Piccola Cucina in Ingolstadt

We wanted to eat here again yesterday, March 24, 2025, because we think the food and service here are excellent. Unfortunately the restaurant is permanently closed. The Nike Shop (hopefully a better one) and a new restaurant will open at this point in the Village. We hope that the restaurant might be found again at another location.

Good restaurant in Ingolstadt Village. Our service was unfortunately a bit inattentive and disinterested. But the bruschetta trio, the pizza speciale, and the truffle pasta were all delicious, the portions were generous, and by Village standards, the food was good value for money!

Friendly welcome and excellent service. The food was more than plentiful. Not bad in taste, but nothing special either. Negative point here: The main course was already served when we were still in the middle of the starter. But it was then brought back to the kitchen without any problems until we had finished the starter and then served again. The ambience is rather poor. It exudes the charm of a large canteen. Conclusion: You can go if you don't value ambience, but rather generous portions.

Service was very friendly and quick. The pizzas were delicious. Good value for money.

We were warmly welcomed and shown to a seat. Our waitress Catharina was very friendly and took our order with a smile. Pizzas were great, we specifically asked them to bake the pizzas crispy. Pizza Diavola had plenty of toppings and the salami was excellent. Most importantly, the pizza wasn't smothered in grease. Gladly again .

These ratings of mine say it all. I was shocked when I saw a big dog with long hair (I don't know what breed it is because I don't understand it) inside the restaurant, and on the way out with its owners, it was so nicely distracted in the middle of the restaurant that I had the impression that all its hair scattered all over the restaurant, on the food and people and utensils. Phew! I had just ordered my food and was waiting for it to arrive, but at that moment I felt like getting up and leaving. I used to eat there regularly whenever I came shopping, but now I won't anymore! Disgusting!!

Hrana je autentična i vrhunske kvalitete – od tjestenine do desertnih specijaliteta, sve je bilo pripremljeno s puno pažnje i ljubavi prema kuhinji. I was here for the third time after shopping and after the third time in a row it wasn't a good fit at all. My rating: Short and forced greeting from the service lady who was seated at a table that was not clean. Before we had even taken off our jackets, the menus were thrust at our chests. Like the last few times, it smelled extremely like the kitchen and burnt dough, I assume the exhaust system isn't working properly. Clothes stink when you leave the restaurant. Table not set, no salt, pepper, vinegar or oil, absolutely loveless. Can be ordered from service, didn't come even after the second request. I noticed that all dishes are prepared according to the label. How do I get that? This is the third time I've eaten pizza there, starter Vitello. Pizza was cold last time we were there, dough was as tough as rubber, yesterday it was lukewarm, dough was like rubber again. For the sake of simplicity, I would assume that the pizza is cold while the starter is eaten. The kitchen is open, you can actually see for yourself. Ruccola wasn't fresh, neither on the vitello nor on the pizza parma. Cheese was again in short supply on both Pizzas Salami Due, only applied minimally in the middle. There is one star because at least the drinks were cold. 85€ for 3 drinks (wheat beer, San Pellegrino 0.7, soda), 3 pizzas (Parma, 2x salami), 1 vitello! All in all not worth the money. It has Italian canteen flair, prices copied from Munich restaurants, a loveless shop. After the 3rd visit that was it for me, I definitely won't be coming back. I can't understand the 4-5 star reviews.

The food was OK. The salad wasn't seasoned, there was Italian salami on the pizza, which isn't for everyone. The service was good but not perfect either. It's extremely loud and it's also moldy in some places. All in all, it was a very mediocre visit.

It was Saturday and there were a lot of people in the village. My girlfriend and I decided to take a break from shopping at the Italians. No mistake, we were initially warmly welcomed and after a few minutes a place was found for both of us. Pasta with truffles that you can't eat everywhere, with the kindness of the staff, bought us and we will definitely come back.

