Panthera Rodizio in Hamburg

Leider sehr enttäuscht. Normalerweise gehen wir immer im Portugiesenviertel in Hamburg ins Rodizio. In Harburg wurden wir leider sehr enttäuscht. Der Kellner kam überhaupt nicht hinter her, es gab fast nur Rind, wenig Beilagen und um einiges weniger an Vielfalt wie in der Hamburger Innenstadt... Preis-Leistung stand hier leider überhaupt nicht im Verhältnis, wir kommen definitiv nicht nochmal hierher.

Super leckeres Essen, Große Auswahl und schöne Dekoration überall. Das Essen ist sehr abwechslungsreich und super lecker gewürzt. Mitarbeiter super nett und gut gelaunt! Es ist keine Reservierung nötig, heißt für spontanes Essen gehen ist es super empfehlenswert! PS: Miguel und Kiko bleibt weiter so stark!

Mein Besuch im Rodizio war leider eine große Enttäuschung. Da ich bereits in Brasilien war und außerdem aus Argentinien komme, wo gutes Fleisch einen hohen Stellenwert hat, empfinde ich es als fragwürdig, dieses Restaurant als authentisches brasilianisches Churrascaria Erlebnis zu bewerben. Zunächst zum Service: Ich habe selbst als Kellnerin gearbeitet und habe Verständnis dafür, wenn es einmal etwas länger dauert. Die Kellnerin, die unsere Getränke aufgenommen hat, war freundlich und bemüht. Das eigentliche Problem waren jedoch die Mitarbeiter, die das Fleisch servierten. Wir wurden mehrfach ignoriert. Jedes Mal, wenn wir signalisierten, dass wir Fleisch möchten, bekamen wir ein „gleich, gleich“ zu hören, doch anschließend gingen die Mitarbeiter einfach weiter. Lange Zeit konnten wir nur die Vorspeisen essen. Als schließlich etwas an den Tisch gebracht wurde, waren es zunächst Reis, Bohnen, Paprika und etwas Gemüse. Danach mussten wir erneut etwa 15 bis 20 Minuten warten. In einer Churrascaria erwartet man eigentlich einen kontinuierlichen Service mit verschiedenen Fleischsorten stattdessen saßen wir die meiste Zeit wartend am Tisch. Danach wurde Hähnchen serviert, anschließend verschwand das Personal wieder für 10 bis 15 Minuten. Später kamen Pommes frites. Das Fleisch, das eigentlich der Mittelpunkt eines Rodizios sein sollte, wurde erst sehr spät und in kleinen Mengen serviert. Zwischen den einzelnen Fleischsorten lagen immer wieder lange Wartezeiten. In einer echten brasilianischen Churrascaria wird man förmlich mit verschiedenen Fleischspießen versorgt. Hier musste man hingegen regelrecht darum kämpfen, überhaupt etwas zu bekommen. Angesichts des hohen Preises stimmt das Preis-Leistungs Verhältnis überhaupt nicht. Das Einzige, was einigermaßen überzeugen konnte, waren einige der Vorspeisen. Besonders enttäuschend waren die Desserts. Das Tiramisu wirkte sehr minderwertig, der Flan war geschmacklos und die Panna Cotta hatte praktisch keinen Geschmack. Keines der Desserts entsprach dem Niveau, das man bei diesem Preis erwarten darf. Als Krönung des Abends bestellten wir eine Maracuja Caipirinha, die extrem stark war. Als mein Freund nachfragte, stellte sich heraus, dass man schlicht vergessen hatte, den Maracujasaft hinzuzufügen. Im Grunde bestand das Getränk nur aus Alkohol und Eis. Dieser Fehler fasste den gesamten Abend perfekt zusammen: mangelnde Aufmerksamkeit, schlechte Organisation und eine Qualität weit unter den Erwartungen. Insgesamt war der Besuch sehr enttäuschend. Lange Wartezeiten, ein unaufmerksamer Service, Fleisch nur in minimalen Mengen, schwache Desserts und Fehler bei den Getränken. Ich würde nicht wiederkommen und kann das Restaurant leider nicht weiterempfehlen

Ist mal was anderes. Aber die Fleisch-Spieße und das Gemüse, welche an den Tisch gebracht werden, sind sehr salzig. Vermutlich wird damit versucht Geld über die Getränkebestellung reinzuholen...schade.

