The food was very tasty, both the starters and the pizzas - on point. The service is perfect, the inner courtyard is a great place to spend a warm summer evening. Reservations are important as the store is quite popular!

Nice, modern, hip. The starters (antipasti and focaccia) were good. The main courses, however, were far too greasy (pasta) or overloaded with cheese (pizza).

In the photo "mixed appetizers" and the "colored" pizza. The starter was truly exceptional as far as I'm concerned. Not much bread, unfortunately - dish to be divided between two people like we did, otherwise a bit too much. The pizza arrived to me first raw (it can happen, God forbid) and then with the edges all burnt. I would have appreciated something in between... Very kind staff, still fair prices for a restaurant in the area. Really beautiful atmosphere! From the paintings, to the music, to the wine (the presentation of the wines on the menu is very interesting!) I will definitely return to try the pasta with fennel and the pizza with pears. It intrigued me a lot! Small note: the pizzas that had mozzarella overflowed, it was really too much. It doesn't concern me personally as I have only consumed vegan, but perhaps it should be reviewed? Thank you so much for the evening 🙏🏻

The positive first: the staff. They're really extremely attentive and friendly about the food, but I'm not entirely convinced by the food. First of all, pizza: every pizza there is topped with a specific mozzarella, which is made from fior di latte. I'm missing a bit of variance here. There should be pizza variations with different types of cheese, such as Parmesan, Gruyere or Gouda. Because I think this mozzarella doesn't go well with every pizza. The dough is said to be particularly gentle because it has a long rising time. Me and my girlfriend have always had stomach ache from the yeast. Additionally, the pizza is just not crispy in the middle, it hangs down and that's what I think it should be different. We have already tried all three salads. None of these salads blew us away, on the contrary: two out of three are such that we wouldn't order them again. Too much dressing that doesn't really taste good. Overall, the salads are not really tasty. Have been there three times now and probably won't go there again in the future. And about your feedback, dear Piga: If Gennaro Contaldo puts different types of cheese on his pizza, then it's probably not a faux pas as you portray it.

The best pizza in Cologne is worth every cent of its high price. Very well-selected, high-quality ingredients come together in a dough that is light and does not puff up. For the first time in 20 years I finished a pizza alone. I'm already looking forward to my next visit to PiGa.

Great ambience, especially the inner courtyard is spacious and takes you straight to Italy. The pizza is super tasty. Great service, friendly, quick to respond and always approachable We'd love to come back!

I've been to Piga twice now and I'm absolutely thrilled. Everything is just right here: you are given a very warm welcome, so that you immediately feel at home. You don't have to wait long for the drinks and the food, which tastes great. We will definitely come back more often

Hello, Last night I celebrated my birthday with you. When we made the reservation in advance, everything was simple and uncomplicated. However, the service was very poor throughout the evening. We had to go to the counter and order drinks several times. Nobody came to our table once throughout the evening without being asked to ask for drinks or requests. The table with empty plates was not cleared until we left the restaurant. The service staff was friendly, but completely helpless. Only the guests outside were served and we were left out. In addition, the drinks, aperol Spritz and Sarti Spritz, were not sufficiently cooled. It's a shame, I really remember the restaurant and especially the service.

Best pizza north of the Brenner Pass. Here you realize that cooking is an art and baking a perfect pizza is part of it. Not everyone can do it, but these guys have it. The best ingredients composed with love and passion to create a perfect dish.

Catastrophe. Very important: order via Wolt. I loved that you could order Italian-style spaghetti carbonara with egg. We decided on this and a salami pizza. The order was probably ready for much longer than it was finally picked up. When we arrived, all the toppings were stuck to the lid and the pizza was really ice cold. A plus point, hence two stars: scraped down, it tasted quite good. But the carbonara was a single hardened and unfortunately tasteless block from which I was able to cut slices. Really not good, tasty or appealing. The temperature problem and the sticky surface are probably more to blame on Wolt and the driver, but the carbonara itself was really not recommended. Wolt was also contacted directly.

The food itself tasted delicious, but the portions were minimal. A bit sad for this price. Furthermore, the service was not particularly attentive.

The food is excellent and tastes like in Italy. The boss is Italian himself and welcomes his guests personally with his warm manner. The atmosphere of the restaurant and the outdoor terrace is cozy and you can feel very comfortable here. For me, definitely one of the best Italian restaurants in Cologne!

