I went to Burger Hannover today, and unfortunately, it was a thoroughly miserable experience. Even the entrance was bad: it's hard to find, the whole place feels uninviting, cold, and just plain uncomfortable. The seating is uncomfortable and looks like it hasn't been replaced in years. The ordering process at the terminal seems half-baked – including strange, artificial-looking pictures that don't correspond to the actual product at all. After ordering, we then had to wait almost 10 minutes before anyone even came to the register. We didn't get any change either, which is completely unprofessional for a restaurant of this size. The food itself was the next disappointment: our curly fries were simply forgotten, and the garlic sauce had an extremely artificial, chemical aftertaste that was absolutely inedible. Overall, the whole meal tasted of the cheapest ingredients and showed zero ambition. In short: bad service, bad management, bad food. 1 star – and that's only because 0 stars isn't an option. Never again. Just a little tip (Maybe hire a German sometime 😉💪)

The staff was very friendly, the food arrived quickly, and my fries and dessert were delicious. Unfortunately, besides fries, there were no vegetarian or vegan options. I was really looking forward to a burger and was hoping for at least a vegetarian one. That was a bit disappointing, but as I said, the fries were very tasty. :) I also think the atmosphere could be made a bit cozier and less oppressive. Perhaps some music, more color, or dimmed lighting…

I love this place! If you're looking for the best halal burger in Hanover, you absolutely have to stop by. The meat is always fresh, the burgers are incredibly juicy, and the fries are simply perfect. For the price and quality, you won't find anything comparable in Hanover. What I also think is amazing: there's a prayer room in the back. You can tell that everything here is done with heart. It's ideal for families with children, with plenty of space for everyone and super friendly service. Definitely my favorite burger joint in Hanover – halal, fresh, and simply delicious!

We were there on a weekday at 3 pm. It wasn't very busy. The food was delicious, and the service was good. Staff gave our children small toys like cars and balloons. The burgers and sides were excellent. The restrooms were very clean. There was also a prayer room. It was very clean and quiet. Highly recommended. There were a few parking spaces on Marienstraße, but they were paid. The prices were surprisingly reasonable compared to other places. Thank you!

Parking - There are no parking spaces, and parking is difficult. Atmosphere - The place feels cold and uncomfortable, almost like an empty hall. It's very loud and there are lots of children there. Ordering system - Ordering is done via a terminal, payment is made at a small cash register, and there's no direct contact with the staff. Food - We had the chili cheeseburger with sriracha sauce, which was disappointing. Due to a typo on the website, it wasn't clear how spicy the burger was. The spiciness was unpleasant and very salty. The Classic Burger and the Cheezy Smash Burger, on the other hand, were good and tasty, although the meat was a bit gristly. Fries - very tasty and fresh. Conclusion - Overall, good value for money, and the burgers are mostly impressive. Next time, however, I would order takeout and eat elsewhere. Overall, recommended, with the exception of the spicy burger.

Unfortunately, my visit to this burger shop was disappointing. The burger wasn't very tasty, especially the bun, which was far too thick and completely overpowered the burger's actual flavor. It felt like the burger was practically smothered in the bun. Additionally, the wait times were far too long, which further spoiled the overall impression. The interior also seemed very poorly designed. The shop itself is large and actually has a lot of potential, but it's a shame it's not being utilized. Overall, unfortunately, it wasn't a well-rounded experience.

We recently had a burger at your place and I'd like to leave some honest feedback. The idea and concept have a lot of potential, but I was unfortunately disappointed in a few places. The burger itself was rather disappointing in terms of taste. The ratio of bread, patty, and sauce was completely off for me. The meat patty was significantly too thin for the very thick bun, making the overall flavor of the burger unbalanced. The amount of sauce was also too small to balance the bread. When you advertise yourself as the "first halal McDonald's," I expect the taste experience to be at least somewhat reminiscent of McDonald's – unfortunately, that wasn't the case here at all. For me, the classic finely chopped onions and a slice of pickle should have been a must in the burger. I would have also preferred a different bun. A classic sesame seed bun or a brioche bun would have been a much better fit than the version with black cumin and sesame seeds. The premises are very spacious, which is generally a great advantage. However, especially as a mother, I would have liked a small play area for children – that would be a real added value for families. I was also somewhat disappointed with the cleanliness of the dining area. Although the place was well-frequented but not overly busy, many tables weren't properly wiped or neatly set. I found that a shame, especially since the kitchen was very clean. That was a positive feature. I generally think the ordering concept at the counter is good. However, there are only two counters, which quickly leads to long wait times when there are larger numbers of guests. It would make sense to either set up additional ordering counters or allow additional orders at the cash register. Overall, your concept has a lot of potential. With a few adjustments to the taste, improved organization, and more thoughtful service, the experience for guests could be significantly more pleasant.

