Still super tasty after the change of ownership. I even think the burgers are better than before. The bun is great and everything tastes like really good burgers. The service employees are always nice and friendly. I can't understand the negative comments.

Tasty and quick since the change of ownership. However, we used to come mainly for the chilli cheese fries with the delicious homemade cheese sauce, the jalapeños and chili con carne with mince, unfortunately there are no real chilli cheese fries anymore and the general cheese sauce was also replaced :( a great shame. The change in ownership meant that a lot of things that had previously gone wrong were made up for. The order was taken quickly and the burgers arrived a short time later...everything was very tasty and of good quality. My only point of criticism is the cleanliness of the benches in the store. Here you could be more careful to ensure that there are no crumbs/dirt. I would like to come back…

Worst conditions ever!! The thin blonde waitress was rude, very annoyed and disrespectful. Although the food tasted delicious, we couldn't enjoy it because of the waitress.

Since the first time I tried their burgers, I have loved them.....

€5.50 so I can eat vegetarian is amazing. My buddy got 2 meat patties for this price. Beyond meat does cost a bit, that's true, but there was no bacon on my burger and you didn't deduct it, you just left it in the price. Simply outrageous. It was quite tasty but not worth the price

When you enter you are immediately greeted by the smell of the deep fryer and the crumbs left by your predecessors. Unfortunately, the price-performance ratio wasn't right, the patty wasn't well cooked either... Next time I'd rather go somewhere else

Tasty, but very expensive compared to other shops. And a vegetarian patty simply costs another €2.50 extra. Edit: Does the vegetarian patty from Beyond Meat cost you €2.50 to purchase or really €2.50 more than a meat patty costs?

It's been a long time since we went to see Biggie B again today, as the last few times had really disappointed us. Since there is now a new owner, we wanted to test it again today. Unfortunately it smelled quite unpleasant there and the shop wasn't clean. The bench was full of crumbs and the floor was dirty. Everything at the bottom of the table feet was also full of stains. The burgers and fries still tasted good, but unfortunately the burgers were smaller and the chili cheese fries were no longer what they used to be. The fries used to be with real chili with mince + cheese sauce and then fried onions and jalapenos on top. The chili cheese fries were one of the main reasons why we always came to you, unfortunately today we only got a (different) cheese sauce with fried onions. All in all it tasted good, but unfortunately it doesn't stand out much from other burger shops.

Highly recommended again after the reopening!

After the reopening thanks to a change in management, the Biggie B shines again in new splendour. It didn't used to be that bad, but it might have gotten a bit old and now it's simply recommended! The service and food are simply fantastic. I'd love to come back often! Thank you for this delicious visit.

Still the best burger in Oldenburg!!!

Biggie B is finally open again in Oldenburg! So far we have only been there in Bremen and were very satisfied. The new owner is doing a really great job. The atmosphere is much more pleasant. You can tell that the work is done with love and is not handled lifelessly. The food was very tasty. We will definitely be back soon! ❤️

Update: after bankruptcy reopening in approx. 4 weeks (as of mid-08/24 Great burgers. One of the best in Oldenburg. 1x in Oldenburg on Donnerschweer Straße, near the horse market.

I was there for the first time yesterday. We were already wondering why we were one of the only guests and in retrospect we knew why. The shop was very run down (walls were dirty, tables and chairs were partly old and greasy, the cutlery was worn out, etc. There were a lot of things just standing there. Something reminded me of a storage room. It also smelled musty at times...which is rather unpleasant when eating. Fries were lukewarm and the food was generally prepared with little love. Burger was ok but nothing special. Not to mention that half of the map wasn't there. The service was nice but unfortunately that's not what's most important in a restaurant. Unfortunately I won't be going back. A pity

Great food! Highly recommended! I have the feeling that the food has gotten better recently.

