Simply great. Great quality and very friendly service

Yesterday I tried to celebrate my 60th birthday with my family at rodizio. Despite the reservation that we had made weeks in advance, we were left standing in front of the restaurant for over a quarter of an hour in a remarkable queue of people who were all waiting to be assigned a table. We were brought into a completely overcrowded store so that the conversations from the next table were louder than ours. After the waiters next to our table argued about who served where, we got Samuel the temporary waiter. He didn't have a tablet to order, he tried to write down the orders, which of course failed. the first drinks came after 20 minutes and 50% was wrong or missing. The salad bar was very good, but I would have known that the rest of the evening would be almost like a meat shop because the waiters never came to our corner with the meat skewers. It was almost impossible to reorder drinks because Samuel (our waiter) suddenly disappeared for at least an hour. We then ordered drinks from another waiter (with a tablet), which went almost smoothly. However, we didn't manage to order drinks a third time, so the evening in the restaurant remained very dry. All in all, not an atmosphere to celebrate a birthday, more of a tourist rip-off. Too bad

First of all, you should definitely reserve a table if you don't want to wait long in front of the restaurant for a table. The staff is consistently well motivated and contributes to a pleasant atmosphere. The food is absolutely top notch. We chose the buffet and were able to put together our own starters. The selection was varied and very tasty. For the main course, the food is served at the table. The staff is very friendly. The meat options are varied and the side dishes for the main course are also impressive. I can give the restaurant a clear recommendation.

I didn't eat a single piece of meat that I could say was something special. It's a rodízio, but it's not a Brazilian meat rodízio. Weak buffet, not even farofa, no feijoada, just beans. Everything was arranged and as we went without a reservation we were only given 2 hours to eat, so we were soon induced to leave the place. The service is forced, basic, waiters think they are too much, you have to lower the ball. In general, let's take it easy because the saint is made of clay. My rating, 4.5. For those who don't know, it will pass, but who knows, disappointment. Sorry

When we had a spontaneous weekend in Hamburg we wanted to try out this Brazilian buffet. We didn't have a reservation but still got a spot. We were greeted very friendly and taken to our place. It was immediately a relaxed atmosphere. We also ordered a caipi which was quite something :) We were very satisfied with the starter and the entire buffet and left more than full. It is really recommended and we would definitely like to come back again.

We had a wonderful evening with delicious food and drinks. The team was also really accommodating, friendly, relaxed and funny. All in all, a really great evening. Thanks also to Heber for the great advice and the friendly conversation 😊 we'll definitely be happy to come back!

You have to like it. Starter and dessert, especially the selection, excellent. You have to be careful when passing the Rodizio. The best dishes don't necessarily come first. I was already full when something else came along that I would have liked to try. The presentation of the food was a new experience for me.

It was something different. It was delicious. But some dishes are very salty.

Brazilian/South American cuisine. Grilled meat skewers of various types are brought to your table and then cut onto your plate, with side dishes following immediately. Several courses follow with breaks for eating. Beforehand you can help yourself to the large cold buffet, where you can enjoy various salads, antipasti, shrimp, Serano ham and various extra side dishes plus various desserts and fruits for later. The accompanying cocktails round everything off nicely.

Some of the staff were unfriendly. Some of the meat on the skewer was inedible!

We had dinner with 6 people and everyone was very satisfied. The meat was always cooked to perfection and the side dishes were all very tasty. For me one of the best Brazilians. By the way, I come from the beautiful Palatinate and am here every time I visit Hamburg.

Whenever I'm in Hamburg, a visit here is a must. If you love meat, you've come to the right place. The starter and dessert buffets are awesome. It's best not to use too much so that there is enough space for the main course. Reservation is recommended.

Hello Great place for the whole family. For €35 you can eat until you burst. The price includes access to a salad bar, cakes, fish, fruit and many other dishes. Moreover, waiters provide you with portions of all kinds of meats every now and then. The service is a bit confusing, but there are a lot of people, so don't worry. I recommend

Food was super tasty. :) I would like to give it 4.5 stars. Because I'm a fan of everything being on the plate in one go and sometimes meat came three times and the side dish was only one thing. But maybe that's not possible any other way... we were all very satisfied and would eat there again and again.😀

From the start the atmosphere was too busy. The starters didn't taste good at all. A waiter felt insulted and became aggressive when we said we didn't want any more meat. Still cut pieces onto our plates. When we finished eating we were inevitably offered to pay. In any case, you quickly get the feeling that they want to get rid of you. The meat was very good, I have to say. And the dessert was pretty tasty.

Not recommended for the noise level of the guests. A table with 16 Turks are constantly shouting, which massively disrupts the appetite and atmosphere. I'm not in a bar, but in a restaurant.

I came here because it is said to be the oldest Brazilian restaurant in Germany. The appetizer is buffet style and the main meal is Rodizio. Eat only a small amount of appetizers because the rodizio is crazy! I thought that if Korea has grilled pork belly, Brazil has rodizio. They serve meat fresh from the kitchen, and this is my first time eating such delicious pork. I will come again next time I come to Hamburg.

