We were here for lunch. Unfortunately, children are definitely not welcome here, and the staff makes this very clear as soon as you walk in. The staff in general weren't very friendly or helpful. The food was good, but feeling unwelcome doesn't exactly improve the overall impression. I've enjoyed coming here before, but having a child has changed that, which is a shame.

I am utterly appalled. This was the worst culinary experience of my life. The service was brusque and clumsy. The menu itself was dirty, not to mention the table. The food arrived after about five minutes, and what you get is pure frozen junk. The "calamari" (it didn't deserve the name) were breaded frozen sticks with a calamari flavor that resembled dinosaur nuggets more than a proper meal. The fries tasted of old grease. The gyro was burnt and dry, and you could see the abysmal quality of the meat from ten meters away. The tzatziki seemed to have come straight from a bucket and was practically tasteless. No presentation on the plates, or even matching dishes. The other guests' meals looked exactly the same. It was truly abysmal; I can't understand why a place like this hasn't been shut down long ago. Nowhere else would a place like this survive; it should be illegal. You get significantly better quality at any McDonald's. I am appalled and ashamed to have "eaten" anything here.

My absolute favorite place for years! The Piazza Lounge is a true gem among restaurants for me. I've been coming here for many years – and there's a good reason for that: the quality is consistently excellent, the portions are huge, and the food is always freshly prepared. My dish: Greek grill. The Greek food, in particular, is an absolute highlight: authentic, lovingly prepared, and a real hit in terms of flavor. I'm always surprised by the Greek desserts, served with so much love – little highlights that perfectly round off a visit. You can feel that this is a family business – warmth and hospitality are paramount here. The owner is an incredibly pleasant and kind person who greets every guest with a smile and is truly passionate about what he does. In a time when so much has become rushed and unloving, the Piazza Lounge remains a place that has stayed true to itself: generous portions, outstanding quality, and a warm atmosphere. A clear recommendation – and I'd gladly return!

Mediterranean chicken was amazing. Chicken Piazza was expensive and lacked chicken. Instead, there were plenty of cheap mushrooms. Drinks only arrived after asking the waiter four times. This was our third and final visit.

Very nice shop when we visit my in-laws it's a must to visit the Piazza!!! Nice atmosphere and Sawwas is always in a good mood with his team!!! It's a shame that there isn't a shop like that around the corner from me!!! I would be a regular customer here!!! Delicious food and delicious cocktails and drinks!!!

Unfortunately, my visit to the restaurant didn't go well. I got a drink that was clearly very watered down and when I pointed this out to the waitress I was laughed at. The drink was placed on the counter at the back and, strangely enough, sat there for a very long time. When I got the new drink there was an unnecessary comment. Given the prices, you can at least expect a non-watered drink, and you also have to listen to stupid comments from the waitress!

The food there was somewhere between tasteless and indefinable. The orders were not given to everyone in a compact order, but so that individual people's food was already cold before everyone found the menu they had ordered. All in all a mixed and negative experience.

The two of us went there for dinner yesterday. Food was so-so, my husband hardly had any taste in his pasta, my schnitzel was dry, I ordered sauce but it never came. I was assured that it would come, but nothing. There was hardly any service, no one sat on the dry side. We got our food quickly except for the sauce we ordered and then our drinks were empty. We wanted to have dessert but since no one had taken our order after 30 minutes, we waited another 30 minutes before we could finally pay. Next to us at the table people kept asking if they wanted anything else, etc. But if we wanted something we would be ignored. The boss personally paid us no thanks, no nice evening or asked if everything went well. Never come here again.

The main course, which was also carefully selected and pre-ordered, was also excellent. The portions were more than sufficient – ​​simply completely satisfying. The service was attentive, friendly and always with a smile. You can tell that the staff work with passion and care deeply about the well-being of the guests. The evening was relaxed and stress-free, which made the visit even more pleasant. All in all, it was a wonderful evening that I won't soon forget. A casual restaurant. With 2 rooms. A cozy closed living room, and a covered terrace, with heating to make it comfortable. The service was quick, we didn't wait long to eat. Good, abundant food. The large dessert is good to share between 2. The drinks were well dosed.

