We only had drinks and ice cream. We liked everything.

The food there is always recommended. A lovely ambiance in the heart of the Rheinaue. Veal schnitzel, ice cream, and cold drinks complete the experience. The staff is always friendly. I'll be back. Not to be missed are the daily live performances in the beer garden, which take place in July and August. A great atmosphere.

Great as always. The Rheinaue salad is one of the best salads you can eat in Bonn. The schnitzels are also delicious, although unfortunately they're no longer wafer-thin like they were in the beginning, but a bit thicker. The "new" schnitzel menu is still great, though, and a real improvement on the old ones. We always enjoy coming back and are already looking forward to the new menu.

We had excellent food and drinks in the outdoor area. We were there with a group, enjoyed live Cologne music, and had a great time. The service was very attentive.

Right in the middle of the park. Excellent food and drink. Especially known for its summer concerts. Jazz and bands from all decades. What's special is that there's no admission charge, and the food and drinks are decent and affordable. Great atmosphere. A must-visit.

This ambiance with its frequent live events is always well attended and a welcome change from Bonn to relax in the most beautiful park for miles around, with excellent transport links.

A glance at the menu—a 0.3 Erdinger beer costs almost €5—makes me lose any desire to stay here. The owner's irrelevant comments on the guests' reviews make me lose even more desire. I'd happily go somewhere else. I'm curious to see what he writes next. Good luck!

Cover bands every evening in summer

It's actually quite nice there. But unfortunately, it's very unpleasant at the moment because of the many wasps.

Highly recommended, especially during the SWB concert season. The food is unfortunately a bit overpriced for the taste. The service is super friendly, and the drinks are well-balanced.

A very nice place to relax and cool off from the hot temperatures outside. There's an e-bike charging station in the back; you just need to bring your charging cable, and then you can charge for free. There's also an EU-accessible restroom, which doesn't look particularly nice, but it was clean. Everything was there: paper towels, soap, etc. Unfortunately, there was also a bit of junk in the lobby, but it was kept tidy. I highly recommend this restaurant if you want to sit down for a while, relax, and enjoy a nice cold drink. 😀

It's a bit ridiculous that card payments won't be accepted in the beer garden in 2025. So the shop had to forgo some sales today.

The SWB Summer Festival is truly amazing. From July to the end of August, there's live music (almost) every night with no admission charge... fantastic. The best band yesterday was Beautiful Noise with singer Oliver Bick, awesome.

A pretty good place. In July 2025, a cappuccino and cake for €8.90 is hard to swallow. But it was good. The service could be a bit more attentive.

Today, we spontaneously went to the park restaurant with 20 people (!). Instead of being turned away for not having a reservation, we were warmly welcomed and even got to sit together. The service was super fast and very friendly, and the food was excellent. A thoroughly deserved 5 stars, and a big thank you to the fantastic and superbly organized team!

On Sunday, we ordered a strawberry sundae, which consisted of plain vanilla ice cream with lots of whipped cream, a quartered strawberry, and some unidentifiable sauce. That's what they call strawberry sundaes!

Beautiful location, but the rest was disastrous. Unfriendly service, and special requests were ignored. According to the waitress, it's not possible to put feta cheese on the salad instead of Parmesan, even though it's listed with the tarte flambée. After further inquiries as to why this isn't possible, it turned out that the tarte flambée isn't freshly prepared and is simply warmed up. It's a shame, given the price, you'd think that would be possible. Also, the tarte flambée was already cold when it arrived. Not recommended.

Recommended 👍 Food: They have a great "schnitzel concept" there. You can decide whether you want to order 1, 2, or 3 schnitzels, and you can also choose your own side dishes. Fries Fried potatoes Salad Fried eggs Various sauces... Perfect. I never eat carbohydrates with meat, so ordering is straightforward. The quality was also good. My wife had the pepper sauce, I had the champignon cream sauce. And it was nice to see that there were two different sauces and not, as is often the case, one sauce from a bucket with various ingredients. Plus, the sauces were homemade and very tasty 👍 All the other dishes at the table also looked wonderful and were prepared with care. Service: The staff there aren't particularly attentive, though. We had to get my wife's cutlery ourselves (the table was only set for 5, despite pre-ordering for 6 people). The missing table setting wasn't replaced either. If you wanted to order something, you had to call the staff. And that was despite the fact that it was very quiet. Ambience: The restaurant is in a great location, right on/in the Rheinaue, and the prices are great. All in all, a great afternoon and two thumbs up. 👍👍

We often come to the Rheinaue Park Restaurant during the summer months for the free summer festival. Excellent cover bands play there every year. The self-service food and drinks offered in the beer garden are delicious and reasonably priced. The service is attentive and friendly.

