The three of us had dinner in the hotel restaurant in the evening and ordered a wok pan with coconut curry sauce. The food was way too spicy. There was no mention on the menu that this sauce was spicy. My partner ordered schnitzel, the schnitzel was very heavily breaded. The food was far too expensive for this dish. In the morning the breakfast buffet was very good, my daughter was allowed to make rolls for her plane ride and we were also given aluminum foil.

Unfortunately, the food and drinks were extremely overpriced compared to the price of the room. The first day, breakfast was excellent, but on the second day, the omelet, beans, etc., were missing.

Ristorante dell'hotel Tryp. Direi proprio nella media: si mangia abbastanza bene senza pecche ma neppure senza picchi. Servizio cortese, costo anche nella media.

The ambiance is very chilly. You sit in a large, tiled room with no cozy elements, which serves as a breakfast room in the morning. The food was okay, but at around €19.00 for a wok dish (as in my case), it wasn't exactly good value. My biggest disappointment was the price of a glass of wine. There were no wines listed on the menu. So I asked for a glass of a dry white wine by the glass without explicitly asking for the price. The waiter simply asked, "Chardonnay?" I said, "Okay." I then drank two 0.2-liter glasses of mediocre Chardonnay and later discovered on the bill that one glass was charged at €9.00! In my opinion, the waiter could have actively pointed this out beforehand. If a glass of wine by the glass costs around €4.60 these days, I wouldn't necessarily expect that kind of price to be charged in a hotel restaurant in a desolate industrial park. I'm sure they would have had another dry white wine at the usual price, perhaps a Pinot Grigio, but that simply wasn't offered to me. But that was ultimately my own fault, because "if you don't ask, you'll stay stupid." You shouldn't just blindly rely on the fairness and advice of a waiter...

Die Karte die mir gezeigt wurde beschränkt sich auf 3 Gerichte. Ich wählte das Rip-Eye auf dem heissen Stein. Dazu Pfannengemüse und Pommes. Die Qualität des Essens war sehr gut. Nur eines sollte man ins Auge fassen. Wenn ich Speisen auf dem heissen Stein anbietet und serviert wäre eine kleine Schürze zur Schonung der Kleidung des Gastes ratsam (Fettspritzer vom Stein) Der Service war schnell, freundlich und zuvorkommend.

Ho mangiato spesso in questo ristorante frequentando da anni l'albergo. Da quando la struttura è diventata di proprietà della catena Tryp il livello dell'albergo e del ristorante sono scesi....

Great disappointment on every conceivable level. I sent the restaurant owners a message asking for a possible response, but there was no response. Thus: "We were guests at your restaurant today. Out of politeness, I replied to questions about the food and the final question with "everything was fine." In fact, several things seem to be wrong. The space itself is messy and dirty; black things are trickling from the ceiling onto the table and into the food. The seats are dirty, the counter is dirty, the entrance to the kitchen is dirty, and crates of drinks are stacked next to the counter. The counters are dirty, the cutlery is dirty, and is served in dirty napkins. I hope the kitchen meets the required hygiene standards. The food itself is not good; the lamb was very stringy, and the curries were all rather underwhelming. The same applies to the naan bread. If you want this place to become something, work on its standards. This starts with cleanliness, a well-groomed exterior, and should be reflected in the food. Have a great Having Indian food in Ratingen would be great, but in its current state, I won't be visiting your restaurant again, nor will I be able to recommend it to anyone. Please let me know when you've gotten the issues under control." When ordering via Lieferando, you can't see the pre-existing circumstances, so be careful. In its current state, the restaurant is a case for the public order office.

Hefty prices and quick service for ordering and paying. The food isn't brought to your table. Instead, you get a pager and instructions on where to go. The ambiance is okay, but the music isn't right, and there's a constant, annoying beeping sound from someone trying to get their food. And at that price. Never again for me...

A rustic restaurant with sumptuous dishes. Incredibly delicious and reasonably priced. The service is remarkably friendly, and there's a great atmosphere. We were able to eat with 25 people at the same time. Compliments
