Cheap lunch buffet but not a good selection.

For me it's a great value for money

The price-performance ratio at the lunch buffet is top. 9.90 for the buffet, but at least one drink must be ordered. A 300ml cola cost around 2.70. If a plate is not eaten empty, €2 is due. I would fully recommend the lunch buffet.

I've often eaten there with my family and friends, I've never noticed that we didn't get a bill, I've never kept track of it, paid + tip and good. Today I was there alone and the price was clear so that I knew in advance what I had to pay + tip.. The cashier refused me more, I paid without saying a word, of course without an invoice. When I went out I politely asked her how the billing came about, then she got loud and I preferred to just agree with her to avoid a stir... I hope that was an exception.

We've been regular guests there for years and it's always good. Staff friendly and attentive. Buffet is always replenished. The only drawback. Be careful when filling up. The handles of the spoons are often under the heat lamps and are then very hot.

We had a very unpleasant experience at this restaurant today. I was eating there with my husband and while I was eating I accidentally knocked over my cola glass. The glass broke, coke spilled across the table and my clothes got dirty. The waiter just gave me a napkin to clean my clothes and we changed tables as the original place was full of glass and coke and wasn't cleaned. After a few minutes the restaurant owner came to us and spoke in an inappropriate tone because we had sat at another table. My husband explained that the glass had fallen over and the original table was unusable as it was still full of coke and broken glass. But the owner showed no understanding and no trace of respect towards us as customers. We were so disappointed with this behavior that we left the restaurant without finishing our meal. It was a very bad experience that I cannot recommend to anyone. 👎👎👎

A Chinese restaurant that you can find everywhere. The service was really attentive and extremely friendly. We were escorted to a free table even without a reservation, even though the restaurant was more than busy. Nobody was annoyed or unfriendly. The buffet was sufficiently varied and always well stocked. We weren't necessarily impressed with the taste, but it wasn't bad either. You're definitely not doing anything wrong, but it's not a highlight from our point of view.

Great for children thanks to the trout fountain inside. Food according to what is on offer is completely fine. Ambience simple but very clean.

The food was delicious. For dessert, canned fruit cocktail. But really bad, the toilets and under the tables. If I had gone to the toilet beforehand, I wouldn't have eaten anything there. You urgently need to renovate your floors and toilets!!!

I've been going to the lunch buffet every now and then for years. Price-performance is top. Starter soup, salad bar, ice cream and fruit for dessert. You have the same (manageable) selection as before the Corona period. Not all Chinese buffets have achieved this. Update at the end of 2024: The cheap lunch buffet plus a glass of water now costs €12.20. Ordering a drink is very, very important... There is no beef. Duck meat mainly comes in the form of scraps of meat that have been peeled from the bones of the roast duck and even these are only added very hesitantly. Everything else, i.e. chicken and pork variations, are always replenished quickly. Overall, I downgrade the price-performance ratio from “top” to “good” and now give it 4 stars instead of 5.

So, I thought the place was great and can only recommend it.

I've been here a few times and am always impressed with the buffet. There isn't the largest selection, but what is there is completely satisfactory, is very fresh and tasty. In addition, it is quite inexpensive here compared to other buffets. I can only recommend it.

Service very fast, nice and child-friendly. Unfortunately, the buffet is not always hot all the time. The wok station was quite tasty, but it took a relatively long time. I found the atmosphere to be rather uncomfortable. The toilets need an update, hardly any space with a child in tow.

I have been visiting the restaurant for many years and am still impressed. The selection of dishes is varied and very tasty. The staff is always friendly and always helpful. However, there is only one downside, and that is... the staff could occasionally have an impact on guests who let their small children run around noisily between the tables all the time. If you want to go to your seat with filled plates, it often happens that the little ones unexpectedly jump around in front of you and you run the risk of the hot food slipping off the plate and falling either on the children or other guests. The fact that you are constantly annoyed by the children's screaming is not prevented either. Of course, it would be primarily the responsibility of the parents/accompanying persons to ask the children to calm down, that is clear. But often they don't mind and the staff should then take action. Because the other guests also have the right to be able to chat in peace and enjoy their food. It would be a shame if the Peking Garden, as is now practiced in many other restaurants, from -z. B. 7:00 p.m. - there would be an age restriction.

Unfortunately, the food has declined, too much has been translated into German.

Not bad, the sushi is not very tasty, the sauces too, the variety of food and choice is not large, I didn’t like the fact that the dishes that needed to be fried were not at all prepared. The children only ate French fries and sweets and they didn’t like other dishes. Otherwise not bad.

For the price of the lunch buffet there, I can barely get an a la carte dish elsewhere. Everything tasted good. The service is great. The offer is more than sufficient. I will gladly come again.

This is also the last time we have been there. It's just stuffy and hot in the summer, so you immediately sweat like you're in the tropics. Professional air conditioning: none! The behavior of the male waiter in particular towards the customers is harsh and unfriendly. We "dared" to open a window... I've never experienced anything like that! Children are apparently also unwelcome here. Of course, small children are magically attracted to the large koi tank. The buffet is small and some of the food is oversalted. An hour before the end of the lunch buffet, food is almost never refilled. We won't be coming back again.

