Die mit Abstand beste neapolitanische Pizza! Zu Stoßzeiten dauert es manchmal länger, aber trotzdem schmeckt jede Pizza 1A, denn hier wird auf höchsten Niveau gearbeitet. Wir holen auch regelmäßig ab, auch das läuft immer prima. Auch der Pizzakurs lohnt sich sehr!

Einfach klasse und essen ist super…..

Nach langer Zeit gestern wieder da gewesen. Keine Ahnung warum ich es mir so lange entgehen lassen hab 🙄 Pergola macht die besten Pizzen in der ganzen Umgebung! Schon immer! Reserviert wird eine Riesen Pizza. Wir haben gerade mal die Hälfte geschafft 😅 Die andere Hälfte haben wir uns einpacken lassen und am nächsten Tag gefrühstückt. Bedient würden wir von einem netten jungen Mann der uns wirklich gut beraten konnte. Super höflich und aufmerksam, aber null aufdringlich. Das "Ambiente" wie viele hier schreiben,war schon immer einfach. Ich glaube, weil paar mal im Jahr dort auch Veranstaltungen sind, das sie einfacher zu verstauen sind. Aber es macht dem ganzen nicht ungemütlicher.

Wir waren heute im Restaurant essen und leider sehr enttäuscht. Die Nudeln waren nicht richtig durchgekocht und dadurch schwer genießbar. Auf unsere Rückmeldung hin wurde uns gesagt, dass dies bei „italienischen Nudeln“ normal sei, was für uns nicht nachvollziehbar war, da sie eher hart als al dente waren. Zusätzlich haben wir während des Essens einen Käfer entdeckt (nach unserem Eindruck ein Brotkäfer), was das Erlebnis natürlich noch unangenehmer gemacht hat. Daraufhin wurde uns gesagt, dass sie eine saubere Küche haben und der Käfer von draußen komme. Allerdings haben wir nie die Küche kritisiert, sondern lediglich erwähnt, dass das Essen für uns nicht appetitlich war. Auch wenn der Käfer laut Aussage möglicherweise von draußen kam, war es für uns dennoch sehr unangenehm und nicht appetitlich, da er sich direkt neben unserem Essen befand. Bei der Bezahlung haben wir höflich gefragt, ob wir aufgrund des nicht genießbaren Essens und des verlorenen Appetits durch den Käfer zumindest nur einen Teil zahlen können. Dies wurde jedoch abgelehnt und wir mussten den vollen Preis bezahlen. Wir haben nicht einmal die Hälfte gegessen, die Teller waren größtenteils noch voll. Da uns zudem schlecht wurde, konnten wir das Essen nicht weiter essen. Auch das Ambiente hat uns leider nicht überzeugt, unter anderem durch einfache Plastikstühle… Am liebsten würden wir null Sterne geben. Dies ist unsere persönliche Erfahrung und Meinung. Insgesamt leider keine gute Erfahrung.

Italienisch in seiner ureigenen Form. Guter Service, gute Preise und sehr gute 🍕 Pizza. Es gibt 50 verschiedene Pizzas aus dem Holzofen. Ein Novum für mich ,ein Gorgonzola Salat 🥗, etwas strange aber sehr gut. Parkplatz direkt vor dem Haus. Sehr empfehlenswert.

Man sitzt auf Kunststoffstühlen, die Einrichtung ist einfach. ABER: das Essen ist einfach hervorragend und so viel, daß man es kaum schafft, alles zu essen. Die Bedienung ist super freundlich. Da ist mir die Einrichtung vollkommen egal. Diese Kombination gibt es ja fast nicht mehr. Es wird sicher nicht unser letzter Besuch gewesen sein. Ich kann das Lokal nur empfehlen. Geht das hin. Ihr werdet es nicht bereuen.

Super leckere Pizzen, Nudeln usw. Immer gut besucht von daher ist eine Reservierung empfohlen.

Die beste Pizza in Kaufbeuren sagte man zu uns und das stimmt, luftig lockerer Boden aber dennoch dünn, einfach lecker. Da müsst ihr hin!!! Ambiente -> seeeeehr einfach, Augen zu und durch. Toilette waren sauber und es war alles frisch gereinigt, Top! Parkplatz ist genug denk ich und vor dem Lokal vorhanden. Aber die Pizza ist wirklich super. Groß, heiß und lecker.

Waren dort haben bestellt und haben ungefähr eine 1h und 30 min gewartet damit uns dann erst gesagt wird das unsere Pizzen jetzt im Ofen sind. Meine Pizza war reinste Vergiftung, die vom ersten Kollegen einwandfrei und vom dritten war der Teig nicht durch.

