As always, we were well fed, the restaurant was completely booked, as always. Food good as always, service good as always.

It was great again. Very nice service and food to bursting with. The cocktails are also good value for money. We'll be back.

Authentic Brazilian food! You'll leave it rolling like a ball

This wasn't our first time visiting Panthera Rodizio on Sunday evening, but this time we were a bit disappointed. Everything was going well until suddenly all the waiters disappeared, it felt like we were in a cleaning show. Of course it is important to clean everything, but we find it inappropriate to do this while the guests are still eating. When we went to the buffet, we saw the ceiling of the kitchen being cleaned. And all this while waiters were running out of the kitchen with vegetables. The waiters who took orders were also largely distracted and were busy cleaning the tables and chairs; they no longer paid much attention to the guests. These incidents spoiled our appetite a little and other guests seemed to notice it too. In our opinion, such behavior gives a bad image for the restaurant and we will think twice about coming back. We hope the managers read this review and something like this doesn't happen again because the food still tastes good.

Rodizio is one of my favorite dishes and I have visited Rodizio restaurants at home and abroad. Unfortunately I didn't like this one here in Hamburg at all. It wasn't until half an hour after we arrived that we had the first meat on our plate and unfortunately things continued at that pace. The quality of the meat was ok, the way it was sometimes offered (either too raw (after the grilled layer had spread, the skewer was simply passed on to guests who were obviously not familiar with Rodizio) or grilled to death) and also the spacing between the skewers was just sad. Someone came by four times with pork loin (it was good, but at some point you've had enough of it... and that means no other meat came for ages), but the picanha only came when asked (and then it was grilled to death) and we only saw the lamb at the next table, then none came to us. The pineapple only came after we had already paid and had just left. The waitresses who brought different types of vegetables to the tables every now and then (we were asked about 7 times if we wanted champions...the answer was no 6 times) were very friendly. Instead of fries, I would have rice, broccoli, mushrooms or peppers But I would rather have meat...that's why we end up going to Rodizio. All in all, I just know it differently and was really disappointed. This restaurant will definitely not see me again. Regarding the picture...yes, grilled pineapple with cinnamon is great...but as I said, it only came after over 2 hours (and multiple requests from the neighboring table) when we were just leaving and all the grilled parts were already at others Tables were cut off...no other rodizio I've ever been to has offered this to its guests. Really sad!

Terrible experience at the buffet, I do not recommend it I went to this restaurant attracted by its reputation for being meat specialists, but the disappointment was total. It's supposed to be a meat buffet, but they only had entrecote once, and then nothing else. The worst thing is that the waiter in charge of the meat saw us, laughed in our face (I literally heard them say “Ah hahaha, it's full”), and left without offering us anything. It was only thanks to another waiter, to whom I tipped, that we were able to try some meat. They were offering me potatoes, broccoli and carrots over and over again, but what do you think? I went to a meat restaurant, not to eat vegetables! To make matters worse, the same waiter came by three times with a salty meat, and when I told him I didn't like it, he responded, “Oh, you don't like this?” Of course I don't like it, I went because they are supposed to be meat specialists, and the entrecôte is the best they have! And as I said, they passed it only once. To top it off, there were children watching a “show” with supposedly Brazilian dancers, but the clothes they were wearing were completely inappropriate. Would you take your child to see this?

Very big, loud and crowded (they handle masses here). Service and food are okay. Of course, the cheaper dishes are deliberately offered more often in order to satisfy the customers. Relatively high prices with average quality (all you can eat).

First round was great, after that you had to ask if you could have some more of one or the other skewer, so service got 2 points, so I won't be coming back again

It was a great experience. The happiness and commitment of the waiters and the dancers who dance through the restaurant throughout the evening, accompanied by live music from 3 employees...just great. I don't need to say anything about the food, there's something for everyone. Super seasoned, the selection at the buffet was also great. This restaurant can only be rated positively.

The food is delicious, the selection is great and the atmosphere is nice. Sometimes you have to wait quite a long time for the next skewer, but that's actually the only "drawback", otherwise it's great and absolutely recommended.

What an experience (a must for meat lovers). If you are in Hamburg you should definitely try this out/taste it. A skewered all you can eat. Side dishes and the main course are brought to the table and the meat is cut off the skewer. You can get the salad/starter and dessert from a huge buffet where you can find everything your heart desires. The service was very friendly, warm and funny. I would definitely come again.

We reserved a table for two people on Saturday evening. Everything went perfectly despite a huge crowd of people waiting in front of the restaurant. As always, the food was great and the service was very good. We'd love to come back.

Unfortunately the service wasn't good. No meat for a long time, then the same thing twice and nothing else for ages. Side dishes like fries and hash browns about half an hour after the meal started. We were a large group and unfortunately not satisfied. We know that something is always brought to the table but that wasn't the case here. The boss tried to shake with us and was completely wrong, no, unfortunately not a recommendation.

