Nice place with good food and great service. The knuckle was good, the rind was super crispy but the meat was unfortunately a little dry. My wife's sausage salad was very tasty. The service was very attentive and friendly at all times.

The food was delicious. At festival times they don't have Pils, only Oktoberfest beer. Personally, I didn't find it very tasty and would have liked there to be both. Keller was friendly, but insisted on a tip during our visit. We always tip, but found that a little invasive. In terms of price, it's okay but not at the top either.

The food is very well portioned and super tasty. Service is very quick and the food was delivered to the table in no time. Price performance is okay given the quality. The schnitzel was from the pan and buttery soft.

It is close to the Stuttgart exhibition, 8 minutes by car, has its own parking space, and has a traditional decoration environment. There are basically no pitfalls in the dishes I ordered, except that the pork knuckle can only be eaten at night and not at lunch, which is a pity.

The staff is very friendly and attentive, the food is delicious and the atmosphere is great. Absolutely recommended!

Good hearty food, friendly service, large beer garden

Wir waren auf der Durchreise und sind auf dieses Restaurant gestoßen. Lage ist gut, Getränke waren schnell da, Essen auch, aber für Zwiebelrostbraten mit Bratkartoffeln war es zu schnell. Man hat an den Bratkartoffeln gemerkt, dass sie wahrscheinlich in der Mikrowelle warm gemacht wurden. Das Fleisch war ok. Fazit: ok, mehr nicht.

The food was really great, we had the Maultaschen and the Bayern Wrap. Only the apple strudel wasn't that tasty, it definitely came from the freezer.

The shop is a perfectly functioning “machine”! The food is homemade, very tasty and although the shop is always full, it comes incredibly quickly. The employees know exactly what to do and how to do it. Respect for this great achievement, because nowadays gastronomy is a very thankless and difficult task. Cheers! Keep it up! Absolutely recommended!

Traditional space, really friendly staff, food was excellent, beer was fast and delicious. It’s typically very busy due to its location, large outdoor seating area and ability to serve large groups. If you’re in Stuttgart, it’s a must visit! I had the Oktoberfest beer.

The beer garden is very busy, we didn't pre-order but still got a place. Drinks and food came in a reasonable time. The girls and boys are really fast and attentive. The 4 of us all had different dishes and were all satisfied.

Wir sind eine ortsansässige Gruppe von Freunden, die sich früher fast regelmäßig gerne im Paulaner getroffen hat. Leider sind in den letzten Monaten die Preise immer höher gestiegen (ein 0,5 l Bier kostet mittlerweile 5,20 Euro) und die Qualität des Essens hat stark nachgelassen. Während der Ochsensepp Salat im Juni noch relativ lecker war, hat der Schweizer Wurstsalat Ende Juli total versagt. Für 16,90 Euro bekommt man eine überschaubare Portion Wurstsalat und Brot mit ein paar wenigen Käsestreifen serviert. Das Salatdressing geht schon fast ins süßliche, was bei einem Wurstsalat absolut nicht sein darf. Der Clou war dann, dass sich unter dem Wurstsalat ein kleiner Berg grüner Salat versteckt hat, der 1. die Menge noch mehr reduziert hat und 2. total lätschig war. Das war das letzte Mal, dass ich dort etwas esse.

Yes, that is a really nice restaurant. There is good Bavarian food there. The highlight is of course the pork knuckle. There is also good Paulaner beer. What's particularly nice is that there are also specialty beers. So for example during Lent there is Salvator and in May there is Meyburg and in October or September there is Oktoberfest beer. That's really great.

Were there last year in September, everything was wonderful, great roast, great sauce, but now 2 weeks ago I was very disappointed. The roast was perfect, but the sauce was instant and tasted absolutely inferior. I had to pay a lot because of my gluten intolerance...

Waren zu viert bei einem Geschäftsessen. 4 x Rostbraten bestellt. Einer von uns musste gesundheitsbedingt (enormes Sodbrennen) nach dem zweiten Biss aufhören. Aus Kulanz mussten wir nur 3 bezahlen !!! Trotz über 30€ mit Beilagen !!! Hammer ! Mega ! Das ist der Hammer gewesen. Grüße an den Chef und Hut ab. Sowas findet man selten !!!!

Wonderful and rustic restaurant!!!! The ambience and food are simply great. The managing director, the lady with the glasses, and Mike are also completely likeable and they satisfied us from A to Z... the soundproofing is particularly noteworthy... Would visit the restaurant again and again!!!!

I was very disappointed with my schnitzel with fried potatoes! That suggests crispy fried potatoes and a schnitzel deliciously fried in butter... what do you get... fried and “sloppy” fried potatoes and a warmed schnitzel on top! Sorry, that doesn't work at all. The bad thing is that you have to pay real money for it! In my opinion it's just a disgrace. This has nothing to do with a restaurant. Every hamburger at a fast food chain is fresher. I'm just wondering, am I the only one who doesn't like reheated food in a restaurant?

