We held a Christmas coffee gathering for 25 people at PIERRO on December 3, 2025, and were absolutely delighted. From the warm welcome by the owner (Rana) to the beautiful Christmas decorations in the restaurant and on the tables, the delicious homemade cakes, and the exceptionally friendly and attentive service staff, everything was perfect! After our event, Rana even sent us a thank-you WhatsApp message with lots of photos she had taken herself. Many of our guests had only ever driven past PIERRO before, but after this wonderful experience, they now want to dine there themselves.

I was absolutely thrilled! The service was consistently attentive and friendly. The ambiance is incredibly beautiful, cozy, and designed with great attention to detail. And the food? Simply outstanding! Every course was fresh, flavorful, and perfectly balanced. I will definitely be back and can highly recommend this restaurant!

Great bistro with good value for money. The food is truly delicious, and the service is very friendly and attentive. The fries are gluten-free (we were even allowed to look at the packaging) and are cooked in a separate fryer. Highly recommended 👍🏼

Wow. I come to Reinbek every few years and eat my croque here. Marie served us very attentively. The croque was, as always, excellent (no joke: I don't know a better restaurant for croques in Schleswig-Holstein or Hamburg). The restaurant was completely renovated and remodeled a few years ago. It's turned out beautifully. Even the espresso cup was preheated. Simply fantastic. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. I'm already looking forward to my next visit here.

Was booked for a small funeral ceremony and was perfectly prepared

I can recommend Pierro, even if the pizzas are always a bit too moist for me. The other dishes (that I've tried) are all good, though. It's a bit of a shame, but understandable, that dogs aren't allowed in. So, for us, it's just a summer bistro.

They kindly took my order even though it was close to closing time. Very tasty. Highly recommended.

We recently celebrated a family celebration at Pierro's for the second time – and this time, too, everything was harmonious and lovingly designed. Even the detailed preliminary discussion was very pleasant and made us feel like we were in good hands. Our wishes were carefully considered and wonderfully implemented. The table was beautifully set for the occasion, with lovingly and appropriately decorated decorations. The culinary offerings were also impressive: delicious cakes, tarts, and sandwiches that not only tasted excellent but also looked beautiful. The service was warm and attentive; we felt completely at home and can wholeheartedly recommend Pierro's!

No!!!!! Today I ordered a standard pineapple croque to take away in Reinbek. The service was friendly. Then, at home, I was disappointed: When I unpacked it, I noticed that the baguette was sloppy and soft. The bread had apparently only seen the oven in passing! The filling also left a lot to be desired: You couldn't taste the pineapple at all, you had to search for it on the baguette, there was too much remoulade, and the "coleslaw" wasn't salad at all, but just raw, shredded white cabbage with no flavor. IMPOSSIBLE!!! The ham was okay. My conclusion: Such a sloppy croque with no flavor isn't worth the money. ...not again!!!!!

We were at Pierro Bistro today for a funeral service. We've visited the restaurant several times before, but the fact that they opened the possibility for us to hold a funeral service with the family on a Monday (a day off) is absolutely fantastic. After inquiring about whether there was any possibility of celebrating, we received a call from Rana, who promptly agreed to open the restaurant for us on Monday. I've never experienced such flexibility. Everything was done as previously discussed, with love and dedication. Nothing was missing. This was the second time we had a big family celebration here. The Pierro is perfect for parties of 40-50 guests! A beautifully renovated room with attention to detail, tastefully furnished and decorated, with subtle background music or, if necessary, the opportunity to dance and a really nice bar counter - just great!!! The food - we had a varied and extensive buffet - was excellent as always and the staff are all very friendly and accommodating. It doesn't get any better! If you want to organize a really cozy and successful celebration, you should get advice from the very creative and service-oriented owner Rana and book the Pierro! But there are also clearly 5 stars for a normal restaurant visit or telephone ordering and delivery!

We had a large family celebration with around 40 guests. The food was put together as a buffet, with a very good selection and also perfect for vegetarians. The conditions were very accommodating and friendly and the atmosphere was to our complete satisfaction. Rana tries very hard and responds to all wishes.

2nd time here in a week while visiting and both meals were superb and tasty served by very welcoming staff and waitress !!!

We had a small farewell party with Pierro and would like to thank him from the bottom of our hearts for the sensitive and warm-hearted care. You could feel that people are working here with heart. Today I went to eat locally for the first time and was served by two nice young ladies. The food came hot from the kitchen and tasted fantastic. The ladies also looked after me very well, often asking if everything was okay and whether the food tasted good. A very pleasant restaurant visit, definitely recommended 😃👍

I have been a customer for many years and always enjoy coming here. In addition to the excellent furnishings of the bistro, Pierro impresses with the always friendly but professional staff. Whether it's a meal on site, takeaway or a large order, all types of orders are processed quickly and with good advice. The food is also of the highest quality! Overall, I can only give a very high recommendation.

I ordered two gyro rolls. If I hadn't had a guest they would have been brought back. Unfortunately this is the second time this has happened to me. .So much white cabbage and so little meat. We booked the Pierro for a private celebration with 35 people. Rana is a very approachable, cheerful and helpful host. The customer's wishes were always the focus and our wishes were in the best hands with her. Everything worked out perfectly. A nice Sunday evening with ten people, everyone got delicious hot food. Prices are “normal”, even if a pizza for €17 is at the top. Service was super friendly. We didn't wait long for the food and everything tasted really good. We were all completely satisfied. We would be happy to come back. Thank you for the nice evening.

