We didn't have a reservation and were still assigned a nice seat. The friendly service was very courteous and quick. Our meal (labskaus and gurnard with tagliatelle and wakame) was a poem. The atmosphere is super nice. Everything coordinated. Unfortunately our vacation is over, otherwise we would have been snowed in again (with reservations, of course). Only recommended!

As always, very tasty and cozy. Unfortunately, we were "kicked out" after 90 minutes because our table was given to the next guests. We were not informed about this procedure when we made our reservation by telephone. I have been visiting the log cabin regularly since 2007 and have been very satisfied every time. This visit was unfortunately marred by the "expulsion"...

Every year I just say . Very good service, everything was peaceful, no stress, etc. The food was great. Very good again and again

We ate in the log cabin twice this week. The ladies were friendly, very quick and attentive. A big compliment also to the kitchen, all the starters, main courses and desserts were balm for body and soul as they were perfectly prepared and lovingly prepared. We would also like to thank the cleaning department, the log cabin is noticeably clean! We recommend making a reservation in advance. If, like us, you need 3 courses plus espresso to feel good, you should choose the later time slot, as the booked 90 minutes can then be exceeded. Dogs are allowed.

After a walk on the beach we reserved a table here in the log cabin. You should definitely do that! The restaurant is well attended. The food was served quickly and tasted very good. In addition to fish, there are also meat dishes. Was delicious! We are happy to recommend it.

We've been there twice now. Both great! Food was twice on point.

I ordered the pike perch with porcini mushroom risotto. The plate looked very nice. Plate language 10/10. The risotto was very good, as was the salad. The pike perch was still juicy but had been in the pan a little too long. But that's criticism at a very high level and no reason to put a star on it. All in all, a great performance. I can only recommend it.👍💪🤗

After visiting the beach, chill out in a lounge chair with a cappuccino - just good.

Were there twice. Once with a starter. It was already prepared and, above all, delicious. The portion size was appropriate for the price and left me wanting more. Overall, the price-performance ratio is right.

Since the menu looked great and the atmosphere was appealing to us, we tried several times to reserve a table. Unfortunately, the requests were always rejected and it was pointed out that if you were lucky you could stop by after 8 p.m., maybe something would come up outside. With children, “from 8 p.m.” is always a stupid idea. So we spent our money elsewhere.

A must for us on every Prerow vacation. Very tasty dishes and very friendly staff. We usually reserve a table in advance. This time we got a table without a reservation and were again very satisfied. Thanks.

We have been guests here for a week every year for over 15 years Restaurant and always eat very tasty there in the evenings. The team around owner and chef Peter Kleist pulls together, and the service ladies are great friendly. There is also, as we could see again this time, Everyone is there for everyone and not just focused on their territory. This means that you are immediately spoken to in a friendly manner and served more quickly. The menu is very diverse, so no one should complain. All dishes are lovingly prepared, very plentiful and always very delicious. The price/performance ratio is right, if you look at the general increase in prices in all areas of life aside. Be sure to keep it up! For us you are the number 1 restaurant in Prerow! We wish you a nice summer with lots of nice guests!

Very tasty food! Very polite and courteous service.😊 With our old dog in the handcart it was no problem eating there. A quieter corner in the restaurant was simply chosen for us. Very very sweet! Tomato soup as a starter, Maultaschen as a main course. Tiptop!

I ate the dish cod with cucumber twice and zander with porcini mushroom risotto once. I can recommend both dishes. Not only are they very tasty, but they are also beautifully prepared. Big compliments to the kitchen. The service is therefore unbeatable. Great service and dog friendly too. There was water and a treat for our four-legged friend. We'd love to come back!

The log cabin is very well located, you can't miss it on the way to the beach 😁. The outdoor terrace also has sun in the evening hours. The interior is in the style of a log cabin. The food was tasty enough for me and the price was right. The staff was very friendly and attentive. I can only recommend it and maybe we can do it again.

Nice and friendly staff. I expected more when it came to eating (not based on the portion size) but when it came to seasoning and preparation. Given the prices, I can expect more from the kitchen. Actually, I can't really call it bourgeois...

A great restaurant with really nice service and a particularly cozy atmosphere. The prices are of course touristically high, as expected. The portions were filling and absolutely delicious. In contrast to experiences in other restaurants in the region with sloppy service, mini portions and paid side dish changes, it was absolutely a great experience in the Log Cabin. Wir haben Schutz vor dem Regen gesucht und die Blockhütte gefunden. Was soll ich sagen: Bedienung top, Essen top, gab nix zu meckern. Paßt einfach. Der absolute Wahnsinn ist die Fischsuppe. Weiter so.

Wir fahren seit 7 Jahren nach Prerow und gehen jedes Jahr in der Blockhütte essen. Bisher hätte ich fürs Essen 5⭐️vergeben. Leider waren wir in diesem Jahr sehr enttäuscht von der Fleischqualität. Das Rindersteak und das Schweinesteak auf der Blockhausplatte waren komplett trocken gebraten und quasi ungenießbar. Wir waren sehr enttäuscht.

Sehr freundliches Personal, leckere Speisen, tolle Auswahl, man sollte reservieren, draußen sind deutlich mehr Plätze als drinnen, Terrassen sind gut überdacht, großzügige Portionen sodass wir Nachtisch nicht mehr schafften und kamen für die Zwetschgenknödel drei Tage später erneut, es hat sich gelohnt

Sehr schönes Restaurant in Holz Optik! Es schmeckt sehr lecker und ist einen abstecher wert! Ich würde es auf jeden Fall empfehlen. Personal ist sehr Freundlich einfach spitze. Nächste Jahr werden wir wieder kommen :)

Wir waren gleich 2mal essen im Urlaub in diesem schönen gemütlichen Restaurant. Man fühlte sich von Anfang an hier sehr gut aufgehoben.Bedienung und voralldingen das Essen sind einfach sehr gut.Das wird unser Stammlokal in Zukunft sein.Wir freuen uns auf ein Wiedersehen im nächsten Urlaub👍

Ein Lokal zu dem man immerwieder gerne zurückkommt. Das Essen war super, die Bedienungen aufmerksam und sehr freundlich.

Wir haben hier wirklich sehr gut gegessen und der Service war auch Prima. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Wer Holz mag ist hier genau richtig. Dieses liebevoll eingerichtete Holzhaus als Restaurant hat mich total begeistert, genauso wie das sehr leckere Essen. Sollte ich noch einmal in den Genuss kommen dort Rast zu machen, werde ich genau hier essen.

Immer wieder eine der ersten Anlaufstellen für uns, wenn es um hervorragenden, schnellen und freundlichen Service und wahre Feuerwerke köstlicher Geschmacksaromen geht! Das Tomahawk vom Duroc mit Pfifferlingen etc. ist die pure Gaumenweide! Wir kommen immer wieder gern!

Prima Ort um zu Essen. Wir waren abends (17:30) dort und hatten Glück einen Tisch zubekommen. Das Essen war gut, es allen geschmeckt. Die Portionen waren ausreichend. Die Bedienungen waren sehr freundlich. Im großen und Ganzen ein schöner Aufenthalt. 06.08.2023
