Always my pleasure. No fancy Micki but fresh, good and honest real Italian cuisine. The fresh bread alone is a dream!! There is a "would-be" Italian restaurant chain in Munich and Pasing......that serves certain tourist pseudo-dishes at overpriced prices and the staff can't speak a word of Italian. You're better off at Papa Franco!!!

Waited 30 minutes for our first drink then an hour for the starter to arrive which was soup! The bread came out around 15 minutes before the soup, probably to give us something to eat after such a long time after ordering. The main course didn’t take so long and overall, the food was good. However, the whole restaurant experience was so disappointing when you want to go out and enjoy yourself. The table overlooked the SV Untermenzing football training session which made things very slightly better. Avoid at all costs if it is busy!

Pizza war ganz gut, aber nichts besonderes, aber mein Bolognese Schnitzel eine Frechheit für 19.90 Euro erwarte ich kein Biligfleisch vom Großhandel ,hart und zäh. Ist absolut nicht zu empfehlen.

Have ordered something to be delivered. The food is ready after 15 minutes. It's hard to believe that it was freshly prepared after only 15 minutes. Gnocci with tomato sauce were very sour. Parma ham tasted like it had been sitting for a long time. Portions were so small that it was cheeky to ask for such prices... Tortelini 14 euros for 10 pieces what's wrong with you!!!!! If you value your money, order somewhere else.

The two of us are having dinner in the garden today. Friendly, quick service. Very well eaten - grilled octopus with chanterelles on lamb's lettuce with wasabi dressing. 😀

Papa Franco - for me, stands for delicious, plentiful Italian cuisine. I enjoy coming here and regularly bring friends with me...so far everyone has been thrilled. Whether it's pasta or pizza - it's always delicious and you'll definitely be full. Special requests are happy to be fulfilled and the waitresses are friendly. Located right next to a sports field, you can watch footballers of all ages from training to games in the district league from the outdoor seating area. The interior is practically furnished. Toilets are in the entrance area. Depending on the training or game time, the parking situation is difficult. There are still a lot of parking spaces on the street.

Can't say nothing about the food because they just doesn't want to serve to us. We were 4 people and asked about wine list, which they don't have (for Italian restaurant it's very strange) and the waiter just didn't came back to order food...

Kellner sehr unfreundlich denen war alles egal ,essen ohne Geschmack drei mal die Rechnung verlangt und keiner kam in wenigen Worte bin ich zu Theke gegangen um zu bezahlen. Ich gehe sehr oft zu essen ,Papa Franco NIE WIEDER!!!!!!!!!!!!!! O

I always enjoy being there and will come back again. But please don't be angry... what was going on in the kitchen? The grilled calamari was pretty tasteless and I also have a much better idea of ​​the lasagna. Maybe it was the football. There was quite a bit of hustle and bustle yesterday. Sports restaurant with fairly fair prices (half from €4.2, Pizza Max €13.5) My tagliatelle were rather below average, service was not particularly motivated but friendly “Sports restaurant” ambience, positive terrace with a view of the sporting events.

The pizzas are exquisite and the prices are still normal, since many restaurants after corona raised their prices a lot.

Inconspicuous, down-to-earth Italian in a typical sports restaurant with a beautiful garden.

After a long time we went to eat pizza again, but it wasn't tasty anymore. But we gave it a second chance (that was the last one). I've had better pizza margaritas (you can't go wrong with them) and there's no need to talk about the service...they're totally out of place! First the food came, then the drinks, the waiter dropped the knife, we're still waiting for a new one. The best thing was the pizza box to take away (kindly it came without asking I thought it was good) the first one was full on the outside (presumably with tomato sauce) well the second one wasn't quite as full. So for us it was definitely the last visit, a shame for the money!

THE cult Italian in Untermenzing, Antipasti was great, pizzas were great and pasta was also great, I especially love the garlic and chili oil on top, the atmosphere is also very pleasant, if you're lucky you can even watch a football game along the way ⚽ There are always very nice vintage cars in the parking lot, especially BMW and Mercedes

The food had dropped recently, but is now really good again. Unfortunately, the service is sometimes extremely slow. But at least the staff is very friendly.

