I had the great pleasure of dining at Pegasos and it was an absolutely outstanding experience! The atmosphere was modern and inviting. The food was fantastic, fresh ingredients, perfectly seasoned and incredibly tasty. Particularly noteworthy was the rump steak, which was simply excellent. I had the pleasure of spending an extremely pleasant evening with my family at Pegasos. Although I didn't know the place before, I decided to visit based on the positive reviews. The good reviews have proven to be absolutely justified. The food was excellent, especially the delicious gyros and the homemade halva and lotus ice cream. I strongly recommend making reservations in advance as the place is very popular. It's definitely worth it! 5☆

I actually don't want to recommend it, otherwise I might not get a table anymore. Everything was great, I was never disappointed.

Bestes Restaurant in Oberhausen und Umgebung. Essen mit Liebe zubereitet, die Bedienung extrem freundlich und locker, und der Geschmack übertrifft alles, was wir bisher hatten. Wie hattten uns komplett von der Besitzerin mit Speisen überraschen lassen. Es gab viele Vorspeisen, eine suoerzarte Lammhackse und zwei mega Nachtische. Probiert es unbedingt aus, wir sind immer noch geflashed.

Making a reservation by phone was difficult because they hung up on me twice. It was loud and seemed crowded for a restaurant. We were served by every friendly waiter we could find. Cheers to speed, but who wants to shout to the next waiter that you've already been asked twice? The carrots on the fresh salad were dry and had probably been in the kitchen for a while before being served. There were two (!) small cubes of feta in my risotto. Did you fall for it or did you want to? The lamb was great, the bone was removed, but the limp bone skin was still on. The other food - piping hot and over salted gyros came to the table with dry and cold fries that were unevenly salted. It went back barely eaten and was greeted with raised eyebrows and the question "Pack it up?" removed. Maybe we had a bad day, but I can't understand where all the very good reviews come from. Update from March 10, 2024: The restaurant was given a second chance and I am pleasantly surprised. This time everything was great! I don't want to change the stars later. Be my Valentine... despite the fact that the store was packed, the service was relaxed and very nice. It was a very pleasant atmosphere, the tables were lovingly decorated and on the menu you will find typical Greek dishes, but steak lovers will also find what they are looking for. For me today it was the Surf & Turf with extra lamb fillet. Two king prawns, which really deserve their name, flanked the perfectly grilled beef fillet. Too narrow, too noisy and the food is OK but not for the money I think it's overpriced. If you want fries e.g. pepperoni you have to pay for everything. Some gyros are without tzatziki and you have to pay extra for the money. Service is super nice and friendly.

Heerlijk gegeten! Twee volwassenen en twee kinderen. Menu voor 4 personen uitgekozen en ruim voldoende! Wij hadden nog veel over en dit werd zonder problemen netjes ingepakt. De bediening was ook erg vriendelijk en snel.

Tolles Personal, freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Essen hat seinen Preis aber dafür ist es auch hochwertig und sehr lecker 🥰 Da das Restaurant immer voll gebucht ist wird es mit der Unterhaltung am Tisch durch die Lautstärke manchmal etwas schwierig. Ich kann das Pegasus nur weiterempfehlen 🤲🤲🤲🤲

Einfach der beste Grieche in Oberhausen

Na was soll ich sagen !!! Alles wunderbar, Unbedingt reservieren, ansonsten sieht es echt schlecht aus. Vorspeise echt lecker Feta + Metaxasaucer Hauptgang eine Platte für 2 Personen (Nr.79) ein echter Genuss, super saftig Die Fritten hätten noch ne Minute... aber das tut dem keinen Abbruch. Wir kommen bald wieder ( natürlich reserviert ) 😉

Das Essen war spitze und super lecker. Leider war es mir persönlich in den Räumlichkeiten zu laut bei zunehmendem Publikum aber bin wirklich zufrieden gewesen.das Personal war sehr freundlich. Ich komme gerne wieder.

Wir hatten für 19 Uhr bestellt. Waren leider 40 Minuten früher da. War aber gar kein Problem. Wir wurden direkt herzlich empfangen und bekamen einen Tisch. Das Ambiente, die herzliche freundlichkeit und vorallem das Essen waren Tip Top! Wir kommen bestimmt mal wieder und werden es weiter empfehlen.

