Einmalig. Man darf sich vom Ambiente nicht abschrecken lassen. Essen und Charme des Ortes sind in Dortmund einfach besonders. Immer einen Besuch wert!

Ein Kurzurlaub in Napoli. Die Mama kocht stilecht und Giovanni schmeißt den Laden. Essen gut, Service wunderbar und Ambiente klassisch casalinga: weiß gekachelt, Deckenlicht und schlichte Möblierung. Das passt alles!

Ich mag diese Art von Location und Essen, in der Einfachheit liegt die Wahrheit. Ich bin viel in Südeuropa unterwegs und kenne es von dort nicht anders. Hier wird Wert auf das Wesentliche gelegt, das Essen, und das ist fantastisch.

Zwei Hunde in einer Küche ist mir auf jeden Fall zwei zu viel. Ich weiß nicht ob das Essen in diesem Restaurant schmeckt. Ich kann es mir gut vorstellen. Nur leider kam eine Frau mit Pudelmütze mit ein Hund auf dem Arm und ein Hund auf der Transportbox aus dem Restaurant und das funktioniert leider nicht. Somit haben wir das Restaurant verlassen und haben dort nichts gegessen

The ambiance is okay, but that's not really part of the concept; the focus is on the food, which is really delicious. For first-timers: Try the gnocchi in sage sauce. Reservations are recommended; walk-ins are difficult.

Not the first choice for an evening gala, but the food is perfect for that. The daily specials are announced verbally and aren't huge, but the taste... mmm. You can watch the mother cooking – delightful. For me, the place has charm and a good atmosphere. I know what to expect. The prices are great, and the portions are very generous.

The food is always delicious, freshly made, and the atmosphere is fantastic. You feel like you're in Italy.

Normally, I'd deduct a star for the lack of ambiance and the short opening hours, but the food was so good that I'm giving it 5 stars anyway. The homemade pasta was amazing, and the staff was friendly. The dishes change; there's no set menu. You can usually choose from 5 pasta dishes. Italian beer is also available. Wine and soft drinks are also available, of course. Parking is difficult. It's a shame you can only come here for lunch and not dinner. Be sure to make a reservation, otherwise you might have to queue outside.

Anyone who doesn't love this place doesn't understand food... The food here is cooked and served with love and passion. I've never had such good Italian food outside of Italy. There's no menu; the chef tells you what's available at your table. It's first come, first served. I can't make any recommendations, as everything tastes absolutely delicious! You should definitely arrive a little earlier to have a wider selection.

Pasta bar, simply furnished, but that's what makes it. There are 4 to 5 daily specials, freshly prepared👍👍👍. My gnocchi was excellent. My friend had spaghetti with seafood 👍👍👍. The dry white wine was well chilled and very tasty. Absolutely recommended.

In terms of taste, it's really the best thing I've ever tasted in Italian cuisine. Far surpasses all Italians when it comes to food. Setup is very simple but that doesn't matter. Service is very friendly and I just really enjoyed it.

a small Italian gem in the middle of DO-City, it is more of a pasta bar than a classic restaurant. The food here is very tasty (the coffee too, by the way), very authentically Italian, nice atmosphere, few tables, always full, quite loud and so delicious. You should definitely reserve here beforehand. We were here on a Monday around 1 p.m. and wouldn't have gotten a table without a prior reservation. If you like pasta we love the shop here. Here the Italian mother still cooks herself and the son waits. Everyone here is very friendly, very Italian, just wonderful. Absolutely clear recommendation!

We were invited to the restaurant for a birthday today and didn't know what to expect. We were received very positively. The service was very pleasant and our questions were answered. As a starter, various antipasti were served, which were very tasty. The main course was various pasta. From gnocchi to spaghetti with shrimps or even salsiccia, everything was highly recommended. The panna cotta also scored points with a good espresso at the end. We will definitely come back. Keep it up!

Sweet, small and authentic restaurant in downtown Dortmund. The porcini mushroom gnocchi were really incredibly (!) delicious. I haven't tried a dish in a long time that blew me away so much - definitely cooked with a lot of love (butter and parmesan)!

Would like to be able to rate the food, we were open until 5 p.m., were there at 4:25 p.m. and were turned away because they were about to close, that's probably when you're too full 👎🏼

Had a great experience here, the vibe is perfect. Truly cozy and truly Italian, like the old times. The owner is great, he is the main waiter and you can see he puts his heart and sould in this job. The food is great, the prices are fair and the whole experience is a must try in my opinion. This is a relaxed, cozy, friendly and old school italian place. If you are looking for the true experience this is it. I will definitely come back everytime I'm in Dortmund from now on.