I was here last weekend and the salads (starters), main courses and dessert were very tasty. We chose the buffet and were not disappointed. The staff is always on the lookout and you can quickly get something new on the skewer and other delicacies. Unfortunately I'm not from Hamburg, otherwise I would definitely eat here more often. For the price and all-you-can-eat, it's really great.

Large store, meat quality is okay, the salad buffet lacks a bit of pizzazz. But all in all good

At the reception we were greeted warmly and with a lot of humor. The route to the buffet is well signposted and it is easy to find. The main course is simply stunning. We couldn't get enough. The staff (Celine and her colleagues) were super nice and cool. Super funny and always treat yourself to lots of food. It was our first time there and we will definitely come back and recommend it to others

Unfortunately we had a step table, or cat table, little of the food arrived, even when we asked if there was any spit pork, nothing came, that was a shame and not worth the price, it was tasty but unfortunately our table was always there passed over

I was alone in Rodizio and was able to get a spot straight away without a reservation (Tuesdays). It was the first time and other than my suspicion that I would be full, I had little idea. Tl;Dr: enjoy visiting the store! The process was explained to me in a friendly manner and I was able to eat tons of very tasty meat and nice side dishes. I have a horse's stomach but I had to admit defeat when it came to timing and everything was very tasty. Especially the boiled beef! Big thanks to Seabra for the great service! Whenever I was thinking about a drink, you were in sight and even gave subtle hints that I wanted something, so there was no need for unpleasant reporting. I now allow myself more times a year, but there definitely have to be a few months break given the quantities :D The 4 stars for the food are only because I liked two things much better than the others and thus "limited" the selection

We found out about the restaurant via Instagram and thought we would give it a try (without high expectations). However, we were more than positively surprised. Service was super nice and accommodating. The food is of top quality. It's hot and fresh and we think there's something for everyone. The appetizer buffet doesn't have to be there because the main course already offers more than enough, but the pao de queijo simply have to be. The selection of desserts also leaves nothing to be desired. We only deducted a point for the ambience because it was super crowded and super loud when we came in, but we still had a super pleasant place. We'll be back 👍🏽

As always, the food (Rodizio) was perfect! Beforehand we had very tasty cocktails at the bar until our table was ready, which was a nice start. Since the restaurant was fully booked, it was a bit loud and hectic, which is why I deducted a star from the ambience. Particularly noteworthy was the commitment and friendliness of the waiter Rafael, who, despite the immense work at all the tables, also implemented small special requests in a friendly and courteous manner! A really great evening that we want to repeat again soon!

Yes, if you've been there before, it's nothing new. But recommended for groups and first-time visitors.

I am very disappointed with this restaurant. For the price of €34.50 per person for all you can eat, I would have expected a lot more. The meat was tough, the waiters were rude and could only understand German to a limited extent and didn't respond to the suggestion that the meat wasn't good, they didn't even react and just moved on. The meat fell next to my plate when I was cutting it off the skewer, so I just gave it a quick apology and it was gone. When I asked another waiter at the end that we were very dissatisfied, he came back to us after 5 minutes and offered us a schnapps to make up for it (don't you get a nightcap in good restaurants anyway?) At least he said something at all, we thought. Then he came with the best cane sugar schnapps in the house, he said. When we tasted it, we realized, ah tequila... Hmmm ok but what about lemon and salt... The cocktails were also very watery Well, overall I can't recommend this restaurant. Just for €34.50 Something really has to happen here

The food is alright and good, but the service is terrible: a few waiters are very rude, not only to Germans but to any nationality, even to brazilians. Some waiters are aggressive and blatant, disrespectfully joking with customers. The whole management and waiters team changes shift at around 15:00 which makes it difficult to complain with a manager if the service is not proper since he is gone as well, what the heck!. This place used to be a reference for friends to enjoy a real brazilian rodízio, not anymore!

Not only were the meat dishes excellent, the vegetables were also incredibly tasty. E.g. the beans or the carrots. I haven't had such great lamb in years.

Sie verweigerten mir den Eintritt, weil ich HAVAIANAS trug, in einem Rodízio, das angeblich brasilianisch sein soll. Gehen Sie nicht hin, es ist nicht brasilianisch genug. Kulturell sehr weit entfernt, suchen Sie nach anderen Optionen wie zum Beispiel das Restaurant O Farol. They refused my entry because I was wearing HAVAIANAS, in a rotation that supposedly says Brazilian. Don't go, it's not Brazilian enough. Culturally very distant, look for other options like the O Farol restaurant for example.

We entered without prior reservation, but we found a table. Very long waiting time, only after noticing that we had been waiting for over half an hour did they start serving us. In the meantime, I went to the buffet and... the first impression was of standard mass, fried or made from water. The food was of average quality. The main veggie course was average. Perhaps suitable for meat eaters, but not for vegetarians. Crowded, tight, nice waiters but totally crazy and you can feel that they are going for quantity...