Sehr freundliches Personal. Fantastisches Essen. Da kommt man gerne wieder.

The seating, garden chairs like something from Bauhaus. And then comes the surprise: pizza like it came straight from Naples. Unbeatable. The pizza chef is a master of his craft. The owner explained the elaborate process of making the dough. No store-bought dough. Perfect quality. The food is a joy.

Best pizza around! We love eating there. The plastic chairs take some getting used to, but that's understandable since they also host parties.

The atmosphere and the pizza are top-notch. I think it's the best Italian restaurant in KF and the surrounding area.

Pergola is THE pizza place in Kaufbeuren – a Neapolitan pizza like no other. Handmade, authentic, prepared with love – exactly how pizza should be. In the evenings or during peak times, it might take a while for the pizza to arrive at the table – but the wait is always worth it! A definite recommendation for all pizza lovers.

1 out of 5 stars Disappointing experience at Pergola in Kaufbeuren We went to Pergola for dinner and ordered bruschetta as a starter – everything was fine so far. For the main course, we chose a small mixed salad and two tuna pizzas – one with extra onions, the other with black olives. Unfortunately, one of the pizzas was topped with so many onions that the tuna was barely visible or tasteable. This completely unbalanced the flavor – the pizza was barely edible. When we politely asked if the pizza could be remade or if there was an alternative, we received an evasive and uncustomer-friendly answer: The chef didn't have time, and the most they could do was "fish out the onions." When we mentioned at the end, while paying, that we couldn't eat the pizza and didn't want to pay for it, an inappropriate, loud argument ensued with the manager. Instead of showing understanding or handling the situation professionally, we were told we didn't need to come back. We were yelled at, sent out, and later even chased with an onion in our hands (!) to demonstrate how "expensive" it was – completely absurd and disrespectful behavior.

The best pizzeria in the region

Pergola offers excellent pizzas. We had a Napolitana and one with arugula and Parma ham. Everything from the crust to the ingredients is absolutely recommendable. The ambiance is simple, yet very pleasant, and it offers a shady terrace on summer evenings. Parking is ample. The entrance is a bit hidden, but the GPS leads directly there. Great service, a friendly welcome. No unnecessary frills, everything is personal. 👌🏻👍🏻

We booked the entire restaurant for a birthday party for 100 people plus a band on May 10th. Everything was fantastic, and the ladies and gentlemen here can also prepare vegan and vegetarian dishes, and everyone thoroughly enjoyed the food. So, aside from the undisputed quality of the restaurant, I consider this the best and most highly recommended location in my area for celebrations with 100 people.

The pizza will take you straight to Naples within a second. For me, Carmine remains the best pizza maker ever. I have traveled a lot in Italy for work in my life, but nowhere have I had better pizza than at La Pergola - with the exception of Naples itself. My recommendation: the classic Neapolitan pizza G.T.S. (EU quality seal). Not to forget: This pizzeria carries the Verace Pizza Napoletana seal of quality, which is checked through regular audits. All ingredients must come from 100% Naples and are strictly prescribed. You can feel this quality in every bite. Service: Friendly staff. Ambience: Realistically, the rating here would be a 2. Plastic chairs, too much decoration to catch dust, old signs from the previous Luna Lounge concept and defective fairy lights unfortunately spoil the overall picture and the first impression. Why still a 5? As soon as the pizza is served, you forget everything around it! I'll definitely be back!

I had to wait 50 minutes for my two pizzas after the time specified when ordering. After I asked the restaurant about it, two stamps were added to the stamp. Despite this gesture, I will not be visiting the restaurant again in the near future as the long waiting time and inadequate communication greatly influenced my overall impression.

The food was perfect as always. The waiter also a very polite young man. However, I unfortunately have to say that the waiting time makes the whole experience significantly worse. You shouldn't have to wait 1 1/2 hours for a pizza. As I said, the pizza is perfect and the service is still 4 stars.

Out-of-the-way Italian restaurant. It takes a bit of getting used to at the beginning as the furnishings consist of plastic chairs. ;) However, these are more comfortable than some wooden chairs! Sometimes the waiting time is a bit long, but if I go out to eat and the quality is good, I'm happy to wait. The service is great and (I think) the boss handles the service alone. Now about the food. The pizza is, by far! the best around. Fresh ingredients, no frills and a delicious dough. We have been coming for several years and will continue to do so.

Garden plastic chairs. It's a shame, because for the price they charge for a delicious pizza, I think they would also have adapted chairs.