Unfortunately, the entrance was poorly marked, so we tried the wrong door twice. Upon entering, we immediately noticed tables without chairs and children running around loudly. We had to wait about five minutes to pay, and then over 35 minutes for our food. The store seemed unkempt overall. Dust on the lamps and window frames, the restroom was dirty, and there were no paper towels for drying hands. The display board was also difficult to read. The food was disappointing: The wedges were seasoned but completely unsalted, and the cheeseburger was so loaded with mayonnaise that it dripped down all sides. The bun was also old and fell apart when touched. After 20 minutes, there was no clear indication of how long the food would take, despite only two items (burger and wedges). It would also be nice if they offered vanilla soft serve ice cream with chocolate sauce instead of the incongruous cake slices. Overall, the store could use a renovation and a children's corner so that guests can eat in peace.

Service: After paying, we were told that the food would take about 20 minutes (we ordered two burgers; there wasn't much choice anyway). We wished they had told us this before paying, otherwise we would have left. But that wasn't the case. When I finally went to pick up our order, the cashier told me to look at the screen, and it wasn't ready yet. I simply replied that my number was on the screen, otherwise I wouldn't be standing there picking up the food. The cashier then left in silence. Food: Once and never again. If you want to wait 50 minutes for two burgers, this is the place to go. The burger tasted like nothing at all. And the burger just tasted like meat soaked in fat. The burgers at Burger King and McDonald's taste a lot better if you want to eat cheaply.

Very tasty burgers for a very, very good price. I hope the prices stay this low. It's a bit chaotic at the moment and it's taking longer, but I think that's due to the new opening. Considering the menus are so affordable and the food is delicious, it's okay. I'll put up with that if I want to pay 50% less. A play area for parents would be great, so we can have some peace and quiet without the kids.

I don't understand the problem with many of the reviews here! At all the burger joints, you sometimes have to wait up to an hour. At least here, my family and I were able to sit down, and we got our food relatively quickly, considering the high volume of orders. The burgers are great for the price, I'd happily go back.

The food was truly delicious – everything fresh and tastefully prepared. 👍 I just wished for a damp cloth (ıslak mendil) after eating. Unfortunately, the cutlery was plastic; metal cutlery would have been nicer. The restrooms were clean and tidy, but I couldn't dry my hands down there. It feels like a family-run business – everyone was very nice and friendly. 😊 Overall, a highly recommended restaurant; I'd be happy to come back!

Anyone familiar with the old Ferdos will unfortunately find none of that in the new shop. Starting with the dishes, there are no longer any pizzas, the old burgers, or other dishes, but simply a selection of Smash Burgers, which can be customized with a juicy patty. Plus some finger food, chicken variations, and cakes. The restaurant is a relatively empty, echoing space with a few benches, tables, and chairs. Orders are placed at the two ordering counters, and then you pick up your order when your number appears on another screen at the front. The whole ambiance is reminiscent of a McDonald's, balloons included. The burgers, unfortunately, tasted a far cry from the old ones. On my cheesy Smash Burger, there was cheese and a lettuce leaf next to the patty. Fresh tomatoes, onions, and pickles were unfortunately no longer on it. The sauce was a garlic sauce that tasted very industrial – especially since (unless I missed it) it didn't say that it was. Otherwise, I wouldn't have necessarily ordered like this. I used to order from Ferdos often, and only there, and I always recommended the place to anyone looking for good burgers and pizza. Unfortunately, today was my last visit...

We were particularly impressed by the Turkish Burger with juicy beef and sucuk, which was perfectly seasoned and perfectly juicy. The garlic parmesan fries with freshly grated truffle were also a tasty highlight. The mozzarella sticks and chili cheese nuggets are solid side dishes for a quick snack. Small criticism: The meat in the Sultan Burger with pastirma could have been taken off the grill a little earlier, as it was a bit dry. And the chili cheese fries could have been a little better in terms of flavor, but it's good to know that they're already working on a different cheese. The meat is 100% halal, and the owners themselves place great importance on quality. You can tell. Even the inexpensive cheeseburger at €3.90 is really good value for money. All in all, a strong new opening in Hanover!

