Ja, die Welt ist klein. Gestern mussten in einem voll besetzten Bus zwei Personen im Rollstuhl einsteigen. Alle Fahrgäste machten sofort den dafür vorgesehenen Bereich frei. Alle – bis auf einen. Er blieb genau dort stehen, wo er den Zugang blockierte, und ignorierte die Situation völlig, obwohl offensichtlich war, dass er das Einsteigen erschwerte. Durch das von ihm verursachte Chaos wäre ich beinahe gestürzt, als ich dem zweiten Rollstuhl helfen wollte. Heute bin ich in sein Lokal gegangen, um eine Pizza mitzunehmen. Nach ein paar Minuten tauchte genau derselbe Mann von gestern auf, zog ganz entspannt einen Stuhl neben mich und sagte arrogant zu mir: „Die Welt ist klein, oder?“ Ja, die Welt ist klein. Klein genug, um sehr schnell zu erkennen, wer Charakter hat und wer nur ein großes Ego. Zufall oder nicht – ich wurde nicht bedient. Wahrscheinlich habe ich mir als einfacher Busfahrer zu viel erlaubt, indem ich das Ego eines großen VIPs gekränkt habe. Status, Geld oder Arroganz ersetzen weder Bildung noch Anstand. Und der Respekt gegenüber Menschen – besonders gegenüber den Schwächeren – sagt alles über den Charakter eines Menschen aus.

Hab Cordon bleu und Bratkartoffeln wir haben am Abend gegessen mein erster Gedanke war nicht alle Omas können gut kochen die Bratkartoffeln waren kalt Service und Ambiente waren gut

Sehr schönes, kleines Restaurant mit sehr freundlicher Bedienung. Das Essen, Spagetthi Al Oglio und Penne mit Gemüse war sehr lecker. Die Toiletten waren auch sehr sauber. Das ist ja gerade für Frauen sehr wichtig. Also von meiner Freundin und mir eine glatte Empfehlung!

Sehr entgegenkommender und netter Service. Auf Wunsch wurde uns frischer Crêpes zubereitet.

Wir waren zu zweit da, trafen einen tollen Geschäftsinhaber, unsere Pizzen waren sehr sehr lecker, es lief Musik, die unseren Geschmack voll traf und wir haben dort eine tolle Zeit gehabt 😃👍.

Ich suchte ein ruhiges Plätzchen für ein Café und ein Stück Kuchen. Leider war es dafür zu teuer.

Ein wunderschönes Erlebnis in diesem Restaurant! Das Personal ist herzlich und der Chef sehr nett. Die Musik ist angenehm, die Atmosphäre erinnert an die italienische Mafia, ist aber trotzdem gemütlich. Das Essen war gut und die Portionen großzügig, und meine Tortellini waren wirklich köstlich. Ich kann dieses Restaurant wärmstens empfehlen. Es liegt super, direkt unterhalb der Kölner Kuppel. Der Chef hat den Kindern sogar kostenlos Eis spendiert. Er ist einfach liebenswert. Ein rundum gelungenes Erlebnis!

Das Essen, das wir bestellt haben, war durchweg hervorragend, wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!

Das Essen war überhaupt nicht lecker und mein Freund hatte Lebensmittelvergiftung hier, also ich empfehle euch nicht dahin zu gehen!!!!

Ich habe Pasta mit Hähnchen und einer Sahnesauce gegessen, am nächsten Tag lag ich flach und hatte Magenschmerzen, Durchfall und Fieber 😡😡😡

Ein sehr gemütliches und angenehmes Lokal im Herzen von Köln. Der Service ist ausgezeichnet. Das Essen ist köstlich. Das Personal ist freundlich und zuvorkommend, auch gegenüber Gästen mit kleinen Kindern und Haustieren.

Das Essen war eiskalt. Es wurde von draußen durch die kalten Straßen ins Restaurant getragen. Die Küche schien nebenan zu sein. Eine totale Enttäuschung. Die Bedienung war zwar sehr nett, aber das kalte Essen war leider zu viel für uns.

Es war köstlich, der Service war sauber, schnell und von guter Qualität. Die Angestellten waren türkisch und sehr aufmerksam.

Despite the construction, the atmosphere was pleasant, the service very friendly, and the food delicious. I'd gladly come again.

The restaurant is clean and well-located, which is the only positive thing about it. The staff is unpleasant if you don't speak German. One of the waitresses was standing guard outside the restaurant and wouldn't let us in even though there were still empty tables. We tried asking her if it was possible to eat in, but she didn't understand, or pretended not to. Another waiter intervened and finally let us in. Furthermore, the prices of the pastries aren't displayed; we had to order them before finding out how much they cost. To top it all off, one of the cakes was served half-frozen! The fruit inside was -18°C; it was like biting into an ice cube. In short, tourists should avoid this place unless they enjoy feeling uncomfortable and eating overpriced, mass-produced frozen food.

