Döner Land in Köln

„Ich bringe dich um“ war der Satz vom Verkäufer als er meine Bestellung fertig gemacht hat. Ich kam kurz vor Schluss, und wusste nicht wann die schließen. Der Verkäufer hätte meine Bestellung ablehnen können. Stattdessen musste ich mir anhören, dass er mich umbringen würde.

Sehr lecker aber zu wenig Dönerfleisch im Sandwich! Sauce nicht gut verteilt und leere Stellen im Inneren. Und das kostet 9€! Sehr schade!

Ich muss wirklich sagen, das ist mit Abstand einer der besten Dönerläden, in denen ich je war! Schon beim Reinkommen merkt man sofort die unglaublich freundliche und herzliche Atmosphäre. Die Mitarbeiter sind nicht nur höflich, sondern richtig aufmerksam und behandeln einen wie Familie. So etwas erlebt man heutzutage wirklich selten. Der Döner selbst war einfach nur unfassbar lecker – ehrlich gesagt habe ich noch nie in meinem Leben so einen guten Döner gegessen! Das Fleisch war perfekt gewürzt, saftig und frisch, das Brot schön knusprig und die Zutaten alle von bester Qualität. Man schmeckt einfach, dass hier mit Liebe gearbeitet wird. Was mich aber wirklich sprachlos gemacht hat: Ich habe einfach so Baklava geschenkt bekommen und dazu noch Getränke aufs Haus! Das ist absolut nicht selbstverständlich und zeigt einfach, wie großzügig und herzlich die Leute dort sind. Man fühlt sich einfach willkommen und geschätzt. Die Stimmung in dem Laden ist so angenehm, dass man am liebsten gar nicht mehr gehen möchte. Man sitzt dort, genießt sein Essen, unterhält sich und merkt gar nicht, wie schnell die Zeit vergeht. Genau so sollte ein Besuch in einem Restaurant sein! Ich kann diesen Laden wirklich jedem nur ans Herz legen. Wer einmal dort gegessen hat, wird garantiert wiederkommen. Für mich ist das definitiv mein neuer Lieblings-Dönerladen! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ (mehr als verdient!)

Der beste Döner, den ich je gegessen habe. Das Brot war köstlich, das Fleisch hervorragend, es gab reichlich frisches Gemüse im Döner und die Tzatziki-Sauce war sehr gut. Alles war perfekt. Wenn ich wieder nach Köln komme, werde ich definitiv wieder hier essen.

Das Fleisch war sehr lecker. Außerdem waren die Toiletten sehr sauber. 👍

Ich bin früher sehr gerne dort essen holen aber leider ist die Qualität gesunken und es schmeckt nicht mehr so gut wie früher. Vor einigen Wochen hätte ich noch volle Sterne gegeben.

The halloumi pastry with cocktail sauce is always delicious; I highly recommend it. The restaurant has a modern interior and the service is very friendly.

Very bad, not recommended. The delivery took 1 hour and 40 minutes, so naturally the doner kebab and the Turkish pizza were cold by then. I paid an extra €2 for more meat, but at other doner shops you get the same amount without paying extra. The Turkish pizza was dry and had very little minced meat in it.

Now that is what a Doner suppose to taste like!! Fresh veggies and really good meat !!!

Very friendly staff and a good spot for a quick snack in Riehl, whether you want to sit outside or take it with you. The falafel plate with spicy sauce is delicious, and the tonneau pizza with extra spinach is also delicious.

I just spontaneously treated myself to a kebab because it tasted delicious on the opening day. I literally got the very last one and (had to) share it with someone. I just have nothing to complain about. Everyone was very friendly, a spotlessly clean shop, nice seating outside and super delicious food. What more could you want? Therefore a full 5 stars from me in all 3 categories. Absolute visit recommendation. Treat yourself to something good!!!

Yaprak meat doner is really delicious. It is not a minced meat doner. If you want to eat a quality and delicious doner, I definitely recommend it. Despite being busy, they are fast and friendly.

I was there several times in the beginning and was always very satisfied. At some point there was only one employee left, who unfortunately no longer prepared the food properly. Fries were still raw, there was no more salad dressing, kebab meat was no longer crispy and Dürüm bread was like chewing gum. I haven't gone there since then. Unfortunately, because there is no other kebab shop nearby. Update: I was there again and the quality seems to be better again, so now a solid 4 points. Regarding the owner's comment: I didn't want to talk behind her back, but I ordered the takeaway and then couldn't complain about it. And then I was a little angry that I couldn't eat the fries. My intention with the comment was not to make you feel bad, but rather to give you a chance to improve. You obviously did, hence this update. Peace 👊

From a legal point of view, it is somewhat reprehensible to use unrealistic AI images in your menu as a description of the dish, which give a completely wrong picture of the dish and the quantity.

At first I thought there was also a kebab shop here, which is what we were missing. That's exactly why it exists now and you no longer have to go to Nippes or Mühlheim. Overall, based on previous experiences, the food is ok, but somehow you've had better. There are a lot of kebab shops and you probably get demanding.

Wow! The meat is fantastic. They serve proper kebab meat. It is layered on the spit. The vegetable bake was incredibly delicious. Freshly made and baked will we waited. The staff are really friendly. Highly recommended.