The pizzas are very good. You can take a warm and delicious break while shopping. And above all: hospitality and friendship. I had forgotten my phone and they were kind enough to bring it to the train station, albeit very late in the evening, which saved me from a major hassle. The pizzas and salata are delicious. Service is a bit slow. People are here for shopping and they just wanna eat and leave. So, a better service will help.

Sandwich was burnt on top but otherwise food was OK. I would advise to order only pizza here.. It was worth the money. Service was of poor quality. A minute after ordering, the waiter refused to change the children's portion we ordered. We unfortunately had a disappointing experience at this restaurant this evening. The waiter didn't seem to know how to take orders properly at all. When we wanted to place our order, he seemed unsure and had to ask several times. Even simple requests like an additional side dish or a change to the dish seemed to overwhelm him.

We had a great evening at the Italian restaurant, and big praise goes to the service employee Zeka. He gave us a warm welcome from the start and looked after us attentively throughout the evening. His kindness and professionalism really enriched our visit. About the food: The scampi pasta was an absolute highlight - perfectly seasoned and the scampi was cooked to perfection. The antipasti plate was also excellent, with a great selection of fresh ingredients that harmonized very well. Overall, a successful experience, both in terms of cuisine and service. We'll definitely be back!

Food, strange... terrible service, the youngest waiter in the group acted like he was doing me a favor. He brought us food, yes. You wait forever until you are assigned a table and even longer until the drinks arrive. In the end we got something different than what we ordered. The food is carelessly prepared and is hardly seasoned. Although parmesan, etc. are explicitly included with the dishes, you have to ask for it yourself. The waiting times for food are okay. However, the pizza is more edge than real pizza. It's all ready-made food and it's way too expensive for that. The ambience is okay, a bit crowded.

I had an antipasti plate. There was at least 100 grams of Parma ham on it. Also cheeses, grilled vegetables. The whole thing for 14.90 euros. It was delicious and I only made it halfway through. My husband had to help. He was also happy with his penne arrabiata pasta.

We would like to share with you the discomfort we experienced at your restaurant, Piccola Cucina, located in Munich’s Ingolstadt Shopping Center, due to your waiter Nedim. The waiter attempted to rudely take the menu from our 2-year-old child twice, just because the child was handling it at the table.

I rate more the nice and uncomplicated staff here. Our 5 year old son had thrown up in the car shortly before we arrived. To clear his stomach first, I bought him something to drink and asked for a dry roll so that he could get something in his stomach. I got a piece (very tasty baguette). Since the little one got even more hungry and his stomach seemed to calm down, I asked again and basically got half a sliced ​​baguette. Even though it was very busy, the waitresses were very attentive, quick and super friendly. We were surprised here before. Price wise completely ok. The pizzas more than surprised us. It remains an eternal mystery how other users get a 4-5 star rating. Be that as it may: my wife and I each had a Quattro Stagioni pizza and a Cola. The pizza was incredibly bad. The dough was soggy, canned olives and inedible salami adorned the pizza. The worst pizza ever. Disgusting! In fairness, it must be mentioned that the service offered to bring two new pizzas... In the end, 1 pizza was canceled. Since it wasn't about the money, but rather about honest feedback, we offset the canceled pizza with a generous tip: 2x Coke and 2x stomach ache cost us exactly 30 euros. A pity!

We tried the Faraone and vegetarian pizza, both were great. Even though it was a weekend and very crowded, our order arrived without waiting too long. It is extremely satisfying and delicious, if you come here and get hungry, I recommend you not to eat anywhere else.

Extremely dissatisfied with our visit. It started with dirty glasses, we pointed this out to the waiter and he just replied what he should do with them now. We ordered 2 pasta dishes and 2 pizzas and had to wait almost an hour for our food. Despite the new waiter's attempt, we will avoid this restaurant on our next visit to the Ingolstadt Village because many people at the neighboring tables were also unhappy or returned old salad.