I have a menu here from about half a year ago (!?) and was there again. The pizza has become around 2 euros more expensive (7.30 euros to 9.40 euros) for the Margherita. Nobody can tell me that was necessary. I don't think it's okay anymore.

We had pasta and pizza. Both courts came together. Pasta was very good 👍 and plentiful. The pizza base is exactly as you would expect from Italy, thin and crispy. The topping was made with fresh ingredients. Very friendly staff, but also friendly table neighbors who guaranteed good food. Price-performance absolutely justified. Ambiance - we found it okay and cozy. There was also a beer garden. We'd love to come back.

Ich war oft hier, da mein Sohn seit seinem 6. Lebensjahr beim SV Untermenzing spielt, aber heute hatte ich meine schlechteste Erfahrung dort. Wir saßen an einem leerstehenden Tisch und warteten auf die Bedienung. Der junge Kellner kam mit einem Hinweis von jemandem, der an der Theke stand, und sagte, dass der Platz, an dem wir saßen, reserviert sei und dass wir uns woanders hinsetzen sollten. Ich sagte, dass dort kein Schild sei und fragte, was passieren würde, wenn wir den Tisch nicht wechseln würden. Er sagte, er würde uns nur bedienen, wenn wir uns woanders hinsetzen. Da die Kinder hungrig waren, standen wir auf. Das Essen war nicht gut und unsere Getränke brauchten auch sehr lange, bis wir sie bekamen. Wir wurden in keiner Weise gefragt, ob das Essen geschmeckt hätte oder ob wir vielleicht etwas anderes trinken wollten. Der Service war bis zum Ende schlecht und ähnelte eher dem einer Raststätte, daher nur ein Stern, weil ein halber nicht möglich ist.

It's very inconspicuous from the outside, but the food blows you away - it's the best pizza we've ever eaten. The friendly staff greeted us with “Buongiorno” and the food was there in 10 minutes.

We were with 6 children. Immediately received a special table. Service: Very friendly and professional. Also treated the children very well. The food was delivered quickly and correctly. Eat: Bruchetta for 7 euros is too expensive. 3 pieces with some tomatoes on top. Pizza: All the pizzas we had were fantastic. Priced at 9 euros, it's completely ok. Carpaccio: very very tasty. Worth the money. Ambiance: it is a sports restaurant. Don't expect romance. OK. Advantage: There are a lot of parking spaces in front of the door.

It was never a gourmet restaurant - you wouldn't expect a pizzeria at the sports field, but the last time I was there it disgusted me. To wipe the tables there is a bucket with brown water, which is right next to the waste basket and there is a cloth floating in it that is used to clean the tables 🤢.

Pizza 🍕 tastes very good. The staff is very friendly, real Italians. Wine is unreasonably expensive for a simple pizzeria.

Essen ist spitze, Wiener Schnitzel und Pizza mit Meeresfrüchten war super. Gaststätte bei einem Sportverein. Preise waren der Qualität entsprechend.

Freundlicher Service, leckeres Essen bei günstigen Preisen. Einzig die Lokation ist sicher nicht jedermanns Sache, da in eine Vereinshaus. Wer darüber hinweg sieht bekommt eine gute Pizza.

Hallo ich war mit meinen Freunden bei ihnen dann gab es einen Zwischenfall mit den Kellner er hat uns weniger Geld ausgegebe. Dann haben wir in gefragt wieso uns weniger Geld gegeben hat er hat sehr unfreundlich geantwortet das er uns richtig gegeben hat Dann hatt er unfreundlich gesagt das wie im kein Trinkgeld gegeben hat. Wir haben in den letzten 13 jahren immer genug Trinkgeld gegeben unsva über 5 € Das ist am 12 11 2023 passiert. Da dieser Vorfall geschehen ist vertrauen wir Papa Franko Kellnern nicht

Gut und günstig essen, schnelle freundliche Bedienung. Es war für uns eine willkommene Alternative zum Hotelrestaurant. Liegt etwas versteckt in einer Seitenstraße, dennoch mit S-Bahn gut zu erreichen.

