I stayed in the hotel for about 2 weeks and here is my conclusion. Location 5/5: Very good location. Everything can be reached on foot and the area is very clean. You should keep in mind that there is a primary school right next door and the courtyard faces the hotel. It can get very loud, but that didn't bother me personally. Room (single room) 1/5: The walls are so thin that I could hear my roommates (snoring, phone calls, going to the toilet, etc.). This was particularly annoying when some guests decided to take a shower at 0230 or get up at 0500 and tear half the place apart. Furthermore, the room door was 'leaking'. A very wide slit at the bottom of the door not only ensured that all conversations from the hallway echoed into the room, but also created holiday lighting in the room at night. In addition, the combination of thin walls and door means you can see every movement in the hallway. Bathroom 1.5/5: At first glance the bathroom is great. After a closer look, not anymore. The shower had black mold in the joints and in the gap between the wall and the shower screen. Even though I showered every evening, the shower discharge stank extremely. Sometimes it was so bad that I felt sick as soon as I opened the bathroom door. I quickly understood why the cleaners had put the doormat there in a 'decorative' way. ;-) Facility 4/5: The room furnishings are completely okay. However, I would have liked a small refrigerator and kettle. Especially considering that there is only breakfast in the hotel and lunch and dinner have to be taken away. Breakfast 4/5: The buffet is fine. After three days I was sick of it. Only two of three warm dishes and one pastry changed every day. My wish would have been that bacon or pancakes might have been offered. Actually a standard. Staff 5/5: Everyone was very nice and accommodating. Internet -10/5: I sometimes had to attend online meetings. It was hell. My theory is: as soon as many guests are logged in, the connection is lost. Sometimes it stopped every 2 minutes and took several minutes to reconnect. At some point I gave up and only used my data allowance. Conclusion: In short: for over €900 I expect better. The hotel advertises excellent services, which are not reflected. If I come to Eisenach again, I will definitely choose another hotel. If you want to relax and unwind, you should do the same.

I haven't eaten so well in a long time! Incredibly friendly service that spontaneously took us on an Indian culinary journey. Only recommended. We will definitely come back! Top!

The choice of parking spaces is sufficient (I always got a free one) there is Ala Card and buffet. According to the pictures you can see that there is a huge selection of specialties from pasta with duck to fried pastries such as bananas and pineapples. On the other hand, you can choose raw meat and have various things fried and then brought to the table. The staff is very friendly, they clear away the finished plates immediately while you get something new to eat. There is a smoking area with seating outside. There is also a small games corner for the little ones, as well as an entrance without stairs for people who find it more difficult to buy stairs. The toilets are clean. Everything was great. I can only recommend this restaurant!