Never again! I don't even know where to begin. I was shocked as soon as I entered the shop – the interior is old, lackluster, and unkempt, almost as if nothing had been done since it opened. Everything feels gloomy, uncomfortable, and dirty, the tables were sticky, and you just didn't feel comfortable eating there. We ordered two simple burgers – nothing special – and had to wait over an hour, even though the place was barely busy! No courtesy, no apology, nothing. When the food finally arrived, it was lukewarm and carelessly thrown together. The price is an absolute disgrace for what we got. I can only advise everyone: Save your time, money, and nerves – there are plenty of better burger joints in the city.

I wanted to order yesterday, and today too, but every time they say they're sold out. I find that a bit harsh. When I order at Doyum in Linden at 12:45 AM, I've never received such a response. I would have liked to try the burgers here, and if they're open until 10 PM, they should still have something available at 9:40 PM. Oh well, we'll just stick with Doyum. :)

Ordered through Lieferando. Great service, delivery within the promised timeframe, and a very nice driver. The pizza was well-topped, and the crust wasn't soggy, but still crispy. Unfortunately, the salt was either completely forgotten when making the dough or added far too little, which resulted in a very bland taste. It can happen. I recommend trying your own pizza at least once a day; you'll notice it immediately.

Great pizza, nice owner. My "Game of Thrones" pizza was really delicious, and the chicken was marinated with great flavor. I would like to see some more mainstream pizzas, though. You can't even order a margarita on Lieferando, and I think salami or mushrooms would be ordered. This also appeals to a wider audience, because a pizza with fewer toppings doesn't have to cost €15.

I don't know if the wrong sauce was put on it today, or if garlic sauce always tastes like fish and dill. A good 50 ml of it was on my "Money Heist" pizza. It was inedible, but after dabbing four tissues over it, I finally tasted something other than dill. Best to give it a wide berth.

I wanted to treat myself during my hospital stay across the street. I had a Margherita pizza that tasted like a standard frozen pizza from a discount store, a Smashburger (I got the wrong bun) that wasn't anything special, and fries soaked in old oil. Unfortunately, everything lacked a bit of love and conscience. I personally can't explain the other people's good reviews, but maybe my order was just a slip-up.

We ordered three pizzas in the middle of the night (3 a.m.) Saturday into Sunday, and they were absolutely fantastic! The pizzas are among the best I've had here in Hanover! Highly recommended!

We're burger addicts and traveling around the Hanover region in search of the best burgers: www.burgertour-hannover.de __ In Hanover-Linden, there's a spot that combines pizza and burgers on one menu, and of course (how could it be otherwise) we opted for the burgers. Ferdo's Pizza and Burger offers not only regular burgers, but also smash versions and veggie alternatives. We tried the Sultan Smash Burger (€8.90) and the Classic Smash Burger (€5.90) ​​– served with fries, wedges, and two dips. The portions were more than fair, the sesame buns were fluffy, and the fries were nicely seasoned. The Sultan Burger came with a generous amount of sauce – almost a bit too much for us, but the spicy pastirma was a real highlight. The Classic Smash Burger immediately reminded us of an IKEA hot dog (yes, we admit it – we love it!) – with the fried onions and pickles. The location is easily accessible, with bus stops right around the corner. Inside, you'll find a small, lovingly decorated restaurant with red and white checked tablecloths and an open kitchen. The latter also meant that the smell of food didn't completely stay outside. All in all: a down-to-earth burger spot for a quick but satisfying meal.

One of the worst experiences I've ever had. I ordered online and after over an hour I asked where my food was. The answer was that there was only one driver and it would take another 30-40 minutes. I then wanted to cancel the order, but that would only have worked through a roundabout way, so I had to pick up my food myself. As an apology, I got two drinks. The dips were also wrong. My wife's bowl wasn't a bowl at all, but just rice with some vegetables. An absolute disaster.

I've eaten at Ferdos several times and I have to say the food there is simply delicious. My favorite are the burgers, which are always freshly prepared. The staff are very friendly and welcoming; you immediately feel welcome. What particularly impresses me is the fact that the meat is butchered by hand and is 100% halal. I highly recommend you pay Ferdos a visit and experience for yourself how delicious the food is. I'm sure you won't be disappointed.

Because of the long Iftar waiting time, there was a cheesecake and black tea on the house. The cheesecake was very tasty.
