this time to the waitress who had served us from the start. When we asked where the bread was, we were told that they didn't say anything when we ordered??? Then I said: You didn't ask either. The waitress replied: We don't do that anymore. What do you want now? We then got our garlic baguette. The men's burger was okay but had to be put together yourself and was too dry. The conclusion is that processing is quick and not very concerned about guests. The food is better, we wouldn't go there again. Unfortunately the service wasn't good so there was no tip.

Better to eat somewhere else! When we asked for the first time after 35 minutes (male) what we would like to order to drink, we were met with a friendly "Now a little ballet." He would have packed the place even though all the tables behind us were empty... Some things were forgotten when ordering food, and some of the food was only lukewarm. Not to mention we couldn't eat until 90 minutes after reservation time! It's a good thing we went bowling beforehand, otherwise we could have canceled everything. The saying "What's wrong with this table?" didn't make it any better and wasn't funny either. A tip was also requested at the end. The food was ok so far. Gastronomy lives and dies with the service...

Yesterday after laser tag we thought we would go to Pineapple for dinner with 9 people. Worst decision of the day for me!!! Our table was served by a total of 3 waiters, including the head waiter. Disorganized, hectic and unfriendly. So he's fake friendly, but you can tell he's not really enjoying the whole thing. The redhead wasn't any better!!! Only a third waitress made a great impression. At the beginning, a friend of ours asked if we could wipe the table because it was sticky. Answer from the head waiter "he would have only done it yesterday". WHAT?!?! The food menu is more than clear and totally overpriced. A burger for 21€??? Are you serious Pinapple?? In return, I expect quality and not this loveless thing on my plate. Cocktails prepared by amateurs for €9 each. It's just bad when the basic ingredients of the cocktail are missing. Wrong orders where people then argue that we ordered it that way. I could write here until tomorrow...!! Never again, I'd rather go and eat kebab next door, it's money better spent!!!

The employee was very friendly and helpful. The cheeseburger and snack platter was fresh and delicious. Even the salad was really crunchy. I was only visiting Dresden, but if I'm in Dresden again, you can think about visiting again. The equipment was very good, but what I didn't like was that we were sitting right next to a passageway to the bowling hall, which is unprotected. It also looks like a large serving hatch. The toilets were also outside the restaurant, if I understood correctly, the bowling hall and the restaurant share the toilets. Conclusion: The food and the staff are great, but if you sit at the large hatch, it can be uncomfortable.

Total überfordertes Team. Der Aufsteller „Wanted“ mit Stellenausschreibungen für so ziemlich jede Position erklärt da einiges. Unfreundlichkeit gegenüber Gästen die gerne platziert worden wären, aber auch Gästen die bereits saßen und sich wegen mangelnder Bedienung lediglich erkundigt haben. Flapsige Sprüche des Chefbedieners, wo jeder Inhaber über einen umgehenden Austausch nachdenken sollten, wenn das noch Zukunft haben soll. Die Lage machts eben dennoch einfach hier etwas auf so einem Niveau zu betreiben. Das Essen wäre sonst mit max. 2,5 Sternen bewertet worden. Viel Convenience Kitchen. Wer FastFood der Ketten mag wird hier sicher noch zufrieden sein. Darüber hinaus sicher nicht.

Wir kommen schon seit Jahren hier her, selbst im ursprünglichen Elbe-Park war dieses Restaurant eine klare Empfehlung. Marcel, ich denke mal der Chefkellner,ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wir kommen immer wieder gerne hier her. Prima.

Ersichtlich viele Plätze frei , bei Nachfrage reserviert, Tisch wurde gerade frei . Servicekraft planlos. Man wurde einfach stehen gelassen , ohne Aussage.

Man sollte vom Essen nicht allzuviel erwarten. Preisleistung ist nicht gut … aber es war auch nicht schlecht. Werde aber nicht nochmal dort essen

Wir sind früher immer gerne zu euch gekommen. Aber die Einrichtung ist abgenutzt. Das Essen...also wenn man American Style Burger erwartet und dann eure Burger serviert bekommt, ist man einfach nur mega enttäuscht. Das Fleisch ist wie Gummi. Die Pommes sind mega fad. Der Service... ganz nett. Aber willkommen fühlt man sich leider nicht. Ich denke das war leider unser letzter Besuch.

Eigentlich keinen Stern wert. Die Bedienung ist unter aller Sau mit vermeintlich lustigen Sprüchen und hatte nur Augen für die Damen am Nachbartisch - zumindest beim Teller abräumen sollte man doch hinschauen, was man tut und nicht mit den Gästen nebenan reden. Das Essen ist eines "Restaurants" nicht würdig, TK Ware die nicht einmal kross zubereitet wird. Burger sehen unappetitlich aus und die Garnitur ist ein Witz. Das Englisch der Karte sollte dringend überarbeitet werden und wenn die Bedienung meint, einen auch noch "berichtigen" zu müssen und das dann selbst falsch auszusprechen, ist es nur ein weiters Armutszeugnis. Keinen Besuch wert.

Wir haben uns nichts zu Essen bestellt. Das was andere an die Tische bekamen, sah aber sehr gut aus. Der hausgemachte Pfirsicheistee war unfassbar lecker. Leider wurde mein bestellter Eisbecher nicht gebracht, die Rechnungskorrektur war aber problemlos möglich. (Ich hatte mich dann doch gegen ein Eis entschieden, sodass ich auch nicht nach der Bestellung fragte.) Personal könnte etwas aufmerksamer und umsichtiger sein, da wir schon immer winken mussten, was uns persönlich jedoch aber auch nicht gestört hat.

Sehr nettes und hilfsbereites Personal und leckeres Essen, sind gerne hier wenn wir etwas im Elbepark unternehmen.

Uns wurde heute wieder ein super leckeres Essen und ein hervorragender Service geliefert.Vielen Dank an Marcel.Bis zum nächsten Mal.

Dieses „Restaurant“ kann man sich sparen! Man wird zum Platz begleitet und irgendwann gefragt was man essen will, dass war es dann auch an Service. Das Essen ist sehr teuer und dafür wirklich unterdurchschnittlich. Wir haben Burger gegessen und wenn man das mit einem „Burger- Restaurant“ vergleicht, war es eher wie eine Kantine. Die Pommes waren nicht kross. Wir wurden auch nicht erneut nach Getränken gefragt. Die Mitarbeiter waren insgesamt völlig überfordert, aber freundlich.

Diese Bewertung bezieht sich auf den Besuch am Feiertag, 22.11.23: Sauberkeit nicht vorhanden, alles abgenutzt und selbst das Teelich wurde abgebrannt als Deko auf dem Tisch gelassen. 15 Minuten bis eine Bedienung kommt, weitere 20 Minuten bis die Getränke kommen. Es wurde eine Bowl bestellt - serviert wurde ein trockener Rohkostsalat, es wurde ein Steak bestellt - keine Nachfrage ob das Steak Medium/Raw/durch sein soll. Der servierte Lappen war eine Frechheit. Die Bedienung war völlig überfordert was den kompletten Service angeht - Bei 6 belegten Tischen zu dieser Zeit. DIES WAR DAS SCHLIMMSTE WAS ICH/WIR IN 2023 ERLEBT HABEN! MELDUNG IST RAUS - SCHADE