We've only been there once so far. It will stay that way. We were very disappointed, the food was not good and cold. The half that was on the menu could not be ordered because the items were out of stock. The only positive thing was the very friendly service.

What happened to Biggie B? 😢 Unfortunately I threw more than half in the bin. I think I ordered mayo with the burger. Cheese sauce??? No cheese taste 😂 thank you, you've got rid of me, everyone else should make burgers at home 💪 Disaster!!!

I don't know what happened to the place, but the food isn't what it used to be. - The cheese sauce hardly tastes like cheese - Fries didn't taste good - Instead of secret sauce there was just mayo on the burgers, the caramelized onions were just half-seared red onions that were hard. I could go on and on but then I'll write tomorrow. Unfortunately the store can no longer be recommended. 🤢

We've often gotten burgers here, especially the Italian burger, unfortunately the last two times it wasn't at all as we know it, only with mozzarella sticks instead of real mozzarella, which wasn't communicated by the waiter if they didn't have one have had. And today without pesto and roasted pine nuts, which is what makes the burger, and the requested caramelized onions were carelessly thrown on with red onions when we picked them up because they were forgotten. It's a real shame, we won't be coming back any time soon.

We used to order here almost weekly, but the quality has been going downhill for the last few months. It started with the delivery service being discontinued, then the BBQ sauce was replaced with an inedible one and now the ingredients of some burgers have been changed to the detriment. e.g. avocado burger without fried egg. There are no more sweet potato fries, which is inexplicable to me. You have lost us as a regular customer. I'm sure we're not the only ones there.

We ordered a single burger to take away. Unfortunately, the packaging and the bag, as well as the burger itself, were completely greasy. The burger was so greasy that it was really difficult to eat. The bag also left a large grease stain on my friend's new pants. He was really angry.

We've been here several times and so far we've always found it very good. Last Saturday we were there with 6 people and were very disappointed. The food was okay, but nothing more. There was only one bottle of wheat beer, no still water and one ingredient in the hot dog was completely missing. The toilets definitely needed cleaning and there were no towels to dry them off. We won't be coming back that quickly.

Unfortunately, UNFORTUNATELY!! no longer appetizing. I was a big BiggieB fan from the start, but the quality has deteriorated extremely. fries tasteless; cold, with a cheeseburger the cheese is no longer melted but placed on the cold patty. The buns were hard toasted. The waitress played with her hair more often than served us. Everything took a very long time, even though the store was only half full. And sorry?! But spider webs right in the area where you sit really ruin your appetite. You didn't want to lean on it. When were the benches properly vacuumed? :(

There were four of us eating. The taste of the food was okay. Unfortunately, most of it was lukewarm and the fries were actually cold. I had the avocado burger, the avocado was cut but otherwise totally cold and hard, unfortunately slapped on it absolutely carelessly. But to then charge just under €15 for this is disproportionate. The service wasn't great, especially after we described the criticism afterwards. The employee simply stated that there was nothing she could do now. We waited in vain for a simple apology. ______________ It's a real shame how badly the store has developed. The prices have risen, but the quality has become significantly worse. The size of the burgers are not proportional to the price. It used to be without a doubt one of the best burger shops, but today it's just overpriced and unfortunately no longer worth the money.

Incredibly good burger, if not the best I've ever eaten. Visually it's actually quite "inconspicuous" inside and out, but that doesn't bother me personally. I can only recommend.

Unfortunately I have to revise my positive rating from the last few years, unfortunately this store is no longer what it was 2-3 years ago. The ingredients used to be great (regional and fresh) and the burgers were creatively designed (an extraordinary creation every month). Unfortunately, the hip flair and modern cuisine are long gone. My last visit in the last few days will be my last. I ordered chicken strips, which were previously found to be very tasty. Unfortunately, these had both increased in price and shrunk in size. Unfortunately, the quality has also steadily declined (far too greasy and tough). The service was okay but not outstanding either, unfortunately only sales play a role here. It's a shame I wouldn't have wished for such a development😢

We ordered and picked up here yesterday. The taste was good and the order was ready quicker than stated. I was informed about this by telephone. Unfortunately, it wasn't until we got home that we noticed that the mayonnaise was missing from the fries. That ruined the mood a bit, because who likes dry fries without dip. Hence 4* instead of 5*.