Good food at a reasonable price.

I find this selection from the buffet to be very large and beautifully designed. The food is very tasty and freshly prepared. The environment in this restaurant is quite pleasant but the later it gets the louder it gets but overall a very, very great restaurant which I would definitely recommend!!!

I am with my entire family (8 - 12 people) regularly on Saturdays in this restaurant for the evening buffet. Most recently yesterday evening (06/15/24) However, the service and quality has greatly increased. The staff, especially the male staff that evening, were very annoyed, unfriendly and unprofessional. We waited ages for our drinks. Some of the noodles were very salty and tasted burnt, the fish wasn't quite cooked through and the meat was tough and sometimes inedible. In addition, by constantly asking if anyone else was missing, we were signaled that we had been in the restaurant too long and were unwelcome. When we go to the Chinese buffet, we obviously don't want to be under time pressure and want to have a nice evening with the family. Drinks were ordered in abundance. We were also very shocked at how the staff complained loudly to children and their parents instead of treating this discreetly. We and some other guests that evening will no longer enter this restaurant. I hope that those responsible read this review and discuss it internally so that guest satisfaction increases again.

Not against the staff being very nice and always smiling but overall it has deteriorated a lot Unfortunately!!! I've been eating out in Malta off and on for 18 years and I know exactly what it was like! The leftovers from the day before are processed with a lot of sauce and used again. They don't taste good. Hygiene. Oh my God, that's no longer possible. They have to change as quickly as possible, especially the toilets!!! Prices are ok for what they offer (always the same). In my opinion, they need to think about something, maybe revise everything and offer something tasty!!

NO THANKS! I've been there 3-4 times a year for years, but unfortunately it's gotten progressively worse in the last 2 years! The spring rolls are particularly bad. The meat in the front area is simmering, which is why I didn't have anything fried. Everything tastes the same and only differs visually. Children take food from the buffet with their fingers, put it in their mouth and then eat it again. In any case, more attention should be paid to this. Well, that's why the service staff snatch your plates after you've barely chewed the last bite. Unfortunately, this restaurant is no longer an option for me, as it is now only used to quickly fill up on canteen flair. The plum wine afterwards was also canceled, but it couldn't have saved the evening or the meal either....!

The lunch buffet is inexpensive, but the quality/selection of the dishes has been slimmed down a lot. In addition, the noisy, echoey restaurant is always very full. Sometimes you don't understand your own words. Conclusion: we will only eat there in the evening or on Sunday lunchtime. The additional price is money well spent.

Das Plus: Personal ist freundlich schnell und aufmerksam. Der Gastraum ist sauber und ordentlich gehalten. Getränke waren schnell und wie gewünscht am Tisch. Preise für Getränke waren auch absolut ok. Fisch war heiß und zart. Suppe war auch gut. Das Minus: Die Auswahl ist leider etwas überschaubar, viele (Früchte/Obst/ Tintenfischringe etc.) Dinge, aus der Dose bzw. aus der Tüte. Saucen leider viel zu dünn, ehr Suppe statt Sauce. Geschmacklich ok. Garnelen sucht man leider auch vergebens.

I find it very disgusting there. The spring rolls taste like a petting zoo. Everything is over salted and the fish was completely soggy. The only thing that is good there is the cola, the beer and the blue ice cream. I definitely won't be coming back.

Okay, a nice place to enjoy Far Eastern cuisine in a family atmosphere. Limited selection of everything, but tasty, and always warm to hot. The service is very good, we will happily come back. But please don't expect the diversity of the large restaurants.

Wir hatten einen Tisch für 12 Personen bestellt, es war sehr eng, die Auswahl an Speisen war sehr gering. Das Dessert ließ zu wünschen übrig. Die Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich und bemüht.

Die meisten von ihnen hatten eine Reservierungskarte, aber einige hatten diese Informationen nicht, also haben wir sie gebucht. Wir zogen uns aus und ich nahm den Einjährigen mit, um ihm etwas zu essen zu geben. Nachdem ich einen Teller für sie vorbereitet hatte, kam die Kellnerin zurück und sagte, wir müssten gehen. dass alles reserviert ist und es keinen einzigen Tisch gibt. Sie hat nicht gesagt, dass es ihr leidtut oder so, denn woher soll ich das wissen, wenn sie uns gesagt hat, wir sollen gehen, und es keine Informationen gab? Wir wurden wie Diebe rausgeschmissen und ich sehe kein Verschulden unsererseits. Man hätte uns gleich zu Beginn informieren können, dann hätte es kein Problem gegeben und wir hätten uns noch nicht beschwert. Hoffnungslos und es wurde eine offizielle Beschwerde eingereicht. Die Kellnerin war sehr unangenehm und anmaßend und gab mir das Gefühl, ein schlechter Mensch zu sein. Ich habe mich noch nie so geschämt

Mega Restaurant. Wir gehen jetzt schon Jahre dahin. Das Essen hat eine sehr gute Qualität,ist immer ausreichend vorhanden und auch immer Heiß. Das Personal ist einfach nur Herzlich, einen riesen Dank an das Team .