Einfach ein Top Restaurant was wirklich zu meinen absoluten Favoriten gehört. Wirklich alles schmeckt einfach köstlich von dem Vorspeisen Buffet, über das Rodizio welches wirklich herausragend gut ist bis zum Dessert. Absolute Empfehlung unsererseits.

Enttäuschend! Das ist überhaupt nicht mit einem Rodizio in Brasilien oder Portugal vergleichbar. Es gibt viel zu wenig Fleisch, der Teller ist oft leer (manchmal sogar minutenlang), und man kann sich nicht aussuchen, was man bekommt – man muss nehmen, was gerade angeboten wird.

Rodizio war neu für mich. Eine Menü, welches an Spießen quasi fortlaufend serviert wird. Wir waren an einen Samstag Abend zu dritt dort. Auf meine Frage: was Rodizio sei und wie das Angebot zu Ladys Night zu verstehen sei, reagierte der Kellner wirsch, „er verstehe nicht was ich will und Ladys Night sei Ladys Night“ und ging unvermittelter Dinge einfach wieder. Unterhaltung an Tisch war noch möglich jedoch anstrengend, weil der Geräuschpegel hoch war. Die Abfolge des zugetragenen Menüs erschien mir unkoordiniert. Während das Fleisch zu Haus kam, wurde die erste Beilage erst nach 30 Minuten angeboten, und weiter Beilagen, als wir mit dem Essen bereits fertig waren (nach über 60 Minuten). Geschmacklich und qualitativ haben uns alle Speisen sehr zugesagt. Das weitere Personal war sehr freundlich.

Hier bekommt man außergewöhnliches Fleisch (z.B. Papagei) und eine große Auswahl an bekannten und brasilianischen Speisen. Das Personal war freundlich, Ambiente sehr entspannt. Insgesamt sehr teuer für das was man bekommt, aber mal eine Erfahrung wert. Würde beim nächsten Mal auf die Fleischspieße verzichten und stattdessen ein Gericht von der Karte wählen.

Mein absolutes Lieblingsrestaurant - Qualität des Essens, Kellner, Ambiente, alles perfekt. Nur ein wenig teuer, aber nicht abschrecken lassen: das ist es Wert!

Einfach nur großartig, es war ein herzlicher Empfang, die Räumlichkeiten überzeugen mit Gemütlichkeit.Der Service von den Mitarbeitern ist überragend.Die Speisen sind absolut empfehlenswert , alles genießbar egal aus welchem Bereich. Nettes Restaurant mit guten Preisen. Nur das Essen ist etwas salzig

War wirklich super hier, Essen & Entertainment in Einem! Alles war lecker, angefangen vom Vorspeisenbuffet (was auch locker als Hauptmahlzeit durchgehen könnte), es gab unter Anderem auch Garnelen, Serrano-Schinken uvm., übergegangen zum Hauptteil mit verschiedensten Fleischsorten, Stärkebeilagen (die Pommes sind super), Gemüse bis hin zum abschließenden Dessert (bspw. Tiramisu). Alles in allem rund, lecker und sehr gemütlich. Es ist gut gelegen in Hamburg-Harburg. Auf den Fotos sind nur die Vorspeisen zu sehen, beim Rodizio ging es schlichtweg zu schnell mit dem Essen. :-)

Das Fleisch war im Großen und Ganzen gut, aber oft etwas zu durchgebraten und zu salzig. Wir mussten die Vorspeisen ohne Fleisch zuerst essen. Was wäre gewesen, wenn wir direkt Fleisch zu den Vorspeisen gewollt hätten? Der Kellner entschied dann… Die anderen Kellner waren aber insgesamt nett.

Service eine Katastrophe, schon allein der Empfang war sehr hochnäsig und unfreundlich, der Service war sehr unkoodiniert, lange warten auf Bestellungen und Fleisch und Beilagen kamen sehr ungleichmäßig. Teilweise ein Stück Fleisch drauf gehabt, dies gegessen und dann kam die Beilage, welche meist alle kalt waren. Das Personal war Teilweise auch unfreundlich als wir wirklich höflich darauf aufmerksam gemacht haben. Fleischspieße Teilweise übersalzen oder geschmacklos. In anderen Städten waren die Rodizio deutlich besser. Das Ambiente ist ok, aber Hamburg nie wieder.

