The waitstaff was quite inattentive, forgetting half our group and not taking our drink orders. They didn't even ask after bringing the drinks, nor did they check in with us during our visit. My burger was rather cold, but it tasted okay. The burger selection was generally extensive. Everything looked fresh. The seating wasn't designed for lingering. There was no apparent ambition to attract additional customers. The restaurant was only about 25% full that day. There were at least three servers on the floor and two behind the counter. The inattentiveness couldn't have been due to that. Overall, not a place that would earn a tip. The staff was sober and dressed in individual styles. In our case, the value for money was a 4 out of 5. This is my personal impression of this visit. It could change on another day.

Always a good choice for a quick bite. We went there relatively spontaneously in the afternoon and were promptly told we could choose our own seats. We found a nice spot in the middle of the room, although the menu was quite dirty. The service was always attentive and friendly. The food arrived quickly but was unfortunately only lukewarm, and my girlfriend's burger was forgotten – but after a quick inquiry, it was brought to us immediately. The burgers and fries tasted very good. We will definitely come back.

Really delicious burgers and salads, often busy so there is a bit of a wait

We've been here several times. The atmosphere is lovely. Unfortunately, the seats often have little padding and no backrest, which quickly gives us back pain. The selection is great, and the service has always been very friendly. The whole family can find something on the menu. Vegan and vegetarian options are readily available, and there are several variations. The fries are always really good, too. Unfortunately, they don't offer gluten-free burger buns—I don't always want to eat just salad or bunless burgers. That would be fantastic! Therefore, only four stars for the food.

As a family of five, we received very good service here. It took us a while to familiarize ourselves with the menu, which was a bit confusing. But the food was very good and, above all, plentiful. I think the kids' burgers could use something fresh, though. Almost every child eats cucumber. The service was very good and friendly!

The food was good, the service friendly, and the ambiance pleasant. Every inch of space was utilized. Many of the seats have no backs, so it's not designed for long stays. We sat in the back area, which was a bit quieter than the front area. I recommend making a reservation on weekends.

Very tasty food, but service was very slow. We had to wait at least 30 minutes for fries.

It was our first time there, but it won't be our last. The food and drink menus are very good, and there's something for everyone. The service staff is very attentive and prompt. The food and drinks served were excellent. Everything was very good. Peter Pane is also worth a visit with children. They really enjoyed it. Many thanks to the entire team.

I had to wait almost an hour for the staff to give me the menu. The staff were completely disrespectful. I even had to wait 10 minutes outside. It's very loud in there. I had a Caesar salad with chicken breast, and the chicken was very raw.

Very friendly staff, good selection, reasonable prices. Delicious homemade lemonades, perfectly cooked French fries, and delicious frozen yogurt. The burgers are well-topped and prepared, have decent portion sizes, taste good, and leave nothing to be desired. It'll definitely be worth a return visit :)

Waited half an hour for food after commenting that the food was finally here. The waitress showed zero interest in the criticism. The food was lukewarm to cold, and there was hardly even an apology. Apparently, that's normal in Kiel. We'll always eat in Hamburg from now on, at least everything runs smoothly. We won't be going to Kiel again.

Great restaurant with really friendly staff. They've recently introduced a QR code for ordering. Unfortunately, it's completely useless because it's illogical and unclear. A separate app can also be installed that requires a 5-digit table number to log in. Unfortunately, this doesn't exist. It's also completely useless. What on earth are they supposed to tell me as a guest here? Otherwise, this restaurant chain is highly recommended. I'll definitely be back. Perhaps digital ordering will work by then.

The place is nice by promenade where there are festivals most of the summer time. Rennas, helped us through the menu and explained it, very helpful attitude. Great place would come again.
