PETER PANE Burgergrill & Bar in Kiel

Great restaurant with really friendly staff. They've recently introduced a QR code for ordering. Unfortunately, it's completely useless because it's illogical and unclear. A separate app can also be installed that requires a 5-digit table number to log in. Unfortunately, this doesn't exist. It's also completely useless. What on earth are they supposed to tell me as a guest here? Otherwise, this restaurant chain is highly recommended. I'll definitely be back. Perhaps digital ordering will work by then.

Everything was really delicious and the tenant Dustin did a really great job.

The place is nice by promenade where there are festivals most of the summer time. Rennas, helped us through the menu and explained it, very helpful attitude. Great place would come again.

It's a very nice restaurant with a selection of burgers, fries, and salads. The staff is really friendly, especially Dustin, who was super helpful, friendly, and accommodating. The food and drinks were delicious. Although the place was busy, there wasn't much of a wait, and the atmosphere was very pleasant. I also highly recommend it to anyone looking for a restaurant with vegetarian or vegan dishes. ☺️

We were a birthday party of four people and were served by the sweet Amelie. It was a lovely evening, and we even got a toast. :)

We stopped here for lunch and were greeted very warmly by Rennas, given detailed and patient advice, and then served a super delicious meal, fresh salad, and crispy fries. Conclusion: Highly recommended! We'd be happy to return anytime.

We are just disappointed..no good advice because additives are not even listed on the menu, and the food came much too late..waiters are disorientated..price-performance poor..in the end it doesn't even taste good, rip-off..never again

We were there for the first time. Egg Peter Pane. It's the same concept as Hans im Glück. We had the lunch menu with a large drink, a choice of burger, fries, and a large iced coffee for dessert! The burgers were delicious, as were the fries! The iced coffee with vanilla ice cream was really good!

The food was delicious. A very nice and competent waitress named Julie. We felt very well looked after, and the service was very friendly.

The food is absolutely fine, but nothing special. You can sit outside by the water, and the service is truly friendly. Rennas was a truly wonderful accompaniment to our meal! In any case, it's always a relaxed place to easily satisfy your hunger at lunch.

Last week, we ate at a Peter Pane restaurant for the first time while on vacation in Kiel. There was plenty of room, and the menus and something for the kids to draw were immediately placed in front of us. Ordering our food was also quick. However, it took quite a while (about 25 minutes) for the food to arrive. For the adults, the food was perfectly fine: smashburgers, baked fries, and a salad. It was a different story for the kids. That day, they only served vegan chicken nuggets, which they said tasted just like chicken. No problem for us, so we ordered the vegan chicken nuggets. Unfortunately, they didn't even taste like chicken, but more like protein porridge. The kids' burger was also topped with far too spicy cheese. A slice of cheddar is enough for children, so you can't experiment with taste. Regarding the service: the ladies were very nice, but they rarely asked for anything; you had to actively flag someone down. Dessert wasn't simply brought or asked for; you had to actively ask for it. They also didn't ask if you wanted anything else to drink. And as I said, it wasn't particularly busy... Conclusion: Okay, but wouldn't have been a main meeting point.

We spontaneously stopped by for dinner. We had our stroller with us, and we noticed it was a bit crowded. Nevertheless, the service was very friendly and attentive, and they gave us a table where we could easily park the stroller. It took a while for the food to arrive. The food itself was absolutely delicious! The changing table was also clean and easy to reach! Very family-friendly, although the music was a bit louder for my taste, but I'm also very sensitive to that! We'll definitely be back!

I've been waiting for my food for over an hour, despite having a reservation. This is unacceptable. My reservation was for 6:30 p.m., my order arrived 10 minutes late, and I had to wait until 8 p.m.

The menu was very tasty but I thought it was pretty cheeky to have to wait over an hour for your food. We were about to just pay for our cocktail and go somewhere else to eat and we probably won't go there again, which is a shame. As for the service: He tried very hard to apologize for everything taking so long, he was very friendly, I thought that was the only positive thing about the whole thing.

Sorry, but that's how you scare customers away - we went to another shop a few meters away (Hans...) and in 3 minutes we were able to order.

We came here for lunch based on its reviews and its positive rating. I'm not giving it fewer stars because the minimum is one. If you're here as a tourist, I wouldn't recommend it at all. The service is excessively slow; we waited over an hour and a quarter for our food, and especially if you're with children, they don't take this into account; they were hungry and were the last to receive their food. Although the food is good, I think the place loses a lot of value if it's not accompanied by good service.

A flying start with enchanting surroundings at Peter Pane. Good atmosphere and okay food for the money, it gives a vibe of Peter Pan. The place serves mostly burgers and fries, but at an affordable price. We ended up waiting about 45 minutes for food before it came, the service was almost non-existent, we had to go up and ask for a menu after a 15 minute wait, when we got our food there was no cutlery and we also had to chase the staff to get it. When we were supposed to have dipping sauce for the food, there was no ketchup and when we asked for it we just got another leftover from the table behind (and the cutlery was also just stolen from another table to give it to us) Very chaotic and a shame when the atmosphere was so good.

Unfortunately, the fries were too soft and the cake was no longer as crunchy as promised.

Hi, I was there today and am deeply disappointed with the service. We waited over an hour for our food, and ultimately, the food wasn't even that tasty. Normally, the customer is king, and you always expect a wait of 15-20 minutes, but anything longer is absolutely unacceptable, and certainly not an hour. That takes away your hunger.

It was very tasty, the waiter, who unfortunately wasn't wearing a ladybug costume, was very nice and funny!

My girlfriend and I had a delicious meal (Dreamtime and Gold Rush) and a really good thirst quencher, a mango. The service was unobtrusive but always attentive. All in all, a lovely stay. I'd love to go back.

Unfortunately, it's not recommended for people with disabilities. You can't get to your table with a wheelchair or walker, unless you sit outside, which is okay. I didn't see an elevator either, as the restrooms are upstairs.

*****Update from July 15***** Today, I earned my fifth star thanks to exceptionally friendly and very competent service. Despite being clearly understaffed, the employee remained extremely patient and genuinely friendly. The wait time was perfectly acceptable. There's still room for improvement in the restrooms, but it's within acceptable limits and doesn't cost a star. Great, thank you. *****Original review***** A relatively long wait time (compared to the standards of other branches I know). Very friendly and extremely courteous service, delicious food. The women's restroom wasn't as clean as expected during our visit.