A venue with a special charm and a great location! I had the pleasure of experiencing the Park Restaurant, located in the heart of the Rheinaue, during a wedding. The collaboration went smoothly. I would love to come back!

I can't rave enough! My visit to the Park Restaurant in the Rheinaue was a real highlight – simply fantastic from the first minute to the last bite! Let's start with the food: I had a burger – and what can I say? It was the best burger I've ever eaten here. No, actually: the best ever. Juicy, flavorful, perfectly seasoned, with a crispy bun and incredibly fresh ingredients. Every bite was a little masterpiece. You immediately notice that the food here is cooked with passion and attention to quality. I've rarely had such an enjoyable meal! But what truly made this evening unforgettable was the incredibly great service – Ms. Silvia S. What a wonderful, warm, professional, and charming hostess! She always had a smile on her face, was attentive without being intrusive, humorous, and yet absolutely authentic. It didn't feel like "service," but almost like meeting a good friend – her interaction with us was so personal and warm. For me, Ms. Silvia S. is the best waitress ever! In a world where genuine, honest service is unfortunately often the exception, she is a shining example of how hospitality is truly lived. I am deeply grateful for this thoroughly successful evening. Extremely unfriendly behavior! We were there on July 6, 2025, at 11 a.m., as we often are on weekends. This time, our 3-year-old son was yelled at by an older customer to be quiet. We had only been there for a minute. This behavior was encouraged by the waiter, who subsequently served us extremely rudely. We will avoid this place in the future, as children are apparently not welcome.

The food is always impeccable, and the menu is well-chosen. Unfortunately, the service can't keep up; it's often very unreliable, and the waiters seem overwhelmed. The highlight, however, are the restrooms, which have the charm of a motorway service station.

Wheat beer only in bottles, and the Kölsch from a plastic carafe. Very unfriendly staff in the beer garden today. It's a shame it was much better last time!

Sitting on the terrace was very nice, service was friendly - but: salads with falafel: well, the sauce was bland, the lettuce leaves were ok and the falafel from the freezer had a very creamy consistency on the inside😖😏 the crust was probably supposed to cover up the bland and weak taste - too expensive for 18€.

The service was super friendly, and the restaurant has a wonderful atmosphere. The price is totally reasonable; €8 for an additional schnitzel each is perfectly reasonable, and it tasted great. There were also water bowls for the dogs upon request.

Ordered a schnitzel today. Two pieces. The first was OK. For the second one, which was underneath, the waitress should have praised the chef for trimming a 1-2 mm thick piece of meat so beautifully. When paying, I asked what the chef had said. It wasn't passed on. She would have known the answer already. What a shame. They'll probably keep cooking like that. Not for me anymore. Addendum. The owner's description unfortunately doesn't make it any better. Looks like damage limitation to me. The main thing is that something was answered. What a shame!!

Very nice location with a great view, depending on where you sit. We were lucky today. There was also very nice service. The menu is short but very fresh. So everything is correct. Any time.

What can I say? Good food. We really enjoyed it, but... a parade of umbrellas outside. Bent plastic flower boxes with dead plants. Service was very good, but the ambiance has a lot of room for improvement.

A truly beautiful beer garden surrounded by greenery with a view of the Siebengebirge mountains. Disappointingly, many drinks have been served in plastic cups since this year. Drinking wine this way isn't enjoyable. And that's with a €6 pickup price tag. The sustainability advertised on the tables falls by the wayside.