Uns wurde sehr kurzfristig noch ein Tisch für zwei Stunden angeboten, bis andere Gäste mit einer Reservierung für den Tisch eintreffen. Das Service-Personal war super freundlich und herzlich. Unsere Fragen zum Essen wurden klar und ohne Ausflüchte beantwortet und unsere Wünsche beim Essen berücksichtigt. Das Essen selbst war mega lecker und definitiv ausreichend um gut satt zu sein. Alles in allem können wir jedem das Pegasos empfehlen.

Es ist sehr laut im Speiseraum wenn alle Tische besetzt sind. Eine Unterhaltung war kaum möglich

Hier passt wirklich alles. Essen top, Probiert unbedingt den gebackenen Schafskäse Lokal sehr schön und der Inhaber ist immer für einen Plausch zu haben. Mega freundlicher Familienbetrieb.

Die Vorspeisen ein Traum. Das Restaurant hat vor einigen Jahren zurecht bei dem TV Format " Mein Lokal Dein Lokal "mitgemacht auch wenn sie nicht gewonnen haben (Platz 2) für mich sind sie bei jedem Besuch der Sieger. Das Essen ist super lecker 😋 Die Vorspeisen sind ein Traum aber auch die Hauptgerichte lassen bei mir keine Wünsche offen... Sufla Feta köstlich...ein weitere Favorit von mir sind die Baby Tintenfische in leichter Mehlpanade mit Baby Spinat und Rosmarinkaroffeln(leider so nicht mehr auf der Karte)...ich habe einfach nachgefragt und bekam sie so zubereitet wie sie früher auf der Karte standen...wobei ich nicht sagen möchte das die neue Zubereitung nicht auch lecker ist. Das ist eben ein super Service dort. Bitte auch das Tzatziki probieren. Der Salat auch immer lecker. Man wird freundlich empfangen obwohl es dort oft hektisch zugeht da das Restaurant einen großen Zulauf hat. Viele Stammgäste jung wie alt. Also nix wie hin aber bitte vorher einen Tisch bestellen sonst könnte es sein das ihr keinen Platz bekommt

Lekker eten, goede prijs en vriendelijke bediening. Het toevoegen van wat vegetarische gerechten is wel een must.

Nach 70km Fahrradtour suchten wir als Sechsergruppe konnten wir hier entspannt unseren großen Hunger stillen. Der freundliche Inhaber und das aufmerksame Personal organisierten für uns trotz vollem Restaurant schnell einen Tisch. Die Pegasos-Platte für 4 Personen war fünf Fleischesser mehr als ausreichend und sehr lecker, aber auch für unsere Pescetarierin gab es mit Moriaka Kunista etwas Feines. Wir kommen gerne wieder, aber beim nöchsten Mal testen wir uns durch die umfangreiche Vorspeisungkarte, die dieses Restaurant von den gewöhnlichen Griechen bemerkenswert abhebt.

Es war alles perfekt! Wir wurden schnell und nett bedient. Das Essen hat sensationell geschmeckt und der Preis hat gestimmt.

Leuke zaak en vriendelijk personeel. We nemen een Pegasos menu voor vier personen. Ieder krijgt een bord met allerlei voorgerechten. Echt lekker. Lekker brood erbij, yoghurtdip, een mooie Griekse salade er nog bij met feta. Maar dan, een enorme schotel met gyros, lamskoteletjes, biefstuk en een spies. Teveel om op te noemen en veel teveel om op te eten. Meer dan de helft gaat terug. Wel wordt netjes gevraagd of we het restant mee willen nemen. Ik zou hier voortaan lekker een voorgerecht en een hoofdgerecht nemen. Meer dan voldoende. We drinken er overigens supermooie wijn bij. Griekse wijn van de Tannat druif. Vrachos wijn. Neem sowieso deze wijn. Die is top voor niet al teveel geld.

Das Restaurant ist ein griechisches Restaurant mit ausgezeichnetem Service und guter Küche. Preis-/Leistungs-Verhältnis ist topp. Die Speisen sind schmackhaft und lecker. Gerne hätte ich 5 Sterne vergeben, jedoch muss ich leider einen Punkt abziehen. Die Leber als Bestandteil des Grilltellers war leider sehr durch und hier musste man das Gebiss schon auf "Grob" stellen...und der Beilagensalat war nur mit Öl angemacht. Das war ein wenig enttäuschend. Aber alles in allem ein tolles Restaurant und wir kommen gerne wieder.