Richtig gut- auch wenn es von der „Stange“ ist. Das Personal hat sich bemüht mir einen Platz zu organisieren obwohl der Laden total voll war. Das Personal war locker, entspannt, freundlich und aufmerksam. Ich habe eine Haxe gegessen, die war spitze. Man muss es rustikal mögen, aber ich habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt. Kompliment

So far we have always been very satisfied with the restaurant and have enjoyed visiting it often, both in the beer garden and inside. The food was always great, especially the schnitzel was extremely tasty and highly recommended. The service has always been very friendly. However, our most recent visit last Sunday was disappointing. We ordered two of the schnitzels with potato salad, which tasted excellent - as usual. However, they differ significantly in size. While one schnitzel was the usual size, the other was at least ⅓ smaller - and the portion of potato salad was also significantly smaller. When we asked the waiter about it, we were told that both were the same schnitzel from the kitchen and that one of the schnitzel had a small part folded over. It's a shame, that didn't improve the situation at all, because the portion was still significantly smaller. For a price of €19.50, I think you can expect reliability in the portion size. We also had a small schnitzel with fried potatoes at the table. The taste of this was also excellent, but the fried potatoes were reprehensible (see picture). I don't think it's fair to serve such dark fried potatoes to the guests - so we told the waitress that the potatoes were too dark and that part had to go back. The answer we received was “ok”. When we said that she could pass this on to the kitchen, we were told “you’re right”. I'm sorry, that didn't help and it's not the quality of service I'm used to - it's a shame.

Food was ok, nothing special. But small portions at very high prices. We were in a group. 1x plastic in the plate, 1x dead bee hidden in a lettuce leaf. Service was understandable, but slow and our glasses were often empty for a long time... The view is nice, the atmosphere too. But for the high prices, I would rather go somewhere else where I can get larger portions and actually feel full.

Waren heute zum Mittagessen im Paulaner. Cordon Bleu aus dem Tiefkühler und in der Fritteuse zubereitet,mit Fertigsauce von Knorr Gourmet und fertig trocken Spätzle aus der Metro. Nur der Beilagensalat war frisch. Service extrem ungeschult und sollte deutlich verbessert werden. Es wurden lieber Tische abgeräumt oder Brezel auf der Terrasse gegessen bevor die Kunden bedient worden. Spätzle waren nicht frisch sondern waren angetrocknet! Absolut mangelhaft. Hat mit Gastronomie wenn man sich auskennet nichts zu tun. War enttäuschend!! Nicht nochmal. Einfach enttäuschend !!!

Had a really excellent roast pork here. Plus a freshly tapped Paulaner Helles. Wonderful! If you are a fan of Bavarian brewery cuisine, you are in the best hands here. Fast, friendly service and fairly large portions at reasonable prices. The ambience is also good. Outside: Leinfelden-Echterdingen, Inside: Munich :-) Expectations fully met. Clear recommendation for anyone who likes this cuisine.

Nice restaurant with a nice host. The dishes are relatively good and the landlord keeps asking if everything is OK. He also asks if he can offer anything else. That's meant nicely, but it seemed quite intrusive. Unfortunately, I have to say that the prices are definitely overpriced. A beer for over 5 euros is simply too much. And a cup of coffee for 10 euros too. Unfortunately, I'm a little disappointed with the prices compared to a year ago. It is a nice restaurant but with a not very good price/performance ratio.

Quaint inn with delicious food and drinks, a nice ambience and friendly and fast service with a good price-performance ratio. Since we hadn't made a reservation and I was dependent on crutches after a skiing accident, we first asked for a table and were then met at the stairs by the innkeeper and immediately offered help. When we left, the innkeeper accompanied us back to the exit. Super nice, highly recommended.

I went there for dinner yesterday with my partner and friends of ours. Because it should definitely be a knuckle to eat ;) For me as a Bavarian, the atmosphere felt very homely, the beer, as you would expect from Paulaner, was very tasty. We then had 3 knuckles and a Swabian plate. We were very impressed with both the look and the size of the portions. The only thing that was criticized was that the pans from there are a bit small and you have to be careful not to make a mess :D The waiter who was responsible for our service was very attentive, friendly and on the ball. The waiting time for the food isn't too long, despite the restaurant being busy. All in all a very nice evening with very good food and service! I just thought it was a shame not to be able to find any Kaiserschmarrn or knödlgröstl on the menu 🫶

It's trade fair time and the weekend, and the store is packed to the rafters. The service leaves absolutely nothing to be desired and all employees keep a cool head. The staff is extremely friendly and attentive, despite the confusing location. Drinks are refilled as quickly as possible and people are always asked about their well-being. We, a table of 9 people, were served both starters and the main course at the same time. Meat fried to perfection and portions generous. Taste 1+ with 5 stars for all courses. I would like to thank you for this great evening in a rustic atmosphere. Completely successful! Highly Recommended! We'll definitely be back next year.

Heute im Paulaner mit den Arbeitskollegen noch ein Feierabendbier getrunken. Essen gab es natürlich auch. Hab mich auf einen Haxen gefreut gibt es aber erst ab 18:00 Uhr am Dienstag und Mittwoch. Mist. Die Alternative war Original Münchner Schweinsbraten mit Dunkelbiersoße und kleinem Speck-Krautsalat, dazu hausgemachte Brezenknödel. War lecker 😋 und ein lecker 🍺dazu.

Eine typische Brauereigaststätte mit super Essen und sehr, sehr freundlichem Personal, das fast alles möglich macht. Kein Sonderwunsch ist zu schräg, um nicht erfüllt zu werden.

Mein Essen war gut, Riesenschbitzek, aber das Essen meiner Kollegen war etwas mickrig (OIfenkartoffel).

Absolut empfehlenswert, hatten weihnachtsfeier am 22.12.23. Der beste schwäbische zwiebelrostbraten 🔝👍
