Ein ausgezeichnetes Restaurant mit stilvollem Ambiente und einer angenehmen Atmosphäre. Die Speisen waren frisch zubereitet, kreativ angerichtet und geschmacklich hervorragend. Besonders die hochwertigen Zutaten und die Liebe zum Detail haben überzeugt. Der Service war freundlich, aufmerksam und professionell, sodass man sich während des gesamten Besuchs bestens aufgehoben fühlt. Auch das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis passt zur gebotenen Qualität. Wer in Augsburg gut essen und einen besonderen Abend verbringen möchte, ist im Perlach Acht genau richtig. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Selten so gut gegessen! Frisch und wahnsinnig lecker! Gehobene Preisklasse, parken eher schwierig (Parkhaus in der Nähe). Definitiv zu empfehlen!

Wir waren sehr früh im Lokal um unser ausgefallenes Mittagessen nachzuholen. Wir wurden freundlich empfangen und die Küche war auch offen. Wir haben uns auf die Terrasse gesetzt. Als Vorspeise hatte ich eine Suppe mit Orangen, als Hauptgericht hatte ich Ochsenbäckchen mit Kartoffelstampf, zum Schluß gab es noch ein Kokos-Pannacotta. Insgesamt sehr lecker, begleitet mit gepflegten Getränken und einer sehr guten Bedienung. Übrigens Kartenzahlung ist auch möglich.

Absolut empfehlenswert! Ein fantastischer Abend! Das Essen war nicht nur geschmacklich perfekt abgestimmt, sondern auch wunderschön angerichtet – ein echtes Highlight. Dazu ein erstklassiger, herzlicher Service, der keine Wünsche offen ließ. Man merkt sofort, mit wie viel Leidenschaft hier gearbeitet wird. Ich komme definitiv wieder!

Wir haben unsere Tischreservierung für heute Abend kurzfristig geändert und sind hierher umgezogen … und das war eine großartige Entscheidung! Hinter dem Restaurant gibt es einen gemütlichen kleinen Außenbereich, und wir konnten dort einen Tisch ergattern. Die Bedienung war charmant und aufmerksam. Das Essen war gut … Ich habe nur Fotos von unseren Vorspeisen gemacht (von den Hauptgerichten habe ich es vergessen), aber beide waren köstlich. Ich hatte Kalbstatar mit Sous-vide-Eigelb, das besonders gut war. Anschließend hatte ich ein köstliches Wiener Schnitzel, und meine Frau bestellte die etwas seltsam benannte Fischvariation, die sich als noch schmackhafter herausstellte als meine. Insgesamt war ich von diesem Restaurant begeistert. Sehr empfehlenswert!

Grundsätzlich nette Bedienung….allerdings eben das schlechteste Ossobuco meines Lebens gegessen…..das Schmorgericht hätte locker noch 1h benötigt….habe 30% Nachlass bekommen, nachdem ich es zurück gegeben habe….schade !

Die Vorspeisen(Vitello Tonato und asiatischer Spargelsalat) waren hervorragend .Ebenso die Hauptspeisen und das Dessert.Bedienung war höflich und zuvorkommend und insgesamt ein kulinarisches Highlight und Erlebnis.Der Koch ist ein wahrer Künstler und Meister seines Faches.Unbedingt weiter zu empfehlen 👌👍

Ein tolles Restaurant! Sehr gepflegt und sehr gute Küche! Service und Inhaber sind sehr freundlich und machen den Aufenthalt zu einem sehr schönen Erlebniss. Wir hatten ein fünf Gänge Menü und es war ein Traum! Das Kartoffelgratin war ein Gedicht. Sie Soße so dermaßen lecker. Ein sehr großes Lob an die Küche!💯 Die Kleinigkeiten am essen waren ein wirkliches Highlight! Seine es die Senfkörner am vitello tonnato (was wirklich super passt! ) oder der Thymian im spritzigen Zwischengang. Es war uns eine große Freude dort essen gegangen zu sein. Wir kommen wieder! Angenehmes, modernes Ambiente, ohne aufdringlich zu wirken. Das Essen unterscheidet sich etwas von klassischen deutschen Restaurants, alles wirkt frisch und raffiniert. Entspannte Atmosphäre, aber dennoch gut genug für ein ordentliches Abendessen.