Yesterday, a group of six of us spontaneously decided to find a café and discovered this one. We received a warm welcome and excellent service. The owners are incredibly friendly and attentive. We went there on a Saturday during Advent and were very disappointed with the pizzas (frozen pizzas??), the gnocchi (inedible), and especially the Insalata Capricciossa for a whopping €18.90 (a tiny portion and completely tasteless). We had a very long wait, but the service was friendly and the restrooms were clean! Cash only ;)

We recently had the opportunity to visit the restaurant and were unfortunately disappointed by the lasagna. When we asked the waitress whether we enjoyed the meal, we voiced our criticism. The only response was that the guest at the next table had eaten his entire lasagna. The waitress herself was hearing this for the first time. The lasagna seemed to consist almost entirely of cheese, while the ground meat and the traditional lasagna sheets were barely recognizable. The taste was accordingly disappointing. Following our feedback, the waitress discussed the matter with the chef, and we at least received a discount—possibly as an indirect admission of guilt. We suspect that they may have run out of products, forcing the chef to improvise. On a positive note, the bruschetta was very tasty. We also felt the atmosphere could be improved: The music was very loud, and the door remained open throughout our visit, even though the outside temperature was around 10 degrees Celsius. We also found it questionable from a hygiene perspective that food from the neighboring restaurant was being brought into the restaurant without any cover. Overall, the experience was mixed: The appetizer was impressive, but the main course was not at all satisfying, and the ambiance also left much to be desired.

We came to Koln on vacation and this place has treated us right. We feel right at hope and enjoyed the experience. Definitely would recommend. Oh ... and they have ice cream too...

We were there for lunch. The waiter was very friendly. Open to special requests. Delicious house wine. We were pressed for time due to a bus departure. The service was excellent. Definitely recommendable.

It's a shame you can't give 0 stars!! The ambiance was inviting, the service was quick, but then the food arrived and the pizzas were substandard. There was no seasoning, except for the extremely salty salami pizza. When we immediately complained about the pizzas, the waitress became rude. That would have been the time to leave, but hunger drove us in. While clearing the food, we mentioned the lack of flavor again, as a warning to the kitchen, and were insulted. Then we were told we could have simply gotten a menagerie from the menu stand. Why didn't they bring it to our table right away? Who on earth just goes there and gets the only menagerie!! Finally, a rude waitress yelled at us that the other guests would like it. So, if you want to get angry and want bad pizza, Piano Piano is the right place for you. Otherwise, don't be fooled by the facade and move on.

I came here from Türkiye today to pick up a friend's package. I couldn't find it. I sent the owner a location, told him to come help me, and he hung up on me. Then he brought the package himself, leaving it in the car. I asked him what his name was, he said no need, slammed the door shut, and drove off. This person was a rude person with no sense of humanity. Of course, it was the owner who did this; he was rude.

My boyfriend and I have eaten there twice so far. I can only recommend the restaurant. It's easy to get a seat. The staff are friendly and humorous, which makes a visit to the restaurant even more enjoyable. The food was delicious and you really can't complain about anything. It was freshly prepared and you don't have to wait for hours until it's ready. I would eat there again any time.

The service was very friendly. The food, however, was... unfortunately, completely unacceptable. The gypsy schnitzel came with five fries. The "side salad" on the plate consisted of four leaves without any sauce. The schnitzel, including the sauce, tasted awful. My pasta, unfortunately, wasn't any better. Very disappointing on vacation to get such a meal for so much money. As mentioned in another comment, the food arrived within minutes. The restrooms also need to be improved/cleaned.

There were five of us there on a Saturday and we got a table without any problems. My Spaghetti Venezia was very good (seafood), and my husband and mother-in-law's pizzas were okay. Our little daughter was given a high chair and pasta without sauce—she likes that. We were satisfied.

The place is very cozy, the food is incredibly delicious, the employees are incredibly friendly. Honestly, the coffee was one of the most delicious I've ever had. I really liked it

The food was super tasty. Staff friendly and very hard working. Unfortunately it was really cold because the heating was out. We sat eating with our jackets and blankets on. The separate rooms don't make it any better either. Still a nice location. Certainly very nice in summer.

