It's interesting and I think you have to have been there to have a say. If I went there again, I would just order all la card. The skewer story is nice, but I prefer a full plate.

The food was good, but a different process would be desirable. First there is only meat for a long time and in quick succession, then at some point there are a few side dishes and vegetables in between. It would be nice if you could eat all three together and not just eat pure meat until you get some vegetables and side dishes after what feels like an eternity. The staff has it all. From very bad-tempered to super friendly and funny. The experience is still unique and pretty cool, as is the decor.

We were there at the wrong time, it was really crowded, really loud and there was no sign of organization at the buffet. But the food and service were great. We will try eating at your place again in the summer when there are no more Christmas parties

If you’re planning a special evening or willing to spend €36 on a main course, there are countless better options in the city. We had been looking forward to a nice dinner to celebrate our anniversary, but the evening was completely ruined by poor service and an underwhelming dining experience. We waited nearly an hour and only saw Picanha—the supposed highlight of the menu—once. It was only after complaining that more meat was brought to our table. Meanwhile, the waitresses repeatedly served bland side dishes like broccoli, carrots, and mushrooms. Despite us politely declining multiple times, they kept bringing the same uninspiring options instead of focusing on the main attraction: the meat. The salad buffet was unimpressive, barely surpassing cafeteria quality. As for the meat? Cheap cuts that were often dry, excessively fatty, and overwhelmingly salty, seemingly to encourage ordering more drinks. Nothing about the food felt authentically “Brazilian”—not even the pastel de nata, which was disappointing for dessert. The only highlight of the meal was the panna cotta, but even that wasn’t enough to salvage the overall experience. Adding to the disappointment was the venue itself: loud, chaotic, and far from the kind of ambiance you’d want for a special occasion. Considering the subpar quality of the food, the outrageous pricing feels like a complete rip-off. Our anniversary was entirely spoiled, and we left feeling frustrated and unsatisfied. We won’t be returning, and we wouldn’t recommend it to anyone seeking a memorable or enjoyable dining experience.

The food tasted very good. Unfortunately, it took a long time until the buffet was refilled, and the service staff with the skewers often simply walked past us, otherwise we were satisfied with the food and service.

Personally I would say - If you want to spend €36 for a main course - there are hundreds of better options in the city. The salad buffet: large canteen level. The side dishes: ok, but unspectacular. Mushrooms, champignons, peppers, broccoli, rice, fries - everything was brought to the table hot and unseasoned. The meat: Cheap, often dry or too fatty and tasteless. The small sausages were probably the mini Krakauer from Hareico, the wings are better at Burger King and the chorizo ​​was more of a just fat Bregenwurst. The smoked pork is too fatty, the pork is too dry and everything else is simply mediocre at best - and the following applies to everything: what's supposed to be Brazilian about it? It is a temple for overeaters with no particular claim to quality. Anyone who really cares about quality would only go here with their 18 year old sons to eat flat rate meat. Not with his friends. The service really has to be tolerated. Most waiters don't know how to serve, but they are usually friendly. The shop is buzzing, if you like it go there.

Unfortunately we were forgotten for 30 minutes. Only after we ran after the waiter were the drinks we ordered delivered. We had the Rodizio. So everything from the skewer until you're full. Unfortunately the quality of the meat wasn't great. Lamb a bit sad, mayor's piece a bit tough, beef very firm and not particularly good either. Only the poultry was tender and well seasoned. The konvinience potato thalers were also good. Too bad, last year everything was great.

The cocktail ordered at the beginning took 41 minutes to reach the table, after a whopping 71 minutes the first skewer arrived, albeit without any side dishes. They came much later, first rice with black beans and then nothing for a long time. Another skewer, but the meat was very salty. And then someone came, everything mixed up: banana, mushrooms, pineapple, potato with sour cream. All in all, there were a few more skewers. Salad buffet first, followed by dessert buffet, but that's not why I go to Rodizio. Overall, uncoordinated process, very unfortunate. I won't come back.

Our food, which consisted mostly of meat, was generally delicious. Nice, tasty crust with great roasted flavors. Unfortunately the service was subpar. Drinks only came after we asked several times and we only got some of the vegetables. There is also a salad bar where desserts are also served. It wasn't bad, but the service led to a 2* deduction.

This was my fifth time there and so far it's always been good. If the last visit had been my first experience with the restaurant, I would never go there again. The food was good as usual. But at Rodizio it's all about the meat and after the first round, none of the employees came by with a skewer and offered anything. If you just wanted side dishes, you wouldn't have to spend €36. Here, too, we pointed out to the employees several times that we would like meat, but nothing happened for an hour. A friendly employee took care of the matter and after 1.5 hours one or the other employee came around with a skewer, but then the mood was no longer there. Conclusion: Food good, but service subpar.