I ordered a drink and a small tap water for tablets...I had to pay €3.80 for that...I was brought a bottle of mineral water...never again €8 for drinks...expensive tablet taking:((( (((((((( Overwhelmed service asked everything 3 times...never again!!! Croque mediocre....had half herb and half iceberg... Got a lot of iceberg...too much...and unfortunately no coleslaw....

I wanted to have something to eat with a friend, he said we could eat a croque there. So the expectations were rather low, most of the shops that sell Croque are rather small and simple. But this is a really great restaurant with a great ambience, everything looks chic and is currently decorated for Christmas. The selection of food is enormous, including the selection of croques, which aren't even all on the menu. The croque was very good, had one with Camembert. The service and everyone else were super nice. It was a surprisingly successful end to a great day.

For us it is now the first address in Reinbek. Good and not overloaded cuisine (the hamburger leaves Mäckes in the corner) plus always nice, friendly service and, after modernization, a fine ambience. The dining room is equipped loosely enough so that you can enjoy in peace. The food in Reinbek is certainly much more expensive, but it's hardly better.

We were there after a long car journey to strengthen ourselves for the onward journey. There wasn't much going on. The service was impeccable, as was the food. It was already decorated for Christmas, but very stylish.

Nice ambience, service can be improved. Although we were greeted by the waitress and she must have had an eye on us, it took a while until we received the menu and later until we could pay. I was asked what dressing I wanted with the farmer's salad I ordered. Since the sauces on the menu didn't really go well with a farmer's salad, I asked for a simple vinaigrette. Apparently she didn't know what a vinaigrette was. I then asked for a dressing made from vinegar and oil, salt and pepper, to which she said that wouldn't work. Out of necessity I decided on the Italian dressing. Back behind the counter, she and her colleague were talking in whispers about my dressing request. The salad was delicious, but it's a shame that the service and kitchen weren't flexible enough to accommodate my request for a vinaigrette. Vinegar and oil must have been present in the kitchen, even if convenience products were probably used...

After the renovation, the store has a really nice ambience - very inviting and modern. The waitresses are super nice and always attentive, which makes the visit pleasant every time. That was our first order. The food came after just 25 minutes. Quite an achievement for a delivery to the northwest corner of Neuschös. It definitely doesn't always work, but it's a great start. Accordingly, everything was still hot, pizza dough, croque baguette and the salad on the pizza boat were still crispy. We were completely satisfied.

Today I treated myself and my family to pizza and croque at PIERRO in Reinbek. Briefly: I drove past in the car and decided to take the orders with me there and then. The order was just over €70 and I was told it would take about 25 minutes. I decided to wait. During a half-hour wait (hot summer day), no one had the idea of ​​offering me a glass of water or coffee. There were about 6 guests present. After about 20 minutes, the service person forgot about my face and asked me if I wanted to order something. When we got home to eat, we quickly agreed: the pizzas were absolutely middle class in terms of taste, tasteless - without any "pizza". My children complained about this before I came to eat myself. The croque was just the same - heavily laden with sauce and cabbage, without any character. Just tasting the pineapple. The poultry meat without any seasoning! Warmed up and put on bread... Exactly the same with my pizza, had there been no curry sauce on it it would have been completely uneventful. The optics were fine. I think it's a shame that so much money was put into the successful renovation, but the actual source of income remains below average! Be sure to catch up here!

The Bistro Pierro is a great café & restaurant. The salad was delicious and the croque was also delicious, the plate on which the croque was served was warmed up, I have rarely seen that in restaurants. The cake in the display case looked good to eat, I will try the cake soon. The atmosphere is really nice, modern but super cozy. The young woman who served us was really really good. She was very careful and held the door open for older women, which was really great. I would love to come back.

I've been to the restaurant a few times now. The ambience is nice, the food is okay. It's just a delivery service with an attached, cozy restaurant section. No star cuisine, that has to be clear. I would give 3.5 stars for the food. Four is too many. Three is not enough. The croques are supposed to be very good, by the way. The service is very friendly.

No online payment or EC payment upon delivery. I would order here much more often if that were possible. Food is top.

I ordered the number: 463 on January 14, 2024 and had it delivered. I only looked at the bill later (everything was fine so far) and noticed that what I ordered was charged at €13.50 instead of €13.00 according to the flyer. The delivery man now left empty-handed without a tip. The behavior of the bistro is very incorrect and customers are not allowed.

Sehr schönes Bistro. Wir haben hier mit vier Leuten zu Mittag gegessen. Wer die Ecke an der Schulstraße / Nelkenstr. in Reinbek von früher kannte wird jetzt staunen, was aus dem Gebäude geworden ist. Aber nicht nur Gebäude, auch das Bistro hat ein sehr schönes Ambiente. Die Portionen sind sehr groß und schmackhaft das Essen. Wir werden bei Gelegenheit wieder reinschauen und wünschen weiterhin viel Erfolg. Kuddel.
