I had reserved a table, but nothing was prepared when we arrived. The staff was quite incompetent. It was full, but for the price you pay I thought it would work properly.

The restaurant seems to be popular, it was very busy here on Friday. There were 12 of us, the first thing I ordered was a Frutti di Mare pizza with double garlic. When I got my pizza late (it was probably forgotten) There wasn't even a tiny bit of garlic on the pizza, a sin for a Frutti di Mare. I was then given the garlic and could only enjoy it raw on the pizza... It's a shame, maybe a little better next time. The food itself was great. Addendum: Boss made his statement personally, I'm overwhelmed! The staff also came to me again, very, very nice! We'll be back! See you soon!

First there was a greeting from the kitchen and a glass of Prosecco on the house. As a starter I had bruschetta, which was really delicious. The main course was beef fillet with chanterelles. The meat was very tender and grilled to perfection. The waiters were very friendly and you feel very comfortable and valued as a guest. Tip: You should also make a reservation here during the week, the restaurant is always busy.

The pizza was big enough and tasted excellent - especially because it wasn't overly salted. The dough was crispy on the outside, just as it should be. Overall, the price-performance ratio is absolutely right here. Ambiance: As already mentioned, the ambience is outstanding. The room temperature was pleasant and the furnishings were very well maintained, with only small drawbacks such as uncleaned window panes. The decor is tasteful and typically Italian, with beautiful murals and decorations. The lighting was okay, but the noise level was a bit high at times due to the reverberation of the room. The distance between the tables is rather small, which limits the amount of space available. The restaurant's location is ideal for a visit to Reinbek, especially because of its proximity to attractions such as the castle and the train station. Sanitary facilities: The toilets were clean, but the faucet is positioned so close to the sink that you inevitably splash on the dresser when washing your hands. However, the condition of the room where the toilets and sanitary facilities are located was good and there was a pleasant smell. There was nothing wrong with the general hygiene in the restaurant. Conclusion: Overall, this restaurant offers very good value for money in combination with an outstanding ambience and friendly staff. The best thing about this restaurant for me was the ambience and the hospitality - it was the best visit to an Italian restaurant in a long time! I would definitely like to come back.

Great service! A prosecco first and a schnapps on the house afterwards. Then I forgot to mention a starter when paying and went back again. It was given to me! We sat outside under a large umbrella, which was very nice. However, the traffic on the street is sometimes a bit loud. The food was very tasty. A vegan dish was also prepared upon request.

Unfortunately I don't understand the good reviews Service was a complete disaster - drinks were forgotten at the beginning. When I asked whether the cappuccino would take long, the answer was yes. When the food came, empty glasses, cups and plates from the starters were not cleared away, when we were finished with the main course we sat for over an hour. Nobody came to ask if everything was OK or if you wanted to order something else, for example Dessert 2 stars only because the food was hot and actually quite good but it's not enough for a second visit

But as the Pareto rule, slightly adapted, knows, 80 percent of restaurants achieve 20 percent of quality, and only 20 percent of restaurants achieve 80 percent of quality. The level to be climbed is therefore high. The former chef at Glinder Lorenzo, now responsible for the culinary creations and delights at La Villa, in the basement of an old villa near the train station in the heart of Reinbek, definitely climbed it. There is more here than the already well-stocked map promises. On the board you will find the daily specials, each more interesting and tastier than the next, and in addition - from the welcome Prosecco, expert advice on wine selection, greetings from the kitchen and fine olive oil, to the digestif or dessert - an all-round great, friendly service for which the guests are the focus and can feel the same way. And yes, it's fine dining and lounging. But the pleasant atmosphere and the great service not only make you forget the conceivable touch of cellar existence - in warm weather there is also a large, naturally well-shaded terrace - but also offers more than value for money, simply a well-rounded package. This calls for a return soon - and obviously it's not just us. Reservations are really recommended here, as guests can enjoy and stay longer...