The food is quite average. If you’re familiar with not only Brazilian steakhouses but Brazilian cuisine as a whole, this place might not be for you. The service from the two Portuguese server and host was excellent, but one waiter, Davis Jr., was overly pushy, insisting we take everything offered, even suggesting we throw away what we didn’t want. I found the encouragement to waste food distasteful, and as someone who prioritizes beef at a Brazilian steakhouse, it was frustrating. The salad bar could be more authentic, and I had to ask for fried bananas six times, only to receive them after I had finished eating. While the ambiance is lovely, they have a long way to go to reach the quality of a true Brazilian rodizio.

The waiters' behavior was very aggressive for young people.

First we went to the cocktail bar as we didn't have a reservation for two people. The plan was to have a table at 8:15 p.m., but we were able to get to our table at 7:45 p.m.! Rafael and his team conjured up a wonderful evening for us! After the appetizer plates, people quickly came with the Rodizio dishes, everything warm and delicious! Great evening, we'd love to come back!

We really enjoyed it, from starter to main course to dessert. Didn't expect something like that with all you can eat. People were also in a really good mood, so automatically top.

This was my third time in this restaurant, but unfortunately my impression hasn't improved. Although some of the waitresses are friendly, there are always the same ones who seem to be in a bad mood. I expect restaurant employees to welcome guests and not make them feel unwanted or out of place. Unfortunately, based on these repeated experiences, I cannot recommend the restaurant and it will probably be my last visit there.

You can have a good meal here. However, you must have an appointment beforehand. We had to wait outside for about 10 minutes. The crowds here are extreme and the restaurant is busy. Nicely equipped inside, but unfortunately it's not "eat in peace". The service is a bit stressful, which is understandable given the crowds, but otherwise some have a good sense of humor. The prices for the cocktails are still ok. The Rodizio food was extremely plentiful and delicious.

I recently ate at a restaurant and all I can say is that the food was simply delicious! The flavors were outstanding and the presentation was appealing. I would particularly like to highlight the waiter Yeri, who was very friendly and attentive. He really made our visit pleasant. I can only recommend this restaurant and am happy to give it 5 stars!

A very good restaurant, plenty of food. The waiter Yeri was particularly very friendly.

The visit to the restaurant was something special that I had never experienced before. You take part (see picture) in an all you can eat event. At €36.90 it's not necessarily cheap, but you get a lot on offer. Starters (including salads, fries, nuggets) and desserts (including tiramisu, panna cotta) are available from the buffet. That was all fine, there was something for everyone. For the main course, the cellars serve various meat variations on skewers at the table and you can have a few slices cut off from them. Among other things, there was chicken, beef shoulder, smoked pork and pork with garlic. There were also side dishes (including hash browns, rice and potatoes). There was also pineapple. The meat was consistently really good. There was also something there that I personally didn't like, but since there was a lot to choose from it wasn't that bad. The only point of criticism was that there were no sauces, only a kind of sweet and sour sauce from the buffet, and unfortunately there was no BBQ sauce or ketchup (which could go well in principle). A sauce wouldn't have gone amiss, especially with the side dishes. The restaurant is huge, we had the table in a slot system. But in terms of time it was completely fine, we don't need anything more. Overall a great experience, very tasty, friendly staff. It's not cheap, but overall it's worth a visit.

We have been visiting the Rodizio in the Portugieserviertel in Hamburg for more than 20 years. Always constant quality. The starters are excellent, the meat is excellently seasoned and tender, the desserts rival any 5* hotel. And honestly, the price-performance ratio is outstanding. What you get here for 36.50 euros is second to none. But you have to make a reservation, otherwise you'll have to wait a long time until a table becomes available. For us an absolute must in Hamburg.

Beautiful place to go out for a special meal. The Rodizo is excellent. A very extensive starter buffet and also very tasty desserts are available to choose from. For the main course there are different types of meat on the spit and very good side dishes.

Went there for dinner today. The food was great and totally delicious. The waitresses were all super sweet, attentive and really funny. At the end there was also a birthday cocktail for my mom, totally sweet. We'll definitely be back!

Ich habe mich beschwert, aber trotzdem konnte ich erst nach einer Stunde einen Bissen Picanha essen. Ich war noch nie in einem Rodízio mit so schlechtem Service. Außerdem dauerte es lange, und es wurde kaum Fleisch serviert. Erst kurz bevor man gehen will, gibt es etwas. Ich werde nie wieder in dieses Restaurant gehen. Viel zu teuer für so einen schlechten Service. Außerdem gibt is fast keine Brasilianer dort. Alle aus Portugal oder andere Ländern, die kein portugiesisch spricht. I don't recommend it. We were there on a Thursday with around 80 people. It was very, very well attended, we didn't expect that. I'm not a Caipi drinker, but I still enjoyed the non-alcoholic version very much. The starter and dessert buffet is very diverse. What I personally didn't like so much was the table or plate service. Either you got meat and had no side dish or you had vegetables but no meat. On a “big” plate it looked a bit lost. I also had the feeling that our table wasn't approached at one time or another. All in all, it was a nice and delicious evening.