Ich wollte den Geburtstag meiner tollen Freundin feiern und wir haben uns umgeschaut, wo wir das machen könnten. Sie hat das Perlach Acht durch Zufall über Google Maps gefunden und wir haben uns dann nach den Bildern und Rezensionen entschieden das einfach mal auszuprobieren. Die Ambiente erinnerte uns an ein gemütliches Wohnzimmer, was sehr angenehm war. Wir wurden außerdem sehr nett und professionell empfangen. Der Service war hervorragend und die Empfehlungen zum Essen sowie das passende Getränk war perfekt. Im Gegensatz zu vielen Restaurants war das eine sehr geschmeidige und flüssige Kombination aus Service und Essen. Das Personal war auch so nett auf Anfrage eine Geburtstagskerze auf das Dessert anzuzünden und Happy Birthday Musik abzuspielen. Vielen Dank für den tollen Abend und bis dann!

Sehr gutes Restaurant. Wir hatten das Menü und waren sehr zufrieden. Tolle Weine standen uns zur Auswahl und die Bedienung hat gute Fachkenntnisse. Wunderbar war das offensichtlich ein Kind auch sehr willkommen war. Trotz nur eine Hauptgangs (Nudeln mit Tomatensoße) wurde der kleine bei jedem Gang mit einbezogen. Vielen Dank. Ambiente ist schön und das Personal sehr freundlich! Das Essen hat geschmeckt, war uns aber für den Preis zu normal! Als Vorspeise hatten wir das Vitello Tonato zu zweit. Dieses sah sehr ansprechend aus, schmeckte auch, war aber für den Preis von 16€ zu klein und der Thunfisch kam nur sehr wenig durch! Als Hauptspeise hatten wir Backfleisch, welches durchgebraten und etwas zäh zum Essen war und Saltimbocca welches gut geschmeckt hat aber nicht außergewöhnlich! Die Portionsgrösse war ausreichend! Grundsätzlich wird unserer Meinung ein zu hoher Preis abgerufen für das was dann präsentiert wird! Insgesamt haben wir 105€ inkl je 2 Getränke gezahlt!

Wir hatten das Vergnügen unsere Hochzeit mit 22 Personen hier Feiern zu dürfen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, es wurde auf jeden Wunsch eingegangen, der Service sowie das Essen waren Top! Wir hatten hier einen wundervollen Abend mit Wein und Käse vom Tölzer Kasladen. Ganz tolle und freundliche Menschen und hervorragendes Essen, danke für das schöne Erlebnis, wir kommen gerne wieder!

Was für einen tollen kulinarischer Abend – absolute Empfehlung! Besonders begeistert hat mich, dass ich trotz Zöliakie wirklich alles probieren konnte. Sogar glutenfreie Spätzle wurden extra und völlig kontaminationsfrei für mich zubereitet – etwas, das ich seit über 10 Jahren nicht mehr genießen konnte. Vielen Dank für diese Aufmerksamkeit und dafür, dass ich mich einfach ganz „normal“ fühlen durfte!

Das Essen im Perlach Acht hat gemundet und war entsprechend gut. Das rote Bete Carpaccio hat nicht nach selbst gekochter Bete geschmeckt und war zu grob geschnitten. Handwerklich ausgezeichnet war der vegetarische Hackbraten, Ravioli waren gut!

Ein "Geheimtipp", jedes mal wenn wir da sind ist das Essen und der Service klasse. Kein langweiliges 0815 Essen, der Service ist sehr aufmerksam und freundlich. Die Karte wechselt aller 8 Wochen. Wir werden noch öfters vorbeischauen 😊

I've rarely experienced anything like it. Throughout our entire stay, the chef was almost constantly outside on the stairs, smoking with his girlfriend, instead of working in the kitchen – completely unprofessional and extremely off-putting. The waiter looked utterly disheveled, very unfocused, insecure, and, frankly, as if he were drunk. The service, demeanor, and overall impression were simply unacceptable. We never once had any confidence in the kitchen or the service. Definitely never again.