The furnishings are a bit questionable with the garden chairs as seating and otherwise there isn't much emphasis on the look. Service is ok, very down to earth. Even if the appearance from outside is depressing, the pizzas are very tasty.

I was here for the first time with a colleague over 10 years ago during a course. We stood at the door wishing we would just be full - until the food came. We were completely overwhelmed by the starters, the desserts and - above all - the pizza. Almost 40 colleagues followed my recommendation and had the same experience. Now I was here again with my girlfriend. It's like 10 years ago: Very, very nice service and pizza from another planet. Whoever had a bad experience here should give La Pergola another chance. For us it is simply the best pizzeria we have visited to date in and outside of Italy. And the ambience? Just enjoy it with a wink 😉 No chic, no posh... simple, cozy and - above all - ITALIAN. WE LOVE IT 😍

We drove here from Munich. My partner visited Pergola twice before we met and took me here saying, "It is the best pizza you ever had." He was right. Pizza Olivia (tomato pasta, mozarella, spinach, ricotta plus per request extra mozarella Buffalo) was orgasmatic and juicy! Very delicious dough, cheese melting... awwwww...We also shared antipasti Pergola - fresh tomatoes and basil, prosciutto and mozarella Bufallo... I haven't had something like that in 10 years since I don't live in Italy anymore. We came on Easter Saturday around 6 pm. A couple of tables were occupied, and many were reserved. A very charismatic waiter took our order. First drinks and then meals promptly, and we got the food fast, too. Some reviewers write about plastic chairs. Somehow, it is authentic for Italy, especially non touristic places. Just enjoy it ;)

Ambiance like at a campsite, pizza is sometimes topped with Emmental or other cheese in the lunch menu. This has nothing to do with Neapolitan pizza. The dough is also not very fluffy because it is made with semolina.

Best pizza in the area with unfortunately a long wait. However, it would be very customer-oriented if you also offered a smaller pizza on the menu. We were only served one upon express request.

It doesn't even deserve one star, arrogant service, the menu of dishes didn't have anything good, that is, only three first courses that I could prepare at home, we ask if they have fish and they tell us that there is no sea here, but that doesn't mean that a restaurant must not have fish. Fifth moral of the story we got up and left. Zero service, zero welcoming environment and we paid a truly shameful 40 euros for a bottle of wine, a Margherita pizza and a breakfast. You can either love or hate this restaurant. First of all, the most important thing: there is probably one of the best pizzas in the entire area. This is how pizza should be! Original, outstanding in taste and simply good! The ambience in the restaurant is of course getting old and overall not modern; but somehow also clocklike, like with aunt and uncle on the terrace. The service takes some getting used to, as it mainly concerns the needs of the restaurant and not the needs of the customer. The service has good days and bad days. Nevertheless, you can come to terms with it. However, we'll be back because the pizzas are fantastic and you're used to everything else 😉.

Hallo zusammen, ich hatte eigentlich immer eine gute Meinung zur Pizzeria Pergola, da die Pizzen wirklich hervorragend sind (ich weiß wovon ich spreche) aber das letzte mal schlug dem Fass den Boden aus. Wir hatten reserviert wegen einer kleinen Feier und waren 7 Personen (mit 2 Kindern). Am Telefon hatten wir bereits angekündigt dass es eine Feier ist, was uns später vorgehalten wurde, warum wir das nicht gesagt hätten?!? Als wir pünktlich im Restaurant angekommen waren, war keine Reservierung zu finden und man setzte uns an einen Tisch für 4 Personen 😤 Na gut, rutschen wir ein wenig zusammen. Dann 20 min auf die Karte und Bestellung gewartet mit dem Hinweis dass das Essen heute wegen vollem Lokal in etwa 30 - 40 Min dauert. Ok, soweit, so gut. Wir haben uns darauf eingelassen, Salat bestellt und Getränke bekommen. Nach über einer Stunde (im Sommer bei fast 30° im Schatten) kam die Bedienung und wir konnten Getränke nachbestellen. Nach weiteren 30 Min. ging einer von uns ins Restaurant um zu schauen was die Pizza macht.... und siehe da--- der Ofen war leer. Das Ganze wurde von 3 Personen von unserem Tisch nacheinander beobachtet. Gut, wenn man eine klasse Pizza möchte, warten wir halt noch. Nach über 2,5 Std. war das Maß an warten aber voll. Das komische daran war, dass 4 Tische, die nach uns gekommen sind, zuerst bedient wurden mit der Aussage, es sind ja nur 4 Pizzen, das geht schnell und wird zwischendurch gemacht🤔 Nachdem wir uns mehrfach beschwert hatten, haben wir die Pizzen einpacken lassen, haben bezahlt und sind gegangen. In einem Italienischen Restaurant, wo angeblich Gastlichkeit groß geschrieben wird, ist dieses Verhalten sehr schadhaft. Die Bedingungen sind überfordert, der Ofen leer und wir sind weg. Schade aber das ist keine Wiederholung wert. Habe fertig

War das erste Mal dort. Pizza und Antipasti sehr gut!

