The waiters were very friendly and attentive. Nelly and Idriss, in particular, were very hospitable.

Very fast service, the waiters are really very nice here… we got a table for 5 people on a Saturday evening without a reservation.

My first visit to this establishment, and it definitely won't be my last! The food was divine. A heavenly experience. The service was like that of a 3-star Michelin restaurant (which, in my opinion, this restaurant absolutely deserves). The ambiance could have come straight out of a painting; the Palace of Versailles is nothing compared to it! I'll gladly return!

In short: The cocktails were more like juice. The food was awful; the onion soup was just broth with half a package of gummy onions in it. Add some cheese, and that's it. The pork tenderloin... This restaurant was recommended to me, and I was very disappointed! Initially, we asked if it was possible to get smaller portions because my partner had had gastric surgery. The first waitress said there shouldn't be any problems, then "apparently" her service manager came and said, "That's not possible! We're not going to halve the prices! You can order half a portion and still have to pay full price!" No matter, we were hungry, and according to the recommendation, it was supposed to taste good. So when the food finally arrived, the chef had apparently forgotten to buy seasonings. It had little to no seasoning. The fries were noticeably seasoned. All in all, I was disappointed. Not a second time!!!

Stopped in spontaneously and was pleasantly surprised. A diverse menu and drinks list. Attentive service. The portions were large and tasty. The cocktails (all-day happy hour) are also highly recommended.

The funghi pizza was unsatisfactory! Barely any tomato sauce, tons of cheese, hardly any mushrooms, and a dough that resembled a cookie more than pizza dough. This pizza is highly recommended.

We were there today, the pizza and salad were delicious. One pizza was forgotten, but since they were quite large, we shared them. The service was super friendly. The young man brought me a cappuccino and said with a smile that the heart on it wasn't perfect. I said that it doesn't have to be perfect, that it has to come from the heart. 🤣 But the best part was the young woman who brought us the food. My five-year-old grandson was crying because there were green leaves on his pizza that he didn't want. It was really sweet how she calmed him down by simply taking the leaves off and the child was happy for that. Three extra stars. 💞

The restaurant has an extensive menu and drinks menu, offering something for all tastes. The food was fresh, delicious, and, thanks to the daily specials, also reasonably priced. The restaurant is therefore ideal for a lunch break. The service was also friendly and helpful.

The Paprica restaurant makes a pleasant impression at first glance. The menu is varied and offers a good selection. The food was okay – we had a Jägerschnitzel and a Wiener Schnitzel. Solid in taste, but nothing exceptional. However, I would particularly like to highlight the homemade mango lemonade: truly refreshing and delicious. The service was friendly, but unfortunately not very attentive. It took a while to get a response, and the server was often outside smoking – which made things a bit slow. Overall, a nice bar with potential. It's certainly suitable for a casual visit in a relaxed atmosphere, but the service could be improved.

We've been here three times in total, most recently on August 17, 2025. We had two pizzas and one gnocchi, along with a few drinks. The service was very friendly and the food was very good. We were once again very satisfied. The ambiance is also very nice.

I liked the place, it's clean, the dishes are also clean, the staff is friendly, friendly and always positive. I ordered pizza, I liked it, it was delicious. But there are certain disadvantages in the service: after ordering pizza with beer, they first brought the pizza (we waited about 10-15 minutes), we had to ask for plates, they don't bring them themselves and only 10 minutes after that they brought the beer. Well, it's not serious at all, the pizza has already cooled down. Can't you just serve drinks while customers are waiting for their order? Dear staff, please review this point in your service, and everything else is great.

Generally, I don't have much to complain about, but the spaetzle casserole with chicken was really bad. The chicken tasted dry, old, and inferior. That was my first and last visit to Paprica.

I loved the ambience. It is the only decent place existing in Duisburg tbh!

The food was cold, the chicken was rubbery as if it had been reheated many times, and the pasta was covered in a sauce that tasted like sour cream with a stock cube. Disgusting!
