Very nice employees and therefore great service. After ordering, the burgers and fries took less than 10 minutes (we were there at 5:30 p.m.) and everything was hot and fresh. The Dreikäsehoch was super tasty and well topped, the Alpine burger was also very tasty. Both of us were able to redeem the €1 Neotaste promotion, which made us very happy. The seats alone are still not our thing; the lack of backrests and cramped seats unfortunately don't invite you to linger.

We ordered food on Friday. Unfortunately, it was absolutely unsatisfactory and resulted in food poisoning. 1. the burgers were not prepared as requested - wrong burger buns, wrong meat. And 2. the burgers looked and tasted as if they hadn't been freshly prepared but had been lying around for a long time. This also fits with the fact that rolls and meat requests were not fulfilled. We won't eat here anymore!

Ordered the day before yesterday - burgers were “just” ok and I’m now sitting at home with food poisoning. Never again

Unfortunately the vegan fries sauce wasn't my cup of tea. Otherwise everything was great

Very exclusive, spacious, beautiful table decorations, only the seats are unfortunately a bit hard and some have no backrest. But that's what benches are known for.

I ordered the “Breadless” platter and was a little disappointed at how measly the portion was for €14, but it was still delicious & I got frozen yogurt on the house for my birthday & a nice waiter gave me and my friends lots of it effort taken pictures!! Ambiance invites you to sit for longer :)

Everything was great, we really liked it. Good service, good burgers and good ambience. Unfortunately there was no smashed burger because there were no onions🤷🏼‍♂️, but the alternative was also very good. The salad with the dressing was great (my girlfriend's original quote😉). And our little one was happy too. We would love to come back...

The tables are quite close together and the benches/chairs could be made more comfortable. Otherwise, the food and service were great! We would come back at any time

Hello dear PETER PANE team, I went to eat with you today with my establishment and I think it's just great. The food is so delicious and the drinks are wow! I also found it so nice to see how well all the employees get along with each other and how much they enjoy doing their jobs. Our waitress was so incredibly nice and had a wonderful charisma (unfortunately I forgot her name) so maybe she will remember us. I'd love to come back and next time I'll bring my family with me. 😁

Cozy restaurant with very high demand, which is why a reservation is definitely recommended. Friendly and above all professional service, as well as tasty food of good, consistent quality. The only thing that could be improved is that the food is served hotter. We have noticed this point several times during our visits. We still like to come back because the price/performance ratio is absolutely right.

Food was excellently prepared and delicious. The service was A+. Attentive, friendly and super professional. In a conversation it emerged that she was also a trainee, which is what you could only wish for (Celine). The only negative point was the volume, it was completely sold out.

Today at Peter Pan and after delicious food and a nice and friendly staff, our day was a complete success.

We were 13 people. Well solved. We had really great service. Unfortunately, some of the food was sold out due to the special offer. But we all enjoyed it. If we are in Oldenburg again, we will definitely come back.

Food for lunch, elderberry mint lemonade, super tasty, fries good, mango tango chicken burger patty could have been juicier on the inside and crisper on the outside, it wasn't bad, but not great either, the spiciness didn't come into its own. Service The young lady was attentive and friendly and also answered questions about the origin of the meat. They are supposed to be free-range chickens, but not from the region. Ambience in a rustic, modern wooden look.

I had lunch here with my sister on a Saturday. We were served by the lovely Celine. She was very friendly and even accepted EXTRA requests very nicely. For example, we wanted an empty sauce bowl for mayo etc. The food came very quickly but unfortunately without a bowl. Without saying anything, Celine noticed this and kindly brought us some. The food and drinks tasted very tasty! We'd love to come back and hopefully Celine will be there again! 😋

One star is actually too many. I had reserved a table for a work meeting. Then we arrive there with the whole team and the employee at the entrance (very unfriendly and rude, by the way) tells us that it is too full and our reservation is no longer valid because there are no tables available. Someone didn't understand the principle of a RESERVATION. This employee then asked her colleague at the bar how she should deal with the situation and the good gentleman said “just ignore it”. So I won't come here again and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

I was there with my colleague in the early afternoon today. It was our first time ever at Peter Pane. We were quickly brought to a table and our order was taken quickly. But unfortunately the food didn't go so quickly. We sat there waiting for over an hour. There were two other people sitting next to us who waited even longer. Absolutely catastrophic. Unfortunately I have to deduct a star for this. Then cleanliness: I took cutlery out of the cup that didn't have small stains but had really big, crusty stains. Simply disgusting. But it didn't feel completely clean everywhere. The table, the floor and also the toilets seemed quite unclean. One of the men's toilets was missing a lock and the sinks were all empty except for a paper towel dispenser. Another star less. After more than an hour our food finally arrived and the burger, I had the campfire burger, was great. Good bacon, cheese and BBQ sauce. Everything was right. But my fries must have been sitting there for a while. They were lukewarm and no longer crispy. To drink I had a peach-orange iced tea. Unfortunately I couldn't taste any fruit. My green tea at the end was served in a glass without a handle, which made it impossible to touch without a napkin around the glass. A cup would have been nice. My menu cost 23.80. When I said 24, the operator entered 25 into the card reader, which I also objected to and was corrected. Still not a good look. If everything had been right, I would have tipped more or turned a blind eye, but not like that. Unfortunately I can only give 2 stars because of the really good burger. Unfortunately I have to deduct 3 for the rest because unfortunately everything about the burger wasn't right. I don't know if today was an exceptional situation, but from a first impression it was pretty catastrophic. Next time I'll be better off going to Hans im Glück around the corner, who I've known for a long time, where I know what to expect in terms of service, with equally good taste.