Pasta Buonissima is a small, unpretentious cantina near Kleppingstrasse. Simple cucina italiana is celebrated here, that's all it's about. There is a regularly changing small daily menu. The bread tastes fantastic with the olive oil. The starter plate offers delicious vegetable antipasti in the Neopolitan style. The Pasta Amatriciana and Pasta Gambaretti taste wonderful. Plus an easy to drink Sicilian white wine. The patron runs the small restaurant confidently and with a lot of heart. The price-performance ratio is incredibly good. You should reserve a table early as demand is very high.

I had pasta with rocket and prawns, unfortunately my food wasn't that good, the prawns were chopped into tiny little pieces and were therefore fried to death, the pasta and the antipasto plate were good. At the end the boss asked me if the food was good, and I said how I liked it, unfortunately not so much, unfortunately I only got a mushy answer, but my food was taken off the bill.

Wow, einfach nur wow! Ich war noch nie in einem Restaurant, welches so ein Konzept hat. So wie ich es verstanden habe, ändern sich die Speisen ab und zu, da es keine Speisekarte gibt. Dies macht das Entscheiden absolut einfach. Die Räumlichkeiten sind vlt. auf den ersten Blick ohne Konzept, aber irgendwie braucht man dies bei diesem hervorragenden Essen nicht. Ebenfalls ist das Restaurant barrierefrei und Parkplätze sind vor dem Restaurant vorhanden. Die Kellnerinnen und Kellner war absolut herzlich und freundlich. Lediglich Veganer und Veganerinnen werden hier nicht fündig. Als Vegetarierin kommt man hier auf seine Kosten. So leckere Gnocchi habe ich persönlich noch nie gegessen. Auch die Deserts sind ganz wunderbar und ich habe dort das Beste Tiramisu gegessen, das ich je kosten durfte. Eine absolute Empfehlung von mir!

Für mich einfach die beste Küche Dortmunds, nicht umsonst kommen wir fast jeden Freitag auf Gnocchi in Salbeibutter und Weißwein vorbei! Von der simplen, aber gemütlichen Inneneinrichtung bis zum perfekten Espresso mit Mandelkeks zum Finale stimmt hier einfach alles. Egal, wie oft, es ist jedes Mal ein highlight bei Pasta Buonissima. Superb pasta in a casual and laid back atmosphere. The ciabatta served before the pasta is also exceptional (you can even order the ciabatta with prior notice). Small menu, family-run. Pleasantly surprised at how valuable it was for the restaurant quality. We came in at 12 and were lucky to grab a table, all others were reserved already so reservation is definitely recommended. Really loved the overall experience.

Tolles Essen, Personal perfekt, Ambiente gewöhnungsbedürftig

Heute Mittag besuchten wir dieses Lokal angelockt durch die sehr guten Rezensionen. Das Highlight waren die hausgemachten Gnocchi mit Salbeibutter. Meine Spaghetti Arrabiata - Soße war sehr gut. Die Spaghetti normaler Durchschnitt. Der Weißwein kam aus Sizilien. Die Getränke kommen aus einem Kühlschrank des Lokals im typisch spröden italienischen Stil. Solange das essen so gut bleibt ist es mir egal. Einen Ramazotti kann man nicht bekommen. Allenfalls einen Grappa. Es gibt hier keine Speisenkarte und auf der Tafel draußen stehen auch keine Preise. Eine Weinkarte gibt es ebenfalls nicht. Kartenzahlung ist nicht möglich ! Vorher gab es reichlich frisches sehr leckeres italienisches Brot mit Olivenöl.

Wieselflink und freundlich der Wirt, bot er uns die Gerichte an. Keine Speisekarte. Kleine Auswahl lässt immer auf gute Küche schließen. Wir bestellten Spaghetti Bolo+Spaghetti Gambas. Vorab gab es frisches Brot+Olivenöl. Normalerweise würze/salze ich immer nach hier jedoch nicht nötig. Beides schmeckte super, Portionen ausreichend sattmachend. Espresso Macchiato zum Abschluss. Toller Laden, lecker und super Preis-Leistung. Visitenkarte eingesackt (hier sollte man vorsichtshalber reservieren, da sehr gut besucht). Absolut zu empfehlen! Wir kommen wieder. Ciao :-)