Kann gut sein, dass den ansässigen das reicht, doch im Vergleich eine unfreundliche Bedienung, zero Flexibilität (wir waren EINE Person mehr als reserviert). Draußen ähnelt es eher einem Biergarten mit fehlenden facility Management. Essen ist bekanntlich Geschmackssache, es war ok, Gliedert sich dann doch eher bei der restlichen Wahrnehmung ein. Preis Leistung für mich nicht wiederholenswert.

Nach fast 2,5 Stunden Wartezeit erhielten wir unsere Pizza. Es gab währenddessen keine Hinweise auf längere Wartezeiten, keine Entschädigung - nicht einmal eine Entschuldigung - auch nicht danach! Im Gegenteil der Service machte sich über Kunden, denen es ähnlich ergangen war, lustig! Der miserable Service wurde auch nicht durch die gut schmeckende Pizza wett gemacht.

Pizza sehr lecker funf sterno sind zu wenig

Es ist vielleicht nicht das schönste Lokal....aber von der Vorspeisenplatte über zu den Pizzen und Fleisch war alles sehr sehr Lecker. Der große gemischte Salat war nicht nur einfach lecker, sondern optisch sehr liebevoll zubereitet. Laßt Euch nicht von den Äußerlichkeiten (hatte wiederum einen gewissen Charme der Einfachheit) und den Preisen für die Pizzen abschrecken.....es ist jeden Cent wert. Die Speisen werden mit Zutaten hoher Qualität zubereitet. Krönender Abschluss war natürlich der leckere Espresso. 🤤🤤🤤 Kaum jemals so leckere Speisen gegessen.

Beste Gerichte, vom Salat bis zur Pizza. Nur Frische Zutaten - alles eine Gaumenfreude. Hier beherrscht der Pizza-Meister sein Handwerk wie kein anderer. Einfache, gemütliche, freundliche Atmosphäre und sehr sehr nettes Personal. Hier muss man mal gegessen haben!!

Die Vera Pizza Napoletana war wie eine O-f-f-e-n-b-a-r-u-n-g und zählt zu den besten Pizzen, die wir jemals irgendwo auf der Welt gekostet haben.

L'ambiente è accogliente e il personale cordiale..ma quello che veramente..ma veramente spettacolare è l'altissima qualità del cibo. Dire ottimo è riduttivo.

Essen ist mega, einer der besten Italiener. Preise ok. Bedienung sehr nett. Die Wartezeiten sind etwas zu lang aber sie kochen alles frisch.

In questa pizzeria mangiamo ogni volta pizze squisite, le migliori che abbiamo mai mangiato in tanti anni in Germania. Nonostante dobbiamo percorrere circa 70 chilometri, andiamo spesso a mangiare lì, perché come si mangia li, non si mangia in nessun altra pizzeria ristorante. La qualità e quantità degli ingredienti è davvero ottima. L'impasto della pizza è soffice e facilmente digeribile. Il personale sempre disponibile e attento. Non concordo assolutamente con i clienti che lamentano ritardo. In circa dieci anni che andiamo lì almeno una volta al mese, è capitato solo una volta di aspettare un po'. Sicuramente ci sarà stato un motivo. Anche ai migliori può capitare un problema qualche volta! A chi non l'ha ancora provata consiglio vivamente di andare almeno una volta e di sicuro vorranno tornarci sempre! L'ambiente è molto accogliente ma semplice, questo però non fa la differenza. Si va in pizzeria per mangiare non per vedere un museo! Quindi la cosa più importante è mangiare bene. Grazie Carmine & Company per farci sentire a casa!

Das essen ist super, vor allem die neapolitanische Pizza. Leider ist das Restaurant sehr abgelegen und das Ambiente nicht sehr einladend. Hinzukommen die extrem hohen Preise für die Pizzen.

Neapolitanische Pizza - es gibt einfach kaum was besseres. Freundliches Personal und zügiger Service. Natürlich kommt es auch zu Wartezeiten, wenn viele Gäste da sind. Das Ambiente mit den Gartenstühlen ist zweckmäßig. Kinder sind gern gesehen. Wenn wir Essen zum mitnehmen bestellen, können wir uns darauf verlassen, dass die angekündigte Abholzeit auch stimmt!