The burgers are really good, you can't complain. Now we were there for the first time and were a little disappointed. The service was friendly and quick. The atmosphere is sobering. More of a snack bar character, this one a bit dingy. The wall decoration (meadow) is full of hanging cobwebs. The drinks came quickly, unfortunately in dirty glasses. The cutlery makes a cheap impression. The plastic handles of knives and forks have bubbles and are falling apart. We couldn't figure out why the dips in the "restaurant" were served in disposable plastic containers. Doesn't fit into the initial concept. It is also unclear why the side salad is served without dressing. Overall we were disappointed. If Biggie B again, then only away from home. It's a shame, things used to be much better in the city!

Had dinner there yesterday. They forgot to give us menus. After 20 minutes we were finally able to speak to a waiter, you don't get noticed on your own. (bad enough that no one can see that we're just looking at the air instead of at menus). Then we ordered and it took another 30 minutes! (It took 55 minutes from entering the store to actually eating! Our time is probably worth nothing?) Really far too long! Then got the wrong sauces... Food was OK. Fries better than the burger. The meat patty was so burnt and crispy on the outside, not enjoyable at all and ultimately way too expensive! I definitely won't be coming back for a while, I'd rather spend my money somewhere else!

The ambience is OK but not particularly clean and it was quite cold. Other guests also had this feeling and not just us. The food itself was ok but not wow. It could have been a little hotter. The reason we were very dissatisfied was because we ordered a salad without tomatoes, which was then delivered with tomatoes. Well, mistakes happen and it's not a big deal. By the time the replacement salad arrived, the rest of the food had been eaten and then we realized again that this time there was a completely different dressing in the salad than what we ordered. We didn't want to have it returned again at the end of our meal. When it was cleared away, we communicated our grief again and were sincerely apologized. Here too I want to say that mistakes can happen and that this is human. The fact that we then have to pay in full for the incompetence (the salad that we didn't eat) was quite cheeky. Since I work in service myself, I know how important this is for a house and even if the kitchen makes mistakes and the service staff can't do anything about it, they have to find a way to not keep this in the customer's memory in a negative way. Unfortunately she didn't make it and we won't be visiting again.

It used to be the best burger restaurant in Oldenburg. They are still in the top 3 but have lost some ground. But the recommendation always goes out Addendum; a lot has happened there. Significantly better burgers, again a reasonable amount of meat and well seasoned. Now it's even more fun to eat there again.

Unfortunately the fries were totally over salted. You can notice the better quality, but still a bit expensive when you consider the quantity.

Sunday evening, February 25, 2024 We reserved a table for three at 6:30 p.m. When we arrived people had to change their table so we could get our table. Then we were allowed to order. Unfortunately, we were unable to order both the strawberry spritzer and the guacamole sauce with our dish. Then we ordered truffle mayo, which was only served 20 minutes later. In the meantime there weren't even any salad bowls left, so the burger bun was completely soaked in coleslaw. It's a shame... But the stunner at the end was that, according to our own statement, there wasn't enough change in the cash register to give us the appropriate change back. Regardless of the fact that the food tasted delicious, the service was a complete disaster and, given the circumstances, we won't be visiting the store again anytime soon.

That was better...extremely friendly, attentive and fast service. The burger was OK, but nothing more. What was absolutely NOT okay is the cleanliness. The restaurant urgently needs to be “cleared out” and thoroughly cleaned. Benches full of crumbs, tables sticky, toilet without soap, etc.