You should definitely make a reservation. The food was great. Someone was constantly walking around and asking if you wanted some of the skewers. And also the many side dishes, so many varieties. The starters and desserts are also great. So I would go there again at any time. Only recommended

There were 8 of us at Panthera Rodizio on a Saturday evening and we all ordered the Rodizio. The food was excellent. The meat is of very good quality and is cooked to perfection. The side dishes are simple, but also very tasty. There is also a generous salad, starter and dessert buffet. The service was absolutely wonderful. Friendly, helpful and always available. Here the customer is truly the focus and service is considered part of the experience. We were served at a pleasant timing, so we never had to wait for the next surprise from the skewer, but we weren't rushed either. The Caipirinhas also tasted good. However, you should be aware that the Panthera Rodizio offers event gastronomy. We found it very entertaining and it made us feel very welcome and comfortable. There is sometimes live music with drums and show dancers. The service staff always has a casual saying on their lips. We didn't realize beforehand what kind of show you can use to present food, wonderful! Actually everything was right for us, especially the price-performance ratio was right 👌 We will definitely come back.

Vi ankom 7 voksne og 1 barn. 25-7. Vi blev fulgt til vores bord og fik bestilt drikkevarer. Da vi skulle bestille startede det med at gå galt. 5 skulle have Kød menu og buffet. 2 skulle have vegetar menu + buffet. Vi gjorde opmærksom at en i selskabet kun spiste pommes frites og vi gerne ville købe det. Der var på buffeten fik at vide. (det var ikke rigtige pommes). Vi kunne se der blev serveret ´rigtige' pommes fra fade til de andre borde der havde bestilt det samme som vi havde bestilt. Vi indvilgede i at betale 16 euro for at få pommes frites. De kom bare aldrig og serverede dem. Efter en time og flere henvendelser til tjenerne gik min svigerinde direkte ud i køkkenet hvor chefen opholdte sig. Han opførte sig meget ubehageligt til at starte med. Det var dog den ´forkerte´ han lagde sig ud med og lige pludselig stod der 4-5 tjenere og chefen selv og serverede pommes frites for vores søn og venligheden ville ingen ende tage. " gange under maden havde efterfølgende besøg af chefen. Efter maden bestilte vi yderligere 2 øl. Disse nåede aldrig at komme inden vi en halv time senere betalte og gik vores vej. Stedets tjenere var ringe, men det kan måske undskyldes med at det ikke virkede som om der var en leder der havde det 'store' overblik og derved kunne styre tjenerne der rendte rundt mellem hinanden og ikke vidste hvad tjeneren ved siden af foretog sig. Da vi fik regningen af tjeneren gav han mig et kort med hans navn på og håbede jeg ville skrive en god anmeldelse på Tripadvisor hvor jeg nævnte hans navn. Det tror jeg han er bedst tjent med at jeg lader være med....

Everyone ate really well, there is a large selection of food. There is also a dish for vegetarians. And above all, the super friendly staff is a great companion for the evening. I would definitely go there again.

The Rodizio team and our waiter Rafael were super nice :) there was plenty of good food available. We were able to get to know delicious specialties :) we always enjoy coming back to this beautiful place :)

Were there with a large group of almost 30 people. The service is rather mediocre - friendliness is completely out of place. You are also forced to choose “all you can eat”. After the appetizer buffet, we started straight away with the skewers. They came to the place almost without a break and cut off a piece of meat. Until you have finished all 10 types of meat. I think it's a shame that only a very small piece is cut off - when asked if you can have more, they point out that the skewer will come back. Example: I would have liked more of the beef shoulder - it took over 30 minutes for the skewer to come back. Likewise, you shouldn't wear things that shouldn't get dirty. In our case, the very top of the skewer was cut off and the meat fell onto the plate, which caused a lot of fat splatters on the shirt. All in all, it was an experience that I don't need again. If you want good meat, go to a decent steakhouse.

Our visit to Panthera Rodizio was really a highlight!!! Starting at the reception: we were greeted in a friendly manner and brought to our seats with a nice saying. Since my wife is pregnant, they politely asked if there was enough space. Although the waiter couldn't promise that every piece of meat would be cooked through, the kitchen and the waiters who go around with the skewers will say that we should please pay attention to this. And literally every waiter with a skewer paid attention and responded in a friendly manner. Of course, it's not always possible for us to get the outer layer of the meat, but in this case it worked really impressively. Really great!!! Then everything else was taken care of, like the drinks or the plates. Even when a drink was briefly forgotten, which can always happen, it was brought as quickly as possible after a request. You eat way too much anyway 😅🙈 and when a waiter (I think Manuel) offers the meat so nicely, then you can't say no. We will definitely come back and look forward to our next visit. Keep it up... It was a great evening for us. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Great ambience, very good service, excellent tasting and well-seasoned dishes. In fact, the rodizio organized here is similar to that in Brazil: you are served various dishes (especially meat) until you stop the service. The restaurant is absolutely worth a visit! But be careful: you should reserve in good time.