Plastikstühle im Lokal, Einrichtung eher einfach gehalten. Bedienung in Ordnung, gut empfangen worden danach nahm es etwas ab. Wartezeit war gut - Lokal war leer. Pizza schmeckt durchschnittlich. Pizza auf mehreren Tellern +2€!

Una pizza deliziosa non solo grazie al suo impasto maturato dopo una lunga lievitazione ma grazie agli ingredienti di ottima qualità che, rendono questa meravigliosa pizza una vera gioia per il palato. Don Carmine, il pizzaiolo che da anni svolge questo lavoro, sa come far gioire il palato dei propri clienti. Grazie davvero, squisita, buonissima, bellissima.

Die Pizzen waren der absolute Oberhammer. Ich kann das als Italiener beurteilen. Sehr zu empfehlen ist die „La vera pizza napoletana“

Beste Pizza in Deutschland ….. Waren heute zum ersten Mal da mit Freunden. Uns wurde diese Pizzeria empfohlen und wir “Italiener” waren anfangs skeptisch aber haben uns dann doch entschlossen diese auszuprobieren. Unsere Erwartungen wurden weit übertroffen. Eine Pizza Original wie sie in Italien schmeckt. Fantastischer Teig, super Sauce, Mozzarella, sehr großzügig belegt. Service 1A. Super freundlich und zuvorkommend. Kinderfreundlich, etc. Die Ausstattung authentischer geht wohl nicht ☺️ Aber genauso sind die Pizzerien in Italien auch. Einfach und simple dennoch gemütlich und zum wohlfühlen einladend. Wir waren mit allem rundum sehr zufrieden. Dieses Lokal und vor allem die Pizza ist nur zu empfehlen. Von uns gibts ganz viele Sternchen. Bravissimi 🤩👍🏻

Unprätentiöser, sympathischer Laden ohne Schnickschnack, im Sommer kann man schön draussen sitzen. Produziert originale Pizza Napoletana, Pizzabäcker kommt auch aus Neapel. Meine erste Pizza Napoletana habe ich vor knapp 40 Jahren in Spaccanapoli gegessen (Stadtteil von Neapel). Die Pizza Margherita im Pergola schmeckt identisch. Am besten die "Margherita" bestellen, das Original (Mozzarella, Tomatensoße, Basilikum und sonst niente). Die Kaufbeurer leben im Zustand der Gnade, originale Pizza Napoletana mitten im Allgäu!

Die beste Pizza weit und breit, freundlicher Service. Das Ambiente könnte besser sein aber das gute Essen entschädigt einen.

Das Restaurant bietet die besten neapolitanischen Pizzen im Ostallgäu. Der Service ist super freundlich und die Pizzen sind wirklich unglaublich lecker. Der Boden ist wie in Neapel, die Tomatensauce und der Belag reichlich. Die Pizza napoletana ist wirklich wie in Neapel, da hier original Büffelmozzarella verwendet wird. Wir kommen immer gerne wieder in die Pergola.

Wir hatten einen Tisch reserviert und uns also angemeldet. Um 19:30 kamen, wie angekündigt, die Gäste, um 22 Uhr war noch keine Pizza am Tisch. Es wurde von Personalmangel in der Küche gesprochen. Allerdings gingen Gäste, die nach uns kamen vor uns gesättigt nach Hause. Das, was die Chefin als Entschuldigung vorbrachte waren erstaunlich einfallslose Ausreden, z.B. hätten wir keine Salate bestellen dürfen, dann wären wir schneller bedient worden. Ich war in den letzten Jahren immer wider gerne dort weil die Pizze echt gut sind, aber die heutige Vorstellung schlägt dem Fass den Boden aus. Diese Pizzeria sieht mich nie wieder und ich werde mit schlechter Kritik nicht sparen. Wir haben uns dann zu zwölft drei Salate geteilt, alles Verzehrte und Getrunkene bezahlt, so weit ging die Reue dann doch nicht und sind hungrig nach Hause gefahren. Sehr schade! Stefan Keller

Essen echt italienisch, sehr gut zubereitet. Ambiente hat Wintergarten Charakter mit Plastikstühlen,ist aber ok. Gehe immer wieder gerne hin.

Das Ambiente ist im eigenen Garten oder auf dem Balkon tausend mal gemütlicher als dort. Der Service ist leider unterirdisch. Ein Lob aber an den Pizzabäcker... Die Pizzen sind fein, aber dafür lohnt es sich trotzdem nicht.

Das ist die beste Pizza der Umgebung!!! Waren jetzt schon öffter und war immer alles super .... Echt zu weiter empfehlen!
