The doner kebab was unfortunately very bad today. The doner meat was an absolute disaster, not cooked through at all, not crispy. Nothing good. A real shame. Most of the pieces of meat were tough and truly disgusting. We paid over €20 for it. Never again.

Overall, everything is great. You don't have to wait long, a maximum of 2-3 minutes. Everything is fresh. It tastes very good. The layout is perfect, and the staff is always very friendly. If you're a regular customer, they usually even remember what you order most often and ask if you'd like it again. The owner and staff are very friendly. You can easily talk to them. The interior is also very modern and nicely designed. All in all, great.

I wonder how they got such good reviews. The doner kebab is really bad, too much sauce that tastes like nothing, and the meat isn't tasty either. The older lady who works there is also very arrogant; you get the feeling she doesn't want to take good care of people. I really wonder how they got an award for the best doner kebab.

We've ordered from Pamukale quite a few times now. The staff on the phone are very friendly, and the delivery drivers are also very friendly. The food always tastes great. We're always very satisfied and love ordering from them!

First off: The bread was alright, hence the two stars for the food. Nevertheless, it was the worst doner kebab I've ever eaten… You could already see the stick in the middle of the spit, and they kept cutting away at it. The sauces came out of a bucket, which I saw firsthand. I can't imagine anyone giving this place a positive review. There's a bar and slot machines in the back – great atmosphere!! The supposed owner was unfriendly, and the place was generally very run-down. I'm from Schleswig-Holstein, and I really expect something different with reviews like these; this was the worst kind of East German experience. I just hope I don't wake up with food poisoning tomorrow, and I'm seriously considering making myself vomit after eating this doner… definitely not recommended.

Unfortunately, I can't repeat these positive reviews. I ordered food and drinks, but they only arrived for the food and a while later for the drinks. The food wasn't seasoned (Carbonara). The Fanta was expired, and they didn't even clean the bottle until it was handed over.

In my opinion, this is the best kebab, and today it was proven that the manager and staff are truly great people. Where Lieferando failed in every way, they found solutions and took care of things. At least we can rely on that, and we'll only order directly from the store from now on! Stay the way you are!

A wonderfully courteous owner who always has her customers' best interests at heart. We were able to find a suitable solution for problems caused by Lieferando. Food is top-notch both in terms of price and quality. I can definitely recommend it.

In my opinion, this is the best kebab in Rostock and the surrounding area. Very, very tasty and, above all, plentiful (the kebabs are very well-filled)! You're always greeted warmly, and the atmosphere is very informal. The owner clearly puts her heart and soul into the shop. We always enjoy coming back! Highly recommended!

This is our first time in Rostock. While looking for a good, quick kebab, we came across this great review. Unfortunately, it's not comparable to our local kebab shop in southern Hesse. We had two kebab plates with bread and one kebab box. There was chicken mixed into the kebab meat, which is unacceptable. This probably lowers the price given the current economic situation. The sauces are really great. The salad could definitely be fresher, even at 8 p.m. Our kebab vendor serves all of his salads in metal bowls that are refrigerated at the counter. There's too much sauce in the kebab box, which means the fries get soggy quickly. Service was okay, and the atmosphere was okay.

It's astonishing how little customers are worth these days. After an online order ran into problems, I tried to resolve the issue over the phone. The restaurant itself wouldn't even discuss it with me, saying, "There's nothing they can do." They could deliver the order themselves, or at least try to find a solution through discussion. Customer focus works differently.

Seven people arrived five minutes before the end and were still greeted in a very friendly manner. Huge portions (one out of seven grabbed his portion), the taste was also significantly better than the kebabs I've eaten before. Very nice staff and owner :) It's a shame we live six hours away. Five stars absolutely deserved!

I've often eaten there or had something delivered to me. Personally, I prefer to go there because the staff is super nice. Every guest is treated equally and the food is simply delicious. The boss, who is there from morning to evening, is there for everyone at the same time Sit down with your guests if you have the time and ask how we are doing. A friendly atmosphere makes eating even more fun half or other dishes possible.Toilets clean. Overall, I can only recommend it and will continue to go to Pamukale whenever I want to eat pizza or kebab! It's worth taking a look because there are so many delicious dishes and good staff, which is hard to find these days! Sitting outside and eating is also possible, where can you get that at a kebab shop these days.

The chefs prepared the kebab poorly, it fell apart and there was a lot of sauce on it (and my opinion that kebab doesn't have to cost 6.50, that's too much)