Wir waren nach längerer Pause (endlich!!!!) wieder da und es war einfach super schön und hat hervorragend geschmeckt 🌟. Freue mich immer über unseren absoluten ❤️ Kellner und die Spaghetti 🍝 Frutti di Mare sind eine Sensation.

War schöne Atmosphäre und das Essen gut geschmeckt, trotzdem war ein bisschen zu laut, und wenig Platz drin...

Lekker pizza met een liter bier!

Für ein Vereins Lokal gibt es hier gute italienische Küche. Im Garten sitzt man gut und unter Bäumen. Wenn nicht gespielt wird ist es auch ein eher ruhiges Lokal.

Das Essen, insbesondere die Pizzen sind wirklich sehr gut. Preis/Leistung ist auch in Ordnung. Nur der gemischte Salat ist für die Menge an "abgezählten" Salatblättern ein schlechter Witz. Aufgrund der Lage (direkt an der Sportanlage des S.V. Untermenzing) kann man auch mal spontan, leger gekleidet das Restaurant besuchen. Besonders im Sommer. Leider unterscheidet sich die Qualität im Service enorm. Einige Mitarbeiter sind sehr aufmerksam, bei anderen wiederum hat man das Gefühl zu stören.

Hier ist unser kleines Bella Puglia in Untermenzing. Die Küche ist außergewöhnlich gut und bodenständig. Wir finden es ist die beste Pizza in München. Aber auch die Pasta und Fischgerichte sind sehr empfehlenswert. Der Service ist herzlich und wir kommen regelmäßig immer wieder gerne. Mille grazie, amici!

Wirklich schon lange nicht mehr so eine leckere italienische Steinofen Pizza gegessen. Viel Auswahl an verschiedenen Pizzen, als auch Nudeln, Fleisch und Fischgerichten. 🥰🥰😍😍Parkplatz direkt vor dem Restaurant.

Wir waren am 09.07. mit 5 Personen beim Essen. Das Essen ist nach wie vor sehr gut. Aber der Service ist noch nicht einmal 1 Stern wert. Falsches Essen gebracht. Hauptspeisen vor den Vorspeisen serviert. Sich dann aufgeregt, dass wir erst die Vorspeise haben wollten. Getränke falsch bzw gar nicht gebracht. Wenn man ein Getränk nachbestellt hat, Wartezeit von bis zu 30 Minuten. Sogar als wir zahlen wolten, hat es 30 Minuten gedauert. Der Kellner kam erst als wir gedroht haben so zu gehen. Wir waren sage und schreibe 4 Stunden im Lokal, allerdings hatten wir davon 2 1/2 Std. Wartezeit. Wir waren wirklich immer gern dort essen, allerdings der Service ist zum Abgewöhnen.

Mussten über 45min auf zwei Pizzen warten. Wurden leider nur vertröstet mit dem Spruch „ Pizza kommt gleich“ Tische die nach uns gekommen sind haben ihr essen bekommen und aufgegessen…/ einwenig Ehrlichkeit das man es vergessen hat wäre schön gewesen ….

Schöne Lage direkt beim Fußballclub Untermenzing, große Terrasse, normale Preise. Wir haben auf zwei Pizzen über eine halbe Stunde gewartet. Stammgäste die nach uns kamen und nach uns bestellt hatten wurden VOR uns mit Pizzen bedient. Wo ich den Kellner darauf ansprach meinte er lapidar; ich mache die Pizzen nicht...

Essen ist top, wenn es überhaupt mal kommen würde. Man wartet auf alles sehr lang, sei es Essen, Getränke oder auch die Rechnung am Ende. Essen top, Service braucht ein Upgrade