I've been here several times, so far it's been at least good, but today was a total mess... First the waiter poured a drink into my lap because he couldn't put the drink on the table, then I had to help myself, no problem solving whatsoever a la give towel or whatever to dry. A drink was then delivered as a “replacement” which was not ordered. When we complained, the staff was very unfriendly. We continued to communicate in a friendly manner from our side. After 1 hour, 1 waiter came with a side dish and another with meat for about 50 minutes. When the waiter was informed, nothing happened for another 20 minutes (but new drink orders could be accepted). After complaining to the manager at the front, a lot of staff finally arrived within 5-10 minutes and finally took proper care of things. Unfortunately, the spilled drink wasn't even compensated for, which at least SHOULD have been. Despite this, I will probably refrain from further visits because overall I simply found the way the situations were handled to be rude. Given the prices, you may not have to contact a manager. Of course I will continue to wear it so that others don't have to endure something like that.

Rooms are well and beautifully used. But sometimes it takes a lot of getting used to that there can be long breaks between the side dishes. The establishment is always fully booked, so reservations are recommended. Unfortunately, I didn't know what I was getting myself into and was then caught by a high price level.

Reservation recommended. The food was great, after the starter from the buffet there were regular visitors at the table with delicious meat and side dishes. A delight for meat lovers. The restaurant itself is very large and there is a certain level of noise. But this also comes from the waitresses with the skewers, who come to the tables very actively and motivated as soon as the starter plate is gone and wander through the restaurant. Overall highly recommended, it was worth every penny and a treat for the taste buds.

From Schleswig Holstein on the way home to East Frisia, we love driving via Hamburg and smelling the harbor air, and once you've been to Pantera Rodizio in HH you can't help but think about it again and again. Food, show and ambience wonderful. This time we got a table very spontaneously in the afternoon. !!!! You are GREAT!!!!

Waren mit 9 Personen dort. Essen super, Bedienung top. Ambiente gut, leider zu laut. Ein kleines Manko war das die Fleischspieße nur sehr schleppend am Tisch kamen. Wir wir alle Saat waren kam erst der Kellner mit dem Lahmspieß (Schade).

We reserved a table for 6 people yesterday at 8:30 p.m. The restaurant was very well attended. The starter was buffet style. It was very tasty and there was a lot to choose from, but you had to wait in line for a long time at the buffet. Regarding the meat and the side dishes: Within the first hour, people only came to our table three times. The best things in the form of rump steak & co. simply passed us by. The waiters smiled at us while we clearly announced ourselves and signaled interest and passed us in no time. At some point we ran out of patience and asked our waitress about it, but even then hardly anything changed. In total we got a few grams of meat and the buffet cost of €38 per head is far too excessive. Thank you and never again.

Great end to a girls' night out. We were in this location for the second time and were totally thrilled again. Definitely recommended.

I chose the Rodizio. The starter and dessert buffet was very rich and tasty. After the starter, the Rodizio started. Initially we were supplied with a good starter. The waiting time between the individual skewers was moderately long, so you really took your time with your food. Once every skewer was at the table, that was it. The skewer carriers ignored you and only by asking the waiter again was our table "reactivated" in the system, but even now the skewers and side dishes only came sporadically! Strangely enough, drink orders also went missing. Conclusion: The food is really delicious and worth the high price. But for an “all you can eat” you are served too slowly and with too little meat. Here you can clearly see how much emphasis is being placed on the onset of the guest's feeling of satiety! Not fair at the price of 40 euros per person!

Great ambience, great food and great staff

Before and after dishes are served via a kind of running buffet. The main menu (meat) is cut from a large skewer on the plate by the waiters at the table. Various waiters with different types of meat come by very regularly. Fries, beans, broccoli, mushrooms and fried bananas are also regularly served at the table by waiters. If you don't want it anymore...then say so. It's a kind of "All you can eat" for about €45 pp. I didn't know it yet, but I enjoyed it and ate it.

We come here often, this time we had our Christmas party on site. We had to wait a long time for the meat; despite repeated requests, only the same side dishes came. This time it was rather disappointing...

Ok food Terrible service. It took ages from when you ordered drinks to when they arrived, we ordered the 2nd round of drinks, we were pretty much done eating before we got them and when we asked for the bill we had to move 3 times before they finally brought it. The restaurant was not full when we were there.

Totally beautiful and stylishly decorated restaurant with fantastic food. Serving the food was the absolute highlight of the evening. The quality of the meat, no matter what it was, was amazing. Rarely or not at all eaten good meat. The Rodizio is more than worth its price per person. A little tip: it makes sense to make a reservation and don't let the starter be too big, because you should be able to enjoy the meat on the skewer and then be completely full

The truth is that they recommended this place to me and I left disappointed. We made a reservation for 8 people today, November 2, 2024, and due to the delay in filling the table, the annoying manager came to pressure us because people were not arriving after 15 minutes. Then they almost delayed serving meat because we had to eat salads according to their opinion, unusual. Don't pay 35 euros to eat salad. They brought picaña twice and lamb twice in the 3 hours we were there, simply disastrous because one goes to that not to eat other things. To top it all off, the blonde German waiter who gave us terrible attention, served us twice in 3 hours, I had to get up to demand that he bring me something. Things and they collect the bill. I will never return to this place again, because it was my birthday and not a deference for being there either. Terrible, I don't recommend it because of how expensive the rodizzio is and I ate picaña twice. He highlighted the waiter who spoke Spanish, who was the only kind person I met and took care to bring us water after 20 minutes, the rest was horrible, only for him we left the tip because they didn't even deserve that. Horrible anymore.
