Service here isn't seen as an obligation, but as an attitude – and that's precisely where authenticity begins. The guest entering quickly notices: friendliness doesn't glitter, it warms – like a note without vibrato, but with depth and tranquility. The salads: fresh, clear, deliberately minimalist, as if to show that simplicity isn't deprivation, but discernment. But the center – the axis mundi – remains the dough. It's not the topping that carries the meaning, but the base, like the constitution carries the state. Baked at just under 400 degrees Celsius, two millimeters thin, crispy on the bottom like a first thought, airy on top like a second breath after a long silence, that fragile balance between sense and reason, between structure and soul, is created. It is precisely on this threshold that it is decided whether pizza is merely food or already culture. The topping – ornament, not essence – is added like a commentary on an already completed sentence. Flavor remains secondary, carried by the dough, which orders everything: heat, time, patience. My recommendation: Ten minutes between trains? No searching, no rushing. Go in, order, pay, take it with you – don't miss your train, and still enjoy it.

The employee was very nice and enthusiastic! I had a rather large Caprese sandwich for €4.50, which was very tasty and really good value for money.

Unfortunately, this is the worst L'Osteria we know. You don't want to spend your money there. How can such poor quality last so long?

I ordered a Margherita and a tuna pizza to go. Both pizzas were delicious. The employee was very friendly.

Paid €11 for the most boring salad in the world. Not even the dressing gets it out. Too bad.

Went there yesterday and ordered three pizzas that tasted really good. The service friendly and quick. I stood in front of it for a good half an hour and watched the hustle and bustle of customer traffic. Top service - keep it up!

I've been to countless pizza restaurants but never has it tasted as Italian as it does here. These pizzas are better than those in the big Losteria restaurants. Edit: Unfortunately I have to take away 2 stars because the opening time should be 10:00, I'm here at 10:10 and so far everything is closed.

The worst service I have had in a restaurant in years. The waitresses constantly offered me dishes that were not for our table, the food arrived late, they forgot a dish. And the pasta, terrible. Let them close now and let people know how to run a business.

Shortly after 8 p.m. in the evening, only pre-baked cold pizza in the display case. Already looked very dried out. We know Losteria as a system catering establishment with high standards of freshness and quality. You're not doing yourself any favors with this store. Add to that the ambience in the station, there was a strong smell of urine and there were homeless people sleeping on the floor.

Not recommendable. Mouse was walking around in L'Osteria in Cologne central station... observed as we sat at the large counter with a view inside. Very unhygienic. The employee was not interested in this and simply went about his work without a care in the world.

Das Konzept dieser Mini Losterias am Bahnhof ist Klasse. Die Pizzas schmecken auch etwas besser wie in normalen Losterias da sie besser gewürzt sind.

Die kleinen Pizzen haben geschmeckt wie die großen und waren preislich angemessen. Ich finde das Konzept sehr schön und überzeugend.

So lecker und schön warm! Außerdem viel besser gewürzt als die üblichen :) Süß und definitiv angemessen für eine Mittagspause!