Ein echter Geheimtipp! Ich schreibe selten Restaurantbewertungen, aber dieses Restaurant ist wirklich großartig. Die Jakobsmuscheln mit Beure Blanc waren ein Traum. Tut mir leid, dass das Foto von meinem halb aufgegessenen Teller stammt (lol). Die Portionen waren auch riesig. Unser Fünf-Gänge-Menü war perfekt.

I dined here a while ago to celebrate my birthday and had made a reservation in advance. During the reservation process, they explicitly asked about any dietary restrictions. I indicated my gluten/wheat intolerance and mentioned it again on-site. Despite this, several courses contained wheat, including white crumbs and bits of wheat on the plates. There was no attempt to adapt the dishes. I had to scrape off the problematic ingredients myself and push them aside. Nothing was rearranged, and no effort was made to make the dishes suitable for my liking. The staff didn't take the situation seriously and refused to take responsibility. For a restaurant that prides itself on good cuisine and charges accordingly, this approach is unacceptable, especially regarding dietary restrictions. In addition, the portions were very small. Overall, a very unsatisfactory experience, not commensurate with the restaurant's reputation and price point.

Super friendly service, not intrusive, yet always attentive. The food was simply outstanding. I had the beef tartare followed by the braised ox cheeks. A great appetizer, a bottle for €30. Excellent value for money. Just so there's no misunderstanding, it's not cheap, but given the quality of the food and service, the price is absolutely fair. I'll be back.

The food was delicious, but I have to say critically that the portions were too small and the waiting time was long.

A lovely restaurant in the heart of Augsburg. They offer modern interpretations of German cuisine at a very high level. The service is personalized and unobtrusively caters to individual needs. The owner's wine recommendations are exceptionally good, and the wine list is correspondingly well-curated. They also offer IPAs and other beers from the local Riegele brewery.

What an experience! In addition to the excellent food, you are greeted by (probably) the friendliest host in Augsburg. We ordered the five-course menu and a bottle of white wine. The white wine also came with a nice story about its name. We were regularly asked whether the intervals between courses were okay or whether we would like more or less time – that was also very thoughtful. With the main course, we had a sip of red wine that was recommended to us, and this also went perfectly. Since we were ultimately a bit overwhelmed by the five courses, we asked for a "dessert to go," which was no problem. Instead of the ice cream that would have been served with the meal, we were served a delicious sauce that was definitely easier to transport than melted ice cream – again, they were very thoughtful. Finally, the host shook hands with us, which further cemented the positive impression. This won't be the last time we'll be here. Truly worth a visit, as the à la carte dishes aren't even in the high price range, but the taste of our dishes was. Thank you for the lovely evening :)

Excellent food! We decided on Perlach 8 at short notice and were lucky enough to get a table. For the price, there's nothing to complain about with the food. The fillet was excellently cooked (even though we didn't ask for the cusson), the tartare was prepared with exceptionally good quality meat, the Schlipfkrapfen (a kind of doughnut) had a very nice texture, and the sauce was light and rich! Those with sensitive palates should beware, the dishes are well seasoned! Perhaps the saucier was infatuated, but I enjoyed it immensely! The service is solid, good by German standards. Deductions in the B grade—one can always complain—are that no one asked for the cusson, that empty plates sometimes remained for a while, and that one or two plates were then handed across the table to the guests.

Upon our arrival, the host was initially surprised that it wasn't a wedding anniversary—as had been selected in the reservation—but actually our wedding. However, he responded to this situation with absolute professionalism and immediately created a beautiful, festive atmosphere. The food was excellent, of high quality, and perfectly coordinated. The service was also extremely attentive and perfectly timed—we felt completely taken care of. One of the best addresses in Augsburg for a special dinner. The service is very friendly, and the food is always delicious. Despite the limited menu, there are plenty of options for vegetarians. The Perlach Acht is also competitively priced compared to other Augsburg restaurants. We always enjoy coming back :)

Perlach Acht is truly one of the best restaurants that we've been to in this area of Augsburg! We enjoyed excellent table service, enjoyed the delicious menu choices that we ordered and also very much the quiet atmosphere for the four of us at dinner.