We went to this restaurant today and that was the first and last time. The restaurant was a little more than half full, there were enough free seats. First we waited 20 minutes for the menu to be brought to us, after ordering we waited over an hour for the food... and when it finally came it was only warm, not hot. The waiters are very slow. On the way to the toilet you could see the food counter and there were at least 10 plates there that no one brought into the restaurant. Additionally, the WiFi didn't work and there is absolutely no reception in the restaurant. I didn't think such a popular place could be so disappointing.

Ole made my day, without this first-class and very experienced service employee, this evening would certainly not have been half as good. When our eyes crossed for the first time, I just felt that this evening at Peter Pane would be unforgettable. He skillfully introduced us to the offers and immediately convinced us. Ole is truly a delight for this restaurant chain.

Right from the start the waiter Ole noticed me. When I was slightly overwhelmed with the choice of dishes, his sweet, clear voice guided me so that I made the perfect choice. Our eyes met and he told me a hot tip, the appetizer of the month. After taking our order, he swung his powerful hips down the aisle and we were more than impressed. When the Apperetiv arrived, we immediately realized that he wasn't going to seduce us like Ole did...

First we were shown our seat, we had reserved, "back there in the corner," said the service staff, we went to the seat without it and waited about 20 minutes until the tickets were brought to us. After another 20 minutes we were able to order. After almost exactly 1.5 hours, part of the order was brought for 3 people instead of 4, and the full meal only arrived upon request, without any apology. The food was, as always, very good, but unfortunately the service left a lot to be desired. We have been to this restaurant several times, including in other cities, and the service has always been impeccable. But this time we were very disappointed in Oldenburg. Too bad! Simone

Unfortunately we didn't have a good day to eat at Peter Pane. From ordering to eating, everything took a long time. Unfortunately there were also a lot of sauces out. The Creamy Cheesy sauce was no longer available. With the evening menu I received a 0.3 instead of a 0.5 drink. The first waitress I asked about it wanted to take care of it, but didn't do anything. The second one was the right size after half an hour. The 0.3 then went on the house. After about 3/4 hours the waitress came to say that there was no avocado left. So an avocado burger without avocado. Since the burgers had already been made, no one else could be used. The selection was severely limited due to a lack of ingredients. When the food finally arrived, the burgers were only lukewarm and dry. The fries were OK.

Burgers and more, something for everyone - meat, vegetarian and vegan. Various delicious salads, snacks and desserts. Lunch menu, after-work menu and evening menu to put together a menu cheaply. And my favorite drink is Peter's Limo - mmm, delicious.

As always, the food was great and portioned just right. The cocktails too. What I found a bit strange was the matter-of-factness with which I was served a Havana Cola with regular Cola without prior notice, even though Cola Zero was requested. I'm not a fussy guest, the drink was already mixed and I accepted it. The reason given was that they could only offer the 0.33 l bottles and these can only be billed individually on the device. Then you would have paid the price of a shot and a bottle of Coke and mixed it yourself. That would have been a few euros more than for normal Havana Club. I would have liked the courtesy of offering this at a highball price. Of course the world didn't end because of it, otherwise it was great as always.

It is a very nice restaurant, the food tastes very good, the truth is that it is expensive, as for the service, everyone was very friendly but we ordered a beer and they brought us the food and not the beer that was to accompany my partner's meal, so I had him I had to tell the waiter twice about the beer but he didn't bring it, and then another waiter came to serve the table next to us who arrived long after us and they had already been given their drinks, I told him again to please bring us the beer since my partner had already eaten almost the entire burger and without anything to be able to swallow hahaha and they brought it, after that the waiter came over several times to see if everything was okay, I liked the restaurant

I went to Peter Pane for dinner today with my wife and son. Rico's service was perfect. Super nice, in a good mood and helpful. So 10 stars for that alone 🌟. The food was simply great. Super tasty and my son enjoyed the fries 🍟. The burgers were on point. The ambience was great, the music could be a little quieter so it could be even more relaxed. But overall it was still great and we'll definitely be back.

My girlfriend and I really enjoy coming here but unfortunately the last few times the food has always arrived cold, which is very annoying.

We went to Peter Pane for dinner and had the after-work menu three times. The food was very tasty, but unfortunately there were problems with the drinks. We had the mango mint thirst quencher, but it tasted like elderberry. When we reported this to the service, the drink was taken away, but the colleague at the bar seemed annoyed and gesticulated conspicuously. Unfortunately, only more mango syrup was added to the drink, which made it inedible afterwards. It's a shame that the service at the bar was so unfriendly. This made us feel very uncomfortable. The colleague at the table was still very friendly and helpful! :)

Peter Pane is an absolute highlight among restaurants! The atmosphere is cozy and stylish, the staff is super friendly and attentive. The burgers are incredibly tasty, creatively topped and perfectly prepared, and the side dishes leave nothing to be desired. A must for anyone who wants to enjoy good food and a relaxing time in beautiful Oldenburg!

All-round 5 stars. There for all occasions and tastes. Everything arrived quickly and tasted wonderful. Everything can be customized according to taste, sauces are available separately or individual ingredients can be replaced without any problem. The service was also incredible! The staff urgently needs to work on themselves. The service was an absolute disaster. It wasn't busy but we waited 20 minutes for the card. Luckily, paying was quicker, taking less than 15 minutes.