Burger und Essen wie immer top. Es sind halt unsere Lieblingsburger. Da wir noch relativ früh da waren und schönes Tageslicht hatten, viel aber sofort auf, wie dreckig der Laden ist. Und man merkt leider auch, dass es nicht nur einmal nicht geschafft wurde, sondern dass alles durch und durch unsauber ist. Schade, denn Einrichtung etc. sind optisch sehr ansprechend.

Wir waren begeistert. Die Burger und Fries waren wirklich super. Ich wundere mich über teilweise schlechte Bewertungen. Auch die Servicekraft war super nett. Wir waren allerdings mittags da und kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.

Super schönes Ambiente, tolles Personal und die Burger sind absolut köstlich, dafür fährt man auch mit dem Zug.

Wir waren heute vor dem Basketballspiel bei Biggie B und es hat mir sehr gut gefallen, die Burger sind wirklich mächtig und sehr lecker. Die Hausgemachte Limonade war mir etwas zu wässrig am Ende aber ansonsten gibt es kaum was zu meckern. Das Ambiente ist gemütlich und der Sevice ist auch schnell und sympathisch. War super!

Ich war vor einer Woche dort, sehr nett und angenehm, man kommt schnell auf den Kunden zu, der Service ist sehr nett, eine große Auswahl an verschiedenen Gerichten und Salaten, sehr leckere Burger, ich empfehle diesen Ort und Sie können gerne vorbeikommen.

Essen war wie immer lecker! Der BBQ Burger hat sehr frisch geschmeckt - Bun und Patty können was! Die Käsesauce für die Cheese Fries ist einzigartig und muss man gegessen haben.

Toller Burgerladen in Oldenburg! Der Burger war fantastisch – saftig und perfekt zubereitet. Allerdings könnten die Pommes etwas mehr Würze gebrauchen. Trotzdem definitiv empfehlenswert für Burgerfans!

Wir waren Gestern mit einer Gruppe seheingeschränkter und blinder Menschen im Biggi B., Oldenburg, Donnerschweer Str.: Das Essen war wie erwartet gut; für jeden Geschmack was dabei. Der Service war außerordentlich zugewandt, geduldig, kooperativ, freundlich und um uns bemüht!!! Danke dafür!!! Über die Stufe zum WC haben wir drüber weg gesehen (klassischer Blindenwitz 😄), aber die Sicherheit in der Location ist ausbaufähig: der Handlauf an der Eingangstreppe ist (bisher) gnadenlos zu niedrig und viel zu kurz ! Ich komme aber sehr gern wieder! 😎

Essen war sehr gut, Service lässt leider etwas zu Wünschen übrig, wir hatten 2x Champignons (die sehr zu empfehlen sind) bestellt wo der Dip eigentlich dabei ist, uns wurden 3x gebracht und der Dip 3x extra berechnet. Ich hatte außerdem einen Burger im Menu, wobei das Menu den Burgerpreis + 4.50 kosten soll, berechnet wurde jedoch die Beilage für ihren eigentlichen Preis (4.90). Etwas schade, da das essen wirklich sehr gut ist.

Essen und Service sind super. Aber im Laden selbst ist es sehr kalt.

Die Burger sind sehr lecker. Vor allem der Patty ist sehr saftig und schmackhaft. Die hauseigene Burgersauce ist zudem mal etwas anderes und richtig lecker! Vernünftige Pommes gibt’s auch dazu mit etlichen Dips oder Saucen. Bester Burger in OL!

Im Laden sind die Burger größer als bei Lieferung nach Hause. Da hätte man locker zwei Burger essen können. Geschmacklich ok. Preislich finde ich sie zu teuer! Service vor Ort ist wechselhaft, mal gut, mal schlecht…

Für Vegetarier/Veganer leider nicht zu empfehlen. Mir ist zum wiederholten Male nicht die vegetarische Alternative sondern Fleisch gebracht worden. Der Burger wurde nicht neu gemacht, sondern es wurde nur das Patty ausgetauscht. Es wurde darauf gesetzt, dass ich es nicht bemerke. Absolutes No-Go.