Beautiful location in the Rheinaue of Bonn can definitely recommend

On May 10, 2025 the first time we visited this restaurant (and also the last time) after a wait of 20 minutes the waiter came to take drinks. After the drinks were brought, we wanted to order food and the waiter wrote everything down. After 1 hour 25 minutes the waiter came to us to tell us that he had not passed the food on to the kitchen. We then asked for the bill. You could see that the waiters didn't always know where they were going to bring food to the right table. You could also clearly hear the arguments as to why there was no communication. It should be noted that in the period of 1 hour and 25 minutes you were not even asked if you would like something to drink. Sry No recommendation for this restaurant.

The best restaurant far and wide! We come to eat regularly and have not been disappointed once. The changing menu, the great desserts, the attentive service and the unique location are worth every penny. We can recommend this restaurant with a clear conscience without hesitation. Try it out! You won't be disappointed!

We sat on the terrace on April 4th, 2025 and after more than 10 minutes one of us kindly went to the older, balding waiter and asked if we could order. Unfriendly and without looking at you, you were told “just be difficult.” In fact, nothing more came to him. It's a shame that other guests who came after us had already had drinks. They were probably better dressed and were obviously treated better. Then they left, I haven't had to experience that in a long time. Poor number for such a shed.

Dear readers, The ambience was appealing and the food was good, but the service was terrible. I was there with my husband and my 2 loving children, who to my surprise at 12 couldn't order a children's menu. The waiters looked at us constantly and appeared unfriendly. The presentation of the food was not appealing and the food was “thrown on the plate”. All in all, the waiters were very unfriendly, which is why my family and I heartily do not recommend the restaurant. LG

You come there on a sunny day, sit down at a free table and are ignored by the waitress and waiter for 20 minutes. I could understand this if all the tables are occupied and the workload is high - but if over half of the tables are not occupied, it gives the impression: there is no desire to offer the service, the customer is “not a king” here. Thanks, we then looked for another restaurant.

Price/performance is not right at all. Old building structure, ambience rather mediocre to rocky. The terrace is also not very well maintained. Old concrete floor...Obviously someone doesn't have to work so hard to get customers here. Greek statutes from the 70s decorate the interior. But the service was good and friendly.

One of the perfect places to dine out in Bonn. The food is perfect, the setting in the park is just wonderful, and the service is the right mix of perfect and uncomplicated.

The restaurant not only offers a pleasant place to linger after a long walk through the extensive Rheinaue (currently with a roaring fireplace), but also high-quality cuisine with an appropriately clear menu. The service is extremely friendly and attentive every time you visit; you always feel like you are being treated very personally. In my experience, the restaurant is particularly suitable for larger and smaller occasions. I love the view of the Siebengebirge and over the Rhine on the upper floor, which is also accessible for disabled people.

We were here again with the family for Christmas dinner. There was a good menu selection for a three or four course meal. Everyone enjoyed it very much. The staff was very nice and attentive.

The saisonal geese dishes (Gänse-Speisen), try them! Reportedly they come right from the Rheinaue, the Nile goose sort;) And, if you miss them, the geese taxi (Gänse-Taxi) brings them to your home!

Goose to go, super tasty and very well prepared, with lots of delicious ingredients. The icing on the cake: delivered on time to the minute! Any time. And we'll come back to the restaurant to eat - after the Christmas season...

We have tested the GänseTaxi and would like to award 6 points! The agreed delivery time was met exactly, the goose for 4 people and all the side dishes were so good! We can only recommend the all-round service - many thanks to the park restaurant team!!

We came here specifically to eat goose and were not disappointed. The goose (leg and breast) tasted excellent, and the baked apple and red cabbage were also delicious. The dumplings were average. At just under €32, everything was reasonably priced. Attentive and friendly service. The atmosphere is a bit old-fashioned and it was quite loud with many groups.

I like the restaurant. Actually. Great location in the Rheinaue, view of the Siebengebirge, in the countryside, very beautiful. We went for a walk in the Rheinaue 🌳 on Sunday in great autumn weather ☀️🍂🍁 and wanted to end it with coffee ☕ and cake 🍰. Outside space wasn't a problem. The really hard-working waiters were overwhelmed. Probably understaffed. Annoying because they couldn't help it. Coffee was fine, cake ice cold, thawed, more like ice cream cake, not like cheese cream raspberries. There's certainly more, right?! Then there are also the stars 😉

Overall OK Food was good, although, like the drinks, it took a long time and came at staggered times. The same applied to the first and second children's chairs, although they had previously offered to come in and carry the chairs out themselves. Not exactly cheap, due to the location.

