Good food, but the portions were simply ridiculous for the price. The waitress was nice, and the ambiance took some getting used to, but it was OK. I wouldn't recommend it in terms of value for money. Especially since they only gave me 3 small potatoes with the fish, which was a bit stingy. I won't be coming here again.

We enjoyed the Prerow garden restaurant. The breakfast selection was excellent and can be highly recommended. The dinner menu was good. Our dishes were clearly presented, attractively arranged, and not exactly inexpensive.

We were delighted with the balanced and delicious menu and can therefore highly recommend the garden restaurant at the Hotel Bernstein. Such fine quality, friendly and attentive service, and idyllic and tranquil gardens with a pool are hard to find outside of the hotel. The value for money is accordingly excellent! €38.00 for a first-class menu, or alternatively, an equally fine buffet, is generally very hard to find. Afterwards, you can also wind down the evening in the bar right next door, so the evening doesn't have to end at 9 p.m.!

We had a three-course meal: salmon tartare for starters, sea bream with ratatouille for main course, and apricot tart for dessert. Everything tasted excellent, perfectly prepared, and the selection was very well-balanced. The service was very friendly. We can recommend it without hesitation, as the buffet was also impressive, which we had enjoyed days before.

Prices very high, service lackluster, but food is delicious 😋

Without a reservation, nothing works. Long wait times, little food for a lot of money. We weren't satisfied and didn't visit this restaurant again. It's a shame, really, given the short walk from the hotel.

Lutz Wachsmuth is a great host who knows his craft and creates a feel-good atmosphere with his style. I was surprised with a great breakfast by the pool on the occasion of my birthday. This is hospitality at eye level. Thank you for this special content

Thanks to the fast and friendly service from Sebastian, Mandy and colleagues. The breakfast was delicious and sumptuous. The dinner in buffet and menu form was always varied and tasty.

Uncomfortable, cold The food was below average, the prices are very high. Selection very small. The wine was good.

I had a schnitzel with fries and vegetables. The vegetables were totally tasteless and the dish was very carelessly prepared. No lettuce leaf or anything similar. The fries were sticky. And that for 12€. The service was okay but not courteous. The atmosphere is very nice to sit in.

The fries were lukewarm and sticky, the schnitzels were more like small nuggets and the accompanying vegetables were cold and tasteless, and the noodles came with a ready-made sauce. The ambience is rather poor. The service was soulless and the service boss was unreasonable and unfriendly. The prices for the poor quality food mentioned above are far too high. The criticism related to this was taken personally and negated with lazy excuses ("The kitchen sets the prices.") This restaurant cannot be recommended.

Prerow is always worth a trip. Hotel Bernstern is highly recommended. Service, food great. Staff friendly and accommodating. 5 stars justified👍