Very very bad and disrespectful service. It wasn't a typical Hodizio at all. The waiters didn't want to give meat at the beginning, they first wanted us to eat all the side dishes and then they said that we should have fries and rice first. They specifically wanted to fill us up with side dishes so that we wouldn't eat as much meat, which is what a Hodizio is all about. In total, the waiters only came to our table 5 times with meat, and a few types of meat didn't come at all. It was also super bad for vegetarians. Not at all a typical Brazilian restaurant as it should be. We will never eat there again.

Eu fui com o desejo de comer carne e fui obrigada a comer salada e legumes antes de me servirem carne. Na mesa ao lado o garçom servindo carne, pedi também e ele saiu me ignorando. Isso aconteceu várias vezes e por diferentes garçons. Reclamei, mas mesmo assim só pude comer um pedaço de picanha depois de uma hora sentada. Eu nunca fui em um rodízio tão ruim no atendimento. Além disso demorava muito, não servem muita carne. Só minutos antes de você sair. Eu nunca mais irei nesse restaurante. Muito caro para um serviço tão ruim. Além disso quase não tem brasileiros. If you do the buffet it's phenomenal... That's their specialty. I had the rib eye and probably should have done the buffet. My friend's really enjoyed that and the experience at the table is really special.

Great event venue. Here, meat from Schert is served at the table. Lots of show. Delicious meat and, above all, a lot. If you don't know it, you should try it. It's really funny and it tastes good.

It was actually better. It's starting to feel like you're a bit overwhelmed or you have to wait too long for the skewers or even ask for meat...It used to be better!!!!!!

Yes, it's loud. Yes, it's hectic. But yes, it was great and every piece of food you got was excellent. We were there as a group and it was loud too. It's certainly not a place for a romantic dinner for two, but it's excellent for everything else.

The food was excellent and there was always something new being added. Various types of meat, but also plenty of side dishes. It was a successful evening all around. Thank you for that. Oh yes, the music and the dancers gave the evening that certain something.

Sehr angenehme Atmosphäre, nette aufmerksame, freundliche und lustige Bedienungen, das mal fix vorweg. Als Hauptspeise gab es verschiedene Fleischspieße wie Rindfleisch, Tafelspitz, Hüftsteak, Burgunderbraten und Lammkeule, als Beilagen bspw. Reis, schwarze Bohnen, Pilze da sollte man nicht nur Appetit sondern auch reichlich Hunger mitbringen. Dazu kommen auch noch die Vorspeise(n) und abschließend verschiedene Desserts! Alles zum 'Festpreis' von ~EUR 35,00 was ein fairer Preis ist! Bei den Getränken hätte es gerne etwas zügiger gehen können, aber verdunstet war jedoch Keiner. Für einen guten Abschluss des Tages, oder Start in den Abend ist das Rodizio Pantera sehr empfehlenswert.

Very loud, drafty place, service rather non-existent, not all of the skewers came to us, we also had to ask for baked pineapples, vegetables didn't come to us either, we had the feeling that we weren't welcome at the seat assignor at the entrance. Wir kennen das Restaurant seit vielen Jahren, und kommen immer wieder gern vorbei, denn hier weiß jeder Mitarbeiter, was Gastfreundschaft heißt! :-) Da wir mal wieder zu Besuch in Hamburg waren, haben wir unseren Hamburgtrip auch gern mal wieder mit einem Besuch im Panthera Rodizio abgerundet. Anlässlich des 34. Geburtstages von meiner Frau waren wir am Dienstag, 17.09.2024 das erste Mal mit Kind (1 1/2 Jahre) hier zu Gast - und wie immer hat auch der Besuch mit Kind reibungslos funktioniert. Unser "Kellner" Miguel - und das komplette Team - haben sich stets freundlich um unsere Belange gekümmert. Der Chef des Hauses hat zwischenzeitlich "Faxen" (Scherze) mit unserer Tochter getrieben, sodass ihr nicht langweilig wurde - und am Ende gab es noch eine kleine Aufmerksamkeit für sie! :-) Alles in Allem war wieder alles zu unserer vollsten Zufriedenheit - und so gingen wir glücklich und mit vollem Magen nach Hause (bzw. zurück ins Hotel) und freuen uns schon jetzt auf unseren nächsten Besuch im Panthera Rodizio. :-) Vielen Dank an das ganze Team!

Food is OK. If you like Rodizio's concept, you'll get your money's worth here. However, I didn't like the order and pace of the dishes offered at the table. Too much meat at the beginning, no side dishes. Then the side dishes came and the meat was cold. At the end there was almost no meat at all and only side dishes. So eating wasn't fun.