Wir haben dort abends auf Vorbestellung eine ganze Gans gegessen. Die Gans wurde am Tisch von dem Koch perfekt tranchiert! Es waren alle Beilagen dabei: Kartoffelklöße, Rot- und Rosenkohl, Maronen, Bratapfel und viel Sauce! Alles war perfekt zubereitet. Die Gans war sehr knusprig, saftig und zart. Die Beilagen waren perfekt zubereitet.Nachschlag wurde mehrfach angeboten! Dazu hatten wir Mineralwasser und eine Flasche Primitivo, der auch sehr lecker war, getrunken! Hervorzuheben ist auch der äußerst freundliche und hilfsbereite Service, der das Ganze abrundete und uns einen wunderbaren Abend bereitete. Wir können die Rheinaue uneingeschränkt empfehlen, wer gerne Gans ist, der wird hier nicht enttäuscht werden! Wir sagen Danke und kommen gerne wieder!

Very tasty cake and good service.

Food was good, but the service staff was a complete disaster. The previous guests' food wasn't cleared away even after we had finished eating. When we asked to put it away, we were met with a polite no.

I ordered liver, which unfortunately was still completely raw on the inside. My husband's steak was good. The food is prepared without love, actually the eye is with it. That wasn't possible there.

The cappuccino was bitter in taste and the Kölsch tasted stale. We ordered several hot chocolates, one served cold and the other hot - at €4.50 each you'd expect more. The prices are generally high, but the service is unfortunately only mediocre to poor. The price-performance ratio is miserable. The only reason to order here is the location as there are no alternatives.

The restaurant is in an idyllic location in Bonn's Rheinaue and you can sit outside very nicely. The waitresses are not very attentive and can easily overlook you. The food is quite good, but not always completely fresh. For example, I had chicory where not only was the stalk processed, but it was also quite wilted. My opinion was noted, but no one was really interested. There was no apology and no compensation in the form of a coffee, for example. However, my companion's salad was very good and also enough for a starter. The cake there is also very tasty.

Very pleasant setting, very tasty food and very friendly service!! Highly recommended if you are in the area, dine outside when the weather is nice and enjoy the beautiful view, I will definitely go back!

The rating is for the beer garden! We were there spontaneously today on a Sunday with a larger group because all the seats in the restaurant next door were full. The atmosphere is nice and you can also sit in the shade. There wasn't too much going on, but the wastebaskets were overflowing with rubbish. Overall, the staff didn't seem particularly motivated and they were annoyed that there was a small rush of guests. Unfortunately, the prices are a bit excessive for what you get in terms of snacks and food. All of the fries - several people had fries or currywurst with fries - were completely over salted. In addition, the portions were clearly different in size. The menu includes, among other things, nachos with cheese sauce - of course you shouldn't expect gourmet food, but the cheese sauce is obviously poured into the glass onto a piece of cardboard and that's very bland, it's not that appetizing and the quality of the cheese sauce is pure it was pretty bad. In the future, we would probably visit this beer garden again just for drinks rather than snacking there

There are concerts here in July and August with very good, mostly cover bands. The beer garden has the right ambience for it. The food offering ranges from tarte flambée to currywurst. Highly recommended.

The staff is very friendly and customer oriented! Upon request, we were served the side salad in advance and offered shandy, even if it wasn't on the menu, and all with genuine friendliness. You can immediately tell that the staff enjoy their work. The food was also very tasty!

It's a great place to sit, in the middle of the Rheinaue and with a great view. Unfortunately, in our case the staff wasn't in a particularly good mood. You didn't feel welcome but rather a bit annoying. The Kölsch tasted good and the ice cream sundae was good too.

This is a wonderful campsite because of its quiet and direct location on the water. The containers used as sanitary facilities could be nicer, but here you often have to contend with flooding. Then these and all other vehicles have to go. The beer garden is popular. It's best to make sure you get a flat surface because if it rains, puddles will remain standing. Only cash payment possible.

Rustic beer garden with beer table sets, 3 hours of live music is hard! Food is moderate but sufficient! Music stops at 10 p.m. because of the neighbors! Still worth it!