I love this restaurant. Highly recommended! I can even visit Ingolstadt village from Munich only for this restaurant. The taste of almost all types of dishes (pizza, pasta, sides, sandwiches, drinks) are too good. The service is bit slow but. They should just improve the service and it will the THE PERFECT. Try their Chicken Sandwich. I haven’t experienced such unique taste and type of the sandwich anywhere else. Cost wise it is I felt little expensive but it is worth each cent! 😅 From last two years I am visiting this restaurant and still it tastes good. Unlike other restaurants they have really maintained the taste and quality of the food. Also being one of very very few restaurants at the Ingolstadt Village Shopping Center it is almost crowded even for lunch. I haven’t tried their desserts so couldn’t comment anything on it. May be next time I’ll try their desserts too❤️😇

A little warning to everyone who was smart enough to check the reviews beforehand (it wasn't us): - Homemade lemonade for €4 was more or less just lime juice & water with decorations - I refused to pay for the salad because it ONLY tasted like vinegar and the cucumbers tasted very old - The pizzas are baked as Margherita & the toppings are just thrown on top. The ground was super soft. - Blunt knife / Poor service etc. Where the comments with “pizza of the year” and “best pizza in town” come from is inexplicable to me, I’m assuming the “free espresso for a 5-star rating” campaign. I can't explain it any other way. Please never eat there, it's a real waste of money.

I was very surprised to find one of the best pizzas in Ingolstadt/region here. Price performance is surprisingly very good, I think 12-15€ is more than okay, especially for the location outlet center. If you look around the corner to the Vietnamese restaurant in the village, you'll find the exact opposite - overly expensive for watered down food. Better invest your money here 👍🏼

Not only does it look good but it also tastes very good. The edge was crispy and fluffy. Very aromatic and a good size for the price.

Pizza of the year! I eat a lot of pizza but this was the pizza of the year or even the pizza of the last few years! Walnuts, ham, gorgonzola and buffalo mozzarella with a touch of honey - a combination that made me curious and maybe not everyone will like it, but it was incredibly tasty! I got more hungry with every bite and didn't regret it. Service was also really strong and motivated, but of course a bit overwhelmed given the size of the rooms - they were all nice :-) Unfortunately, the rooms are not that comfortable. What's nice is the view into the kitchen - you can see directly how the food is being prepared. All in all - it was great :-)

Everything had to be proactively initiated or pointed out on my part, in fact I was ignored throughout my entire stay. At least one waiter was charmingly friendly and a bright spot among the staff. Otherwise, the restaurant was about 30% full. It's therefore incomprehensible to me how the service could be so snags when things are so quiet. Surprisingly, the food came very quickly, was hot and I can recommend the Pasta Pomodoro. I liked it. However, the price for this, like other dishes on the menu, seemed excessive to me. Maybe I'm not used to the gastro prices in 2024 yet.

We ate a kids club sandwich and pasta here. The pasta was still floating in the water... But otherwise ok. The club sandwich is actually a great idea to enclose the contents with pizza bread like a calzone... but that only works with fresh pizza bread. Otherwise it is cold and hard. A pity.

We were shopping yesterday and decided to go for lunch, we ordered 2 pizzas and a cesar salad, everything was great and we will come again.

2023: The store is very crowded in the afternoon and you have to wait for your seat. Therefore it is a bit like a train station hall. It's ok for quick pickup. The service is friendly. 2024: We made reservations by phone even though it wasn't necessary. There were still many places available. It would be nice if reservations were possible online. The waitresses were friendly and attentive. The food came quickly and it was really tasty. As a member we were even able to save 20%.

It was quite good. Price performance was okay. For a Pizza Diavolo there was a bit of a lack of toppings. The shop has a bit of a canteen style, it was slightly stuffy but also busy. I usually enjoy eating here when we're in the Village. Today I had the Parma salad to take away. 1. The Parmesan was so old and hard! 2. The Parma ham was NO LONGER GOOD!, it was hard and when I put another piece in my mouth, everything came back to me so stale and a caustic taste. An absolute impudence to give something like that. We're lucky I don't live around the corner to slap it on your counter. I'm currently sitting at home with food poisoning - thanks for that