Positive: The food was very tasty and our service was very friendly. Negative: There are no changing facilities available. I had to change my 12 month old daughter on the floor in the toilet. It just doesn't work at all. Because of this, I won't be eating there again!

Absolutely the worst pizza I've tried in Heidenheim, the base wasn't baked through and the dough was absolutely disgusting, if you don't even know how to top a pizza correctly you should read it, even the ingredients would be wrongly topped and that's for a pizza with salami, sad, but it could be better, the dressing is from the bag for the salad and doesn't taste like anything, for the price it's an absolute no go from me, never get a pizza there again, sorry guys but that could be better!! and the charcoal oven takes over There isn't much that would make it better

Were extremely disappointed today. Food from the weekly menu was delicious. Full points. The (male waiters) were usually reserved and unfriendly. It wasn't overcrowded either... Then we had to wait an hour for dessert and were only rudely yelled at twice when we asked. Cocktails? Didn't come at all. No tip and we then moved to a friendly restaurant in the neighborhood. The piazza won't see us so quickly anymore.

Nice ambience, service very friendly but that was it. We ordered two Aperols that were overpriced. But that wasn't the problem, I've drunk Aperol many times but never anything so bad. Half of the glass was full of ice cubes and the rest, I don't know, but it didn't taste good. We complained several times to the waitress who passed it on to the boss but had no understanding. We also had to pay for the grist. That's not how you treat guests. Never again!!!

Das Essen war wirklich top jedoch war der Service ziemlich schwach Es wurden die Teller meiner Freunde schon abgeräumt obwohl ich noch am Esswn war zudem haben hat mich ein Mann der bedient hatte abgezogen. Ich hatte darauf nett hingewiesen gehabt das der Wein etwas komisch schmecke (Nachgeschmack Essigwasser) daraufhin brachte er mir ohne Aufforderung einen Neuen. Er berechnete nachher diesen Wein da ich viel zu viel bezahlt hatte leider konnte ich dies auf der Rechnung nicht einsehen da da nur der Gesamt Betrag stand. Im Nachhinein habe ich mich sehr darüber geärgert.

Speisen und Getränke zu angemessenen, preiswerten Preisen - v.a. am Mittag sehr preiswert. Portionen sehr ordentlich. Mittag- und Abendkarte jeweils mehr als ausreichend. Ambiente je nachverfügbaren Platz. Im überdachten Innenhof je nach Standort teilweise etwas zugig. Sehr aufmerksamer Service!! ... v.a. die junge Dame - immer mit einem fröhlichen Lächeln .

Nach mehreren bestellten Gerichten lässt sich sagen, dass es hier durchschnittlich gutes Essen gibt zu fairen Preisen. Das Personal ist auch freundlich und zügig.

Tolles Essen, toller Service. Unbedingt die Vorspeisen-Platte probieren. Die fritierten Kalamaris brauche ich nicht wieder.

Wir hatten hier einen sehr schönen Abend bei vollem Restaurant. Die Bedienung war sehr aufmerksam, freundlich und schnell. Das Essen schmeckte allen. Insgesamt ein sehr schönes Erlebnis.

Es war sehr angenehm im Lokal, auch dass nebenbei Fußball im Fernsehen lief hat vor allem meinem Sohn gut gefallen. Die Mitarbeiter waren sehr nett zu uns, und wir haben uns alle gut verstanden. Die Getränke waren sehr lecker und spätestens nach der Vorspeise, wussten wir (Ich, mein Mann und meine zwei Kinder), dass wir hier dort richtig waren. Dann kam das Essen: Für mich den "Schwäbischen Griechen" Es war eine nette Abwechslung zu den Speisen wie Pizza, Schnitzel und Nudeln, die ich sonst esse. Der Nachtisch war auch sehr lecker, und so konnten wir mit einem gestillten Magen nach Hause fahren

Eine nicht sehr geglückt Mischung aus Grieche und Italiener. Meine Pizza war leider nicht wirklich schmackhaf. Der Service hingegen war aufmerksam, gut und sehr freundlich.

Das Essen war sehr lecker ubd der Service sehr schnell, auch bei voll besetztem Restaurant. Leider ist es durch die Akustik in den Räumen sehr laut, eine Unterhaltung dadurch manchmal eher schwierig.