Ist ok aber nicht wirklich geil

Ich habe das Gefühl, dass Biggie B versucht die Lieferzeit jedes Mal zu überbieten. Sind bei 3 Std angekommen, richtig stark! Nächstes Mal einfach einen Tag vorher bestellen, dann geht's glaube ich. Mehrmals nun versucht, das war nun leider das letzte Mal. Leider bekommen dann immer die Lieferanten die Schuld, jedoch wurde die Lieferung einfach erst nach 2,5 Std rausgegeben. Fairerweise muss man sagen, dass das Essen aber schmeckt, daher 2 statt einem Stern.

Schöner Laden. Leider schlecht zu erreichen wegen Parkplätze. Aber das Essen und unglaublich lecker und der Service ist 1A. Ich habe den Laden zuvor noch nie gesehen obwohl ich dort mehrmals die Straßen entlang gefahren bin. Ein Werbeschild näher an der Straße wäre gute Werbung. Da er leicht übersehen wird.

Super leckere Burger! Eine große Auswahl und viele Möglichkeiten für Vegetarier. Die Bedingungen sind mega freundlich, vor allem, Mery und Marie.

Leider 2 Stunden Wartezeit (Sonntagabend) und dann einen Anruf bekommen, dass der vegetarische Burger nicht mehr lieferbar ist. Obwohl man schonmal angerufen hatte um noch eine adressänderung durchzugeben (nach 1 Stunde Wartezeit), da sollten es noch viel Bestellungen vor uns gewesen sein.

Biggie B ist und bleibt in Oldenburg ein Klassiker, die Burger sind einfach top 💪🏻

Ich habe nun mehrfach Vorort gegessen, und bin konstant überall glücklich mit dem Essen! Es gibt kaum einen Laden mit besserem Preis/Leistungsverhältnis in der ganzen Stadt! Der Koch ist ein wirklicher Profi und meine Fragen zum Essen konnten alle beantwortet werden! Ich wünsche dem ganzen Team nur das Beste! Vielen Dank für die tolle Küche!

Geschmacklich waren die Burger grundsätzlich gut. Leider haben wir über 1,5 Stunden auf unser Essen gewartet und dann kamen eiskalte Pommes und maximal lauwarme Burger. Das „Bestellerlebnis“ ist leider nach wie vor wenig zufriedenstellend. Schade, da das Essen eigentlich wirklich lecker ist

Sehr guter Service und schnelle Bearbeitung

Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis stimmt überhaupt nicht mehr. Vom Liefern kann ich besonders abraten! Angegebene Lieferzeiten werden nie eingehalten und immer wieder überzogen. Die Qualität des Essens lässt geschmacklich sehr zu Wünschen übrig. Das Canadian Poutine hatte keinerlei Geschmack und die Bratensauce hatte optisch was von einem Apfelkompott.

Essen war gut, lecker und schnell auf dem Tisch. Beim Ambiente sollte nachgearbeitet werden. Warum werden die Speisekarten aus Bremen ausgegeben? Manche Info"s stimmen nicht. Die Fensterscheiben sind länger nicht geputzt worden, der Fußboden unterm Tisch war rutschig, vermutlich ein Fettfilm aus der Küche, wenn die Abzugshaube nicht richtig funktioniert. Die farbigen Wände müssten auch mal wieder einen Pinsel 🖌 sehen. Beim Bierzapfen muss das Personal dringend geschult werden. Ins Glas plätschern lassen und den Zapfhahn ins Bier eintauchen lassen 🍻, geht gar nicht.. Der Treppenaufgang lag voll mit Laub und Müll. Kann nicht so schwierig sein, vor Öffnung des Restaurants einen Besen in die Hand zu nehmen. Wir geben dem ganzen eine neue Chance.
