Delicious burger 🍔 and very nice staff

It's always nice to eat at Peter Pane. They are very tasty burgers with great variety. The atmosphere is great for me as a nature-loving guy. Plants and moss are real and not just decoration. There is also an audio book playing near the toilet. Generally great and in my opinion an acceptable, but upscale, price range.

Disappointing. The prices have gradually increased, the burgers have become smaller and the toppings are sparse. Where there were once half mushrooms on the burger, there are now only small pieces. The cheese is now only given as a wafer-thin slice. All in all, overpriced burgers in a chic canteen atmosphere.

The price-performance ratio is not in balance here.

I was at Peter Pane last Tuesday and was served by lovely Jasmin. A super friendly and courteous service force! She does an excellent job and we also really enjoyed the food. Gladly again.

A nice restaurant in itself. The seating is quite small, making it a bit cramped. the staff are friendly and the food is delicious. However, the prices are now just too high for me, so I rarely eat at Peter Pane anymore. In my opinion, meat can be expensive, but a very simple vegan/vegetarian burger costs just under 12 euros. If you then want a handful of fries (5€, which is also quite excessive) or a drink, you have to budget a bit of money.

If you are looking for an all-round perfect burger restaurant, you have come to the right place. It's just nice to see how the employees have fun with each other and with the guests. I come from the catering industry myself and unfortunately that's not a given! Keep it up!

The food is good and also a good selection of vegan and vegetarian options. The service is tried hard, but there seem to be too few people for the size of the restaurant. We had to wait 55 minutes from when we placed our order until we received it. Our neighboring table was even longer. It's not always so easy with children. The environment is very loud and noisy. Conversations are difficult. A backrest would be very comfortable on the benches for a longer stay.

Wanted to order fries to take away on site. Were initially ignored for about 20 minutes after the waitress said she "just had to take care of another table first". Several attempts to draw attention to us were skillfully ignored. After we were finally allowed to order and waited another 30 minutes, lukewarm, limp fries arrived without napkins. You're happy to wait about an hour for that.

The food was, as always, good, the lady who served us was very nice and took great care of our son. Unfortunately it is always very loud and conversations are sometimes difficult.

Ate there again after a long time, it was very noisy, I barely understood the service and the shop wasn't full. The campfire burger was too expensive for the price-performance ratio and the service wasn't exactly attentive. I won't be eating there again anytime soon

We had booked a table for Friday evening. Online booking went smoothly. But then we waited over an hour for 2x burgers and 2x fries! Unfortunately, both portions of fries were too salty, the sourdough roll was very dry, and the ketchup bottle was empty on the table. Service was friendly, but overwhelmed. We wouldn't come again.

Mega cool bar. It was late in the evening (10 minutes before the kitchen closed) I was still able to order normally and it was busy. Still no long waiting times. The burger was very good, but expensive.

Veggie burger patty was like mush. Got the wrong burger delivered. The lemonade was very thin. Good fries.

We can only recommend the shop and will definitely come back.

The burger tasted good. The sauce (mango) was declared spicy, but it wasn't. I couldn't detect a hint of spiciness. Fries were ok. Just fries. Unfortunately, the guacamole tasted unseasoned and quite bland. The drink was great. A thirst quencher mango mint. The table was halfheartedly wiped down. Wet space thing with crumbs from the predecessor. Somehow not very appetizing. Although I noticed the high prices when I ordered, I was shocked at the price of over €26 for a menu until 5 p.m. plus an extra dip. Craziness! If the prices weren't so high, I would have come back. But I'm not prepared to pay these sums, it's usury!

The vegan palette is terrific! Absolutely delicious. Waiting times for the food are very short - despite there being a lot of visitors! It was quite crowded that evening, but the service staff were still friendly and helpful. I found it a bit stupid that I was there 10 minutes before making the reservation and was only greeted and brought to the table 10 minutes after making the reservation. So I stood in the entrance for 20 minutes - that turned out badly. But I'd love to come back.

The kitchen and bar are overwhelmed, when it's full you have to wait a long time for drinks and food. This is not the fault of the service staff, who try very hard.

Been here for the first and last time today. You are completely ignored by the waiters. But there were enough people there, but people just walked past the tables. You then have to get the card yourself; ordering is only possible upon request. Table sticks, cutlery in baskets is partly dirty. The vegan burger patty that was ordered is then no longer in stock, but beware is stated on the bill... after all, the two drinks were waived when attention was drawn to the incorrect calculation of the dish that was not received. 1 star only because you can't give 0.

Ordered online via Wolt. Called Peter Panel after 1.25 hours: “it’s on its way”. Well...after almost two hours the courier came and apologized for the delay with a cookie. Thanks! Unfortunately, an entire dish was missing from the order! The portion size of the dish we received was ridiculously small, the 2 sauces (because 2 dishes!) were cold. Thanks for nothing. We had a similar experience once before. I think we won't be ordering here again. Edit from 10/6/24: The employee on the phone was very friendly and promised a refund of the entire amount. There are two stars in the “Service” for this. Since I can't say anything about the ambience and want to remain fair and neutral, I give it a total of 3 stars.