Wir waren zufällig da und hatten noch einen Tisch bekommen, als wir kurz nach Öffnung dort anriefen. Wir hatten nicht das Rodizio, konnten aber beobachten, wie das Personal stets mit frisch gegrilltem Fleisch an die Tische ging. Wir hatten Gerichte aus der Karte, die himmlisch schmeckten. Der gute Service, der nette Tisch in der Ecke und das Ambiente rundeten den wunderschönen Abend ab.

​5 Sterne – Sehr, sehr lecker! ​Wir waren im Panthera Rodizio in der Lämmertwiete (Harburg) und sind begeistert. Die Fleischqualität ist hervorragend. Besonders der Tafelspitz war perfekt zubereitet, das Lamm kräftig im Geschmack und das Rind durchgehend saftig und zart. ​Der Service war aufmerksam und das Ambiente in der historischen Gasse ist ohnehin klasse. Für Fleischliebhaber in Harburg definitiv die beste Adresse. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!

Das Essen war sehr gut. Der Service war ausgezeichnet. Schade, dass das Buffet nicht so abwechslungsreich war, wie ich es gewohnt bin; die Auswahl war sehr gering.

Das Konzept funktioniert so: Es ist ein Restaurant, in dem man unbegrenzt Fleisch und Salat essen kann. Den Salat holt man sich selbst. Das Fleisch wird dann nach und nach an den Tisch gebracht und serviert.

Es war sehr laut und überfüllt. Das Essen war an sich ganz gut, für meinen Geschmack aber viel zu ölig und man hat bei den Salaten etc etwas gemerkt, dass sie schon länger standen. Dieses Restaurant ist nicht das richtige wenn man nach einer ruhigen Atmosphäre sucht.

Hatten einen Tisch für 8 Personen zuvor Reserviert. Angekommen und wurden dann an einen 6er Tisch zugewiesen. Nach 5 Minuten kam der Kellner und bat uns zu einen anderen Tisch hin zu gehen. Auch ein 6er Tisch? Hatten das nicht so ganz verstanden warum vom 6 zu einen anderen 6 Tisch? Leider sind hier auch keine Hunde willkommen. Wenn einer Panthera besuchen möchte sollte den in Hamburg nehmen. Dort war der Service besser aufgestellt.

We were absolutely thrilled with our visit to this restaurant! The appetizers alone are a highlight: you can help yourself as often as you like, and the selection is varied and fresh. Then, the meat is served directly on the skewer – pork, beef, and chicken – all wonderfully tender and juicy. Delicious side dishes like potatoes, rice, carrots, and much more are served. We were particularly impressed by the service: The waiters repeatedly come to the table with skewers and cut as much as you like directly onto your plate – as often as you like. To top it all off, there's a dessert buffet, where you can also help yourself to as much as you like. The overall package was simply perfect: great food, an unusual concept, and truly attentive, friendly service. Highly recommended – we'll definitely be back!

What can I say? The food was top-notch. Sometimes the plates were empty, and the employees ran past you with food. However, the next one came two minutes later. Still, 5 stars because the food is top-notch!

Nice staff, but unfortunately we didn't get every skewer available. We often had leftovers. At the next table, a few women and children were sitting there playing on their cell phones the whole time, and they weren't exactly quiet. After asking the waiter to turn it down, we waited in vain for him to point it out. I decided to ask them myself and had to endure the annoyed women shouting at me. The food was okay, but not worth repeating.

We were there with six people. We felt comfortable from start to finish. The meat was very, very tasty 😋

We visited the restaurant twice within a short period of time. Unfortunately, we were disappointed the second time. We ordered the same menu and the rodizio as on the first visit and could notice the differences. As other guests have mentioned several times, we also noticed that we hadn't received various types of meat and side dishes at the rodizio the first time. The à la carte dish was also not identical, not even in terms of taste. We raised the issue with a waiter and a "higher" waiter, but they shrugged and ignored it. It'll be different the next time... no apology, no understanding, simply no words. But that also reflects the atmosphere among us; some things aren't running smoothly, and as has been mentioned many times, the service and, above all, the friendliness leave a lot to be desired. We won't be seeing you again.

I can't say whether it's truly authentic Brazilian, but the food was definitely delicious! The service was exceptional and very interesting: The waiters and waitresses came to our table at regular intervals with different types of meat and repeatedly offered us small portions to try – a great experience! The all-inclusive package offered a wide selection of meats and vegetables. Particularly noteworthy was the huge cold appetizer counter – they'll fill you up! And the dessert selection was also impressive. An all-round successful evening with plenty of choice, friendly service, and delicious food. Highly recommended if you're looking for something special!