After several changes over the last few years, I'm really happy that something as great as PiGa has finally opened there. Great atmosphere, familiar, wonderful food (the pizza is remarkably good!), ultra-friendly team. I will be a regular... Five stars

Absolute recommendation! Very tasty Neapolitan pizza with fresh ingredients. As a drink I can recommend the raspberry-lime spritz. You can sit both inside and outside in a cozy atmosphere. The service was super friendly and very accommodating 😊

A real piece of Napoli in the middle of Sülz!! My wife and I have gotten to know a lot of the food culture there during numerous vacations in Italy and both said that this shop doesn't have to hide from the local cuisine in any way!! We came here out of longing and never want to be without this food again. But it's not just the food alone, but also the extremely charming service and the cozy ambience that make you immediately feel at home. Strangers became friends. And I hope for Toni and his team that this store gets more attention!

The two guys at the pizza oven are already outstanding, but when it comes to antipasti and pasta they surpass many of the offerings from Bella Italia in Cologne. Antonio Gallo and his small team at PiGa in Sülz shine with a great concept, charm and lots of atmosphere - even in the open air.

Treasure of gold in Sülz! PiGa has become by far my girlfriend and I's favorite restaurant. Antonio and his team are extremely warm and friendly, which is reflected perfectly in the ambience of the restaurant. The terrace in the inner courtyard in particular is the perfect mix between lively and cozy in summer and you can spend wonderful evenings there. The waiters are always courteous and requests are reliably addressed. The exuberant mood of the team also rubs off on the guests, which is what makes PiGa so relaxed and familiar. Apart from the top service and the pleasant atmosphere, the food is also outstanding. Both the Neapolitan pizza with extremely fluffy dough and fresh ingredients, as well as the fresh and creamy pasta leave nothing to be desired. We are really happy to welcome PiGa to our beautiful Sülz and look forward to more beautiful evenings!

Food was tasty but prices were higher. As a starter we had a buratta with a bit of rocket, 2 small tomatoes, 4 pieces. Baguette and that for 13.90 I think is very borderline but next time please add a little more oil and balsamic vinegar. Pasta truffle and beef fillet supposedly taste really good but a few more pasta would be great.

For me it's also the best pizza in Cologne. So far all the pizzas I've eaten there have been really tasty, especially the dough. The restaurant has a nice location. In summer you can dine comfortably and quietly outside in the courtyard. You can feel that it is a small, homely family business. The staff is always friendly and attentive. We always leave with a smile at the end and are happy to come back with a smile. :D

The terrace is nice, but the arrangement of the tables is a bit narrow. The antipasti plate was generous, but we were missing any ham or cheese. We had pizza spinaci with prawns and the lasagne from the daily menu. Both tasted great to us. Unfortunately we later had some stomach/intestinal problems from the lasagna. Will definitely go again

You won't find better pizza in Köln. The dough is perfectly fluffy and crispy. The toppings are high quality and just the right amount. Best pizza I've tried so far

The pizza we ordered was really bad, the Ricola was completely baked and warm and crumpled up. The pasta was far too small for 16€ - taste-wise it was a disappointment!

PiGa is a cozy little Italian restaurant. The service is very friendly and the food is very tasty. We had an appetizer platter and then pizza. Everything was very fresh and the pizza dough was particularly tasty. Finally there was Cologne Limocello (Suurello). We will be back definitely

I'll make it short: the best pizza I've ever had! The taste is simply incredibly good. The dough alone is something very special and you should definitely try it! And at absolutely moderate prices. From now on I have one pizza day a week at PiGa!

Went there yesterday with 5 people and despite having reserved a table in advance, we were only able to get a garden chair placed as the 5th chair at the table in the middle of the aisle. In addition, we were probably pretty unlucky with our waitress, the bottle of wine was simply placed on the table without comment, we had to proactively ask for dessert and after 2 hours we were abruptly and very briskly asked to pay now that our reserved time had expired. However, two other waiters who served the table in the meantime were very friendly. The pizza was good, the pasta was fresh but with huge chunks of garlic in a very sour white wine sauce.

Unfortunately we were a bit disappointed and probably won't come back. We had reserved for 5 people and were given a table for 4 with an additional garden chair in front of us, which was unfortunately in the aisle and thus hindered the waiters. The waitress who served us was very unfriendly and, among other things, placed the wine we had ordered in the middle of the table without comment and listlessness and then hissed off again. After 2 hours we were rudely asked to pay. The remaining waiters seemed friendly and were more attentive. The pizza was delicious, hence 4 stars for the food. It's a shame, we were hoping for a little more.