I didn't get to dine at this restaurant. Google says it closes at 11:00 PM. We arrived at 9:30 PM and were told the kitchen was closed. The manager or owner said, very rudely, that this was wrong. That it was due to the website (in German) indicating the kitchen was closed, as if foreign tourists should know they had to go to the website and know German. They should fix Google and be more polite.

We had reserved a table for three for Sunday at 5 p.m. Guests were made to feel very welcome. The food was truly excellent and plentiful. Starter: tartar, main course: sea bream, rolled roast, corn-fed chicken, dessert: panna cotta, espresso afogatto. The atmosphere at this restaurant was very pleasant. An unforgettable evening. We were there last night with friends. The service was warm and very professional, and the wine and food were explained and described. A special recommendation (for me) is the Espresso Affogato. The espresso is poured at the table over a large scoop of vanilla ice cream and tastes excellent. Thank you – we'll be back soon!

The chili spaghetti is a dream. A pleasant spiciness, the perfect combination of ingredients, and the creamy sauce. They didn't skimp on the king prawns either. This dish is highly recommended. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Dogs are also welcome. It was my first time eating there and it certainly won't be the last. Keep it up :-)

The tables in the basement are more like private rooms. We sat upstairs; there's also a terrace. Delicious and interesting dishes.

Great ambience, delicious food, friendly and quick service

This was our first time eating here. We were introduced to this restaurant through the Fine Dine Box. We had reserved a table online in advance. We received a friendly welcome and were shown to our table. The restaurant is very comfortably furnished, and there's also an outdoor area for warmer days. We were welcomed with a glass of Prosecco on the house. This was followed by an amuse-bouche, and then our five-course meal. All courses were delicious and excellently prepared. The service was first-class. We will definitely be back.

So small, yet so pleasant. Be it the service, the wine selection, or the dishes! We celebrated and enjoyed the menu, which was exceptionally well-balanced in its composition. (Thus, the quality has remained excellent since at least December 2021.) We thoroughly enjoyed the evening and can warmly recommend this gem to anyone who knows that good food is worth its price.

We ate at Perlach Acht for the first time yesterday. I was surprised that we were the only guests at 7 p.m., but since a friend had recommended the restaurant to me, we sat down. The gazpacho starter was okay, the bruschetta so-so. Then came the main courses: pasta was completely overcooked and all you could taste was onion. I had ordered roast beef, but I got the roast beef with onions. It was supposedly cooked sous vide, but in reality, the meat was completely cooked and tough as a shoe sole, meaning I couldn't even cut it. After complaining, I received the roast beef I originally ordered, this time almost raw, also tough. The salad was wilted, for example, the yellow arugula...inedible. I bitterly regretted eating the meat all night. Now I know why they offered us a shot of schnapps at the end—not for enjoyment, but for disinfection. Conclusion Never eaten so badly and that for 80 €

Small family with a 10 year old child - definitely not from the area- arrived at opening time on a Sunday with no customers in sight except in the open air area. Was told but one server " we have no space for you today.... " and when we showed surprise- "the whole place is reserved". There were no signs reserving any of the seats or indication of a private party- but didn't ask much. One hour later the indoor are was still completely empty- customers were late? Or turned away because of something more unpleasant? In this day and age, we certainly hope not the latter.

My husband proposed to me at Perlach Acht two years ago, and our civil ceremony took place last week. After our breathtaking five-course meal, we simply had to hold our wedding reception there. Mr. Peiker even opened his beautiful terrace outside of opening hours for our intimate group of eight people. Everything was simply perfect. You can tell from Mr. Peiker's demeanor that he's living his dream as a career. He not only helped us organize everything but also accommodated every possible special request. He and his team are simply brilliant, and the kitchen deserves nothing but praise. The food is highly recommended; we will definitely enjoy our future wedding anniversaries with him!

The two of us were at Perlach Acht and had a thoroughly enjoyable evening. I chose the 5-course menu with wine accompaniment, my wife chose three courses à la carte. Both the food and the wines that went with it were excellent – ​​creative, tasty and beautifully presented. The service was also attentive, friendly and professional. The atmosphere in the restaurant is stylish and inviting. Price-performance ratio is absolutely reasonable – we would love to come back!