Ambience is quite nice, service is ok. but not outstanding. The food and the price ratio are no longer extortionate, but clearly a rip-off. My conclusion first and foremost, stay away from this store. The salad consisted of 5 lettuce leaves, a chopped tomato, a few onion rings and probably canned tuna, I even found a dab of oil. €13.50...I stared at this three-quarters empty plate and thought, you're not serious. Then the waiter asked me if I would like bread with it and I said yes because I didn't want to starve. When the mini rolls arrived I seriously had to hold back my laughter because it captured the overall picture perfectly. My companion's pizza was also very lightly covered, as you can see in the pictures.

A very quiet restaurant with friendly service, and most importantly, simply magnificent cuisine.

One star is still too many! Kölsch stale. Salad with chicken strips tasteless and watery. Pizza rolls old and sticky. Pasta Arrbiata not edible.

Unfortunately, the pizza arrived at the table lukewarm. It tasted okay, but was clearly too expensive for my taste. The gnocci with spinach didn't taste like anything and were too salty. The staff, however, was very accommodating and friendly.

Piano piano, yes too much piano... It seems that slowness is one of its qualities, because cooking is not The food was not bad but not good either, just to fill the stomach. If all the bars are full and you are very hungry, then here they are, if not the one next to you eats better. They don't have a card, they notify you when you ask for the bill, they should notify you beforehand or put up a sign. We ordered spaghetti Venice and the baked macaroni

Normal normal food. It's not that it was inedible but it serves little more than to fill your stomach. The service, friendly, but slower than the bad guy's horse (not piano, next). And seeing the cook kneading bread right after leaving the bathroom without washing her hands or anything, the finishing touch. They don't have to pay by card either (and it's not cheap, prepare your wallet).

The store is great – delicious food, friendly and attentive staff. The central location makes it possible to take in a lot of the surrounding area. Ideal for eating and drinking with friends. Absolutely recommended!

I ate here because the prices were supposed to be around 10-20€. 750ml water costs €7.90, grill plate €33. My friend had spagetti bolognese for a whopping €16! The waitress kept opening and closing the door because she had to go into the neighboring building to get the food. A bit uncomfortable at the current temperatures. There was no soap in both the men's and women's toilets. Sink heavily calcified. There was a bucket under the women's wash basin because the pipe was dripping. Next time I'd rather spend more money for a better ambience and no draft.

Classic Italian menu with a large selection, good quality. Each of the 4 of us had something different and everyone was happy. Price-performance very good You can sit inside or outside. Atmosphere inside very relaxed and quiet Service was very friendly, fast, competent and typically Cologne, in the best way!

Actually a cute restaurant. The pizza was great. However, the boss's behavior is not acceptable at all. She was completely stressed and answered annoyed questions from the guests. Then she complained loudly about other guests and bitched at her colleagues.

The pizza tasted excellent. The dough is thin, the topping is good! Great service on top of that… worth five stars!

Cozy little pizzeria. It is located 500 meters from the specified architectural monument - Cologne Cathedral. You can also choose a dessert here. My friend and I ordered a delicious pizza and tea. It was prepared quite quickly: 10-15 minutes. Pleasant music was playing in the background. There is a socket in the hall - it's fashionable to charge your phone :) Prices are moderate. Pleasant smiling administrator. There is a small parking lot for several parking spaces nearby. I recommend to visit 👍🏻

I was about to leave a good review but when I looked at what I paid for the table I changed my mind. They charged 15€ for "diverse Getränke" which none of us has ordered. We had 2 cakes and eclair in addition to the drinks. One cake they charged, and instead of charging for one more cake and one more eclair they charged 15€ for "diverse Getränke". We wanted to be nice and decided to pay together so they have less work to do but it was a bad decision. P.S. Of course it can be just a mistake made not intentionally. Then please answer my comment and let's correct it.

We went inside, ordered coffee and pizza as I was waiting outside and the waiter asked me if I wanted to drink it in or out, that was unexpected and felt nice for a change. The pizza was very nice. Thank you.

Tolles Essen und sehr nette Bedienung. Mein Partner wohnt in der Nähe und wir holen ab und zu unser Essen hier. Immer wieder lecker und die Bedienung ist sehr freundlich und nett.

Wij hebben hier gedronken en gegeten tijdens de Keulse kerstmarkt. In de middag eerst een drankje gedaan. Zeer vriendelijk geholpen. Leuke mensen. In de avond besloten om in het aansluitende restaurant ook een hapje te gaan eten. Ondanks de grote drukte werden we goed geholpen. Het eten kon beter, de pasta met 4 kazen miste de gorgonzola, de Jäger art saus was te zurig. De mixed grill was prima. Gezellige sfeer binnen. Toch 4 sterren waard!