I ate at Rodizio with my family. Unfortunately, our visit this time was anything but satisfactory – even though I've visited rodizio restaurants several times before, including other branches in Hamburg, and am familiar with the concepts. Right from the start, it was noticeable that the service was uncoordinated and unattentive. Despite repeated requests, certain types of meat, such as boiled beef, were served very late or not at all, while only side dishes or less popular cuts of meat were offered. I had to actively request several times for certain dishes to be brought to our table – unfortunately, mostly without success or only after a long delay. The drinks didn't go smoothly either, and there were six of us and we ordered an average of four drinks each. Ordered cocktails and other drinks took a long time to arrive or were initially forgotten, so we had to ask repeatedly. This unfortunately significantly dampened the overall experience. Given the price level and the otherwise high standards that rodizio restaurants generally maintain, I was disappointed with the quality of the service. I hope that this feedback will be taken seriously and will contribute to improving guest service.

We were lucky and were able to eat without ordering. The decor was rustic. There was a brief misunderstanding that was resolved immediately after we spoke to them. My girlfriend is from Berlin, and she wasn't used to having food served at the table like that. The food was very tasty, the skewered meat was tender, and our customer's wishes were taken into account. The servers were quick, friendly, and walked a lot. We will be back.

A really lousy place with very unfriendly staff. For the overpriced price, you can eat better anywhere in Hamburg. And if you want to eat in a waiting room, Schweinske is definitely the better option, especially since the staff speaks German and doesn't have to ask you five times what a Coca-Cola is. #betternot!

Excellent food: the meat was cooked to perfection, the vegetables were fresh and crisp, and the selection of side dishes was extensive. The service was excellent overall; Elena, our table server, was exceptionally attentive not only to us adults but also to our children. The prices for children and teenagers are more than fair!

Everything is offered incredibly quickly. It's better to say "thank you no" once, otherwise you won't get your plate empty. So much is served. The service keeps coming. We received a very friendly welcome from the manager of the house. This was our first time eating Rodizio here and we came on the recommendation of a friend. Great restaurant with an ambience that immediately makes you feel good. The waiters, in our case Yeri and Miguel, were very attentive and we felt like we were in good hands. The food was great. A rich starter, side dish and dessert buffet. The Rodizio waiters who brought the food to the table via spies were very friendly and always served the high quality food hot. The waitresses who often came to the table with the side dishes were also very friendly and quick. All in all a successful evening. A restaurant that will definitely be on the list for our next visit to Hamburg. Many thanks from guests from Bavaria.

Here is an opinion from Bottrop/NRW: Table 43 from April 24th, 2025😃👍 The Panthera is not an ordinary restaurant, but a place with a difference! Freshly grilled and various meats are tenderly cut from a sword/skewer and served at the table with various side dishes. MEGA!!! There is also a large appetizer buffet and a buffet corner with desserts. Here you should be hungry and ideally not a vegetarian. The staff is super friendly and the boss is very polite but also funny. We'll be back and bring reinforcements from Mülheim!! VLG Sandra and Patrick from Bottrop as well as Daniel from Harburg

We were in the restaurant on Easter Saturday evening with 2 children (5 and 11) and 4 adults. Very friendly staff, great buffet and nice ambience. We were totally thrilled, a variety of skewers and side dishes, something for everyone. We'll be back

We were able to get a place for two people on Friday evening. The service was attentive, quick and very friendly. Everyone handled the little guests really well. The food was mostly really good. Some pieces of meat were a bit tough. We then put them aside. There was still enough to come. The appetizer buffet was varied and colorful. We would have been happy about the samba dancers. This show actually only takes place on Saturday. But all in all, we ate well and had a great evening. We'd love to come back, but then on Saturdays.

This was our third visit and we've been very satisfied each time. Ramos and his team came to our table regularly and at convenient intervals with the meat skewers. The meat was cooked to perfection, never dry, greasy, or stringy. Everyone was friendly and attentive. We'd love to come back when we're in Hamburg.

It's very nice at Rodizio. Unfortunately, it's quite loud, but the food is excellent, always cooked to perfection, and the all-you-can-eat menu offers something for everyone.