My Xth visit to Perlach eight. Good food, good atmosphere. But the service: the owner without any other service staff was totally overwhelmed - I would have accepted that. But I don't forgive the fact that he was rude and arrogant not only to me but also to other guests. My last meal there.

All the good reviews are right! Great value for money. Service friendly, funny and authentic. Great aperitif creations like a Golden Negroni. The ambience is nice, but a bit old school with room for improvement. Still an oasis of well-being in the middle of the city.

Went there for dinner on our wedding day - super sweet, with roses and napkins folded into hearts! The employees are incredibly friendly, very attentive and funny. Had a wonderful evening. The food - great great great! The beef tartare was deliciously seasoned and sufficient as a starter. Main course was super tasty, had the veal fillet and ox cheek - wonderful, super tender, sauce and the gratin went very well with it! Old Viennese baked meat is great! Great wine selection! Allergies are taken into account and are well catered for and alternatives are offered. Thank you - that's not a given. Thanks for the great evening! ♥️

Hallo, ich kann di Bewertung von Kristof R. überhaupt nicht nachvollziehen. Ich finde die kleinen Gläschen sehr geschmackvoll. Immer einmal was Neues. Es ist zur Zeit in vielen Gaststätten angesagt. Aber wenn Herr Kristof R. nicht über den Tellerrand hinaus sieht kann er das auch nicht wissen. Sorry, aber das musste ich jetzt einmal loswerden. Ich finde das Essen geschmackvoll, ideenreich und total appetitlich angerichtet. Ich gehe sehr viel essen und kenne mich wirklich aus.

Nice little restaurant with a small but nice menu. Food was very tasty. Unfortunately the room was very noisy, a few curtains or soundproof walls/ceilings would certainly help. The waiter was therefore difficult to understand. But overall a recommendation 👍

Das Essen war eigentlich nicht schlecht, bei der Preisklasse kann man aber qualitativ hochwertigere und ausgefeiltere Gerichte erwarten. Viele Gänge wurden im Weckglas serviert, das wirkte ebenfalls etwas einfallslos. Wir hatten das fünf Gänge Menü. Im wesentlichen war alles solide, mehr aber auch nicht. Nur der Hauptgang, ein Kalbsfilet, hatte eine unangenehm pampige Sauce. Eine weitere Komponente des Hauptgerichts waren Maronen in einer viel zu süßen Karamellsauce, die zusätzlich eine zu starke Butternote hatte. Der Service war freundlich. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis war allerdings nicht okay, daher die Bewertung.

My wife and I went for dinner on Christmas Day. Extremely friendly service. Even my wife's physical limitations were addressed courteously and considerately! Hardly any waiting times. Food and drinks were great! The dishes were very tasteful and lovingly prepared. The visit was a Christmas highlight for us! We can only recommend Perlach Acht and are already looking forward to our next visit!

Unfortunately, our visit to this restaurant was not very relaxing. The tables are apparently booked without a time buffer, so we were informed several times during the meal that our table would soon be taken again. This was very disturbing and had a significant impact on the atmosphere. The food was only lukewarm, but tasted okay. Unfortunately, we were no longer allowed to order dessert because our space was needed for the next guests. Overall a disappointing experience.

Food and drinks are good and the atmosphere in the restaurant is welcoming and pleasant. However, during our visit the service decreased significantly towards the end. We were ignored after the main course and therefore didn't order dessert, but paid and left.

The Perlach 8 in Augsburg is a real highlight for discerning lovers of sophisticated yet down-to-earth cuisine. Here, excellent dishes, an exciting wine selection and outstanding hospitality combine to create an unforgettable experience. The seasonally changing menu shines with a sophisticated selection of fresh, regional ingredients, which are composed into a harmonious and innovative form of cuisine. Absolute recommendation: the 5-course menu with wine accompaniment!

We had a wonderful evening at Perlach Acht. The food was very tasty and the service was very attentive and friendly. Definitely worth recommending!