Erster Eindruck war etwas schockierend, wegen Toilette und der bemehlte Koch. Aber wir sind dann nebenan köstlich bedient worden und das Essen war wirklich lecker. Jeder Extrawunsch wurde kommentarlos erfüllt. Also volle Punkte!

Wir haben das erste mal im Restaurant gegessen.2× Rindssteak mit sauce,pommes und salat. Im steak waren mehrere Sehnen drin und geschmeckt hat es auch nicht so gut. Es waren keine Pommes,sondern Bratkartoffeln dünn geschnitten. Der Salat:Bisschen Grünzeug mit ein paar Mais,sonst nichts!!!! Das ganze mit Getränke für 62€. Das ist für mich Abzocke pur und wie kann man so geizen beim essen.Wir wurden nicht satt vom essen!!!!! Der Inhaber sollte sich schämen,alle müssen hart arbeiten für Ihr Geld. Man wird einfach abgezockt für schlechtes Essen. Ausserdem ist der Inhaber ein Türke und sein Restaurant nennt er italienisch.🤣🤣 Nie wieder!!!!!!!!

Es ist Weihnachtsmarktzeit. Der Weihnachtsmarkt proppevoll, und was es da zu essen gibt und zu welchem Preis - nö. Ich möchte was besseres, außerdem friere ich. Alle Kneipen und Restaurants um den Alter Markt herum und am Rheinufer voll, mit Warteschlangen oder nur noch draußen mit Heizstrahler. Hallo, im Winter sitze ich nicht draußen zum essen, denn da ist es trotz Heizstrahler kalt. Da kommen wir zufällig am PianoPiano vorbei, ist nicht so voll, also rein. Und das war ein Volltreffer. Reinkommen und gleich links am Fenster zwei Barhocker direkt an der Heizung und Thekentisch. Herrlich warm. Pizza, schnell bestellt, schnell da. Seit langem die leckerste Pizza (Funghi und eine mit Parmesan und Rucola), die ich gegessen habe. Boden dünn, Rand knusprig, Belag frisch und lecker. Wein Pino Griggio, sehr lecker. Zum Nachtisch so ein süßes Dings mit Rafaello-Füllung, einen doppelten Espresso und einen Grappa. Bedienung sehr nett, Restaurant füllte sich zusehends. Preise, naja, Leute, Ihr seid mitten in Köln, da steppt der Bär. Was erwartet Ihr. Und guckt Euch mal die Preise in den anderen Restaurants oder Brauhäusern an. Ich finde es jedenfalls super im PianoPiano dort am Fenster mit Heizung, und mein Abend war gerettet.

Lekker ff lunchen, mooie pizza die ook goed smaakt! Het was rustig op het moment dat wij er waren(13:10). De dame die ons serveerde was op twee plaatsen tegelijk bezig dus ze was af en toe even weg. Maar alles liep prima. De aankleding is zoals vele eetgelegenheden in Köln een beetje saai, net niet zeg maar. Maar dat heeft ook zijn charme zullen we maar zeggen. Verder heel vriendelijk en goed geholpen. Voor de pizza zeker een aanrader.

Restaurant à fuir, rien n'est italien à part le nom du restaurant. Escalope cuite à la friteuse, sauce aigre doux sur la viande. Pâtes aux légumes indigeste. On refuse de nous laisser payer par carte. Bruyant et service à déplorer. À éviter

Not very good experience, food is average but not so bad, service needs improvement. Restaurant was not so busy, yes when we asked for a simple request (Pizza cutter) the waiter replied I am busy with so many orders!!! Location is perfect but the restaurant atmosphere is not great and space is not managed well. On another note, they didn’t accept card, they asked for cash!!

Pizza 🍕 war sehr lecker 😋... Die Bilder müssten an die Wand & der schöne Spiegel im Eck is leider recht verloren dort 😉. Wir kommen sehr gern wieder 😊....

Das Essen wurde nach 30 Minuten dann fast kalt serviert.Auf Nachfrage wurde dieses dann angeblich neu gemacht, aber in meinen Augen nur neu mariniert.Service ist mittelmäßig.Sind freundlich, aber wissen nicht, wer welches essen bestellt hatte.Ambiente ist schlecht.Innen sowie aussen sind Beschädigungen der Sitzmöglichkeiten deutlich zu ersehen und die Toiletten sind absolut ekelig.Frauen und Männer teilten sich das Porzelan und in der Männer Toilette sind die Urinale mit Mülltüten bedeckt(3 verschiedene Monate dort gewesen) und die Toiletten sind von denn Herren bepisst worden, da keiner sich setzen möchte.Sorry, aber dafür bekommt der Laden nur 2 Sterne