The classic pizzas are a dream, the unusual ones sound more exciting than they are. Unfortunately, pistachios and salsicha were both unspectacular. Overall still recommended :)

Karte sehr übersichtlich und mehr als ausreichend an Auswahl. Vorspeise Anti Pasti Mista war überragend lecker! Lange keine so gute mehr gegessen. Pizzen sehr gut, a la Napoli 👌 Ambiente modern schick , 🔝. Bedienung immer aufmerksam und freundlich! Bei Piga fühlt man die familiäre Atmosphäre. A presto 👋🏽

Kleines modernes italienisches Restaurant mit guter Küche

Absolut feudaler Pizzateig in unerreichter Qualität. In Köln kann man vermutlich nirgends einen Pizzateig finden der auch nur annähernd so gut ist. Der Belag war auch wirklich extrem lecker. Die Zutaten wirken wertig. Preislich leicht über dem was man von der Straßen-Pizzaria kennt, aber dafür geschmacklich Lichtjahre weiter. Ambiente ist gut. Der Laden gefällt, das Personal freundlich und aufmerksam. Auch gut finde ich die übersichtliche Speisekarte. Man wird nicht mit 100 verschiedenen Pizza-Kreationen überreizt. Das einzige was .ir gefehlt hat wäre hier noch das Bier vom Fass ;) ... Sonst wunschlos glücklich. Klare Empfehlung.

Das Ambiente ist gehoben. Das Essen war sehr lecker. Die Kreationen von den pizzas dir es gab waren nicht so meins. Es waren zimmliche Kreationen dabei. Meine Pizza 🍕 war die Fuoco usw. Mit Salsiccia und paprika. Obwohl das Fuoco (Scharf)sie überhaupt nicht war. Aber das bedeutet nicht im geringsten einen Stern Abzug. Es wurde auch nachgefragt auf alles zum besten ist. Guter Service. Alles im allem war es lecker und gut.

Jedes Mal ein "kleiner Urlaub" und ein schmackhaftes Erlebnis. Danke für Euren guten Geschmack und die tolle Atmosphäre, die auch IHR schafft.

Sehr nettes Restaurant. Gute, durchdachte, übersichtliche Karte die sich auf Pizza & Pasta konzentriert. Waren in einer großen Gruppe dort und das Essen war durchgängig sehr gut. Hochwertige Zutaten, gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Parken dort herausfordernd.

Ein wunderschönes kleines Lokal, ganz modern eingerichtet. Die Speisekarte ist nicht riesig, aber es gibt eine gute Auswahl. Das Essen ist fantastisch! Die Pizzen suchen ihresgleichen - einfach ein Gedicht. Der Service ist ebenfalls überragend. Man fühlt sich, als gehörte man zur Familie. Absolute Empfehlung!

War gestern zum ersten Mal mit der Familie dort und als leidenschaftlicher Pizza-Esser kann ich nur sagen: Es gibt kaum ernsthafte Konkurrenz für diese Pizza in Köln! Darüber hinaus sehr nettes und zuvorkommendes Team. 5 Sterne! Immer wieder gerne! İ

Pizza war fantastisch. Es wurden offenbar sehr hochwertige Zutaten verarbeitet und die Pizza war super. Haben uns sogar noch eine mit nach Hause genommen, für den nächsten Tag.

Leider leider war eine unserer Pizzen sehr verbrannt am Rand sowie unten drunter sodass ich sie nicht essen wollte. Ist natürlich dann blöd, wenn man sich auf eine Pizza freut. Da wir sie abgeholt haben, leider erst zuhause bemerkt. Geschmacklich war die andere sehr gut.

Wir hatten einen super schönen Abend, mit unglaublich leckerer Pizza (in DE selten sowas gutes aufgetischt bekommen) und wirklich 1A Service (authentisch und null aufdringlich)! Sehr empfehlenswert, auch super faire Preise.

Der Laden hat mich umgehauen… habe mir mit meiner Frau antipasti, Pizza und pasta geteilt. Alles überragend! Das tiramisu war die absolute Krönung. Wenn ich in Köln leben würde, wäre ich Stammgast.

Einfach WOW :) Ich bin so froh über dieses tolle neue Lokal in Sülz! Feinste neapolitanische Pizzen, leckere Spritz-Getränke, Pasta-Gerichte, Desserts – alles, was das Herz begehrt. Ich komme definitiv wieder, vielen Dank für den tollen Abend bei euch! Die Mitarbeiter sind auch alle sehr freundlich und höflich gewesen. Wir hatten zwei neapolitanische Pizzen und sind aus dem Staunen nicht mehr rausgekommen. Das nächste Mal probieren wir die Pasta :) Macht weiter so, das macht echt Freude:)

Nette Menschen und vom Aperitif bis zum Digestif einfach alles toll. Antipasti, Pizze, dazu ein hervorragender Negroamaro, gekrönt von der selbstgemachten Tiramisu. Wir kommen wieder!

Gewöhnungsbedürftig: Aperol wird hier wohl mit Wein gemischt, und mit Zitrone statt Orange serviert. Der Lugano als Weißwein ist super, das Ambiente drin sehr schön & sogar saubere Toiletten 👍🏽

Trotz voller Reservierung wurde uns ein Tisch organisiert. Personal sehr nett und die Pizza lecker.