Wir sind gestern ins Peter Pane in St. Peter-Ording gegangen um zu Mittag zu essen. Das Restaurant macht einen sehr guten Eindruck, wir wurden sehr freundlich von der Betriebsleiterin empfangen und bekamen sofort einen tollen Platz zugewiesen. Anhand der Speisekarte hben wir dann unser Essen ausgesucht, wurden bei der Bestellung sehr gut und extrem freundlich beraten und unsere Getränke kamen sehr zügig. Unser Essen ebenso. Es war einfach nur lecker, meine Frau und ich waren begeistert. Wir würden uns wünschen, das andere Restaurants die gleiche Freundlichkeit zeigen könnten wie im PeterPane in St.Peter-Ording. Ein unglaublich gutes, sehr freundliches Team, das wirklich seines Gleichen sucht. Für uns steht fest, wir kommen wieder und lassen uns verwöhnen vom leckeren Essen.

Wonderfully decorated restaurant with very friendly service staff. But long waiting times (can the organization and layout be improved?) for burgers and more. Anyone who thinks that there are also lavish citizens for the lavish prices will unfortunately be disappointed. Burgers taste ok, but very expensive. Way too expensive!!! But there are also very good sauces to go with good fries. The sauces are free. A noticeable number of cocktails were ordered. We drank beer. The half > 5 €.

Hello first of all, I was there at the boat harbor for the first time on Saturday at 6 p.m. The ambience was great, the welcome was okay, then I went to the toilet before eating. I was almost not hungry anymore. I guess the toilets aren't checked for cleanliness. It's funny that boys and girls wash their hands together afterwards, but it's just as dirty. The wastebasket overflows and it's impossible to dry your hands. Because there is no paper. Burger, fries were good too, well "truffle fries" 1.90 more for a touch of truffle? The cocktail for €9.90 with the terrible pope straw was constantly blocked by ice etc. Pope straws don't work at all, I know that they are used almost everywhere. Taste wise okay but I think it's 95% ice cream is too much. Conclusion: If the toilets are cleaned in the future you can go...

I only ordered 1 burger and 1 drink, the drink came after 5 minutes but I waited over 30 minutes for the burger even though the place wasn't very busy. But the burger was tasty, the meat could be a little better.

Oh well…. The salads are too expensive. Lots of leafy lettuce, some chicken on top and bread for just under 15 euros. Add a drink and you'll easily lose 25 euros per person including a tip. Here, too, savings are made wherever possible. The service spoke far too quietly, but otherwise tried hard.

All in all it was just great the first time. The staff were super friendly, everything was delicious without any shortage. The shop is beautifully designed, really great. Marvin was so nice and served us very friendly and accommodating. My friend had the lumberjack and I had the Chesse n Orion, both of which were super tasty and can only be recommended when it comes to, let's say, sensible Bruger. I also had the South Sea cocktail, which was super delicious and fruity, and my friend had the thirst quencher blueberry, which was also super delicious. In a nutshell, it's super delicious. 😋

The service is really great and the employees implement every customer's wish, even if it's just a Cosmopolitan. We like the food very much and it is also offered modern. When will I actually get my money back?! I ordered online on 02/17/24, this order was canceled by the operator. To date the money has not been returned to my account. I wrote an email and called them a week ago, but unfortunately nothing has happened at all. It's a shame, the food at Peter Pane is actually good. But I won't give up the 35 euros!

We have ordered food several times and always had to wait, regardless of whether we ordered in 30 minutes or in two hours. We are always told that the food will take another 5 minutes and 30 minutes later we still don't have it. When we have the food it is always cold. So ordering to pick up is definitely not recommended.

I like the concept and the lunch burgers

I visited the PETER PANE Kiel on March 11th, 2024 at around 4:45 p.m. with another person. I ordered the lunch menu with the “Truffle Fee” burger with sourdough rolls, fries, the thirst quencher mint mango (0.5l) and frozen yoghurt with berry sauce as dessert. The ambience and location of the restaurant at the boat harbor was nice. The restaurant is really classy, ​​cozy and decorated in keeping with the “Peter Pan” theme. The seating was well padded and comfortable. What bothered me a bit, however, was the music I could hear (a mix of rap and pop), which stressed me out a bit and didn't necessarily contribute to a calm atmosphere while eating. The eating area, on the other hand, was very hygienic and clean, but unfortunately I can't comment on the hygiene in the toilets. All in all, I experienced a pleasant atmosphere. Ultimately, you can't really complain about the service. The food came quickly and the competent service was relaxed, friendly and attentive to the customers. However, when I first entered the restaurant, I was a little disorientated for the first few minutes because no one greeted us at the counter and showed us to the reserved table. It would also be good for the wait staff to wear uniform clothing so that contacts and employees can be identified directly. But that's just a suggestion and not a must. The food and drinks were also good. The fries were crispy and well salted. The mushrooms, spinach and lettuce on the burger were also crisp and fresh. The falafel and pea patty was also very juicy and flavorful and the truffle cream also had just the right taste. Topped off with the steak pepper, this was a very good burger. However, the rolls could have been a bit crispier and less soft and chewy. The sauces available at the table were varied and delicious. The drink was a little too sweet for my taste. However, the frozen yogurt with berry sauce included in the lunch menu was extremely creamy, frozen to the perfect point and well sweetened. The price of the lunch menu consisted of the price of the burger and an amount of €8.50. In my case, the price-performance ratio for the burger was right because all vegetarian/vegan burgers only cost €9.90 that day. Otherwise the “Truffle Fee” burger would cost €14, which seems a bit much to me despite the good quality. At the price of €8.50 for the rest of the menu you can turn a blind eye. With small drawbacks, the price-performance ratio of the lunch menu is good. Overall, the restaurant is good and definitely recommended!
